Shady Grove Fertility in Alpharetta, GA

My partner and I had an amazing experience with Shady Grove. A special thanks to the Alpharetta staff, especially Nurse Katie and Dr. Gay. Our experience with Shady Grove was pleasant from our consultation all the way to our OB graduation date with a positive pregnancy! The Shady Grove staff is very empathetic and attentive throughout the entire process, regardless of why you are there. They are not judgmental and I felt like I always had their undivided attention. Thank you Shady Grove for the great experience in helping us start our family.

Shady Grove has made my fertility journey very smooth and less stress as possible in such a stressful time in your life! A special shout out to Sharon P who does the bloodwork! She is so nice and always has a smile on her face! It makes the process so much easier when people are nice and friendly! So glad I found Shady Grove! I also love all the doctors I have met a few of them, my doctor Dr. Libby is amazing! She always made me feel better during my process and was always answering all my questions! Such a great clinic! Couldn’t say anything but a positive experience!

I can’t say enough about Shady Grove Alpharetta! They have helped my husband and I start our family and they walk us through every step. I consider them family at this point because they have encouraged, supported and just aided us through this crazy journey. Thankful and blessed for their services. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Steven Gay and his staff at shady Grove are amazing.First off i ran late because of traffic and the lady at the front desk was accommodating and kind enough to have us still come to our appointment and extended a very warm and heartfelt greeting. When we met with Dr. Gay, He was very patient and extremely gracious explained as much as possible about our steps ahead and was very reassuring about what was about to take place going forward and that it will always be in the best interest of what we as the patients would like. Qiani our case manager was sincere and very informative as well, she was kind and laid out our entire action plan that made me feel at ease. Jasmine was beyond amazing and she was so very kind and gentle and she made us feel cared for while she was doing the bloodwork, loved her.This time can be a very stressful time and the staff at Shady Grove did not at anytime make us feel uncomfortable as I have faced in the past. Highly recommend them. Thank You for being the amazing staff that you are and assuring my husband and I that we made the best choice to come to Shady Grove.

I love this clinic. I definitely love the front desk. Ingrid and Audreaka are always so nice and helpful. The Ladies always have a smile and greet me by my name. I drive over 2 hrs and the traffic is horrible, but I wouldn’t trade it because of the Meridian Mark staff.

Very happy with the team at SGF! From the patient care coordinators, to the doctors, and everyone in between! Special shouts to Adrienne, Sharon P., and Lexi for making me feel calm and cared for every time!

Shady Grove is AMAZING! After 3 years of trying to have a baby we got our BFP :) Crystal Hill is our nurse and we couldn’t ask for anyone better! She has been a constant support throughout a very stressful journey. She is always there to answer any questions I have or just provide a reassuring word. We have been BEYOND blessed to work with her and all the other team members at SGF.

Amy Simpson is the best Sonographer at Shady Grove. She always has a smile on her face and goes the extra mile for her patient. The best sonographer at Shady Grove hands down. There is no Shady Grove without Amy Simpson. SHE IS THE BEST HANDS DOWN!!!!!

Such a nice place! I’ve come here now for my outside monitoring as a 2x surrogate, now going on my third journey. Sharon, the phlebotomist was so sweet. Always feels good to come to a place where you feel valued and appreciated.

This is my second time accosting Shady Grove fertility and the staff is extremely unwelcoming. Sam at the front desk was where the line has to be drawn. I was constantly met with snarky replies, and it didn’t matter the conversation/question as if I was getting on her nerves. I had an 8am appointment and dismissed it because it was early. I understand that everyone is entitled to a bad day, but her behavior was the same on my first appointment. Seems like she has plenty of bad days, and they travel with her to work. Shady Grove Alpharetta is very close to where I live so, I chose facility. I left the office on 3/07/24 looking for a different physician to assist with family planning due to the staff. It’s very discouraging struggling with starting a family, and this is who they choose to guide us. The ONLY person that was welcoming on 3/7/24 was the lady that conducted my ultrasound.

Highly recommended. This facility was very helpful and supportive during my most challenging moments. I am thankful for the nurses at Shady Grove as well who helped me with the process and continuously checked on me until the day of my operation. Thank you especially to Nurse Laura and Dr. McCarthy-Keith for helping me every step of the way. I’m so glad I was recommended to go to Shady Grove and I would highly recommend the next person to pay them a visit. Shady Grove cares and just know you’re in good hands.

