I would highly recommend Washington Fertility Center. We had a wonderful experience here and successful conceived through IUI. The whole staff is very caring and attentive. The front desk staff, Carol, Kelly and Joanna are very organized, super helpful, and always available to assist with any questions and scheduling. Dr. Asmar and Olivia truly care for their patients and have the best bedside manner. Olivia is an absolute gem, and made the whole process very smooth. We felt we were in the best hands with their team and so grateful to them!

This has been the best medical experience I have ever had! Dr. Asmar, Olivia Potter N.P., Ms. Caroline, Kelly and the entire team were so welcoming, informative and supportive with me and my husband. Forever grateful for them and the superb care we had!

An absolutely lovely experience with a caring staff. We are a same sex couple and had been a little nervous when choosing a fertility clinic, but they treated us with dignity and kindness every step of the way as we expanded our family. Dr. Asmar is very conscientious and follows practices developed over his long experience to reach the best outcome. We did reciprocal IVF and my wife who has PCOS was the egg donor, and Dr. Asmar has a very good PCOS protocol to maximize high quality egg retrieval. On a personal level, we were also always very comfortable with him. Olivia handled many of our ultrasounds/delivering results and took the time to answer any questions I had, which I really appreciated. Big thanks also to Carol, Johanna, and Kelly as well as the rest of the staff!

Had an extremely great experience with them. Dr. Asmar was amazing. Carol from front desk was very sweet. Olivia was always very helpful. She was very cheerful and nice. Me and my husband both are very satisfied with them.

I showed up for my appointment 5 minutes after their time period and the lady at the desk said I was late I explained I hit some traffic coming almost 30 miles and she didnt even care said I would have to reschedule. So I just left.

This facility, doctor and staff are all phenomenal . Warm welcome every visit . I want to shout out a few that helped my journey so far Ms. Caroline, Kelly, Johanna and one more whose name I forgot to write down (she was always my tech in the back). Any question or concern I had these ladies were on it. I highly recommend this facility !!

Caroline, Johanna, Kelly, Dr. Asmar, Olivia, and Melania, and everyone else here are AMAZING. My wife and I worked with a different office before finding Washington Fertility Center and were not happy with the care we received. The moment we walked into Washington Fertility we knew we had found the right place for us. We are a lesbian couple and had been on this journey for years before we found them. They were so knowledgeable and so loving and kind. Even though my wife was the one trying to get pregnant they took outstanding care of me as well. They included me at every step and made me feel so welcome. We are concluding our journey with them today on our graduation day! My wife is 11 weeks pregnant and we could not be more grateful that God brought all of them into our life and has given us a beautiful baby girl. We will be back when it is time for baby number 2!!

Washington Fertility Center (WFC) is excellent. I was working with a larger fertility clinic in the region before I made the switch and had a consultation at another clinic, but WFC was the perfect fit. The wait times were fast and efficient, and every person I interacted with was kind and friendly. Thanks to WFC, Im pregnant to date!Dr. Asmar is knowledgeable and compassionate. I was confident that I was in good hands with him and his team.Carol and Kelly, the front office receptionists, are exceptional and always made me feel welcomed. Johanna provided clear and concise instructions for billing and next steps. Olivia, my primary NP, was my rock star. Her cheerful demeanor and gentleness made this challenging time a positive experience. I cannot say enough great things about her.

The best experience of my life has been here with these lovely people 💜 Joanna, Kelly & Carol at the front desk were so welcoming, caring and friendly. And Dr.Asmar and Olivia really helped us through a tough journey that ended with our graduation today at 11 weeks pregnant. We cant thank them enough for everything theyve help us to achieve and soon well be welcoming our baby girl. It truly was the best experience. My wife and I were not only welcomed, but loved and well be coming back when its time for baby #2!

In my humble opinion, Washington Fertility Center is the absolute best. From our first appointment, Dr. Asmar and his staff were warm and understanding of our situation. Through months of appointments weekly, and at times daily, I never left the office feeling discouraged or unhappy with my experience. Ill always consider Dr. Asmar, Kelly, Carol, and Olivia as family, and Ill always refer WFC to any and everyone I meet.

After 4 years and numerous losses weve finally conceived our miracle baby. We cannot thank Dr. Asmar and his team enough for listening to us and finally giving us answers. This is by far the best fertility clinic in the Fredericksburg area.

