I visited Dr. Sherry Taylors office today for menopausal symptoms, and I had a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by Imani at the front desk, who was very pleasant. Rina went above and beyond to find the information I needed, taking her time and ensuring I didnt feel rushed. The lab tech, Leslie, was gentle and kind, and Dorothy provided a wealth of information. Dr. Sherry Taylor and her office team were very professional yet down-to-earth, creating a home-like atmosphere that made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Sherry Taylor and her office to my friends and family. They have a fantastic team!

Dr. Taylor was the most knowledgeable OBGYN I’ve seen. I left the appointment feeling so thankful that I found her.. Dr. Taylor and her staff have perfect bedside manner and respond quickly to calls Finding a doctor that makes me feel heard is amazing.

I am fortunate to be a patient of Dr Sherry Taylor. After being misdiagnosed by several other doctors, Dr. Taylor diagnosed me correctly with an autoimmune condition. She assured me she would get me on the right path to success with my newfound condition and she has done just that.Her staff at Alpha Omega are always kind and helpful.

Do not recommend. Doctor and her nurse are both very rude and judgmental and over all unprofessional in how they handle patients and speak to them. Used to really like and even speak highly of this place Untill I stopped taking birth control and was then treated completely differently. I’ve had severe normal acne clearly due to a hormonal imbalance of some sort and asked if I could get blood work done to check my hormone levels and was essentially told no, that they’ll give me birth control. After saying I did not want to be on hormonal contraceptive to mask the underlying issue,

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, it was so bad we had to change the provider mid pregnancy. As someone already mentioned Dr. Sherry has the worst table side manner, we were first time parents and had questions every time we can in for a visit and almost every single time she brushed off our serious concerns with blame it on our husband or use your common sense.. we cant speak for others but our experience at this clinic was horrible

I saw Dr. Sherry for the first time at Alpha Omega OBGYN, and I would not recommend her as your Doctor. She had the worst table side manor, was rough with me, and very aggressive with exampling. As a patient, you’re already in a vulnerable state, and she didn’t help the matters at all. Her assistant, on the other hand, was lovely and picking up the doctor slack of lack of compassion, which tells me Dr. Sherry is like that all the time. Overall very traumatizing experience. I will not be returning, and I don’t recommend you have her as your OBGYN

I have experience such great care from Alpha Omega OBGYN. They have been working closely together with my oncologist to make sure im getting the proper gyn care also with my oncology care. Thank you Dr. T and ladies.

The two stars are for the front office and nurse. They are the reason this review has any stars at all. They are wonderful!!!I went for my yearly appointment. I previously had Dr. Mitchell who was always caring, careful and interested. During the appointment with Dr. Taylor she explained nothing what she was doing. The exam itself was the most uncomfortable and painful I’ve ever had. It was a get in, poke around and get out procedure. Right after she got up and was almost out the door. I had some questions and each short answer was followed with “anything else?” while already half way out. There were no questions about previous problems, nothing.My mammogram office also recommended to get an order for a whole breast ultrasound when getting a mammogram because of dense breasts and she refused to give that saying they would have to call and get the order after the mammogram.If you are reading this review, look elsewhere for a caring, compassionate and helpful OBGYN!

Dr. Sherry Taylor is the best OBGYN. She honestly takes care of me. She knows I get anxious coming to appointments so she takes the time to make sure she makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. She tries to make the appointments as fast as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Taylors office.

I chose Alpha Omega due to the great reviews that I read online, but my experience was nothing close to great. Dr. Taylor seemed nice and welcoming on my first visit to the office, but during my second visit she had a completely different demeanor.My husband came along for support as I was experiencing a complication.When Dr. Taylor walked in, she did not introduce herself to my husband. She came in and immediately went to work. Im an ICU RN and my husband is an Internal Medicine physician, so we understand the importance of introducing yourself and building a trustworthy rapport with the patient AND the family.My second issue was that my husband made two light-hearted, but appropriate jokes to sort of make light of the situation because it was stressful for me. Dr. Taylors response to him was very rude. I felt as though I was placed in an awkward situation. Due to my complication and my need to be treated before I moved from Atlanta, I was nearly in tears trying to decide if I should find another OBGYN because she was so rude to my husband and it made me very uncomfortable. In the end, I did not have my procedure done by Dr. Taylor as she does outpatient procedures at Northside Forsyth and that particular facility is dishonest and immoral when it comes to charging patients for procedures.I understand that as healthcare workers we have our days, but Dr. Taylor put me between a rock and a hard place. I hope that no one else experiences the same treatment in the future.The two stars (I would give Dorothy 5 stars) that I gave were due to the excellent service of Dorothy, who handles the insurance claims. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks you Dorothy for the care and compassion that you expressed to help me while I was a patient with Alpha Omega OBGYN.

