The staff was very friendly and professional. The office was very clean and calming. My wait time to see the doctor was very minimal. The ultrasound tech was so polite and the Doctor was also really kind, caring, and informative. She addressed all my concerns and ensured to answer all of my questions and was very assertive and reassuring throughout the process. I’m so glad I chose this office. This has been the best experience I’ve ever had with an OBGYN.

Dr. Donnelly is the most kind, sympathetic and caring doctor who listens and uses his knowledge and experience to provide the best care. I was terrified of doctors for years before seeing him, but he treats me with such warmth and care, I’m so glad I took the plunge and booked that first appointment. He’s treated 3 generations in my family, all with rave reviews! I can’t imagine seeing anyone else; I would drive 100 miles to see him!

I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance and then received a call the day before my appointment letting me know that the doctor I was scheduled to see isn’t seeing new patients and that my appointment was cancelled. How nice of them to be proactive and notify me less than 24 hours before my appointment!Not to mention that when I initially called to schedule my first appointment, the person I spoke to had no idea what she was doing and was just plain rude. She kept asking me if I wanted “a consultation or what?”. Truly the most frustrating and unprofessional experience and I never even made it into the office! Ill consider this a bullet dodged.

Dr. Donnelly is the only OB/GYN I can recommend. Very professional, very kind. Always honest and answers each question. He cares, and he takes his profession seriously. This is my second pregnancy under his care (2 cesareans) and I’m so glad I switched to him when I did!

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a doctor’s office in my life!! Would definitely not recommend to anyone especially first time mothers. The ultrasound tech with hurt you and ignore you as well as everyone else. Have to pay for parking after making you wait hours for an early morning appointment, seeing everyone that came in after you before. Any complaint they undermine and get silent when you call out inaccuracies in their defense. Sarah acts like she has a “great relationship” with her patients, but when called out that she has been complained on several times and patients not being able to reach her goes silent.

Let me start out and say I am a healthcare provider. The prenatal visits were fine. My very bad experience was during birth. I chose this practice because they were all MDs. I saw multiple doctors because I figured the one on call would deliver me. That was NOT the case. I had a random midwife deliver me and I had complications during birth. She then sewed me up with sutures that people don’t use anymore and botched it. Now I have to get reconstructive surgery. I have not been able to urinate without being in pain. I have tried to talk to the office manager but she has not responded. Not one doctor told me someone random at the hospital could delivery me. I chose this practice again because of all the MDS. They also keep sending me a bill for delivery yet no one from the practice delivered me. There is more to this story but I will leave it here.

Doctors are nice, sure. But the wait times are ridiculous. There is literally no one in the waiting room, yet I have been here for over an hour for the simplest check up/blood work. Their other location’s waiting room can be packed but they still get things moving. I guess it’s worth the drive to Johns Creek.

Dr. Menon is very attentive yet efficient and seems to really care about her patients.

Dr. Morris has been my doctor for a few years now and I love how she interacts with me. I feel she listens and has empathy. I really don’t want to see any others Dr in the practice except her. Dr. Morris rocks!

Midtown location doesnt offer me free parking; the receptionist is also very unprofessional and clearly looks like she doesnt want to be there; they scheduled me for an appointment to do lab work only for me to come in and say that they actually cant do itUpdate: after seeing Anushka, she is a very good doctor who helped me thoroughly and gave me lots of options and information when dealing with a hormone imbalance and possible thyroid issue

What a fantastic group of doctors. Every single one I saw made me feel at ease and confident that I was getting the best possible medical care throughout my pregnancy. I primarily went to the midtown office where I never experienced a wait to be taken back for my appointment for more than 5-10 minutes. Dr Graham was my main doc, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He explains things in a way someone without any medical training can understand, which took all the anxiety out of making medical decisions as a first time mom for me. He was professional yet hilarious and had me laughing as I was in labor with my son. He involved my husband in the delivery process and gave us both guidance on how to be a team as we embark on our new adventure of becoming first time parents. The nurses at this practice are also fantastic and called me back within 20-30 minutes at the latest every time I had a medical question or concern. When I had to go into the office for something urgent, the scheduling team made sure I could be seen by one of the doctors same day ASAP. 10/10 highly recommend.