Olivia is an outstanding doctor—meticulous and highly professional. I wholeheartedly recommend her services, along with those of the clinic, which have consistently exceeded my expectations.

Dr. Asmar and Olivia Potter, CRNP were great to work with. They were caring and responsive. The nurses, technicians, front desk staff, and phlebotomists were also very attentive. This clinic felt very comfortable and it didnt have that corporate fertility clinic feel that I was trying to avoid. All costs were transparent.

They were really amazing worry about every single thing about my pregnancy Caroline smith was really nice and Carin the same with Olivia and doctor asmar was amazing. I’m going to miss them so much !! Thank you for taking care of my little one amazing experience ❤️

Such a disappointment!!!! After going through the emotional process, No one called to let me know if the procedure was successful or not. I called them after 2 months to remind. They sent me an email saying that the procedure didnt take, no phone calls nothing.... Im so upset that I wasted my time and money there. Thats all the Dr cares about, the money. Shame on them

I had such a fantastic experience with Dr. Asmar and the entire staff! I am so sad to have graduated and not being seeing them every week. I felt so taken care by every member of the staff. I cannot say enough good things about the care I received. This is the place you should be going to receive your care!

The entire staff at Washington Fertility is amazing. The care and love that I have been treated with is amazing. If you want a doctor and medical professionals who take a person interest in you while giving quality treatment this is the place to go. Lan has been there working tirelessly for my first and second pregnancies . Her thoughtfulness and hard work are indescribable. I wish I could give back a fraction of the kindness and assistance I’ve been shown here. Dr. Asmar strives for a facility with great customer service and it shows. He is a wonderful doctor. Carol and many of the other wonderful people employed in this office always take time to get to know me and make me feel safe.

This has been the experience of a lifetime. I came to Washington Fertility Center as an egg donor and the staff here made this one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a doctors office. Lan has been incredible and by my side through everything. She is a very comforting presence in the office. All the ladies in the office were a blast to talk to, Caroline and Audrey were fantastic and very fun high energy personalities. Dr Asmar was wonderful, he always made me feel safe and taken care of and I can tell he truly cares for his patients. I’ve never had a better experience in an office and I am looking forward to doing it again. If you’re someone thinking of being an egg donor, I would absolutely go to Washington Fertility Center.

This place changed our lives! I had my tubes untied and was up and moving that day! 2 months after the procedure, on our wedding day, we found out we were pregnant!!! I had the most amazing experience with everyone here, all of the staff were so warm and friendly. I never felt any judgement from anyone and genuinely felt cared for not only as a patient, but as a person. For whatever your infertility needs are, I recommend Dr. Asmar and all the staff at Washington Fertility Clinic again and again, you won’t be disappointed!

I felt like I was always at home when I was in your office. II was turned away by Shady Grove because I was 40 years YOUNG. We loved our experience at Washington Fertility Center. Everyone was kind and considerate and it was nice to feel like they all knew us when we came in. Dr. Asmar is very personable and likable. We loved Carol the office manager especially and Lan the IVF coordinator. We drove 1.5 hours one way to be seen at Washington Fertility Center and we would do it again in the future. I’m honestly sad to be “graduating”. I wish I could be seen here through my whole pregnancy. Washing fertility is an excellent place for any women need help. My midwife never expressed concern for my circumstances, thus I had the nicest experiences at Washington fertility office. I feel extremely fortunate to have found Dr. Asmar, who listened to my worries and assured me that he do would his best to conduct all the necessary tests to ensure that until every issues result he does leave any room for mistake. When I initially met him, I felt at peace. His works are excellent. I will always urge anyone in need help to contact Washington fertility stuffs. He has made sure to closely monitor my pregnancy up until week 11 and Im excited to announce that Im expecting. I consider myself blessed to have found such a great doctor.

We cant say enough good things about the staff and our experience. Even though it was a bit of a drive for us, it was so worth it. Everyone from the amazing ladies at the front desk, the financial staff, and of course the medical team were the best! Pierre and Lan always made us feel welcome and were super thorough in their explanations and guidance. With the nature of fertility testing, I was worried about how invasive the exams would be. Pierre, Lan, and the nurses consistently checked in to make sure I felt comfortable and safe with each step of the process. We officially graduated with a successful pregnacy and cant wait to welcome our baby boy into the world and we owe it to this clinic! Youll be in great hands with these amazing folks!

