I have had some pretty bad experiences with this clinic through the years with being misdiagnosed and specifically communicating with the nurses about concerns and issues I had. Recently I received an abnormal test result from my NIPT test that was sent directly to me without a doctor first seeing it, which as you can imagine was stressful. After calling to get more information I was told I needed to wait which I did and finally got a doctor to explain my results. I was then researching different high risk centers to send my forms to to see which center can take me as soon as possible. Communicating with the nurse/nurses that day (9/10) was the worst experience I had. She had no empathy or compassion for what I was going through and gave me attitude. On top of that, she was not listening to me on what I needed done with faxing forms to a different location (in total I gave them 2 different fax numbers). Later that day I had the same doctor call me to yell at me and make me feel bad about giving them 2 fax numbers and told me I need to be patient which I have been! The doctor continued to tell me I’m not going to get special treatment, which I never asked for, and said he has hundreds of other patients to see..I’m glad he took time out of his very busy day to tell me that. He told me his staff is frustrated that I keep calling and giving multiple fax numbers (again, I only gave them 2). I explained why I’m upset that I’m not being heard on what I need. He told me he will go ahead and fax my forms to the second number I provided even though a receptionist told me it was already done…the doctor said that wasn’t true and they probably said that assuming he had faxed them…there has always been miscommunication with the workers there and they try to get you off the phone as soon as they can without helping. I highly do not recommend going here!Update: it’s been 2 weeks and no one has ever followed up with me to look into my case. I even left messages in the patient portal with no responses. They clearly do not care to fix their problems for future patients

What a great office with good communication and staff who is present to help the patient not just herd them in and out like cattle. The process of making an appointment went smoothly and I was able to get in when my schedule allowed. I had two questions written down to discuss and I was happily surprised when Dr. Lupo took the time to respond to my questions and explain everything during the visit. I plan on continuing to see her in the future and if you are looking for a new gynecologist, I would recommend her. I havent had any issue with the insurance so I am assuming they do a good job taking care of that. They were going through some construction in the office when I was here, so I will get an updated picture on next visit.

The office staff, nurses, ultrasound techs, and all doctors on my due date rotation and being high risk has been so welcoming, friendly, and showed respect and kindness not only to me but my family who joined me for appts. This staff is legit amazing. Dr. Brittany Novak is very welcoming, kind, and courteous. She shows genuine concern, takes time and explains conditions or plans clearly. I felt so comfortable being in her care and very happy that she is my Gynecologist. All her staff are pleasant as well. Nice and clean facilities to top it off. Strongly recommended!

Be aware that no matter how many times you fill out their forms and put your emergency contact information down at their request - they will not use it. Also, Dr. Luthringhausen will not follow up with you when you have concerning tests results but will leave you hanging with staff ill-equipped to help you or give you accurate information and an office manager who just makes excuses for terrible patient care. Received no support from entire staff and after years as a patient will never return.

The office staff was nice. My doctor seemed more concerned about doing my examination tan listening to me. She even did a test without my permission. I felt violated.

The clinic is impossible to reach, either by phone or email! The only way I can have them respond to me is if I physically walk into their office.They clearly do not care about their patients and insist that it is ok to schedule an annual earlier than what my insurance allows for it to be covered. And dont get me started on the process of trying to CANCEL an appointment! I have called, emailed, and been in person to request them to cancel it... and behold I get an email and text reminding me that I have an appointment... The same one I have been trying to cancel for 2 weeks!!!If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Dont bother coming to the clinic, not worth the stress and anxiety that it comes with.

As a new patient, I have nothing but good feedback to share. Thank you Kate for getting me in due to a cancellation. Also I appreciate Joanna & Vivian for their time & kindness.Dr. Shah is going above & beyond tohelp me with my medical concerns. Im verygrateful to find this much support & compassion in a doctor.

I had a great experience with Dr.Lupo. This was my first time going. My doctor had tried a few years ago and I switched to someone new. Shortly after being there, I knew I wasn’t a fan of his bedside manner but never took the time to try to find another dr. I finally made the switch and I wish I had done it sooner. Everyone in the office was so nice. Scheduling process was easy as well. No complaints.

Great experience. Dr Tammy Novak has been my best gynecologist to date. She really listened to my concerns and took action right away even my primary doctor was impressed. 5 stars does it no justice.

If you are going in first time under insurance for pregnancy. Please note that you cannot choose one doctor. A group of doctors work as a team. On each visit, you will meet each doctor. All those doctors I have visited are so kind and loving. All you have to do is make appointment through a call and step in, they will decide whom you meet.

Dr. Kahan is an excellent doctor with a wonderful bedside manner. He explains things clearly as well as reiterates a summary at the end to confirm understanding while being efficient. I would highly recommend Dr. Kahan and am grateful for his service and competence.

I went to WomanCare in NCH location for my annual check up and Pap with Dr. Susan M Lupo, she is great in any aspect as I expected. I will continue to see her. I referred my daughter to see her as well.

The doctor was very nice very helpful as well as the person who did my bloodwork. The person who did my sonogram was very rude. I didn’t get good news that day about my pregnancy and it just made it that much worse.

Dr. Michelle Luthinghausen is AMAZING! I come in all the way from Ft Myers, FL just to see her. She specializes in HRT and Osteoporosis so I know I am in good hands. Would recommend her 100%! Love her!

What a nice staff! I really felt comfortable and cared for by Madison Monk, she was very kind and patient and informative.

I had pretty major surgery with Dr Luthringshausen and Dr Kahan. My results were excellent and I am in the process of recovery. It has progressed very well because, I think, laproscopic and robotic procedures were used. In addition, both doctors did a wonderful job managing my expectations and answering my questions. I would HIGHLY recommend both Dr Luthringshausen and Dr Kahan!

Terrible place. Assigned a wrong doctor and all she wanted to do is make tests for more money, very unprofessional!!! Please for your health and well-being, DO NOT GO HERE, choose a professional.

If you’re looking for a new gynecologist, I highly recommend Dr. Stacy Weiss. I’ve been seeing her for a few years for my annual exam/pap, and she’s absolutely wonderful. She’s professional, experienced, has great bedside manner, and she makes you feel like there’s no such thing as a dumb question.

I had a great experience with the facility the Dr. and especially the nurses the nurses were the best such comfort in an uncomfortable scary time !

I had a wonderful experience for my procedure, Dr. Luthringshausen always makes me feel well cared for. Having to go to the hospital is not something I look forward to but being well informed before hand really eased my mind.

I was very happy with my experience at this facility . I was seen pretty quickly and met with the first staff member for my ultrasound, she was knowledgeable and explained what she was doing as well as answering my question. My doctor appt following was great too, thorough, I didn’t feel rushed. All my questions were answered and expectations were set for the next visits. The doctor I spoke with was kind and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this facility and have even recommended this to another friend for her pregnancy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My experience at WomanCarePC was excellent. The receptionist was very helpful and Dr. Kahan is thorough and informative. I would not go anywhere else for medical services.

Dr. Michelle Lutheringshausen is an amazing Gynecologist. She truly cares about the well being of her patients. I have been using her as my Gynecologist of choice for over 15 years. The staff at WomanCare are very nice and kind. Great experience with the doctor and team.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful!! Dr Novak was very thorough and explained things as she went along. I highly recommend and will be a patient myself.