Love Rina, Dr Taylor & all of their staff. It had been a long time since I have seen a GYN after hysterectomy and I am so thankful I found this gem while working in the field one day. They had answers to all of my questions and solutions to the problems/daily changes I’ve experienced since surgery. I’m so happy I found this place. Looking forward to a new healthier me and love all of the info they gave me to think about what were my health struggles and the different options/ solutions can offer after she has my blood work and reviews.

Dr Taylor has been my obgyn doctor for over 20 years. She is top notch in her field. I would have never known about my stage 3 kidney disease if it wasnt for her keeping a close eye on my annual blood work. She genuinely cares about her patients. She has an awesome staff who cares as much as she does. I give her the highest of recommendations for her to be your Obgyn doctor.

Dr. Mitchell is the best! She truly cares about her patients and listens to what they have to say. She is one of the most thorough doctors in this field and explains treatment in such a way that there is never any confusion. The staff is always pleasant and equally compassionate.

If I could rate Dr. Taylor with less than one star, I would. Hands-down, the worst OB/GYN visit I have ever had in my 58 years. I felt like I just ran through a GYN drive-thru! She had no interest in what I had to say, and if she did, she certainly did not express it. Mind you, this was my first time seeing her after the departure of Gretchen Mitchell from the practice, who, by the way, was the best OB/GYN I have ever seen! Kind, caring, showed concern, etc. all the things you want from your OB/GYN. Dr. Taylor is the complete opposite of this. She did nothing to make me feel comfortable, or showed that she had an ounce of interest in what I had to say to her. It was get in and get out. Literally! Thank goodness we have choices! To anyone who reads this review and is even remotely, considering a visit with Dr. Taylor, please rethink your decision before you have the same horrible experience I did. Highly not recommended!

I did have a bit of a process to get into the clinic as a new patient but that was due to some miscommunication from my old office, this office and myself which was quickly and professionally later handled by Mary who works in the front. Mary is very professional and helpful especially when I was very stressed and nervous coming to a new city and GYNO as a referred problem case. They were all very nice and professional. I did have a long wait which is to be expected a little bit with new paperwork and the office becoming a bit behind. They were all courteous and everything about my future visit was well explained so that I clearly understood what to expect. I look forward to future visits to Alpha Omega

Dr. Sherry Taylor has been my doctor for 21 years. She was the doctor on call the day I delivered my first child; I appreciated the care she provided in the hospital so much that I switched to her as my primary doctor. Since then she has delivered all 3 of my children and provided EXCELLENT medical care for me throughout several medical concerns. For a year my husband was transferred to North Carolina, and I drove to Atlanta to see her because I didnt want to give her up as my doctor. Even now, I drive from well over an hour away and I can say without a doubt, she is worth the drive! She is kind, caring, attentive, respectful, professional, empathetic, and so smart! Yesterday I visited her in her new office and it is state-of-the-art, spotlessly clean, and beautiful. But far greater than all of that, her staff is as kind and compassionate as Dr. Taylor is. If you are searching for a facility with a top notch, experienced physician and staff that will respect you as a woman and offer you the very best care in a calming environment, look no further!

I decided to schedule an appointment with Alpha Omega after reading their google reviews. I’m so glad I did! Dr. Mitchell was awesome! I can honestly say it’s one of my best experiences with a provider. She was upbeat, friendly, and down to earth. Talking to her was like talking to a girlfriend. She made me feel very comfortable and she was super gentle. My encounter with her left me joyful-I know that’s weird to say after a pap. But she had such a positive and radiating spirit! Everyone I encountered in the office was kind and professional!

The entire staff is so friendly and I was seen on time. Dr. Mitchell was a pleasure to meet! Not only was she personable but took the time to listen, engage and make me feel comfortable. If you are looking for a practice that doesn’t make you feel like just another patient, this practice is for you.