Finding this clinic has been such a blessing. Professional and caring staff. My interaction with Carol is part of my the reason I drove as far as I did my first visit. And the doctor is so caring and really cares about you as a person. This clinic is the best and I’m so excited for my continuous care at Washington Fertility Center .

I absolutely loved this office. I have nothing but the best to say about Dr. Asmar and his team. He always made me feel special. I was never rushed out of any appointment, if I had questions they were always answered, and never once did I feel as if I was just another patient at his office. The staff at Washington Fertility were also always there to help me out. My appointments were always on time and I have since moved on to an OB because I am pregnant with twins! I will surely miss the people at Washington Fertility Center, they made me feel like family! I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to have a family to them.

The team here was absolutely AMAZING! From the very beginning to the end being an egg donor Audrey , Erin, Dr. Asmar , Lan, all of the OR nurses and front seat desk staff and everyone else really took care of me and walked me through everything in complete detail i felt very welcome and secure! If you are looking for a fertility clinic this is definitely the place to go!

We cant thank Dr. Asmar and his team enough. While many fertility doctors in general are more transactional and sometimes just money-oriented, Dr. Asmar and his team are totally different. They are extremely caring and warm. During all procedures, each member took eye contact to us, greeting very warmly and treating us warmly. With our first try, now I am 10 weeks pregnant, but even if this first cycle did not work out this time, we would be still very satisfied and grateful for everything they did. Today was our last visit before transferring to OB, and Dr. Asmar, Lan and his team gave us a nice baby gift and a message card. We absolutely recommend Dr. Asmar, Lan, and his team. Thank you so much.

The Annandale team was extremely nice. They are very welcoming. They will try to ensure your needs are met and remove the anxiety surrounding infertility. I was getting an egg retrieval/storage procedure done. It had its downs, mostly to do with communication, but not enough to count them out. I would advise that, if using insurance, that the facilty participate with your insurance. I have Anthem BCBS, and the entire facility and Dr. is in network, however, I was told after the visit before my egg retrieval that they dont participate with my insurance when it comes to labs (meds, retrieval procedure, etc.) everything else was covered (ultrasounds, bloodwork, consultation, etc.). My insurance covers all infertility procedures, ALL. Its just that the facility rather you pay up front, roughly $8,000, and then get reimbursed through your insurance. Unfortunately, this was not communicated to me at the initial consultation or any of my previous visits or when I informed them that I will be paying through my insurance. I would have immediately told them that we were not a fit. However, I was told after multiple visits, bloodwork, and US later. I felt like my time was wasted, and at my age, I dont have any time to give for free. Ask if you have to pay any part of your procedure, besides co-pay, out of pocket if you intend to use insurance.

This place is amazing! Doctor Pierre is very understanding and truly cares about your situation. He is attentive and has a great bed side manor. Along side him he has the best staff to assist. Ms. Caroline is fantastic, your always guaranteed a good conversation and a smile. Jessica is super hospitable and welcoming. I don’t know how I was gonna get through a procedure without Nellely by my side. The phlebotomist, was so good she was done and I didn’t even know she started. This is just to name a few but overall I’d recommend this place to anyone!!

Hands down, the best staff that we’ve experienced in our 3 years of trying to conceive. Dr Asmar and his team of professionals were beyond empathetic to our issues and worked diligently to ensure we received the best treatment! His lead nurse, Lan Nguyen, and his financial counselor, Mrs Carol, are the absolute best people to interact with! They were straightforward about our options, helped us figure out financing resources, and even worked to get us discounted medication at every chance they could. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking a bonafide professional and experience! Dr. Asmar promised to do everything in his will to help get us pregnant and he did! We love them!

Im currently a patient at Washington Fertility Center and have been meaning to write a review for a while now. Ive been a patient since March 2022 when my partner and I couldnt conceive naturally for approx 18 months-ish. We underwent testing at the clinic (which took about a month) and were diagnosed with unexplained infertility. Dr. Asmar, head nurses Lan and Liz, Carol, and the woman who pokes me with needles 2-3 times a month (cant remember her name) are all professional, kind, and just all around wonderful. The two women at the front desk have always been pleasant to me as well. Beginning treatment was a little uncomfortable at first especially because youre new to it all, not sure what questions to ask, and theyve been doing it for years but once you get used to the routine, can articulate questions better, and care a little less about your lady business being in a strangers face it gets easier and the whole clinic is optimistic for your success which helps you especially during those tougher moments. During procedures and when having my blood drawn I get very anxious but theyll talk to me, calm me down, and even hold my hand. Ive never been rushed out of the room and Dr. Asmar always asks if I have any questions and answers them to the point that Im satisfied. Ive heard stories of the horrible bedside manner some women experience at clinics with doctors and nurses who dont have a lot of heart for the emotional/physical struggle women go through with infertility and Im thankful to say that Ive had the complete opposite experience at Washington Fertility center. We are hopeful Washington Fertility Center will be the guiding light in our success to a healthy pregnancy and I look forward to updating my review once weve successfully conceived and graduated to an OB/GYN.