I was very pleased with the Dr. Luthringshausen and her clinical staff. She was very thorough during my visit and listened to my concerns.My daughter was delivered by Dr. Lupo 21 years ago and I had the pleasure of being cared for by Dr. Kahan and Dr. Goldin while I was pregnant with her. I had severe hyperemesis and their care was exceptional.

Had my first appointment with Dr. Brittany Novak yesterday, and I can’t say enough positive things! She was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and personable. She took time to understand my anxieties and address them all in a way that made me feel ready to take on the next chapter of my life, (hopefully) motherhood. Her medical assistant was also great! Staff was nice and offices looked clean.Looking forward to many more appointments with Dr. Brittany Novak featuring the uncomfortable procedures that women have to go through. At least the care team will be pleasant and knowledgeable.

Dr. Abraham is amazing! Not only is she passionate about what she does she is compassionate, beyond knowledgeable/intelligent, funny and has a heart of gold. Your practice is very lucky to have her. Thank you Dr Abraham for listening to your patients.

Unusual circumstances needed to be seen, new patient from practice closed on a whim, had to wait for all scheduled patients to be seen waiting for over hour in a half Dr. Took her time to explain issues however seemed stressed all considered good experience.

Both professionals I met with were wonderful; caring and listened well to my concerns. Dr. Shah identified a plan of tests and Im set to see her again to develop a plan of care. This was a very satisfying visit. I felt like I was listened to carefully.

Receptionist are great and my doctor Michelle Luthringshausen did my full hysterectomy and she did such an amazing job I did surgery on a Thursday and I was waking that same day no pain my Incisions are doing great I had 3 and one is almost gone and it has not been a month yet thank you so much doctor you did a amazing job I would give you 100 stars if I can...Thank you from Sanchez family

I started coming to womancare based off a friends reccomendation. Every person I have come in contact with has been great.

Very organized, friendly office. Dr. Luthringshausen was just outstanding. Super friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and productive. She asked all the right questions regarding my issue, seemed very empathetic and patient. I walked right across the corridor for my blood tests and it couldn’t have been easier. Impressive physician and office. Highly recommend.

My experience at Womancare with Dr Shah was top notch. The office staff is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, supportive, and kind. Honestly, everything you could expect from a healthcare facility; I was very impressed.Dr Shah could not be more thorough, professional, kind, empathetic, and articulate. I have been looking for a medical doctor that provides a whole body approach who also is covered by insurance and I am overjoyed to be entrusting my health to this highly competent practitioner. I felt heard, understood, and respected from the first appointment. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I recently had an elective surgery. The staff were so kind and efficient in getting my surgery scheduled, answering questions both before and after the procedure.

I had my first visit at this office and it’s very nice and updated. Service was pretty efficient & the nurse made me feel very comfortable getting my intake. I saw Erin Kopeny and she was AMAZING! She was very welcoming and very informative when I had any questions. She made my first experience at the gynecologist very comfortable. Highly recommend her and the office.

Went to Woman Care because Ive used Dr. Kahan before and was very pleased with that experience. Now going to him again and still couldnt be more impressed. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the office is beautiful and he is so sincere. He really make me feel comfortable (even if Im in an uncomfortable position). A little humor never hurts. I highly recommend the practice.

Wonderful first experience!! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere in the waiting room was bright, positive, and very inviting. all the staff we met with were very helpful, kind, and made us feel very comfortable right away.

The staff here is very understanding and makes you feel comfortable. The doctors also seem very knowledgeable about their field and are able to help you with your feminine body issues. It is so nice have a safe place to go with all female staffing to help me as a woman understand how important OBGYN care is.

Three days ago, I had an incredibly horrible appointment with Dr. Tammy Novak, in which she yelled at me for medications prescribed by my previous doctor, and then walked out of the appointment. I was rescheduled right away, to see Dr. Ashley Abraham. I was so nervous at the thought of a repeat appointment, I thought about cancelling. Dr Abraham understood my nervousness and took the time to talk to me calmly and ask how my menopause symptoms were doing, before starting the physical exam. She is a warm and caring doctor that shows true concern for her patients. Anyone nervous about going for their yearly exam should see Dr. Ashley Abraham.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lutheringshusen for many years, since she was at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and followed her to WomanCare. She performed both of my myomectomies and continue to be the best gynecologist and gynecological surgeon there ever!The staff at WomanCare are top notch. They are kind, patient and understanding. Having issues is never easy and they make you feelcomfortable from the moment you walk into the office, until you leave. It’s great to have an amazing doctor, with an amazing team supporting her

I have retired to Las Vegas and have had difficulty finding a doctor here. I was a former patient of Womancare and Dr, Michelle Luthringshausen, so I called to see if she could see me on my month long stay in IL. I was given an appt. right away and Dr. Luthringshausen was so welcoming and nice! She made me feel so good and did a thorough exam on me. She recommended a less expensive medication for me, too. I plan to have my annual exam with her every year. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I left with a huge sigh of relief. I highly recommend Womancare and, especially, Dr. Luthringshausen!

I had a great experience with WC in Arlington Heights. They were on time with their appointments. Made it easy to get registered as a new patient. Staff was very friendly from the registration desk, nurses, doctors, and check out desk. Would highly recommend Erin Kopeny. No one likes going to a new OBGYN for their annual but she was very welcoming and made it more comfortable in an uncomfortable situation (more so uncomfortable position 😂)

Dr. Kahan is such a great doctor. He has great bedside manner and will take care of you when your regular doctor fails to do so, as he did in my case. I will forever go to WomanCare simply due to him.

Great physicians, nurses, and receptionists. Kind, attentive, and a wealth of information. The lab has always been quick to get me in and out, and doesnt leave me with bruises when drawing blood as has happened with other groups.But Billing doesnt know how to work a fax machine or make a phone call, when it comes to contacting your insurance, and will threaten you with collections before you even receive a bill.

When I went they were not very sensitive to the fact that i was very visibly nervous. First Lady i saw did not explain anything to me, just started getting stuff and got frustrated when i wasnt ok with a pelvic exam. I started crying and she left. Took 40 minutes for someone to return who actually understood that its a scary experience, especially for a 16 year old.Everything felt rushed and it was honestly horrible. Made me never want to go to a gynecologist again.Also their waiting room is so poorly designed and they dont care. If you want to attend your appointment, dont sit near the fish tank, they will not try to find you or call you name out

Love doctor Madison Monk and all staffs, her energy is so great ☀️

Recently I went for a physical. Completely lost confidence in this practice. My appointment went quickly, rushed off for blood test and an ultrasound. No discussion of the issues I was having at all. After the test came back, they called with the result, which I felt the doctor should have been more open to discussing. When I asked if doctor could call me, I was told I had to make an appointment to have her call me, charged as a visit, not sure if insurance covers it or not they said. After researching what the doctor had told me between the last visit and this visit, I found that the care, guidance and treatment I have received at this practice has become awful and in my opinion misguiding! I wish I kept up with all the reviews on this site, because I experienced exactly what some are posting about. Changing practices immediately. Only giving one star because you have choose one to post.

