Shady Grove Fertility in Buckhead - Piedmont

Princess and Krystal were so amazing! I am lucky I was able to spend majority of my time at this office. They were calm, reassuring, and kind. I definitely felt separation anxiety over the weekend at a difference office haha. I was extremely nervous to start this journey, especially as a black woman, but they both made me feel at ease. I also really appreciated the front desk staff for their kindness.

Buckhead is my closest SGF office, so I’d probably choose to visit this one the most regardless, but I just wanted to say Princess is a GREAT phlebotomist. I have blood drawn often and it’s never fun, but Princess just nails it quickly every time and it’s over and done with, mostly painlessly. She also has a cheerful, bright presence which makes the whole process a little easier. Just wanted to give her a shoutout!

Having read unfavorable reviews of at least one other location, I was unsure of what to expect @ the Buckhead location. My expectations were middle of the road. Upon arrival, we were greeted w/ a “sincere,” not contrived good morning, in tranquil & serene space. Shortly after, my daughter’s vitals were taken by technician, Princess, whose demeanor was almost angelic. Her eyes & calming assurances spoke volumes. We were at ease. Another technician followed for her sonogram. She too was thorough, professional & polite. I trust that going forward, the positive experience @ the Buckhead facility will continue. Reviews of other Shady Grove facilities are not very favorable, whereas many clients &/or perspective clients mention lack of communication & follow through on behalf of staff.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and support provided by Jillian, who has been an outstanding Patient Care Coordinator assigned to me. She communicated clearly and patiently, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. Her dedication, compassion, and exceptional coordination skills have been instrumental in my care. Thank you Jillian!!

So far, so GREAT! My experience with SGF has been great. Both Jillian and Dr. Brahma has been nothing but good to my husband and I. Although this journey has been tough, since coming to SGF -- my stress has literally decreased drastically. BEYOND GRATEFUL!! Much more greatness to come. 10/10 would recommend! (:

Gail, Princess and Krystal are such an amazing team. I have visited almost all of the offices in atlanta and Buckhead is by far my favorite due to this A team. They always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome, starting with Gail. Princess does such a good job with the blood draw that I don’t even dread that anymore. And Krystal is such a loving soul always being so supportive and caring and doing a great job. Love this office

Everyone at this location is amazing. From the moment you walk in until you leave.Princess has literally held me while I’ve cried and been the sweetest face to see at my morning appointments. She’s made this entire process way easier. I’m so thankful for her!Crystal the ultrasound tech is also amazing. She’s so gentle and tells you exactly what she’s doing.I love the way SGF truly takes care of you during this process. Especially at this location.

Krystal (sonographer) from the Buckhead location is such a sweet and amazing soul. So professional but makes you feel like family. My favorite weekly interaction.To add: Princess is sooo sweet! I absolutely love visiting the SGF Buckhead location! Crystal and Princess are absolutely amazing. On each visit, they make me feel like family. In a process like this, you need all the smiles, good energy, and happy faces you can find!

Krystle the sonographer here is the best. She’s gentle, sweet, compassionate and she knows what she’s doing. She’s so professional. We love her! We always feel taken cared of in this location. Princess the lab tech, is good too. She’s nice and gentle. I highly recommend this location.

As a patient who likes continuity I have chosen to go to the Buckhead location as much as possible throughout my time at SGF. The staff at this location is the epitome of excellent patient care and customer service. As this is a delicate journey, having a team that treats you with compassion, care, and quality efficiency is of the utmost importance to myself and my husband. Gail is the front desk personnel who is always warm and inviting. Princess, the lab technician, makes all of your bloodwork appointments a seamless and painless experience. Kristal, the ultrasound guru I like to call her, is very informative on what she is doing throughout each visit and the most thorough at what she does of all of my experiences with SGF and elsewhere. This is not the most convenient location to our home but due to the level of care I receive here I highly recommend this team and will continue to request them anytime I am in need of their services.SGF was not our first fertility clinic in the city of Atlanta and yet I cannot recommend them enough. It has been a night and day difference from where we were previously, clinically and financially. My dedicated RN, Rachael, is very patient with all of my questions/concerns, very responsive, and always elaborates on each step throughout this journey. Our Doctor, Dr. Namnoum, is the kindest and most compassionate female Doctor of any kind that I have encountered. A friend of mine went through SGF and only met Dr. Namnoum in passing visits but recommended her. I am forever grateful for the referral and all of the treatment we have received from these wonderful ladies I mentioned. We feel blessed to have found them and are at peace throughout our journey here.10/10 recommend to any woman seeking fertility preservation and/or treatment.