This clinic has disappointed me dearly. My wife has been going to this clinic over a year to conceive. We went through 2 IUIs and IVFs. All failed. Through our this journey Dr. Asmar and company (nice gentleman) never properly diagnose what was wrong with either me nor my wife. They convinced us to keep trying, and we did and failed. After the last failure, we asked for a medical file and all the doctor suggest is to go to another fertility clinic DESPITE the fact that they have another embryo from my wife. Its like he gave up on us and I am extremely disappointed. After spending over $40k and going through this difficult journey and to just give up on us without doing a deep down diagnosis was a bitter pill to swallow.We will try to get a proper analysis with shady Grove clinic instead, but I am deeply disappointed with this clinic and will never come back again.

We are forever grateful for finding Washington Fertility Center. Dr. Asmar, Lan and the whole staff took great care of us from day one.We started our IVF journey in November 2022 and we found out in May 2023 that we are pregnant.The team took care of our needs every step of the way from scheduling, medications and then after care. I came to WFC after a difficult experience at Shadygrove. At a large practice like that, I felt like cattle and that nobody really knew me and even often would get my treatment plan mixed up with someone else. I had such an opposite experience at Dr. Asmar’s practice. I felt so comfortable with him and his head nurse, Lan. I felt they made the time to know me and were a huge comfort through what is a very emotional and difficult process. They were always willing to answer any question I had so that I never felt unsure of anything. I highly recommend them as a highly skilled and caring fertility practice.

My partner and I vetted other fertility centers in the DMV and we couldn’t be happier that we found Washington Fertility Center. We expected the process to be a drag but the staff has made it so we actually look forward to going in! Carol makes you feel like family and her kind words were a saving grace when we faced a little disappointment (par for the course with fertility treatment). Lan (clinical coordinator/nurse)is amazing, very thorough and patient. Dr. Asmar is a the most gentle doctor I’ve met- I wish he could be my OBGYN forever! They’re all so encouraging, I know I’ve missed names (the surgical nurse, front desk staff)but everyone we have met has made our experience a joy and we couldn’t be more grateful.

The Washington Fertility Center is such an amazing place. The doctors, nurses, and all the staff treat you with such love, care, and support. I personally worked with Lan and she was simply amazing. I had a wonderful experience at Washington Fertility! Dr. Asmar and his staff were so enjoyable to work with. Even though I was going through a difficult experience dealing with infertility I always left the office with a positive and hopeful attitude. I worked closely with Lan and Courtney who always provided impeccable customer service. Dr. Asmar genuinely cares about his patients and I am so glad I was able to work with him. Plus on a very happy note, I got pregnant after my first round of injections! I highly recommend trusting Dr. Asmar and his staff.

Update***Thanks to Dr. Asmar and his team. I welcomed a healthy baby boy on November 8th! God bless all of you for this wonderful joy in my life! I cannot Thank this office enough.Dr. Asmar and the staff were all so great! They were kind and caring, answered all the questions I had. Dr. Asmar is super friendly, and wont give up on you until he finds the root of the issue. Hes determined to help his patients get the results they want! All the testings and procedures are done to rule out or find any underlying issues. I went in after stressing out on why I couldnt get pregnant. But he told me that he wont stop helping me until I am 10 weeks pregnant, and he hands me off to my OBGYN. After all the tests and procedures, we sat down to go over a game plan, and if that doesnt work, well try again, and if that doesnt work either, well go back to the drawing board. Well, guess what? Plan number 1 worked! Now, I am happy to say, I am in my first trimester of pregnancy! My husband and I couldnt be more thankful to Washington Fertility Clinic!! They are a smaller clinic, and are more reasonably priced than the bigger centers (I know, Ive checked). But their care and expertise are top notched!

