Posted 1/23I wanted to do a follow-up review to my last post to tell you about the most amazing treatment that Dr Liu gave me. It is called TRT treatment. I am telling you with all my heart and honesty that after she gave me my first treatment of TRT my hip and lower back instantly felt brand new. It was like it was pre-injuries, it felt loose, no tightness at all, I felt like my old self. All I can say is to give this one try, it is all it will take to convince you that if you have any muscular or pain issues, this could be your answer to such a remarkable turnaround!! I really hope this post convinces someone because it has done wonders for me!!I came to AcuWellness and Dr Li with lower back pain from a baseball injury 40 years ago and pain in my left hip and leg after dislocating my hip 3 years ago. I have gone to orthopedic surgeons over the years and nothing can be done for my back and the only option given for my hip was hip replacement. I told Dr Li I wasnt so sure she could help but I would give it a try. I have never seen a more caring therapist whose only concern was to get me physically and mentally better. She first put me on a Pulse machine which immediately help ease my back and hip pain. Then we tried the Lymphatic therapy which again helped with all the discomfort. She then recommended Red Light therapy which just became part of her practice. Folks, here is the most amazing and simply SURPRISING result, not only is my daily pain almost gone and I am able to perform many things I simply could not do until now, but this amazing Red Light therapy makes me a much happier person. This I did not expect, I feel more at ease, less tension, less anxiety, and in a much better place. Dr Li is a miracle worker as far as I am concerned! She is the BEST!! I recommend giving her a try if you have symptoms or just preventative. Thank you so much for changing my life!!

Dr Liu is my healing angel. I started visiting her 5 years ago for seasonal and food allergies, and nutrition response therapy. She identified the root causes of my allergies, provided a regimen of supplements to replenish my system. Now I no longer suffer during Spring allergy season and my food sensitivities are drastically reduced. I’ve also received acupuncture for numerous ailments with great result. Recently I was diagnosed with glaucoma and was petrified by the Opthamologist’s prognosis. At that time, I couldn’t read the vision chart with my current eye prescription at all. After receiving 12 weeks of acupuncture, light therapy and pulse therapy, I went to the Opthamologist and was able to read the eye chart with no prescription change at 20/20. She is saving my vision. The eye doctor asked me what I was doing to see this level of change. It’s no doubt in my mind, it’s Dr Liu. Words can’t explain my gratitude.

I went in as a first time patient for an acupuncture treatment. Dr. Liu is nice but talks waay too fast! She is not a good listener - which was rather disappointing. Very low EQ.I told her that I came in for neck, shoulder and lower back pain but didn’t pay attention to the lower back and had to remind her as she was about to leave the room after needling me.The upselling was waay too much too! Barely giving me a chance to listen and understand what it is I am actually going to be doing and it’s cost implications. I had to ask several times how much.I don’t doubt that the treatments she is offering are good, but she also doesn’t mention that it will be an extra cost! $35 for this, $85 for that!I even had to ask her for literature so I can understand what she is trying to recommend. She asked me to just go to the next room and so she can start but I hadn’t even made up my mind yet! Too much! Too too much!Dr. Liu, be patient especially with your new patients. You are not running a nail salon that upsells $5 to put glitter on nails!I have never had an eastern medicine treatment centre feel so commercial like I am in a mall!No doubt she is talented but needs to work on her listening skills, EQ and insensitive upselling

I’m post-COVID, Dec. 2020 onset, 14 months, long hauler. Dr. Li Lui’s first acupuncture treatment restored sense of smell and quieted daily tears! After third treatment and adding Chinese herbs, I can feel my foot! Been numb for 3 years from severe sciatica. Less fatigue now, too. Acupuncture & LipoMelt reduces all inflammation, restores wellness. She makes miracles happen!

Dr. Liu is great, shes so knowledgeable about the body and how to make it work better (and without drugs!). Shes kind and attentive and her staff always do their best to fit you in. The new location is great, super comfortable with a very relaxing atmosphere - the perfect place to boost your energy and heal your body.

Highly recommended! Visiting Atlanta and chanced upon Dr. Liu because her office was near the hotel I was staying in. She is highly qualified, has excellent bedside manners and is very experienced. (team acupuncturist for the Olympics, guest speaker in Emory, GA State and was interviewed by CNN). She is simply top-notch!

Dr liu is a gift from God my husband and I started out years ago with nutrition response testing years ago she changed my whole way of life its because of her I am the the healthiest I have ever been . Today I had acupuncture and I instantly felt relief she is awesome.

Dr lieu is a diamond in the rough ! There is no doctor like her in Atlanta! My son has migraines from a brain tumor . Dr lieu has used her acupuncture and phenomenal machines to reduce inflammation and bring Hayes back to functioning like a normal 14 yr old !

My first visit for my son who was going crazy with itchy skin turned out well. Hes not itching so much so it has given him some relief. So far so good!! We will continue and hopefully get this skin problem relieved for good.

I came in with Bella palay The left side of my face was paralyzed. I was unable to blink. Thanks to Dr Lius excellent treatment, I am able to close my eye, I am able to drive k without drooling and the feeling is coming back. Dr Lius excellent understanding of the body is comforting and a welcome balm at a time when conventional medicine has let us down.

Do not take yourself or your child here unless you would like to spend over $700 within 2 office visits. My daughter, in college, consulted the office’s “nutritionist” (I use that term very loosely considering she was not given any nutrition advice other than a pamphlet describing the perils of sugar) and was verbally accosted by the Doctor of Accupuncture (no, not of Nutrition) who refused to let her entertain a phone call with her mother and I during the appointment until my daughter threatened to walk out, in tears. She now sees another nutritionist, we pay more than 50% less, and she actually gets nutrition advice! Do not buy into this practice! No one should pay this much for this “service”, let alone for supplements that cost upwards of $50 per bottle each. I was not encouraged to buy an acupuncture package, so I cannot speak to what the practioner seems to be more trained for. But after hearing of what my daughter went through, I will not let her go near her that establishment again.

Not a good experience with this accupunsure place. I when here cause no one else was open. Paid 140 dollars for nothing. She just put a few needles a heat land and that was it. I usually go to my regular acupuncture doc. But she wasnt open. I wouldnt recommend her to any one.

I came in originally for a soft tissue injury to my foot . conventional medicine was only concerned with time ( which i didn’t have ) and pain killers ( i didn’t want ) . i once tried acupuncture years ago for water on the knee so was familiar with the practice and was willing to see if acupuncture could help my body help its self . A Word of mouth referral came to me suggesting accuwellness . Dr liu using acupuncture and a regiment of supplements had me back on my feet / foot in no time and had my foot Dr and MRi tech baffled as to how i recovered so fast . i say ancient chineese secret but this secret won’t last long because Dr. liu is the real deal . side note i went recently for a maintenance drop in and tried a new machine she has . AMAZING !! like something from the future . a pulse machine that stimulates your entire body or origin of injury and you get immediate relief. if this were available when i had my foot issue would have done this everyday . she can explain better then i what and how it works i only care about the results . Best results I have gotten!! I have been to more doctors than you can count and hospitalized several times and I seen the most results here out of anywhere and I have traveled to specialist all over. She is amazing!!!
