I went here for the first time to get free testing and got a test that was administered by Brooks. This place has not only the most calmest ambience, but the nicest staff ever, especially Brooks. I couldn’t have had a more comfortable, validating, non-judge-mental, and overall positive experience.

I HOPE THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE which i was the only person GETTING A FINAL NOTICE. THE PERSON OR PERSONS WHO HUMILIATED & EMBARASSED ME who SHOULD ALSO BE ON FINAL NOTICE or fired are not being held responsible ALSO IT SHOULDNT BE DIFFERENT STROKES FOR DIFFERENT FOLKS. Upon arrival it makes no mentoin of procedures that are now in place so that another person doesnt suffer the same fate i did SOLE BLAME WAS PUT SOLELY ON ME IM SURE IT WAS JUST SWEPT UNDER THE RUG & THE PERSON OR PERSONS WERE NOT HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR MY EMBARASSMENT& HUMILIATION THERE SHOULD BE CHECKS & BALANCES SO A PERSON IS NOT HUMILATED & EMBARRASSED like i was & NOT OOOPS SORRY I CAN SEND YOU NEW ONES HOWS IS THAT GOING TO HELP ME. ALSO I WAS ASKED IF THEY WERE OLD CARDS HOW CAN THAT BE WHEN WERE TOLD WE CANNOT keep cards ALL MONEY NEEDS TO BE SPENT BY THE TIME THE NEW ONES COME OUT ESPECIALLY BECAUSE YOU GET THE RECEIPTS FYI BEWARE TO ALL THAT ARE ON THE PROGRAM WITH FOOD GIFT CARDS CHECK YOUR CARDS TO MAKE SURE THE MONEY IS ON THE GIFT CARDS BEFORE YOU LEAVE YOUR HOUSE SO YOU ARENT EMBARRASSED & HUMILIATED LIKE I WAS ON 2/20. I DID MY FOOD SHOPPING A TOTAL OF $148.68 CASHIER ENtered the 1st card DENIED 2nd card DENIED head cashier came over. She said all cards were DENIED GOT HOME CALLED # ON BACK OF THE CARDS 3 CARDS HAD MONEY 3 CARDS DID NOT . I WASTED MY TIME & GAS THAT THEY ARE NOT REPLACING

Website calendar says they have a location in Troy on Sundays from 11 to 4. I went there on the day it said they’ll be open at 11 and waited until 1. No one ever showed up.

Was suppose to help me with my rent payments. Called and called and was ignored for over 2 months. Then when I finally reach them, Im told the person who signed me up didnt have the right program. Months of waiting for nothing. They arent any help at all.