The community at this clinic is so warm and loving. Every time I come in I feel as though I am part of a team, a family, that not only cares for me and my fertility journey but embraces my person. The office is clean, professional, and attentive. The staff is absolutely wonderful. If you are seeking treatment this is the place to go one thousand percent.

The worse service ever!!!. Dr Asmar is a nice person, but unfortunately his staff is awful. Starting from Rosa , one of the front desk person, to the financial manager. They did not call my insurance to verify my benefits correctly and made me pay full price for the appointments, when they found out that my insurance covered it , they took literally 5 months to send me the refunds. My insurance paid for the claims because I called and send the claims myself, they did not even bother to give them a call , and when they received the payment from my insurance ,they lied to me saying they did not receive it. I had to call my insurance and asked them to call Washington Fertility about it. They did not like that I called my insurance to verify that my consultations were covered, and decided to dismiss me from the practice without any notice, a day after an appointment ,where they got my payment of $500.00 cash. Every time I called ,they knew it was me and never call me back or treat me with respect. Now I thank God that he took me out of that office, because after that I had the pleasure to go to Dr. Gordon and was a totally different story. Super sweet, friendly, respectful and compassionate staff , that did all my consultations covered under my insurance. Based on my results they gave me a lot of recommendations and 4 months later, I got pregnant on my own. Things happen for a reason and I am glad I got out of WF. It may not be the same case with everyone, but all I will say is that if the office is a mess starting at the front desk everything will be like that. The Staff needs to learn what being professional and respectful means

Me and my wife found Washington Fertility Clinic after doing research online. We tried Shady Groove first but they were not helpful and we were discouraged. However, Dr. Asmar is a real professional and he made us feel welcome and he promised that his Goal was to help us get pregnant and he delivered on his promise. Also we love Carol and Lan, they made us feel like family and we are grateful. With the grace of God and the amazing work done by Dr. Asmar, Carol, and Lan, we are three months pregnant in our journey to have a baby. I highly recommend Washington Fertility Clinic!Update Jan/13/22: we have finally delivered the baby and are truly happy and feeling blessed. Thank you Washington Fertility Clinic for this precious gift, we will be forever grateful!

Dr. Asmar and his team are amazing. They are supportive and effective, understanding and sympathetic. After a very long journey, we are expecting our first child in August and will absolutely return to Dr. Asmar when the time comes for future children. He really is wonderful!

After 8 years of trying to get pregnant via various methods, we finally landed in this office. We have one beautiful daughter and now a second child on the way. For us, the staff was nothing but helpful and compassionate, and we feel very fortunate and grateful for the success we have had.Update: We are now pregnant with our third child through WFC! I know our results are not the norm, but we are still ecstatic and highly recommend this clinic. The staff continues to be caring and professional, and we couldnt be happier!

My wife came to Dr. Asmar with a PCOS diagnosis. He and his staff were very thorough, highly confident and reassuring that they could help us get pregnant. They went to work right away running lots of tests without any fluff appointments. Lan and Carol were always very kind and they seemed generally interested in us, always giving us plenty of pictures and even a gift for our baby. We are now 9 weeks along after a successful first try at the letrozole timed treatment, have finished with their office, and are on to a regular OB.

I cannot say enough good things about WFC. I started seeing them after months of issues. Right away they were able to pinpoint the problem and worked with us to fix it. They made me feel like family and when you are dealing with infertility, you need that. Dr. Asmar and Dr. Banks are good and kind hearted doctors. They truly care about you and your concerns. They always made me feel reassured and always supportive. I’m happy to say that we are pregnant with our first baby and if it weren’t for them then I don’t know where we would be. The staff is amazing about making sure you understand things. First class all the way. I can’t thanks them enough for all they have done for my family.

I am shocked that this place has such high reviews. i’ve been to many clinics for outside monitoring and this is by far the worst and most difficult one i’ve been to. their front desk system is constantly wrong/ disorganized and it’s always an issue in the system when i come in because they don’t know what they’re doing. my coordinator had to spend an hour on the phone with them and there were still issues. today i waited a whole hour past my appointment to finally be seen while they’re all socializing and on their phones. the front desk and nurses are very rude and seem new to their jobs/ unprofessional. the blood draw was painful, left me soaking through the bandages and badly bruised which i have never experienced before. the NP was really nice but it was the most painful ultrasounds i’ve ever had and by that point i was beyond annoyed with this experience. i’m glad i won’t have to come back here, but i feel bad for anyone who doesn’t have a choice.