Have to pay for parking,waiting over a hour for a 5 min ultrasound that we said we did not need because we already had one,allowed everyone to go before us although we where here first.The nurse also smashes down in your stomach for the ultra do not come here too many bad things stacking up

Dr Monu is the versatile doctor we have found, extremely talented, understanding.

Dont bother coming here, after your first appointment, its impossible to schedule a follow up appointment and the doctor never follows up to review bloodwork. Ive tried for two weeks to call (voicemail was full, then when it finally wasnt, I left a message and still never got a call back, and there was no response to my online request for an appointment). Whats the point of going for an initial visit if you cant get continued care at this practice?

I like my gyno here but they NEVER answer the phone and the office closes early. I think thats super unprofessional also, the portal is not intuitive. Id be fine with just one or the other, but not being able to speak with a human or get my medical records from the portal online is a huge disservice

I started off seeing Dr. Rachel Adams during my first pregnancy. She was fantastic. I am now seeing Dr. Morris as Dr. Adams has moved on to a practice out of state. Dr. Morris sat down with me in her office, talked to me about my first pregnancy and what to expect with my second, explained everything to me and made it clear she wanted to deliver me when she was on call. I honestly couldnt ask for a more knowledgeable physician who is also compassionate and doesnt rush you through your visit. The staff at North Atlanta Womens Specialists are also top notch! They are always helpful, kind, and courteous. I think Kristin works in the front and she is always happy. Plus, Kim (nurse) is exceptional!!

The only reason Im giving this practice 2 stars is because I actually do like my doctor which is Dr. Menon. Im currently going on 37 weeks and cant even get an appointment. Unfortunately, the next time I see my Dr is probably when I go into labor.They do have other doctors at the practice but I didnt have a good experience with him. I went in for bleeding issues and he was VERY dismissive about it.The wait times can be ridiculously long..Ive waited almost 2 hours once. After I deliver I probably wont be returning to this practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Donnelly’s for 24 yrs and he, along with his team, consistently provide exceptional, timely and considerate service at each and every visit. Dr. Donnelly treats the entire patient (not just OB/GYN issues) and he takes the time at every appointment to have a one on one conversation with you in his office to see how you are. Top Notch! He delivered my twins (exceptional multiples team) and I can’t recommend them enough.

Dr. Adams and Dr. Ricks are both phenomenal. I have seen Dr. Ricks for years and she has always been extremely considerate and kind, especially during my ups and downs of birth control. I saw Dr. Adams recently for my annual while Dr. Ricks was on maternity leave and she was just as amazing. I was very appreciative when she came in and knew all about me (when we had never met) and it made me feel very cared for. She also talked to me about my journey and answered all of my questions I had with patience and kindness! NAWS is a great practice.

I have seen multiple doctors at this practice and been 100% happy with my experience every time. From the warmest reception to generally rapid appointment times, this is the best doctors office I’ve ever been to. Every doctor has been thorough and extremely willing to listen and discuss any concerns I have at whatever length I feel like. Genuinely the best practice!

I was recommended to this office several years ago by a friend and Im so glad I took her advice because I love it here! The staff has always been friendly and courteous, answering any and all questions I may have.Ive had a change of doctors through the years, and currently have Dr. Donnelly as my OB and hes such a delight! Ive never had a male doctor before and he puts my mind at ease, making sure to always answer every question I have for him. I will probably stay here as long as Im in Atlanta.

My experience with this practice has been phenomenal! Every one I’ve interacted with is friendly and helpful. If I could give Dr. Adams 10 stars I would, she is patient, answers all my questions and takes the time to make sure I understand everything that’s being communicated. As a first time mom, especially during CoVid, these attributes are invaluable. Highly, highly recommend.

Love Dr. Menon, she has a great personality, takes her time with you, she hears you & makes you feel very comfortable. Been with the practice for many years. I mostly saw the NP, Carol Hess, who was THE BEST! Very sad she retired, but Dr. Menon is an excellent doctor.