Recently changed my care to another provider. Called to speak with a nurse but she completely blew off my concerns and forwarded me to a receptionist to schedule an annual. Two receptionists insisted I owed money and wouldnt schedule an appt until it was paid. Finally when I got ahold of billing they assured me I didnt owe anything. I wasnt feeling well and felt I needed to see someone but every step of the way I was met with rude, dismissive staff over the phone. Ive been with this office for 10 years but this many hoops when youre worried about fertility issues is not worth it.

I have been a patient for 10 years and I trust them. They are very professional and personable. The office and exam rooms are always very clean. I would recommend them to any woman who is pregnant or just needs a reliable and knowledgeable Gynecologis.

I was referred to Womancare and Dr. Lupo from a dear friend. I cant speak highly enough of the care I received once I stepped foot into their clinic. The receptionists were warm and caring. The waiting room was spotless and the chairs were so comfy. Kathy the Ultrasound tech was the kindest and most professional gal I have ever met. She spotted my issue right away and put me at ease! Dr. Lupo is a treasure! She made me feel so safe and cared for. I highly recommend the clinic and all involved. If there was a 10 star button I would hit it for sure! Thank you all again for making me feel cared for! A rare thing in the world today!

The only good thing about this practice is Dr. Erlich. I am thankful she was the doctor who did my c-section, she had great bedside manner and a very calming presence. The rest of the delivery doctors on staff will not give you the time of day. I always felt extremely rushed when having maternity appointments, a few of the doctors would literally be out the door as I was asking questions. There were many appointments that I would be waiting for 45 min - 1hr to see a doctor. A few times the doctor I was scheduled to see would be too busy and they would send in someone else. Dont even get me started on the billing department. Very rude and unprofessional when asked for information. I am very disappointed in the care I received at this clinic and I will not be returning to WomanCare for my maternity or gynecologist appointments going forward. Pregnancy and postpartum is hard enough without the added stress of feeling like just another number like I did here.

It’s my first pregnancy. My genetic testing sample was lost and I wouldn’t have found out unless I started following up on them. When asking the doctor for more genetic testing info, she wasn’t even sure which test(s) should be done and apparently a referral was sent to the specialist but nobody ever contacted me.A little more guidance and attention to detail would have helped me feel in good care of a trusting medical team. Changing providers.

This was my first time back in the office since the pandemic. The staff was wonderful - professional but open and friendly.I had a first-time appointment with Erin Kopeny who was very thorough, allowing me to talk through any health concerns. She gave me some helpful guidance on what my options are with regard to my postmenopausal symptoms.I left the office feeling like my health was in good hands!

Dr Luthringshausen is the best! Brilliant diagnostician, talented surgeon, great bedside manner, superb listening skills. She possesses everything mediocre doctors wish they had but don’t. I sought her out for a third opinion on a chronic condition I’d suffered with for years. Other doctors minimized and misdiagnosed me, but Dr. L healed my body. I highly recommend her to everyone who will listen. And her staff is professional, personable and courteous. Excellent practice all the way around. 5 stars!

Went in for an appointment, and the nursing tech asked if I wanted to get my flu shot while I was there. As an NCH employee, I was legally required to get one, so I asked if Id be billed for it, and was told no....a year later, I was notified that the bill - for the flu shot only - had gone to collections and I now owed $200 in late fees. Called the office, was told, Too bad, so sad. Pay up.Paired with some really rude, thoughtless comments by the ultrasound tech about Oh honey, youre too young to have ovarian cancer, what are you even doing here! and how painful the procedure was likely to be and she wouldnt want to be in my shoes, I will *not* be going back.

My surgery for a d and c was canceled a few hours before I was supposed to come in. They delayed it a full day due to “scheduling issues”. I had to wait 5 days in order to get in for surgery. They told me that I might need to come in for an emergency d and c anyways before the scheduled surgery. Then continued to delay. Then after surgery when my husband was waiting to come back to see me when I was in recovery no one contacted him, the doctor didn’t speak to him, nothing. He had to go up to the desk and ask to come back to see me and they didn’t even know where I was! Terrible. I will not be coming back to women care or northwest community hospital. All receptionists are rude and short. Everywhere is a long wait and seems completely understaffed. I’ve had an ectopic pregnancy two years ago as well and during this pregnancy I had to beg for them to let me come in for an early ultrasound even though that’s what my doctor told me to do. I had to call 4 days in a row in order for them to schedule me an ultrasound to make sure I wasn’t having an ectopic again. Terrible care, no compassion from anyone.

So pleased with all of NCH WomanCares staff, especially Dr. Amy Shapiro. She is the best gynecologist that has treated me over the years. I appreciate how professional and thorough she is, and her kindness in making me feel as comfortable as possible with tests and procedures. I know that I am in great hands with Dr. Shapiro, and the entire WomanCare team. Big thanks to all!

I had been seeing a former Ob/Gyn for years, but she had left recently. Had my first prenatal visit here, and I received poor bedside manner from the doctor. The rest of the staff was great. Will not be returning to this facility - expecting moms (and their husbands) should definitely be treated with integrity and respect.

I wish I could do 2 separate reviews for the doctors and the receptionists. The doctors are great and very caring when it comes to your health and I would rate them a 5. The front desk on the other hand really makes it hard to stay with the practice. They never communicate with the doctor and expect the patient to play telephone between them. They can be very rude on the phone and can never seem to their information straight. For example we had a surgery scheduled and they called in that they needed repeat labs and asked if we could go in days after the surgery. They seemed completely oblivious to the surgery scheduled. Not to mention when it comes to collecting payment they say one thing for amount due then weeks later you get another bill for the same amount that you paid. You ask for a receipt they give you a hand written one on a post it note. The office should consider getting new staff otherwise they will lose patients if they keep this up.

If I could go back I would NEVER Allow these doctors deliver my child . Prolonged labor and numerous complications during labor due to short staffed made my son suffer a stroke. After nearly two years of lawyers doctors looking in to this we got a pretty good picture on what happened. Unfortunately it’s very very hard to prove anything when it comes down to situations like this and we decided to focus on our son instead of trying to fight for something that’s never going to change on what happened. But I will be more then happy to share my story with anyone who’s interested to make sure this never happens again! Please don’t think it’s just a review of an upset mom. Absolutely not I’m glad my son is alive but it’s a heartbreaking situation that could’ve been avoided.

Fantastic experience. The assistant at the front desk was super nice, friendly and very helpful. Dr Abraham is absolutely the best. Super easy going and had all the helpful answers and advice to all of my concerns.

Made an appointment for a pap, exam and a problem. They never did a pap!! I really liked the tech who did my ultrasound and Dr. Susan Lupo they are the only reason why Im considering staying at this practice. The patient portal is pathetic and I cant even send messages or get results. I just found out for sure today that I never had a pap done at my appointment. Now they want me to come in AGAIN. :-( When I called the office The excuse was that it was a new patient problem and I can set up ANOTHER appointment for the pap smear. I was told, dont worry, your insurance will cover it when I come back in. Nice way to make extra $$ on your patients by having to have 2 appointments and not being told that this is how WomanCare operates. ( insert heavy sarcasm)

I used to love this practice back when Dr. Dominicis was around. However, ever since he retired I’ve had mediocre experiences. The most recent being last year for my annual, had an absolutely terrible experience with the Doctor I saw. She made inappropriate comments, was judgmental and unprofessional. So much so that the phlebotomist that I saw after my appt for blood work noticed I was upset and asked what was wrong. I told her what happened and she was absolutely floored and asked if it was ok that she report the doctor. I absolutely do not recommend womancare. The practice has gone way downhill, and as a patient who has used this company for 15 years, it took a lot for me to switch practices. But I had enough.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shapiro and staff over many years. Everyone took time with me regardless the scenario and I highly recommend Dr. Shapiro -- she always made me feel at ease. However I am extremely disappointed to learn that I have to pay to have my OWN medical records/history transferred to another practice simply because I moved out of state. Im only leaving because of a relocation. Why am I being penalized for my own medical history? This is a remarkably unfair requirement. I didnt have to pay for any other physician (including my dentist) to forward my records, they all did so willingly.