I’ve been coming to WFC for quite some while now and let me tell you I always enjoy my visits. Dr. Asmar is one of the nicest and most professional doctors I’ve ever meet and Lan is such a wonderful nurse who really knows how to do her job. Happy to come to this clinic everytime just to see them!

After dealing with 1 miscarriage, 2 failed IUIs, an abdominal myomectomy and laparoscopic surgery to block off a hydrosalpinx and remove a polyp, Dr. Asmar and his team were our saving grace. We started the IVF journey in October 2020 and after 1 try we are now 10 weeks pregnant. The staff is very thorough and precise in their methodology. Their embryologist are top notch. The office staff is super friendly abd welcoming! Dr. Asmar is very compassionate and empathetic which are great qualities for a doctor to have. Hes an expert in his field and I could always email him at anytime with concerns and hed respond shortly after and get me in the office quickly if needed. I highly recommend this fertility center for those struggling with conception. Dont get discouraged please note all of the obstacles we had.

I am eternally grateful to Dr. Asmar as I have a five year old and now another baby on the way all thanks to him and his staff. Prior to becoming a patient of Washington Fertility Center, I was at Shady Grove Fertility and was released due to years of unsuccessful attempts at pregnancy. I was also told by the doctor there that I would most likely never have a biological child even though I was in my early 30s at the time with no remarkable medical history to explain that. Shortly after, I sought a second opinion from Dr. Asmar, wound up pregnant on the first try and now have a growing family. Thank you, Dr. Asmar!!

I had an amazing experience at the Washington Fertility Center! As I started the fertility journey , the Doctors and staff members took the time to discuss the procedures and answered all of our questions. I am happy to announce that I am now three months pregnant:) I am very grateful for the WFC staff members ,for all they have done for my family. It was a pleasure to work with WFC, they were all very helpful and caring. I thank God for this place that I have decided to start treatment and that I am now pregnant of my beautiful daughter.

I started going to Washington Fertilitys Annandale location beginning in January of 2020. The staff there was always attentive and friendly, and Dr. Asmar always took the time to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. I had two outpatient surgeries at the clinic to remove a uterine septum (in March and May 2020). Both were good experiences--the doctors answered all of my questions, and I was in and out within a few hours with relatively simple recoveries. After I healed, my husband and I were going to use them for IUI treatment, but I became pregnant naturally. Even though I hadnt used their fertility services, Dr. Asmar conducted my prenatal care for the first nine weeks of my pregnancy. They conducted prenatal tests and screening. I was seen weekly, and I got an ultrasound at every visit. It was great being able to see my baby was doing well so frequently, and so early in the pregnancy. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Asmar and his staff for their devoted, attentive care. I highly recommend this facility for anyone experiencing fertility challenges.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. It was the first place we tried, chosen for the convenient location and reasonable prices. It is pretty small, but that meant I never had to wait very long to be seen, and they could always accommodate my request for early morning appointment times. Everyone from Dr. Asmar and Dr. Banerjee to the front desk and billing staff was wonderful, and most importantly, I am currently pregnant with my first!

