I highly recommend Womens Health Center. All of the staff are so kind and compassionate. They were able to get me seen almost right away and my appointment had hardly any waiting time. If youre looking for quality care, this is it.

Wonderful facility and staff. The office is inviting and clean. Staff is kind and efficient. My practitioner, Lauren Packard, is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and knew of my health and personal circumstances before she entered the examination room. I was a bit apprehensive before my exam but was put quickly at ease thanks to Lauren and staff. I’m thrilled to have the Women’s Health Center of Southern Oregon as part of my health care team.

I have had several appointments with Lauren, the most amazing PA-C. She took great care of me and handled my concerns with care. I felt like a human being and not a patient that is just a number on the rotation. She had the most lovely student that was so patient and understanding. I saw Lauren teach with compassion and direction oriented ways. I am lucky to be a patient here, not to mention the amazing MAs, schedulers, and all the staff inbetween. I appreciate everyone here.

Everyone was polite and efficient, which I appreciate. Dr. Egan seemed to be in a hurry but still offered to answer any questions I had and was attentive. My one complaint is that, while I was asked what name I go by on my intake form, not one person in the clinic used my name and instead dead-named me the entire visit. I expect this from most other organizations, but was disappointed that a reproductive health clinic was not sensitive to this issue. Id honestly just prefer you not ask if you are not going to honor my responses.

I have never felt more heard, cared for, or just plain safe. The facility is clean and welcoming, and the staff is so sweet. Lauren Packard showed empathy and compassion for my ailments even when I was not the most pleasant. The professionalism is amazing. Way to go Womens Health Center. 5 BIG STARS!

Lauren Parker. It’s hard to believe she’s just a physicians assistant. Lauren is Very knowledgeable and she listens. She never discounted the research I had done about my condition and complemented me and said I was actually on the right track.

Im so Grateful to have been guided to the Womens Health Center of Southern Oregon! Such a peaceful environment as you walk through the door. Felt I was in the right place at the right time with the right PA, Lauren Parkard. The knowledge and wisdom provided thus far has put some recent surgerical concerns to rest. She prioritizes finding the root causes to help restore the well-being as a whole. Now I feel more confidently to embrace my 5th decade, and menopause with more Grace. It was vital mentally and emotionally for me, to know a quality team is supporting Lauren. Everyone Ive come in contact with at the Ashland and Grants Pass location has been delightful, and truly cares about a womens health journey. A core mission shared and valued. I had a perfect, very helpful appointment with Lauren, who listened carefully and calmly to my questions and hunches about my pelvic health. We discussed possible avenues for treatment and agreed on an option without drugs or invasive procedures, which I am inclined to see as last resorts. Her pelvic exam was the most gentle and calming that Ive ever experienced. I was heard and cared for and I feel Ive met a professional I can trust to work with and for me.

He had read my file from my previous doctor and was prepared for the appointment. He was thorough and took the time to answer the questions I had.

Just moved to Ashland and tried their new facility here in town with Dr Eagan. It can get tempting to procrastinate these annuals, but the pleasant and professional experience here makes me want to do better with being loyal to my annual appointments. Office was clean, great service, friendly and caring staff … all the desirable qualities in this kind of facility.

Because my Gynecologist retired I had to find a new provider. As we women know, finding a good Gynecologist is essential for maintaining good health but finding one you feel comfortable with is just as important. I’d rank it up there with a good hairdresser and your favorite nail person. It was my first time at the Women’s Health Center in Ashland and I couldn’t have been more pleased. First of all, getting an appointment was almost immediate- due to my schedule I made my appointment for the following week, but the receptionist ( who was delightful and pleasant) offered me dates and times for that same week as when I called.The staff was friendly and professional, yet put me right at ease. I waited about 10 minutes in my room and then Lauren the NP knocked and came in. She was smiling, soft spoken and I immediately felt comfortable with her. She took her time asking me questions for my history and was very thorough. She explained everything to me in detail and offered a few medication options, and invited questions and dialogue.When I left I felt cared for and heard. I’m a nurse and have witnessed many healthcare workers who don’t provide patients with The opportunity to ask questions or even take the time to say hello.I highly recommend Lauren and the team at the Women’s Healrh Center in Ashland!

Lauren was thoughtful and attentive. I generally hate doctor visits, but this was easy. Everyone at the office was lovely.

I saw Lauren for a routine checkup, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better doctor. She explained everything and was very clear about what was going to happen and when. She was also very good at distracting me from the more uncomfortable parts of the exam. I would highly recommend her services!

I have struggled with my menopause for several years and usually it is brushed off as part of getting old. I finally had it, and pushed my general practitioner for better options. She referred me to Dr Eagan, this was the best decision! Dr Eagan listened, understood my concerns, and knew exactly what would help me. Now, 6 month later, I feel like I am 10 years younger. This has been life changing for me. I would suggest all women struggling with menopause and aging to consider having their hormones checked. Not just by any clinic because I have tried that years ago and ended up with my cycle starting again (I did not want to go backwards!). Go to the experts on Hormone Replacement Therapy; Go to the Womens Health Center of Southern Oregon, especially Dr Eagan.

The ladies on staff were so welcoming to me and immediately made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Eagan is an amazing gynecologist as he is informative, kind, and even funny too. He made me feel seen, heard and above all else in a safe, comfortable space! I had a great experience here.

I have to say the facility is beautiful and my provider is awesome! Dr Eagan is hands down the best! He is great at explaining things and making sure that you get all your questions answered before you leave the office! I had been going to Siskiyou Vital Medicine in Medford for the last year and half. After a recent interaction with one of the owners there, I realized in a moment of need that I had to move clinics due to the complete lack of efficiency and organization. I called up WHC of SO and not only did they onboard me quickly and efficiently as a new patient...they got me in to see someone immediately. The staff and Doctors over there are a very nice and seem to have a real passion for their jobs. I could not be happier with my decision to switch clinics!

Dr. Eagen was great. He was a good listener, empathetic, and explained all my options to me. He has a kind, considerate manner.