The office staffs priority is not patient care but rather, going home on time.This time, the office staff overbooked appointments and did not schedule my growth ultrasound as ordered by my doctor (I am 36 weeks pregnant).Additionally, Ive seen several physicians from this practice and Ive brought up the amount of pain Im because it feels like my pelvic bones are grinding against each other. I work full time at a job that requires be to be in the car 2-3 hours a day. I cant get dressed by myself or get out of bed. Every MD ignored the problem.Im done with this practice.

The doctors and staff here are honestly the best. Its the first place Ive ever been where I feel listened to without being made to feel crazy. I feel that they genuinely care about their patients, they spend time with you and sincerely want to help you be healthy.

I love Dr. Alvi, and all the nursing staff. Everyone is personable and professional. I’m always checked in and seen quickly in the office, which is great because I can squeeze in appointments during my lunch hour as needed. There are always appointments available whenever something is needed urgently, too. Concerns are always thoroughly addressed. Overall great experience!!

Dr. Luthrinshausen is great, professional, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this doctor.The front desk staff is, unfortunately, unfriendly, borderline rude. The nurses who take calls and call you back to answer your questions are short and not empathetic.

Dr. Luthringhausen is the best doctor I’ve ever had! She is sooo compassionate and caring. She makes you feel like a person and not a number. I’ve been blessed to have her for my doctor for many years. I travel from M.C. IN, and would honestly without a doubt travel anywhere she located. Anywhere! I love her deeply. Her staff including the nurses have always been very kind to me. I highly recommend DR. Luthringhausen she is an angel!

One hour massage - Laura was amazing. I asked her to focus on two separate, problem areas and she did and it felt so good. I am definitely going back and purchasing the package. I think massage is a good wellness option to incorporate into your health plan!

Unfortunately I will never be back to this facility. Joanna, who I believe, is a receptionist, is unprofessional. My last visit she was speaking to a patient, slammed down the phone, then proceeded to speak badly about them to a coworker.I also requested my records-twice, leaving a message both times because you can’t ever get ahold of anyone in the records department. I assumed they would have transferred my records as requested. I never received a call back. I took off work for a very important appointment regarding the transfer of those records. My doctor never received them. When I called WomanCare to inquire about them, Joanna got on the phone and had no empathy what so ever for what was going on. She never let me finish talking about what I was needing. Joanna never apologized, informed me I needed to sign a release form, and to also pay a fee for them. I hung up because I was in the room with the doctor and I had no time for arguing. Shortly after my appointment I went to WomanCare to pay my fee and fill out the release form. I was then told by Joanna how rude I am for hanging up on her and she continued arguing with me.I really liked Dr Michelle, but I will never be back to this office. I highly suggest anyone that chooses to go to WomanCare, don’t expect high quality customer care. You will not get it.

Everyone on the staff is wonderful. I like to give a shout out to Dawn, she was so nice & helpful. You can tell shes loves her job & loves helping others. My gynecologist doesn’t practice at NCH Palatine office anymore and so I had to switch to new doctor at Arlington Heights locations. Staff member (short dirty blonde hair) who took my payment at the end of the visit was extremely rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. She knew I was standing right in front of her desk but didn’t acknowledge me and kept on with her current task and kept sighing over and over again. She openly chatted loudly about my sensitive prescription in a personal conversation with her coworker and pointed right at me. She kept complaining about not being able to leave early cause she had to help me, a patient, out. It was 4pm at that time. Steer clear of her if you want to end your day on a positive note- I think her name is Dawn, short dirty blonde hair.When I called the manager to complain, she apologized but then later on, laughed when I asked what type of disciplinary action will be taken against her cause she said it was like I was trying to get her in “trouble.” I wanted to make sure she was held accountable for her words and actions, in case anything happens again to another patient in the future. Be a professional, act in a courteous manner and be held accountable for misconduct.

I dread coming here and having to deal with the receptionists. They all seem to not understand what’s going on or be on the same page with one another. I made an appointment over a month ago. I was told they didn’t cover my insurance and that I’d have to pay and I said that’s fine I just wanted to see my original doctor for one single appointment. Then when I went in for my appointment they completely disregarded me and told me they couldn’t see me at all(?). They just turned me away. I love my doctor here but never again will I deal with the ignorance and unwillingness of the front desk staff. Never again.

Update:Knocked 4 stars off for billing issues. Instead of working with me and my insurance, they did not want to correct the notes and tell my insurance that my visit wasnt related to another visit. The WC billing department said that it didnt mention something in the notes, but my insurance told me it did. All it wouldve taken is for them to look at what they said, take out one word and all wouldve been paid by my insurance. Instead, I had many calls back and forth between them and my insurance because billing said one thing, but insurance said they told them something else. I could rarely get the right person from WC billing on the phone when my insurance was too, and the 1 time initially when they were all on, WCs billing said theyd correct it! Nope! I cant go some place that cant work with me, tells me one thing to my face and does the opposite. Insurance is so specific on how they want things nowadays, you have you go someplace that understands how to handle different insurance needs. Extremely disappointing to say the least. The cost isnt worth it.My original review:I recently started going there and seeing Erin Kopeny, PA-C. She has been great to work with, from getting an annual checkup, where she was very thorough and ordered full blood work including ones for antibody/vaccine immunity. To doing all my pre-pregnancy blood work, STD tests, and all around health questions. Everyone there is always nice to me, from the reception, to the nurses, and of course Erin Kopeny. I also really like the woman who handles the ultrasound machine and her honesty.I have never had to wait long for my appointments, only a couple minutes, but the waiting area has a nice homely touch to it. It has never felt like an office, but more of a small living room. They have a lot of comfy couches and chairs and a large aquarium so you can calmly watch the fish swimming around. As soon as I sit, I usually have to get back up again for my appointment. I also want to say that their office feels like a safe space for women. Many times a Doctors office can make you feel uncomfortable talking about sensitive questions, but it all felt safe and natural there.I originally found WomanCare through checking out great reviews on one of the doctors, Dr. Luthringshausen, but I never ended up meeting her because she was booked pretty far in advance. They suggested Erin Kopeny, who is a Physicians Assistant, whom had just started at their location (this is mid-2020). They said she had a lot of prior experience and could take care of everything I was looking for, and so far she has!I really enjoy working with Erin Kopeny and all the other people at Womancare. Its really been the nicest and most welcoming Doctors office Ive ever been to. While I had changed Doctors several times in the past due to insurance changes, none of them had as friendly of staff or really felt very welcoming of me as a patient. I was really shocked at experiencing such wonderful positivity and sincerity from Erin Kopeny, but I hope to continue to see her many years into the future.With there being a pandemic right now, I want to say that everyone had a mask on, that they did a temperature check, have plenty of hand sanitizer everywhere, and have a covid release to sign. I also saw them wipe the counter down before I entered the exam room. Its a strange time to go to a doctor but I felt safe there.Its also weird to think, but I have no idea what anyone who works theres face actually looks like, but I guess they dont know what my face looks like either. 😂

Woman Care Pc is amazing. The staff is friendly. I saw Dr. Alvi for my exam. She was amazing and very informative. The nurse who did my blood work was very gentle. The office was very clean and they took extra protocols. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen which I appreciate. I would highly recommend coming here.