At first I was a little skeptical after reading some reviews. I decided to give a try in any way as some other clinics didnt even bother to call me back. Dr Asmar was pretty upfront and firm with his recommendation of using donor eggs, which didnt help the feeling but I trusted him, knowing that he wasnt just trying to please me like other clinics I tried. By the time Dr Banks took over with all the procedures, everything went through unbelievably smooth. She is such a top-notch yet extremely down-to-earth and caring doctor! Im grateful to the entire WFC - Lan who did all my planning, coordination and gave me candid opinions when it was difficult to make some decisions, the embryologist and the front desk ladies who all worked for me to make my dream come true. Our IVF success has been an amazing journey as a result of our experience with the Washington Fertility Center. The Washington Fertility Center is truly a God-send and its existence is crucial to those seeking a life altering opportunity to extend their family. What we value most is the hard work, dedication and passion of Dr. Asmar and his staff. They are phenomenal and make an incredible team.After 2 years of trying to conceive and 6 years of marriage, my husband and I conceded that it would be just the two of us. Now at age 52 and my husband at 50, we decided that IVF was the key to our dream to finally becoming parents. Once we decided to pursue IVF treatment, I began to research different facilities. My first contact was with Shady Grove Fertility Center. Upon divulging my personal information, the receptionist informed me that the center does not perform IVF to patients over 49 and a half years old. This conversation left me frustrated, disappointed, and discouraged.Although my initial efforts to seek a fertility center were disappointing, I refused to give up. Not too much further in my research I came across the Washington Fertility Center. This conversation was completely different. They informed me that their cut off age for IVF is 56 and I jumped at the opportunity to schedule a visit.My initial visit was so encouraging. I loved, loved, loved Dr. Asmar from the very beginning. He has such a positive perspective. Although I had reservations about the success rate of this treatment for some at 52, Dr. Asmar assured me that the results were the same for a woman my age (going through menopause) was no different from someone much younger. He gave me all the information in detail pertaining to the treatment and every step that was needed leading up to the treatment. The Financial Advisor, Carol Smith was equally as helpful. Mrs. Smith aided us in deciding which financial program would work best for us. The nurses, Jamie and Lan are not only competent in their field but compassionate and caring as well. I have recommended Washington Fertility Center to my Ob/gyn, primary care physician as well as a close friend.After our first cycle of IVF, we are currently 12 weeks pregnant with our first child. The compassion and dedication of the Washington Fertility Center (WFC) team is unmatched. From the moment that my husband and I visited WFC we were immediately impressed with Dr. Asmar. After reviewing my medical records a plan of action was established to help us conceive. He set realistic expectations for the process, taking our personal circumstances into consideration. As we began our fertility journey, Dr. Asmar and Dr. Banks always took the time to discuss the outcomes of our procedures and answered all of our questions (even on the weekends). They demonstrated empathy and always acted with the utmost professionalism, honesty, and integrity.The staff at WFC is the best – they are welcoming and helpful in clarifying the administrative processes (i.e. billing, medication orders). Most importantly, the staff is caring and makes every effort to know you as a person, not just a patient. Lan and Carol were responsive to all of our inquires and were a pleasure work with – they are amazing. Our fertility journey wasn’t quick and easy however WFC made it worth our while.

I’ve been a egg donor four times now (WFC was the fourth) and have had the best experience with WFC! Dr. Asmar is so kind, Lan (Lead Nurse) is funny, efficient, and so caring, and all of the staff I encountered on the day of the retrieval were so caring and just willing to help. It was the easiest donation yet and also yielded the highest amount of eggs. I would donate with them again in a heartbeat.

If I could give a half a star for this place omg I would! They are the most rude, disrespectful, unorganized, poor customers and insensitive group of people on this planet. Carol and Angel are the most poor excuse of people to even work in this field. Do not send any reports because they will never get back to you. They hold you personal information and wont call you or contact you at all. Tell you you cant make appointment until you first send your medical reports. Then the doctor will call you back. No one even calls and keeps you posted on anything. If youre trying to have a baby dont contact them at all. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau !

The staff Angela, Carol, Jamie all of nursing techs who drew my blood (Maritza I think) and made me laugh were great . I had a horrific experience and the fact the one person I had to deal with (LAN ) was a pain (and the consensus would agree)and is also the wicked witch of the west . My IVF cycle went horribly wrong , I was charged for things that were supposed to be included in my authorization *Beware they partner with private labs* ... and just got bill from my failed cycle in November ... Dr Asmar is a joy I love him dearly but he didnt have a lot of time . If I was trying to make it to work on time and had an appointment ... it wasnt happening he is well liked and very busy ... I went through my insurance and they were a pain too but the fact that I was in the dark most of the time didnt help .. I wasnt responding due to low stims and the cycle should have been canceled and it wasnt So that cycle ended in failure and a whole lot of pain & Methotrexate . Truth be told I would have probably went back to him but his head nurse I just cant deal with her .. I actually tried to convince a woman in the parking area to give the clinic a chance and she said ... No I dont like the vibe from her .... maybe I should have listened too I grinned and bared until my cycle was ruined and I wasted 1 of my lifetime ivf cycles ....Dr Asmar is great , Jamie is great too if she was the person who would have taken care of me IVF wise I would have stayed.

