Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care

I was miserable when I arrived at the ER. I was taken back within 5 minutes and seen by a nurse almost immediately. The nurses were amazing. My wait to see the doctor was short. She was very professional, genuinely sympathetic and I was out of pain within minutes. Diagnosed, treated and released a reasonable amount of time. The follow up was unprecedented. I followed the doctors orders to the letter. Took my medications as directed and less than a week later Im at 90%. I love that Stone Springs hospital is not affiliated with INOVA. It was more personal and sincere. I cant imagine going anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Goldman and staff !!!

This is my first time going to this place . I checked in at kiosk and was called in . The receptionist was good at handling people . Dr. Ester was excellent , listening what my problem is and she narrowed down the problem and gave the right medicine . I came in with unbearable muscle stiffness wherein I couldnt even move my arms and legs with step by step walking . Nurse Imar was too good . Never had a pain of getting injection from her , really too good . I left the place with a happy smile as I felt much better after the injection. Wow this place is the best .Highly recommended place for any urgent health issues .

The urgent care I have used in the past was closed this weekend, so we went to this urgent care location and it’ll be our go-to now. The wait time was very reasonable (almost nothing). We felt really well taken care of. Anna and Jennifer were wonderful. Caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable. Thank you!

We needed a sports physical to be completed quickly for my son to participate in school sports related activities this summer. They saw us same day and it was very fast and efficient and was a flat fee of $25 for sports physicals without needing to go through our insurance. We didn’t need to pay our normal insurance copay which is double that amount. Overall we were pleased and the staff was very friendly and courteous.

Walked in with 2 patients ahead of me. Waited for over an hour and didn’t get seen. Peeked out of the room — no patients in the waiting room and provider was sitting at the computer. Copay was collected at check in instead of at the end of the visit. Left and asked for a refund, which the provider was happy to do I guess instead of seeing me. Waste of my time.

Very well put together Urgent care. Minimal wait time. Everything was explained to me and all the staff were super nice. I was in and out within an hour. The nurse practitioner was great. Listened to my needs and treated appropriately.

Showing up 5 minutes prior to closing, the staff and provider were excellent! Slight mix up with one of my scripts not making it to the Giant pharmacy which was rectified the following morning. Overall, I had an outstanding experience!! I would highly recommend the Ashburn Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care office as it’s one of the top facilities I have been to!!

My experience this morning was wonderful! They only had 3 staff including the provider…but seemed very professional and managed my care in a timely manner. Great customer service!

Visited the North Kings Highway location in Alexandria. The staff were all very professional and helpful - and even followed up with me via phone later in the day. Above and beyond service with a shorter than average wait time for being seen.

It could just be bad luck, but both times I’ve visited this facility I’ve not received helpful care.A huge positive is that my appointment times have been honored and I was seen right away after checking in.Unfortunately, both times I’ve been seen here (for different issues), I’ve felt like I was being rushed out without receiving meaningful care. The only guidance I received in both instances was to take OTC meds and see my primary care doctor.I’ve also felt a sense of judgement from providers I’ve seen here that has left me feeling embarrassed and ashamed. The staff that I’ve interacted with in both visits were not particularly warm or supportive, which is really tough energy to be met with when you’re not feeling well.I really wanted to keep all of my healthcare services within Inova, but will be seeking urgent care services elsewhere from now on.

What is the point of an appointment if you sit there for an hour past your appointment time? Just say walk-in’s only and keep it simple. Had to walk out after 45 minutes of waiting because my non-verbal son could not keep his composure anymore, which is why I made the appointment in the first place (in theory, planned in and out). I’d prefer a first come first serve approach and a realistic expectation for waiting time. Don’t make promises you can’t keep.

Jessica the MA was AWESOME!!! She was great from the moment we walked in through the whole process! Explained everything in detail and introduced the the Doctor when she came in! Thank you SO MUCH!!! Need help or to be seen find JESSICA and the Doctor she is helping and you will be IN GREAT HANDS!!

I visited the Strickland Dr., Ashburn facility on Friday, and was extremely pleased! I had experienced several issues at once, and PA (or NP?) Ashley Ruhomutally was exceptional! She was thorough, kind, and knowledgeable! The young lady (don’t recall her name) who apparently is a nurse, acted as the receptionist plus provided intake services, was great too! It was a very positive experience! I highly recommend “INOVA Go Health Broadlands”!

Nice staff and great service. It was all clean and new but there is not great sound isolation between the exam rooms and waiting room.

I signed up online for an appointment. Got in right away at 11am. Needed strep test. Was examined by great doctor and staff member who did the test. I was out in 15 minutes. I do like being able to get in right away.

Ive visited this location twice now, and they have been able to get me in and out quickly both times. Quick, efficient service and kind providers.

My mother went in this last week for pink eye and was prescribed medicine that ended up irritating her eye even more. She called the facility again to ask for a better prescription to treat her eye and she was promised on the phone by two different employees but when she stopped by, nothing was processed. A nurse practitioner then proceeded to tell my mom that she had an STD in her eye?????She had to go to an old family doctor we were patients with in the past to find out that the medicine she was originally given is known to irritate eyes more.Not only that, when she first went to visit the center, there was no one there, but the staff at the front desk took their sweet time checking her in.If this was a normal person who was having pink eye, thats one thing, but my mother just had a brain aneurism, so for this horrible treatment to occur shortly after her surgery is disgusting.

