DLO Ardmore Patient Service Center

I am a transplant patient and use this facility sometimes multiple times a week. It is always clean and the staff is always welcoming. I am an exceptionally hard stick and Tiffany has gotten to know all my little quirks over the years, and is always so patient and greets me with a smile no matter how challenging. I am so thankful for this location, and the staff otherwise I would be driving to okc sometimes 2x a week. Thank you so much for all you do!

Location was very clean and I was in and out very quickly. Scheduling an appointment online was a breeze as well!

Convenient hours of operation. Staff is generally friendly, though there are a few exceptions.

I just wanted to make sure both sides got the one star because both sides are rude and slow and completely unprofessional😁👍

My infectious control Dr.ordered 23 test to be done.The phlebotomy lady was having a hard time understanding one of the test and told me she needed to call my Dr.in Sherman and get more information.I waited 3days for her to get back with me and I finally went up there and got my orders back and went to Quest

Unfortunately I have to share this location is so unorganized and slow don’t come expecting to get out quickly. One of the ladies comes to the lobby and locks the door with a bad attitude looks at her watch while saying” I’m never gonna get a lunch “. So obviously us all the patients paying hear her.If they would be more efficient and quicker they would get to go to lunch.I don’t recommend to anyone .

Worst lab experiences of my medical journey. I have been waiting 2 weeks for results. They wont post any results until ALL have been completed. 1st time there was a new lab issue and they needed the Dr to contact them for clarification, but I was called to tell my dr to contact them?? As a patient,, I should have never been involved in that. 2nd time, a machine has been going down intermittently and my results have been delayed. They wont post partial results and as a result of that, I had to have all my blood work redone by another facility for an appointment I was having. I paid for those tests, I should have access to them!!

I have used the Ardmore facility approx 3 -4 times Always wonderful results and treatment. Until the last visit on August 1 2017. I was treated rudely as if I was stupid I use Lawton and Duncan as well depending on where I happen to be. I will try Ardmore once more and if I receive the same treatment I wont be back to this facility. She was a very young girl and not as smart as she seemed to think she was

They are actually located directly across the highway from sears at In Touch Plaza. If you see Braums, then start looking on the opposite side of the highway. Good luck trying to reach them by phone. I never could. Just did circles around the homeland parking lot.

Use this lab for all of our drug testing and my personal health. Always quick and courteous staff. Make sure you bring a mask because it’s mandatory.

Incompetent in every way. They said they can’t read the doctors orders, but they refused to call them. They won’t answer the phone, and they’re rude.

The lady that did my blood draw was very perfessional and friendly. She is very great at her job I did not even feel her stick very painless.

They would be great if you can reach them by phone. One hour on the phone listening to automated message repeat. No Answer!

Sabrina was very efficient, Professional, no waiting great staff!!

Professional, explain everything, verify everything, very nice, the best in this area