When I was told I would have to consider other methods in order to conceive I chose Washington Fertility because they had multiple locations which were both close to home and work. My relationship with Dr. Asmar and has team has been more than a year in the making as I suffer from recurring Fibroids. In order to give us the best possible chance, Dr. Asmar insisted that we remove the Fibroids before proceeding. We did 2 rounds of IUI without success and decided to move on to IVF. Under his direction we decided to do a Frozen Embryo Transfer in order to make sure that my uterus was in tip top condition and would be the perfect environment for our little ones. Im very pleased to say that after our first transfer of 2 embryos I am now pregnant with twins! Its been a long, hard road, but Dr. Asmar and his team (Angela, Carol, and Lan) have made this experience memorable for my husband and I. We thank you all so much. Were just over the moon and excited to welcome our little ones in a few months.

The staff here is HORRIBLE and unprofessional especially carol. She talks back to the customers when really its her job to take the patient back and be quit. They are never on time with the appointments. For someone who works the front maybe you should work on your attitude towards woman trying to have children. Ladies I would take your time, business and money elsewhere.

Worst customer service ever. I had an 1:30 appointment at their Reston location for a semen analysis. I showed up at their office very early but their door was locked. I called their office and the lady said they will be there by 1:30 and I was their first appointment. After waiting a half hour past my appointment time I got frustrated and left. I called their office sevral times while waiting. The staff was very rude and said they must be on the beltway. They never called me or apologized for the delay. If they send me any missed appt bill then I will not pay it. After reading the other bad reviews, my wife and I will now go somewhere else for our fertility needs.

I like Dr Asmar and all but ..... This place is terrible. If I was not so far into my process I would have left . I was already forewarned due to the bad reviews but I liked Dr Asmar and so did my husband which for me was important But the billing dept and the head nurse needs to goIm close to having my procedure done if it works or does not I will mostly likely leaveI feel it is too sensitive of a time in anyones life for them to take advantage or be insensitive.

We felt totally in great hands!The Patient Coordinator or RN; yes is who gives you the medication instructions, after a detailed coordination with your doctor. The Patient coordinator is the one who hold your hand during the entire process… (24/7) and our PC, Ms. Lan was KEY during our process. Regarding Dr. Asmar, who assisted us few times, he is very knowledgeable and a true believer of his practice.Charges/Cost can be a surprise, because is what one can call “your first time”. All depends on your insurance coverage. Lot of appointments… blood works, labs; however totally needed. They don’t do miracles but they do help you to navigate thru and with faith and patient ALL is possible. Be aware that the cost of their services will not include any LABs cost or co-pay. For the rest, No, it’s not a scam. It is a Medical service and third party services that for these you need to be financially and mentally ready to join the journey, this is not easy and it can take more than one try.

Hello! I hope you can read this experience! Dont waste your time and money on this clinic. We consult with Dr. Ashmar, or whatever his name is. We wanted a tubal ligation reversal, and he told us it only gave a 25% success rate. Then he recommended in vitro fertilization. Nothing cheap. Imagine without health insurance, and destroying our economy, we decided to try it. With each visit there were extra expenses on medications that never worked! When everything fails. I was furious, devastated, we felt great helplessness, we entered a period of depression. When we ask for an explanation. He started with my wifes age (37) who is no longer as fertile, blah, blah, blah. Suddenly when she started crying, he disappeared. I have to see more patients. Thats what he said. And we never saw him again!!😡😡😡 Goodbye $37,000!! Destroyed morally and financially we left his casino as I call it! A year later we went to North Carolina. Due to a ligature reversal and my little princess was just born ☺️😊🥰🥰!!P.S. Dont go to Dr. Ashmars casino!!!!

My name is Laura, I went to this place, because it was very professional and human, but it is not true, the prices are exaggerated. The doctor gave me my evaluation and told me how much they would charge me and we paid at the time and I asked if that was all and it turned out that Not when in the paoel that the doctor gave us he said that this was a discount for being the first time, I felt frustrated and deceived by this clinic because, it turns out that a few weeks later I received a bill that owed 500 dollars and that also had a lawsuit for not paying and another Bill from the laboratory when the service is never used please 🙏 if you have the opportunity to go to another clinic go to this one I do not recommend it for any reason

Excellent fertility clinic, all the staff are friendly, they have bilingual staff, they answer all questions throughout the process, I sincerely recommend it 100%, my partner and I had been wanting to get pregnant for about 5 years and in this clinic with Dr. Asmar, thank you Thank God in 5 months we had our positive and I am already 10 weeks pregnant and we are happy.