Dr Erlich has been my doctor for 15 years. She always has time to listen to my concerns. When I needed a procedure last week she was very understanding and caring. I would recommend her to all my family and friends.

All of the staff has been friendly and professional, from the very first time I made an appointment with Dr. Shapiro (who is wonderful!) many, many years ago. I also had to have a procedure done by Dr. Kahan in July of 2019, and he was also fantastic! Terrific OB/GYN practice! Highly recommend!

The staff at the Arlington Heights Womancare is wonderful. Just what every woman needs. The office is cheerful and very comfortable. But it is the people who work at this location that make going to the gynecologist a painless and comforting experience! From the doctors to the office staff, this place is the best!

From wellness checks to pre and post natal care, I have had a great experience with Womancare. Dr. Erlich delivered my baby and was such a calming presence amidst a long labor. It is no secret that delivery doctors are super busy running around the hospital balancing all the different deliveries and emergencies, but Dr. Erlich remained calm and collected each time we saw her. Her bedside manner was amazing and so appreciated as a first time mom.

Laura is a wonderful massage therapist. I have been seeing her regularly for chronic neck pain and migraines that began during pregnancy. She discusses specific needs with me at each appointment to make sure she is tailoring her treatment so that it is medically helpful while keeping the massage relaxing. Laura’s massages are essential to my medical needs!

Madison is a very nice and knowlagable doctor!

Although I wrote a negative review, because I was unable to get through, I did get a very nice and very helpful call. I have loved this office and staff for years, it appears there was an issue with the number I was calling, which they were not aware of. Now that they know they are able to address it. Kim, the receptionist, was wonderful and kind and very apologetic, everything I am used to from them. All I wanted was to resolve the issue and they have. Thank you so much! I will see you in a couple of weeks:)

Today my wife drove to Women’s Care in Arlington Heights to receive a physical she had scheduled nearly 3 weeks ago with Dr Luftringshausen. Upon her arrival, the receptionist working the front desk told her that no appointment was scheduled and that “ she should leave and that nothing could done”. My wife was shocked at this outcome because she had spent so much time over the phone discussing the details of the physical with Dr Luthringshausen’s nurse and that she had not had any problems with previous appointments.My wife asked to speak with Dr Luthringshausen and was told that this was not possible. In short, no effort was made by the receptionist to uncover why this mistake was made or to remedy the situation. My wife left feeling like her timeand efforts were not valued.We would be happy to speak to the office manager.Can you provide us with the name and phone number?

I have been going to WomanCare (on Rand Road, Arlington Heights) for over 20 years! Over that time, I have seen both Dr. Kahan and Dr. Lupo. Dr. Kahan is an incredible surgeon; he has performed multiple surgeries all of them went flawlessly, in fact, I went back to normal-life activities within a day of each of the surgeries. Absolutely, no post-surgery concerns! Dr. Lupo has the best “bed-side” manner, so if you are anxious, especially, about your annual exam she is the go-to doctor! Although it’s been 23 years since she delivered my first born, I remember it like yesterday especially Dr. Lupo’s patience and humor though-out my 9-hour labor; she even let me sip a little fruit-punch! Most recently, I had my mammogram done at the S. Arlington Heights Rd. location, Tawanda my registration specialist was professional and efficient and Lucy my technologist was professional-friendly (with a sense of humor too) and my mamo didn’t even hurt; I’ll take this team every time.

I’m extremely emotional writing this review for a few reasons. I recently had a medical scare with pelvic pains and possible ovarian cysts. I was in a great deal of pain, had to go to the ER and find a OB post visit. Dr.Shapiro was recommended while in the ER I called her office and was able to make an appointment for the following morning.Update 01/03:I stopped using this practice! I previously gave it 4 stars. Now changing to 2 cause Google won’t let me go lower. I no longer recommend this facility. They are cold and push meds on you over figuring out what you actually need!!!My initial opinion of this practice changed drastically as my symptoms got worse and I didn’t receive proper care! I’m so glad I switched to Northshore OBGYN associates!!

I was upset when my insurance dictated where and who I can see but I must say, in this case I am more than pleased. Dr. Luthringshausen is a warm, caring and thorough physician. She spends time without making you feel rushed. This, as others may have complained about, may cause a little longer wait but she is definitely worth the wait. To make my experience even better, the front staff are kind and polite and the nurses are experienced and professional. I highly recommend this practice and especially Dr. Luthringshausen.

I highly encourage and recommend using the services of the Arlington Heights, IL WomanCare PC location. The team is efficient, helpful and friendly. I became a client in Sept. 2020. I was provided a date to see Dr. Luthringshausen within 2 weeks of my request. The doctor is personable, and knowledgeable. She took the time to respond to all my questions and was thorough in her examination. Her team was able to provide on site services for lab work, uterine ultrasound and the annual OBGYN services. I was scheduled for a full robotic hysterectomy and the team was able to me me an appt at NWC hospital in January 2021. Dr. Luthringshausen walked me through the process. The doctor removed 4 cysts, the uterus and ovaries. (Cysts found during uterine ultra sound in Oct 2020) I experienced minimal to no pain after surgery due to following the doctors before and after surgery instructions. There is minute visible scaring on the abdomen. The two follow up visits were performed by the doctor and her team. This team manages to stay on time, while not rusing your appointment. Billing was swift to insurance, and that group is friendly as well.

After seeing a few doctors and visits to the emergency room for my pelvic pain finally someone who listened and understood. Dr. Amy Shapiro brought tears to my eyes when she explained in layman’s words what was going on.I have my life back. Thank you Dr. Shapiro.Maria and the girls at both the front desk and the scheduling were wonderful.

Dr Goldin was great!! She was very helpful and friendly. I felt very comfortable at the office and appreciated all the nurses I came into contact with as well. Thank you! :)

Had appointment in April with Dr. Susan Lupo. Im an old woman. She came in the room. Never asked why I was there. Put my legs in stirrups, and barely checked my bottom. Then left the room. I never got to tell her why I was there. Should not have been charged for a visit.

I’ve been a long time patient of WomanCare. The doctors and staff have always provided excellent care and service. In addition, they have always gone above & beyond to insure a successful outcome.Heartfelt thanks to the wonderful doctors & staff.

I recently had a laparoscopic robotic hysterectomy. The recovery is amazingly short. I was able to go home the same day, drive five days later, and remained mobile the whole time. I was even able to do some light exercising.At my two week follow up appointment, I was released to resume all activities. Dr Kahan is great!!!

