You’re better off going to your child and having them play doctor on you than coming to this circus

We had the most incredible L&D experience at Jefferson Abington! All of the nurses and doctors, especially Rosie and Dr. Jiang, were so supportive and helpful in ensuring a safe and smooth delivery. We stayed at the hospital for two nights, and everyone we interacted with was instrumental in us having a memorable hospital experience. Were so grateful for having chosen Jefferson Abington!

I love this hospital obgyn and never really had a problem but this one nurse that does the shots, I think her name is Bernadette and she just always seems to have an attitude if things aren’t going her way because I left a message and was in a place with no service and tried leaving my info and she got it all wrong including my name and she seemed annoyed by it. Even if I or someone else has an attitude, she’s the nurse and shouldn’t have one. She done it with my first baby I had here and now with this one. If she don’t like her job then why do it. Thank god I only have to get a shot from her and don’t have to deal with her on a weekly basis.

I called here trying to set up an appointment for my wife and all I ever get is a machine. Why cant I just talk to a person. I leave her information they call back and if I miss it they just leave a voicemail telling me to call their machine. Just to repeat the whole process again. They really need to hire a person or two just so they can answer phone call and set appointments. This whole leave your information and well get back to you thing is not working

Unprofessional from day one , couldn’t remember any of my information or whether or not I received immunizations. Forgot to schedule me for ultrasounds. Their whole care team in the obgyn clinic is unprofessional and messy . Everyone has different information. Seen a different doctor or midwife every time . Scheduled me for a induction just to get there and be told to go back and that there is no space available. Charge was very inconsiderate and doesn’t know how to talk to people. A whole mess

Horrible Horrible never get a hold of anyone. Really bad experience every time you call no one answer you only get a machine when you leave voicemail you get response back sometime next day if you have an emergency and need to speak to someone right away forget... never recommend this place

I contacted them four times, four different days, four different times of the day. I have left my name and number every time and I have not gotten a call back. The first time I called was February 5, 2021

Why even provide a phone number if no one ever answers… but then you go in person and the receptionists are there? Unprofessional much.

This office never answers the phone when trying to set an appointment. they instruct you to leave a voicemail to set an appointment, but they never call you back.......very disappointing and unprofessional!!!!

Why do you have a number if you do not answer????You are dealing with peoples lives, extremely UNPROFESSIONAL.

Impossible to get someone on the phone, call backs are hours after you call, if you have an emergency forget about calling them

Nobody ever answers the phone.

This place is a joke dont go here
