I started acupuncture for the first time a few months ago after experiencing hormonal imbalances, cystic acne, high cortisol, chronic stress, fatigue, and bloating. Dr Song was incredibly caring and took a very detailed approach to my healing plan. I have eliminated almost all of my issues by following her plan and would highly recommend acupuncture!

Dr.Song is amazing and so kind. I came in with one issue but she did a wonderful job at getting to the root cause and addressing other issues I was having (issues i didn’t even know I was having) like poor digestion etc. but after ever treatment I felt calm and could feel the difference in my entire body and mind. I’m very grateful for her help.

I had a severe headache, neck tension and quickly raised blood pressure. I took the medicine , It did not work. The blood pressure was still very high. Doctor Bai gave me the acupuncture treatment,After She did the ear detox, I feel relieved right away. And After the acupuncture treatment, my body was very relaxed. I hyperextended my knee in December 2019. I had tried healing at home for months with no success. Dr. Bai has done wonders! I can fully straighten my knee again and can walk without worry. Dr. Bai and her staff provide excellent high quality service. The office has a calming effect as soon as you walk in. I have been suffering with Achilles Tendonitis for a few years now and decided to try acupuncture as a last resort before having surgery. I am quite pleased with the results of my treatment. In only 3 weeks, I have seen a tremendous improvement with the swelling in my ankles, and the tightness in my tendon is much less. The next phase of treatment will address my weight. Amazing treatment for my low back pain! I went to Dr. Bais office yesterday, she cure my low back pain effectively with just one needle at the beginning. Her office is clean, peaceful and full of positive energy. Staff there is very friendly and helpful. I remembered I couldnt walk or move easily until she gave me a treatment. I suffered severe trigeminal neuralgia and the pain was unbearable. I came to Dr. Bais clinics per my best friends recommendation. Dr. Bai is amazing! After the first two treatments, the pain was under control and my life returned to normal. I went to see Dr. Bai because I was experiencing miscarriage and was having extremely bad side affects and I resorted to acupuncture because western medicine was not helping.Dr. Bais treatment is not traditional acupuncture. There are no needles that are left in the areas instead she pokes you with the needle (almost like a blood letting technique- I had a few bruises on my ear) and you are instructed to lay down and rest for 20-40 minutes. It was my very first acupuncture session, so I thought it was a different technique but I left after the second session because she was constantly selling me something at every session. The first session I was sold foot detox and moxibustion (reasonable price) but the second session was a EMF sticker to stick on the back of my case.Anyway, I found a different acupuncturist who has been amazing. Please do thorough research and scout multiple acupuncturist.

Moxibustion therapy is amazing! I have suffered from chronic back and leg pain for years . It was difficult to walk my dog and to do daily things. I went to Dr. Bai , the treatment was great , the pain relief immediately. I always feel very cold and the air conditioner in the office is freezing every day. That definitely aggravates my symptom. The treatments were effective but the pain slowly came back. Dr. Bai was very kind and patient , she felt my pulse, checked my tongue, and palpitated all the meridians . she told me in order to get rid of the pain completely, I need to do the moxibustion therapy by myself . It will warm up my whole body , melt all the stagnation , and make the Qi and blood flow freely . I did it faithfully. After three weeks of Moxi treatment along with acupuncture ,my pain completely went away and stayed well beautifully. The best part is I feel much more energetic, at least ten years younger! Thank you Dr Bai to introduce this ancient healing to my life .

Wonderful experience with Dr. Bai. I strained my calf a few weeks before Boston Marathon and was trying everything to get it healed - rest, dry needling, PT, cryo... only after seeing Dr. Bai was the pain significantly gone. I don’t know how this place has any positive reviews. They don’t answer the phone and when you try to communicate via email, there is a lack of communication and information. If you want help finding out if your insurance covers this, you’re on your own. Then after several emails back and forth, I was told the doctor doesn’t treat what I wanted help with, hormonal and digestive issues. I don’t understand how an acupuncturist can’t help with such simple things. Don’t waste your time here.