Laura the massage therapist is the best! She is an expert at massage therapy! I’ve seen her for years and I am very thank you for her.She’s also helped my son that is an athlete. Laura was great helping with some issues he had related to sports.Laura always takes the time to show me stretches and exercises I can do at home to help me maintain the areas she helped me with.

I spent 8 mins with the intake person and 10 mins with the doc (pap smear/pelvic exam). Talked about prenatal vitamins, commented my ultrasound looked good and that miscarriages dropped significantly after 12 weeks. Congratulated me on my pregnancy and was done. It was my first OB visit and they were clearly rushed and running behind.Second visit (13 weeks along) nurse came in and asked about genetic testing and Covid-19 vaccination. Did not listen to heart rate, commented that my ultrasound looked good. I didnt have one that day though. I was supposed to have one, but it got cancelled.Never discussed the results of my previous pap smear or my concerns from the first visit (possible thalassemia).Saw another patient with a valve face mask step out of a consultation. No staff commented. Valve masks are not appropriate for Covid-19. Should be reg surgical/homemade mask that fit snuggly. Being a clinic, I would have expected them to be on point with health protocol, so the lack of compliance was disconcerting.WomanCare will check your temperature upon entry but face masks are not appropriately enforced, so if you are immune compromised, its best to be careful.They dont do OB panel testing (dont confuse this with the quad test, that is something else) until second trimester. When I asked they just said that was how the office scheduled them. OB panel is normally done during the first trimester. My first pregnancy (somewhere else) it was done on the first visit, which makes sense. This way abnormalities can be addressed early on, however WomanCare does it differently and wait until much later to test you.At times I wondered if they knew who I was as opposed to a specific week OB patient(7 week patient, 10 week patient, etc). At times I wondered if they mixed patients up.Maybe good for someone who has no concerns and know all there is too know about prenatal care and only need to go there for the basics like urine testing and ultrasound.

I am truly impressed with WomanCare at NCH. I switched to this group last year and I’m so glad that I did! I recently had a procedure done by Dr Kahan, and again, I’m so impressed and happy with the care that was given to me. He was kind and took the time to discuss and explain what needed to be done. Not all surgeons are created equal when it comes to bedside manner! Thank you to Dr Kahan and all the staff at WomanCare at NCH who have taken care of me! I really can’t thank you enough.

Really upset about my experience this evening. Enough that I will be leaving this practice. Dr Kahan is great but the nurse that called me to the back today was terrible. She was talking bad about me to everyone. She even brought my file to the front two girls and pointed to something in my record and continued to talk badly about me (I’m sure that is a HIPAA violation). The reason.... because I felt it was taking awhile to be called to the back and another patient who came in after me was there for the same doctor and was taken in before me. I said something to her directly and she couldn’t even apologize for it. I feel so hurt and disappointed.

Dr Kahan and his staff are awesome! I have been with him for 25yrs and have the utmost respect and trust for him and Womancare! The receptionists are welcoming and polite; the nurses are awesome; the rest of the staff makes me feel like part of the family. Anytime I have to come to the office Dr Kahan is always patient with me; listens to my concerns and offers sound solutions.

Laura the massage therapist is AMAZING. She truly listens to what you need and listens to your body. Literally the best massage I’ve ever had. I’m 32 weeks pregnant and my body is in so much pain and she took care of it. Pregnant ladies...GO to her!! Miracle worker!!

Ive always had poor experiences with everyone besides my doctor here. Costumer service is very bad. Scheduling appointments is always hard because in all my experiences they are always very passive aggressive and make you feel like you are wasting their time or doing something wrong. Ive never felt welcomed here. Also in the past, I had one experience where they scheduled me an appointment with my doctor on a day that my doctor doesnt come into the office and didnt find out until I waited a half an hour in the waiting room and talked to a nurse. Trying to get a new prescription is very hard too. At one point I ran out of my prescription and had to stop cold turkey for more than a few days because I was waiting for them to get back to me about making an appointment and talking to my pharmacist. I hope that no one else has to deal with the same poor experiences Ive experienced here.

Lauri the receptionist was very rude, unprofessional, not helpful, and makes quick excuses. The office manager, Karen, is aggressive, quick to interrupt, does not find solutions to solve problem, and doesn’t seem like a good leader. The customer service is horrible and they give you false information when scheduling. Dr. Eurlich was my doctor, nice and humble, but the office is poorly operated. Go to an office that cares and takes the time to care for you. It’s your health that matters at the end of the day!

Just excellent, i had my fist visit here when I was two months pregnant. Im so grateful for the way they take care of their patients. they monitor you closely and make sure that all your concerns are listened and taken care off. I would definelty recommend anyone....

I went in for my first ultrasound and the technician was very nice and informative. The Dr and nurse were all friendly and answered all my concerns.

Pretty upset at service and treatment from staff and Dr Novak this year. I called back in March when Covid started to be brought up as a concern and I asked if I should set up an appointment and asked if theyd be closing or condensing appointments. I said I needed a refill on my birth control. I take 3 packs a time to suppress my endometriosis because I have cysts again after surgery I had years back. It came back immediately. Clearly a more severe case. So The nurse who called me back in March laughed at me in the voicemail saying they were not closing because they are a medical facility and I was due in August for a annual so the virus would be over by then. I was told I would get a prescription with no refills since I had the annual in August I should be ok. So tell me why here In June Im being told I was past due and never came last year? I could have sworn I was in the office last year because I had to get ultrasounds twice because the first batch wasnt as good. So I had to pay twice. The nurse in March should have said you were past due yes lets set up an appointment cus thats why I called. To set up and get a refill before things got bad with the virus but I was told things would be clear by August... So why am I being told a whole different thing? You have an unprofessional nurse who laughed at my concern in March and now a nurse telling me something different in June. I will be looking for a new doctor and will no longer recommend Womancare.

Women Care saved my life!! I went in for my yearly pap test and blood work, and I was called back in, maybe couple more tests, and ovian cancer was found. They referred me to hospital excellent surgeon, and started with hysterectomy. The amazing thing was , my surgeon said, you should really thank your gyne office because alot of offices wouldnt have even noticed these numbers.He was speaking of the early pap numbers or blood test numbers, because we caught it so early Im still alive and well.I did , after surgery, still have to have to do 5 rounds of chemotherapy, but I feel its gone, and going on 3rd year cancer free.Thank God, and Woman Care

I first went to Laura during my 2nd trimester of my first pregnancy. I was having horrible back pain on my right side. I hadn’t been able to sleep because I was in so much pain, after a few appointments with Laura working out a huge knot in my back I felt great and was able to finally get some much needed rest again. I highly highly recommend Laura. I will not go anywhere else now for a massage. I have told all my friends and family this is where they should go if they need a massage whether they are pregnant or not!

My daughter and I have received stella OB/GYN services at this location beginning several years ago (Im a CA survivor) and most recently for my daughter in Oct. 2019. The offices are beautiful and serene. The staff is very competent and friendly. Dr. Michelle Luthringshausen is an excellent practioner and we shall be continuing under her care until she chooses the day of her retirement. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Woman Care has a poor billing and collection practice, I received a call from Maria regarding a past due balance and to inform me my account will be forward to collection by end of her shift at 4:30. I was attending my grandmother funeral and was not able to take the call . I called her as soon i could and before 4:30 as she stated in voicemail but she had left the office. I reached out to Maria the next business day; she informed me the account was forward to collection and she did her best. I questioned there collection procedure and stated I never received a call, statement, or notice at office check-out . she stated the office and billing cannot view each other systems which is incorrect. When checking out from appointments the ladies at the desk will inform you of any balances due to pay, I paid when notified. Someone definitely dropped the ball and i was sent to collections for poor accounting practices.

