The staff are so incredible and so nice. My insurance paid for everything, so that was great. I didn’t see any protesters outside both times I’ve been to this location, which is nice because I heard that I should watch out for them.

No amount of thank yous will truly express the quality of care the great workers at this clinic provide. Went in today and could not have asked for a more caring, compassionate and comfortable experience. This clinic does not have workers that are burned out and over their jobs as I have experienced at the medford location INSTEAD you have a handful of people who obviously love their jobs, respect their patients and come to work with amazing attitudes. If more healthcare systems were like this one, it would change the world. I had an appointment with a wonderful nurse practitioner. She took her time, listened to my concerns and addressed all my issues. The cost for my PAP test was less than at my normal doctor. The setting is comfortable and relaxed and the staff are all friendly and helpful.

I went here to have my IUD removed, which is something Ive been dreading for months. But the ladies in reception were kind, the place was clean and quiet, and despite being very, very, nervous I felt safe. The nurse who removed my IUD was awesome, such a nice lady. She made me feel so much less scared and worried and answered all my questions. Taking it out was hardly uncomfortable. There was only one cramp, which went away within a few seconds. This is a great clinic and I would highly recommend it to any boy or girl in need of reproductive care.

Very nice employees. Highly recommended! If you do go in I hope you dont get harassed by the protesters outside - but thats not PPs fault. Keep up the great work!

I had to get a procedure that brought up traumatic memories, everyone was incredibly kind and understanding making the entire process easier for me. My doctor Jack was a champ. Can’t thank the team enough.

I have gone here for the past 4 years and it seems like the employees just get nicer each visit. They make me feel so comfortable and treat me like Im a friend they have known for years! Very casual.

So happy this location has reopened!