I had a 10:30 AM appointment but wasn’t seen until 12:00 PM, despite completing forms online and arriving early. The doctor was good and helpful, but the long wait time was frustrating.

The staff was friendly, but they did not seem interested in fixing the illness. They just told me to take over the counter medicine and if things didnt improve after 10 days to come back. Definitely not how my previous doctors treat problems.

Excellent new facility near my gym. First time and was seen promptly after making appointment online. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Everyone was super helpful and kind. I felt like a VIP! Much better experience than trying to go to the ER, with a better cost as well!!

Despite it being Christmas Eve I was seen within a few minutes of my scheduled appointment time. All staff were friendly and professional. I had questions answered and did not feel rushed or ignored. Care was excellent. First time using an urgent care and I was impressed. I am a retired medical professional so I am picky! Thanks to those who helped me that day

Went with limited time and they were very accommodating. Easy communication after the appointment regarding after care and meds.

This place is a pathetic administrative mess. Whatever their IT issues are, the front desk was completely unable to locate the proper insurance despite the check-in staff searching for better part of hour & it being in Inova systems. Wasted good hour & decided to go to another Inova facility, which found the insurance within seconds, and was able to assist with urgent care visit. This place needs to fully revamp their systems & procedures.

I had a wonderful and easy experience. The staff were helpful and friendly. I was seen quickly and all staff were helpful. The office was clean and welcoming. It was an over great experience.

I went here this evening and had a great experience. There were maybe 3-4 people before me and the wait time wasn’t bad. People moved efficiently in and out. I also didn’t feel rushed and felt like the doctor was thorough while also keeping things moving. Doctor Akhtar was very empathetic and kind, an absolute gem!

I visited after the HACK. The doctor was nice enough but information was scant and hard to come by.

Neither Urgent nor Care available here. An hour wait with 3 people in the waiting room. Only thing they managed to do in an hour is make sure I had insurance. No triage. Nothing. I’ll never use another Inova “Urgent” care again

I’m make an appointment at a certain time and they tell me I have to wait for other patients at walk-in. How is that fair? What’s the point of me even creating an appointment time if you’re not gonna take me at that time it’s ridiculous. It’s a waste of time never come to this garbage location

The x-ray tech on call was great, and so was the staff Physician. Really good bedside manor.

Care was ok.. what was really upsetting is that they had me put my card on file for a ticket and 2 weeks after the visit, they automatically deducted money fromthat card WITHOUT sending me a statement! No statement, just $200 straight up gone from my account. The worst part, it was done over the weekend and the amount deducted did not reflect on my account. On Mychart, it still showed that I OWED them money after they already took it from me. Go here if you want money deducted with no statement or prior notice!

Doctor was great, saw me right at 9:00 per the appointment and fixed me right up!

Sarah was super nice and patient. Took time with patient. Dr O was great and again, took time with the patient to listen to all concerns. The office was clean and inviting. Very convenient location!!

Friendliest and most efficient Urgent Care Ive ever been too. The PA did more than my family Dr., and may have solved my bronchitis issue. Thanks!!--I spoke too soon. They mis-communicated my treatment and only gave me an inhaler for bronchitis and a 10 week old cough. This did nothing, so I had to go to my Family Dr. for antibiotics.

Wait times were a bit longer. Probably having more providers will yield fewer wait times. But overall, I had a very pleasant experience, from the front desk staff and provider, Maggie,NP.

Clean, new facility. Friendly staff. However, the wait times are atrocious, even with a saved time slot/appointment. It’s been an hour past my time slot and the doctor hasn’t even come in yet. It’s a Tuesday afternoon. I do not recommend this place at all until they have more doctors here.

The staff was attentive, professionnel and caring. I felt I recieved excellent care.. Ive already told my neighbors how fantastic this location is! Its great to have an Urgent Care so close to home!

Each time I visit. I am impressed with the level of care and customer service.

Waited for over an hour and didn’t get seen , they told me there’s wait time 2 hours !Or go to Leesburg location ,I left because the wait time was ridiculous !

I had a wonderful experience. I was a walk-in and was in and out in less than 20/30 minutes. I will be returning next time me or any of my children arent feeling well.

If your kid is sick donot take there,They are hell rude peopleIts not our fault if nurses are working on saturday till 5,My kid was sick and she was scared of strep to be checked they didnt wait and start saying ohh you bringing her after 3days1nurse came in with no smile she just checked my kiddo temperature and told her we wil check her strep and covid then another came to check her strep and covid and my kid wasnt ready to do it iwas tlking to her bit henwas like we cannot stay here for all time then he called another and both were hell rude and saying exact sameAnd there was only one patient outsideDoc was fine she was polite and listener-there is no much privacy we can here them talking outside there were sliding doors . 1star for cleanliness as its new 2star for doc..So DONOT TAKE YOUR KIDS THERE.

Wasn’t able to get a pediatric appointment at PM Pediatrics so we came here instead. Got in right away, saw the Dr and get the medicine we needed. Would bring my kids and the whole family here again.

I loved this place - very clean facility, efficient process- took less time than my regular doctors visit, results are in the same portal as my doctor’s office.