I followed Dr. L here from Northwestern. She is really great. The office administrative personnel however are mostly unprofessional. I recently complained and asked to be transferred to the manager who was defensive. Documentation they ask you to sign was full of typographical errors, which leaves me wondering what else is sloppy. The woman who checked me out was slumped down in her chair like a sulking teenager (even though she was at least 40). Just a really bad vibe coming from the administrative side of this practice. But Dr. L is great. Just wish she would switch to another group that offered a more professional experience.

Kelsey does great work on my skin and targets my problem areas! I’ve done micro needling and a chemical peel so far and very happy! I’ve already recommended to family and friends

No problems staff very friendly, Dr Shapiro was very helpful and attentive. And the ultrasound spclst was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Armenia! She is always so kind and understanding. She takes the time to answer all of my questions throughly without making me feel awkward about asking. Dr. Armenia is extremely knowledgeable and patient. I left my appointment today feeling reassured, hopeful and very well taken care of! Thank you so much, Dr. Armenia!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Shah. Not only does she get to the bottom of the issues on hand but she cares for every single one of her patients wellbeing. I had been back and forth between doctors for over a year and no one took the time to check for different causes for my symptoms. Dr. Shah was the first doctor who found that I have Hashimotos disease as well as insulin resistance. I cant thank her enough for her help. Also, she didnt simply diagnose me. She held my hand through drastic lifestyle changes and made an effort to make sure I was ok. Instead of being nervous to go to the doctors office like I had been before, I am always excited to see my favorite and lifesaving doctor.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The lady at the front desk was very uninformative infact the whole establishment was pretty uninformative. I went in for a follow up and birth control renewal A couple of days following I went to pick up my birth control prescription and found FOUR prescriptions waiting for me, this woman care location had failed to inform me on any of my results or anything I’ve gotten zero calls still have yet to get a call from them informing me on what these medications are for. Every time I try to contact this facility I am given a answering machine I’m never able to get through to someone. Not to mention my first visit no one informed me on a co-pay or any billing no one gave me a price for anything I was bum barded with pricing and bills at my follow up visit. Overall the worst First gynecologist experience, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The only issue I have is the way their patient portal is set up. Most physicians offices have their portals set up in a way that a patient can set up appointments/cancel/reschedule etc. And can also send messages to the doctor as well. Womancares portal is very limited as far as accomplishing these tasks. Aside from that, I would have give it five stars.

We are in the height of a global pandemic. This explains why prior to my appointments, I receive a phone call asking me to take my temperature, wear a mask, and leave my husband at home (he had to miss my 30 week ultrasound). It does NOT explain why when I arrived at my appointment, the reception team was not wearing masks, and were loudly bragging about how they do not wear them when they go out in public. It also does not explain why Dr. Levy did not wear a mask during my appointment in which he came closer than 6 feet; or that I overheard him brushing off the nurses reminder to don a mask, by saying that since everyone else was wearing masks that he didnt need to. I am extremely disappointed by WomanCares lack of regard for my safety, or even their own policy.

Everyone is amiable and helpful. I want to give a shoutout to Tomi at the NW Clinical Lab. She went above and beyond when drawing blood and calming me down afterward due to my high anxiety and fear of needles.

Dr. Erlich is the best Dr around! Im so happy I found her! She is professional, has great bedside manner, kind, caring, quick and gentle and makes you feel super comfortable. Shes open and honest and answers any questions you may have.

Dr. Lupo is amazing! She is very thorough and always is willing to answer all of my questions. She has been my doctor for the past five years. I have recently moved over 30 minutes away and would not consider switching physicians. I highly recommend Dr. Lupo.

This place is awful. Front desk people are unprofessional. I called to schedule an appointment and the girl on the phone, Meghan, started to gossiping with her friend when I was looking at my calendar. She didnt hear me when I told her a date would work. The doctors and nurses never take their time. Everything is always a rush with very little direction/instructions and no time for questions. I will not be coming back.

I don’t normally do things like this, but I feel like I should for a situation like mine. I am currently a college student living out of state and I have reoccurring problems that I need medical assistance for. I have tried to call the office to ask questions about prescriptions on MULTIPLE occasions within the last 2 months without ever getting an answer back. This is absolutely ridiculous. The doctors I have had have been excellent and helpful, but the reliability is just not there. I am busy enough as a college student that this shouldn’t be as big of a problem in my life as it is.

Awful customer skills. The person who answered the phone when I called to make the appointment was extremely rude, impatient , and seemed rather put out to to make the appointment to begin with. I was crystal clear and what insurance I had and she went ahead and made the appointment. When I arrived at the appointment couple weeks later, stood inline to get to the front desk where I believe the same person was there to tell me you dont accept my insurance loudly enough that anyone there could hear. There was also a very nice woman there who got on the phone with your billing department to see if anything had changed and I really appreciated her at least. I can clearly see now that a womans care comes after the money.*Side note* I think very highly of NCH group. The same girl that was so rude on the phone and in person also told told me that you were not affiliated with NCH, even though I saw those great big letters on the wall.

The doctor would not treat me because I marked on my paperwork that I choose not to accept a blood transfusion. They seemed very adamant about changing my mind. A nurse took me into a room and tried pressuring me by asking if I was bleeding out on the table and would die unless I had a blood transfusion, would I still refuse a blood transfusion? If they will refuse any patients who choose to not to accept a blood transfusion, they should screen new patients on the phone before scheduling the appointment. For people who make a living out of claiming to help others, it was disappointing how they disrespected my time and health.

I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt with how bad the reviews are for their locations. But in all honesty save your time. I’m disgusted in their customer service. I just called to book an appointment to be a first time client and the woman on the phone acted like it was such a huge inconvienience to assist me. I explained to her why I needed to come in and what was going on and I received zero sympathy but instead I felt as if she was attacking me... normally I don’t post reviews but the phone call with her leftMe in tears and this is not okay. Save your time. And money.

A lot of red flags with this clinic. First the staff is not trained to verify benefits which is alarming in itself. Front desk staff look at you like deer in head lights when you ask them questions. They are rude and have no problem wasting your time. They don’t even know where their own clinic is located. I just walked out baffled not trusting these people with my womb...

I went here when I was 18 and my time here changed my life. They were the first doctors to listen to me and actually care. My doctor (Dr. Kahan) went out of his way to help me and I am thankful to this day for what he did. Not a lot of doctors in this area actually listen, but he did and gave me hope. Amazing practice, I would absolutely reccomend.

This review is basically for Dr. Erlich and her staff!! They are amazing, caring, and so very knowledgeable! From someone who suffers from high anxiety and fertility problems, they never once made me feel uncomfortable, nervous, or scared. I wish I still lived there so I could go back to Dr. Erlich for my next pregnancy!

I have never had to wait long for the doctor. I have been going to Dr. Lupo for 5 years. I moved to Florida, and I fly in for my annual with her. I refuse to see anyone else. Thats how good of a doctor she is. Honest, knowledgeable, kind, empathetic.