Phenomenal Doctor! My wife has been seeing Dr. Taylor for our first baby. She has been extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, always on time, and most importantly, she is a caring doctor. She really cares for her patients and makes sure to listen to the patients needs. I highly recommend for any women that need a great OBGYN and I always refer my patients to her!

Love this office! It is very comfortable and extremely clean. The staff are professional and kind. They take blood in office instead of sending you elsewhere. They have 3D ultrasound technology. Dr. Taylor is informative and patient. Everyone in the office treats you like family. We drive from stone mountain to see her. There are great places to eat and shop nearby. So we always make a date of it. Its worth every mile! The fact that she delivers at Northside is also a plus for us.

Dr Sherry Taylor was the first doctor we enrolled for my wife, the moment we landed in US. Its an arduous task to get the trust and confidence of my wife who is particular about many things. So, when my wife decided to go back and continue with Dr Taylor to take care of her during Pregnancy, it says a lot of positives about Dr Taylor and how much comfortable my wife has been with her and her office staff. When my friends recommended us to visit doctors of Indian origin, we are glad we chose Dr Sherry Taylor who has proven that doctors are indeed without boundaries. We are now blessed with a baby girl and the credits of the Moms well being during pre- & post-natal period go to Dr. Sherry and her office.

I am so happy to have found Dr. Mitchell again! I happily drive double the distance to now see her at her new place of practice! She helped turn a stressful and scary situation around for me. I am so grateful to have such a personable and present practitioner.

From my very first interaction with the staff at ALPHA OMEGA I knew this was the doctors office that would deliver my baby. (Partly because that was the 1st thing they said to me). I have been completely and totally happy and satisfied with my treatment and care here. The ENTIRE office is friendly and make you feel like family. Dr. Taylor takes a personal interest in all her babies and works extremely hard to insure she can be there to deliver them. I love this office.

Dr. Sherry Taylor is Great!! I had been going to a Wellstar OBGYN and they just gave me the run around for 7 weeks. Just kept putting me on medication even though I told them I was in pain, doubled over in pain & did nothing for me.My first visit to Dr. Taylor she listened to me, did ultrasound to see what was causing me pain. 1 week later I am having surgery.The BEST decision I made to seek assistance from another Doctor. I dont care that I have to drive over an hour because she cares! She listens to you, the patient.THANK YOU Dr. Taylor!

I was turned away from my GPs office because I did not have a physical insurance card.I called Dr Taylors office and immediately felt comfortable. The nurse/front desk lady was super sweet and calmed my nerves. When I got to her office this morning I was there for only a few minutes doing paperwork before I got call back. The nurse and Dr Taylor eased my worries by simply listening to me. I just needed someone to care and they went above and beyond to do that. I would definitely recommend them to my friends/family!

Dr. Mitchell is the best, especially for the 50+ crowd! She makes it very easy to talk to her about any issues and is extremely attentive. Her assistant April is the cherry on top; super friendly and always gets back to you with answers to your questions, lab results, etc. I highly recommend Dr. Mitchell at Alpha Omega OBGYN.

Dr. Taylor is amazing! Shes very easy to talk to and I felt really comfortable with her. I also felt a great atmosphere as soon as I walked through the door. The staff was friendly. I love this clinic and especially Dr Mitchell. She is the best dr I’ve ever seen for ladies issues. Now with Menopause, she’s so open to trying new ideas. To see what works for me. I just love talking to her.The only issue is the online portal needs some attention- there isn’t a option to leave dr Mitchell a message privately so you have to leave it through the other dr and channels through the nurses to get to dr Mitchell. Also. Would like to to get appointment reminders.

I started going to Dr. Taylor when my gyn retired. I thought I would never find a gyn I liked as much but Dr. Taylor is great. She listens to my concerns and answers any questions clearly. They also have a lot of treatment options compared to other gyn I have seen.

Dr. Taylor’s MedSpa is clean and has state of the art equipment. I bought a package of 6 underarm laser hair removal sessions at very reasonable price. Rella and Dominique did an excellent job in removing my underarm hair. The procedure was fast and not too painful. I was pretty much hair free after 4 laser treatments. I highly recommend Dr. Taylor’s MedSpa!