Princess, Krystal and the Shady Grove Buckhead team are kind, empathetic and efficient! I’ve been to the office several times and each visit takes the “edge” off my nerves and makes the experience a pleasant one!

I got all my fertility tests done from SGF. Dr. Brahma is very kind and patient and will talk to you in detail about all the steps. Jillian also made sure all my questions and concerns were answered on time and in an efficient manner!

Gail was incredibly helpful in helping us resolve a matter that was urgent and important to us. She made sure we were taken care of, even though it took some extra steps, and it was clear she cared. Thank you, Gail!

The buckhead office staff is amazing, especially Krystal! Every time we come in, she does my baseline ultrasound, and it’s a wonderful experience. She really takes the time out to make the appointment worthwhile.The facility is clean, well run and organized.

The staff in the Buckhead office is AMAZING. From the seamless and friendly check-in, to the blood draw (she was so friendly too and I didn’t even feel the needle), to my ultrasound I was thoroughly impressed with each member of the team that I met. I hate to play favorites, but Krystal, the sonographer, was exceptional. On a day where I don’t feel like a normal human, a very sensitive day and topic for most people there, Krystal’s kind, calm, and thorough manner of explanation kept me off my emotional ledge. Dr Kanter is my provider and she is VERY kind and she is thorough - you can tell she loves what she does. Exceptional.I really can’t say enough good things about my experience in that office and with Dr Kanter as well! BRAVO to who put that team together! Sincerely happy I picked SGF.

The SGF Buckhead location is amazing. Shauna is an incredible phlebotomist who is always gentle and takes her time to make sure you blood draw is pain free. Krystal is an amazing sonographer. She is very thorough, personable and competent. This location really makes a positive difference in your experience.

The office location is a convenient option for city patients. The ladies (Yolanda (admin), Krystal (sonographer), Shauna (medical assistant) at the office are great, personable and accommodating. Together they’ve ensured my visits to their location go smoothly and timely. Thank you, ladies!

Our first impressions were that the staff could be nicer and better organized. Our second impression was that amount of dust build up on equipment in a medical facility is unacceptable. These are the reasons I give them a 3/5.The 1/5 comes from the disappearing act the staff has pulled on us. Leading up to and through egg retrieval, there were some communication hiccups (late night calls, last minute instructions, etc.) But now that we have mature eggs ready for implantation, we cant get anyone to answer the phone or return our calls. Should my wife be on birth control or not? Has a calendar for medication leading up to implantation been created?Has the progesterone prescription been written? Do we even need it? Has Shady Grove gone bankrupt and taken our 10s of thousands of dollars with them? Theres really no way of knowing.Will update the review if we actually get a baby out of this.They called back! And we have an amazing daughter.

Dr. Best was so amazing to work with. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped put our minds at ease. We were able to get pregnant on our first attempt and anytime I had questions or concerns, she was able to answer them and put my mind at ease. We truly enjoyed her positive attitude and look forward to working with her again in the future.

If your questioning which Dr. to see in Georgia you better go see DR. BEST!!!! Shes the best my first appointment 2/13/2019 she sit and listen and took notes. She even teared up at listening to my story this isnt easy to deal with at all and she made me feel like me again. Over 10 yrs Ive been in a deep depression over the whole infertility she made me feel very hopeful as well as exited to tackle this stressful situation.

Want to say thanks to Dr. Brahma and her team for an amazing journey. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of with the upmost care.

Horrible. Went in and spoke with the doctor and I haven’t heard from anyone since. I’ve called, left messages and all I get is, “Someone will be calling you soon to discuss options.” Apparently they don’t care, so I choose to go elsewhere. Very disappointing!!! Oh and I was referred to them by the VA; I should’ve known better since the VA isn’t any better.

Love this location and team! Amazing and supportive crew. Always enjoyed my Check-ins and their transparency and encouragement!

Website says they open at 7:30. Stood outside from 7:45-8:40 waiting for someone to come for the drop off. No one answers any phone. Website does not say anything about appointment-only like a lady that works for the allergy clinic next door said they do.

This place wouldn’t be the same without Princess.

Extremely friendly and professional staff.