Went there with daughter (adopted) because found medical history has made it practical to get the BRCA test. Explained this to nurse & doctor. (This was also first gyne visit for my daughter, 21 yrs) Doctor came in and announced (a question?) Youre here for birth control. We explained, well actually that is one item but recent medical history - BRCA test. Talked a little to doctor and left the room so my daughter could be examined. Not 10 minutes later daughter comes out. No paperwork, one month sample of birth control, no breast exam, no blood tests. No information about test results (pap smear), or how to join patient portal.The most inept office I have ever visited. 2 weeks later, no test results, no prescription for birth control. Visited the WomanCare website, cant JOIN the patient portal. I guess somehow miraculously you join. Wont be going back there!But I must say the nurse that we dealt with was more on the ball than the doctor!

This an emotional review for me and I dont often post about any business, but because Dr. Vierling has been such an supportive, kind, and knowledgeable doctor throughout my pregnancy I felt the need to post a review. I am now am mother of two beautiful daughters, my first born was a c-section because of her size and medical reasons and my only hope for my second born was to have a natural birth. With that being said, I couldnt have done it without Dr. Vierling and his unwavering support for my wish. He helped me along the whole process and I gave birth to my second child naturally because of it. I am so unbelievably blessed to have such wonderful doctors who have helped me with everything at WomanCare, and Dr. Vierling is one of the best. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for believing in me and helping me every step of the way.

Went in for a Consultation with Dr. Randall Kahan. I appreciated how straightforward he was (definitely no sugar coating with this Dr.), but did not appreciate him accepting two personal calls (they were not emergency calls btw) while I was Speaking to him.

Im sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this place is awful! To get in to seeing a Doctor is at least month and thats if you are planning to see the same one. Although if you want to see a random one they will squeeze you in, but lets get serious every doctor has a different method for treating its patients and what one recommends may not be what another does. Regardless, expect to be there for long periods of time, because they are rarely in and out or on time. Oh and if you are just coming in for a lab test such as a urine test and someone other than the OB/GYN sees you, they will bill your insurance as if the OB/GYN saw you, so expect to see that on your bill. Which leads to my next point.If you have chronic problems or are dealing with side effects to meds, go somewhere else because they will be the first to take your money and what the insurance will pay them, but the last to help you get to the bottom of it. They will run tests you dont need and come up with excuses just to bill your insurance more. In the end, they will put you on a med to keep your mouth shut, but rest assured, youll be back because there is no quick solution to your problem unless the dollar sign fits, which leads to my next point.Their nurses know very little about anything. In fact they are more like Medical Assistants who passed a test to be an RN. Whenever I called in to check on labs, they would read them and when I asked them to explain something, they didnt know what it was saying. Sometimes I wondered why they didnt google it just for the sake of my sanity or hey heres an idea ask the doc and get back to me. I mean really?? How do you work for an OB/GYN and not know what some of these results are or at least how do not care to know for the sake of the patient?? Which leads to my next one.These people have no sense of communication skills with each other. No matter how many times I came in, they never documented things I told them which had me always repeating info and starting at ground zero. Oh and if you need them communicating with another physician, or sending your results to another physician, good luck because they rarely ever did it. They also didnt understand how important other physicians getting that info was to me. Which then leads to my next point.I addressed these matters with multiple people as far as my experiences and while they claimed to care, nothing ever changed with them.Needless say after the experiences I received here, I will never ever go back to them. Its just sad because from what I hear the owner is amazing & has a passion for womens health, too bad the rest of her staff doesnt.

Getting My Life BackI’ve suffered from urge Incontinence for years; not able to go out if I’ve been drinking water, wearing bulky incontinence pads, waking up 3-4 times a night to void, standing up and having immediately incontinence. I have been receiving Botox bladder injections for about 3 years now after discussing my situation with Dr. Kahan. This treatment has given me my life back. No more incontinence at all. I have to have this about every 6-8 months but it’s quick, done in the office, and rates a 0-1 on the Pain Scale. I would say 0 but there is a slight sensation but not really pain. I would recommend Botox bladder injections for anyone suffering from urge incontinence. Check with Dr. Kahan to see if it helps other forms of incontinence as well. It has made a tremendous improvement to my life!

I AM WRITING A VERY HONEST REVIEW; Dr. Lutheringhausen eceeded my expectations of a obgyn. I am 62 and besides the female check up she is a natural doctor concerned with my overall health. She feels glands very carefully, listens to concerns and advises a solution. She is the only doctor to suspect I needed a hep_c test and diagnosed it. I sought treatment and she changed my life. Cannot ask for more.

This is my favorite Gyn practice and Ive been coming here for the better part of the past 20 years. Dr. L has been my Gyn the past 5 yrs or so, and I couldnt imagine going to anyone else. I drive in from the city to see her, and trust her to help find solutions to any issues I may have.

Dr. Weiss is incredibly knowledgeable, has a great bedside manner and never ever makes you feel rushed. She takes the time to listen and get to know you personally. Love her!!

So disappointed with the service at this office. I was always rushed through with the bare minimum care, like they were overbooked and too busy to care. I asked for a refill on my birth control and it was never called in after repeated requests. Needless to say Ive found another provider.

I have been going to Dr. Goldin for a few years. She and her staff have been some of the best Ive gone too. Thrilled I found her after moving here from another state and not having many resources.

Great doctors and staff working here. By far the BEST phlobotemist I have ever had. The blood draw was painless with no bruising either.

This had more to do with the doctor than the practice. Was refused an exam and blood workup by a doctor due to my belief in utilizing holistic treatments along with modern medicine. This practice advertises they incorporate holistic medicine but apparently this doctor is the exception.

They do not have online Bill pay- everything is check or credit card over the phone. There is no way to view a bill unless they send it in the mail. If it is lost for whatever reason, they will only add fees which will not be removed for any circumstance...even in times of a pandemic. Very disappointed in this antiquated system and will not be returning as a patient.

Ok doctors. But has deplorable billing practices. This division does not function like the rest of nch. You can not see or pay bills through the patient portals. If you call to ask a question, they hang up on you. Will most likely be switching this part of my care.

Good doctors, terrible front desk and unfortunately you cannot contact your doctor directly, you have to go through the front desk no matter how serious the issue is and that is impossible at this location. Changing doctors this year due to this reason

Awful customer service, the ladies working there do not care about helping their patients, they do not explain anything & everything is rushed. I wanted to find a good gynecologist and was unsuccessful, will not be coming back here. I had a appointment scheduled for an ultrasound (which I had done at other facilities in the past.) I was not explained anything about the appointment on the spot nor did I get a phone-call before hand letting me know of the do’s and don’ts about the appointment

Its been a while since Ive been here but I seriously had the worst experience with pretty much the entire staff...front desk....nurse....especially the doctor. They prescribed the wrong medication and charged me for both prescriptions. Id definitely recommend going somewhere else.

NCH Woman are is very expensive compared to other comparable doctors. They do not give payment plans to people who lost their jobs due to the covid economy.

The person who scanned my insurance cards didnt return them to me and I had to pick them up the next day.

Gave clear instructions on how to bill our insurance but they neglected to properly bill insurance and instead sent our bill to collections without any notice or trying to resolve with us