BE AWARE- Check your medical bills and make sure they run everything through your insurance. They told me I was going to have to pay out of pocket because my insurance doesn’t cover the hsg test. They were arguing with me about it. I finally had them run it through the insurance… lo and behold… my insurance paid for 90% of the test. Also, they put tri intercourse cycle on my bill which is literally being intimate with your partner and tracking ovulation on your own… when asked about this, billing said it was a mistake on their part. Yeah no. Also, my husband and I got a ton of testing done which we were told the tests came back great and we don’t have any issues. Then they proceeded we need to go straight to Ivf. Thats when we knew it was time to leave Shady Grove.I don’t want anyone else to deal what I had to deal with. It’s taken me a few months to finally write this review.

I was consistently impressed by their level of organization, and they kept me informed and involved every step of the way, with daily communication throughout the process.The pricing was also clearly communicated, and I appreciated the availability of so many learning resources to help me understand the process and make informed decisions. Dr. Gay and Nurse Katie were especially outstanding, and their compassionate care and expertise made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. Others at the Alpharetta office, Amy and Saddie were also so friendly and pleasant! Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Shady Grove Fertility and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking fertility services.

I don’t even know where to start. The level of care is EXCEPTIONAL. I worked with Dr. Gay and his nurse Katie, and I can’t say enough good things. Navigating fertility issues is so stressful, and their constant communication helped to relieve some of that stress and fear. I never felt rushed when I asked questions and Dr. Gay/Katie made sure I throughly understood everything. Amy is also the best US sonographer I’ve come across. I went through both IUIs and IVF, and am so thankful for the SGF team for getting me pregnant after an embryo transfer. Forever grateful!The facilities were also super clean and every single staff member went above and beyond at each appointment. The front desk staff were so welcoming too. Thank you Alpharetta team!

I feel compelled to express my disappointment regarding the conduct of the lady at the front desk. Regrettably, I found her to be consistently rude and making smart remarks throughout our interaction. As a patient, I believe it is crucial to be treated with respect and empathy, regardless of the circumstances. Such behavior not only undermines the trust and confidence patients have in your organization but also creates an unwelcoming environment. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but it is essential for staff members, especially those in customer-facing roles, to receive proper training in customer service and interpersonal skills. A patients experience begins at the front desk, and it sets the tone for the entire visit. It is imperative to prioritize patient care and ensure that each interaction is handled professionally and courteously.

SGF Alpharetta is fantastic. The office is beautiful and brand new. The office and clinical staff are friendly, they make you feel comfortable and they are very accommodating. I have never had to wait long for my appointment, they are quick and very diligent.

The facility was super clean and beautiful. All the staffs were very friendly and kind. We were greeted with a small gift during our last visit which my wife and I appreciated a lot.

My husband and I started going to SGF in Alpharetta in January and have nothing but good things to say so far. Dr. Gay and his team have helped us in so many ways already and have really gotten the ball rolling on our first IVF cycle. We look forward to starting treatment with SGF Alpharetta and are hopeful for our future with them. Thanks to everyone who has been involved in our journey to this point, and we look forward to continuing to work with you!

Patient with Shady Grove for a long time here in Atlanta. While many of the doctors are good, the company is so SHADY that it becomes a terrible experience. Ive been owed a refund for more than a year.The office staff is just horrible. Ive had many reach out that had similar terrible experiences and if you read reviews from across the nation (Shady buys up offices across the USA) it is bad across the board. Be cautious!

I have only wonderful things to say about Dr. Gay and his staff at the Alpharetta location. Knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional… I could not have asked for better care. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all that you’ve done for me. I highly recommend Dr. Gay.

My Life Changed after Choosing GRSDr. Namnoum and Tracy were such a delight and made the process as smooth as it could be! We had transferred from a larger, much busier fertility clinic and were relieved to find GRS for a more personalized, hands on approach. I immediately felt more comfortable after sitting down with Dr. Namnoum. Being assigned a team at GRS where you get to see the same nurse and doctor each visit made the process much easier and less stressful. Every staff member I encountered at GRS were helpful - even in billing which was great!! I highly recommend going to GRS if you want a personalized experience and have a hands on doctor.

Im loving the new alpharetta location! Its so beautiful and clean! This location is much closer to me, so I love having a convenient location for monitoring appointments.

Im starting to doubt that this is a real business. I was prompted to leave a voicemail and that my call would be returned by end of business day as long as it was received before 2:00pm. I did this early in the morning and still no callback.