I have been a long-time patient of Dr. Mitchell because simply, she is amazing. It is only fitting that the team she works with here is also friendly, warm & caring, just like Dr. Mitchell. Love the vibe here.

I had to take a few months to gather my thoughts regarding this facility and the traumatic experience I’ve had with Dr. Taylor . I was first seen by doctor Taylor at 8 weeks pregnant and was met by excellent, friendly, welcoming staff . Dr. Taylor at first came off as pleasant but a bit rushed and dismissive in her approach with me i thought nothing of it and continued my care through this facility . Fast forward to my second trimester (early stages of the pandemic) . I called into the facility attempting to notify Dr. Taylor that i had just witnessed some spotting . This was extremely alarming to me being that i have had 2 successful pregnancies and i have never had spotting or bleeding . After calling into the facility , i reached a night nurse who told me she would let Dr.Taylor Know and she will call me later. About 30 minutes later Dr. Taylor called back from a blocked number and immediately had a tone of annoyance as if i was nothing her . I explained to her that i have spotting , she immediately blew me off and told me to wait until Monday due to “covid “ . As the weekend progressed , i started to experience heavier bleeding that was accompanied by cramps . I called In to the facility a 2nd time to seek help from Dr.Taylor . After the message was relayed , A few moments later , Dr. Taylor called me with an even higher tone of annoyance and said things like “what do you want me to do honey ? “ if you feel like your miscarrying , you can go in for a DNC if that will make you feel better ! But i think you should wait until Monday ! For Dr. Taylor to say this with such a level of insensitivity especially with me not even knowing what the bleeding meant , was beyond disturbing and careless.Sunday night i started to officially miscarry and experienced what would be the most traumatic experience of my life . After bleeding profusely for hours , i finally Got to a phone where i could call both an ambulance and my husband that was at work . The Emt caregiver took me to wellstar which was closer even though i was set for north side due to the extensive amount of blood that i had lost. Once i got in the ambulance , the emt told me i had to notify my doctor. Once again i called and was told i would get a call back . By the time Dr. Taylor called back , i had been admitted and seen for an ultrasound. Dr. Taylor then scolded me and asked me why i am at wellstar then stated these exact words “ i can’t help you sweetie , my team is at north side “ i then explained to her that i didn’t have a choice due to my condition . She still at this point had a heavy tone of annoyance with me . This situation happened in April and i have just now summed up the courage to speak about this . The way i was treated by Dr. Taylor was completely unacceptable and disgusting. I wouldn’t wish this experience or treatment on anyone which is why i decided to come forth and speak my truth in hope that this situation will not repeat itself.

Dr. Taylor and her staff were phenomenal. This was my first visit and Im happy to say Ive found my new gynecologist. Highly recommend.

The management is not good. I went there for my annual and i was done only few tests. When i called them i got a reply that i should have seen my physician for a general annual and only for a gyn exam here and that i should have informed that when i came in person. But i had already informed while getting the appointment and still i was told that its my fault not telling it after meeting the doctor. I called to get the rest of the blood work done i was questioned why my blood work was not done. It looked like everything is my responsibility overall.

The wait was a bit long but the staff and the doctor were very nice.

First visit here and the staff made me feel so welcomed. Dr. Mitchell is very nice. She heard all of my concerns, helped find solutions and made me feel very comfortable. 12/10 would recommend!

I had an appointment for this office for almost 2 weeks now for a nexplanon removal. They informed me when I was making my appointment that I didn’t need my medical history for it as you can feel that I have a nexplanon in my arm and you can even see the incision from when it was Inserted. Then they decide to call me 30 min before my scheduled appointment that I was in the car driving to, that they can’t do my removal because they have no proof that I have one. And I am from Hawaii so who knows how long it’ll take to get my medical record of it Inserted 3 years ago. Looks like I’ll be going to planned parenthood instead.

The office staff was incredibly welcoming! They answered all of our questions very personable and authentic. The space was clean, and individuals were professional.

Just called to make an appointment before the weekend and it went to voicemail twice. Apparently they are closed? Which is confusing because in the same voicemail they state, The office is now closed...Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4pm, with the exception of lunch from 12pm to 1pm. And their google hours reflect the same? It is Friday at 1:32 pm. (-_-)