I had an ER visit recently and followed up with Doctor Connelly. They were able to get me in the next day, even though I was a new patient. Everyone was so kind, and Dr. Connelly listened to me and spoke kindly and took me seriously, which I was so grateful for. I can’t say enough positive things about the care I received, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! It means so much to feel heard and valued and respected by your medical providers, and they did ALL of that. I am so grateful to them!

Dr. Donnelly is WONDERFUL. He walked me through a miscarriage a year and a half ago, and now he is about to deliver my first baby! He is kind, caring, has the best bedside manner, and always gives you the time of day by sitting down in his office with you and talking you through everything. He will give you his honest opinion, but never makes you feel pressured or talks down to you in a condescending way. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Unfortunately, Ive had to leave this practice as of this week. Between the scheduling issues, poor communication, and lack of response, the practice seems to be going downhill. Most of the doctors are great; however, its impossible to get someone on the phone, appointments are randomly canceled at times and you have to call for weeks to receive any response or actually go to the office to get assistance as they wont return calls and navigating their phone system is pointless. Ive been calling for three weeks leaving voice messages with no assistance from a previous appointment.

Unfortunately, After five years I will be leaving this practice. I have experienced great doctors all for the exception of one which was formally Dr. Ricks now known as Dr. Menon. Last week a appointment scheduler called to confirm my upcoming appointment and referred to me by just my last name. The person was very rude so I told them that I would call back and I hung the phone up. The person called back just to hang up on me. I called back to request to speak to the office manager, I was transferred and I left a message. After not hearing anything back for a few days, I went online to request an appointment and also a callback from the office manager. I received a call back from someone who said that they were not the office manager but they would leave a message for the office manager to get back in contact with me. It has been a week and I have not heard a word from Laurie or Susan. I called and I have been hung up on twice by the appointment line representative. I spoke with someone in billing who asked if I had the name of the person Which I don’t because I was not expecting this type of encounter. She went on to tell me that neither Lori or Susan will be calling me back because they’re busy with various other duties. I then told her that it was simply unacceptable for neither one of them to call a patient back with these type of concerns regardless of what their workload is in a weeks time I politely told her that I would be finding another practice and I wished her well. Totally UNACCEPTABLE.PS my original appointment was canceled due to Kovic that I actually had to schedule online due to this road representative. I was sent a text message informing me of my canceled appointment and instructed to call to reschedule the appointment. Ironically there’s a representative who prevents scheduling or rescheduling appointments with these type of business practices this practice as likely to close. Too many other good quality healthcare providers with good customer service practices in place.

Do not let the high rating fool you! Never even made it pass the first appointment. I was told that there’s a $75 fee to fill out paperwork such as insurance forms, FMLA, etc. I asked the doctor for a doctors note to continue laser hair removal and not one time did she state “this will fall under the $75 form fee”. Received a $75 bill in the mail for a doctors note! Are you kidding me!? You’re charging a patient $75 for a doctors note! I have NEVER in my life of going to doctors heard of BS like that. Will be looking for another doctor! Again I warn you! DO NOT LET THE GOOD RATING FOOL YOU! This practice is money hungry!

The wait times are HORRIFIC. The doctors and staff are nice, but I’ve waiting at least an hour for every appointment. Not worth it. Please look elsewhere.

Dr Menon is the first doctor that I’ve actually had that listens to me and didn’t make me feel crazy. Every concern that I had she was able to help me and when she wasn’t she was able to refer me to other resources. I will use her as my doctor as long as I’m in Georgia. Her full staff is very professional.

Dr. Anand and her partners made my 2nd C-section a MUCH better experience from my first. I love this practice and how they make each patient feel like they really care about you and your baby.

Dr. Donnelly always is very caring and takes his time listening and understanding any concerns I have. He is very patient and knowledgeable so I always have confidence he will be able to address questions and concerns I have!

Dr. Menon is a fantastic doctor. She really takes the time to get to know you and genuinely cares. Office staff are very friendly too. Highly recommend her!

Enjoyed my visit to Dr. Donnelly and his nurses. Super friendly informative and felt comfortable. This location has a parking fee just to be aware.

I didnt want to leave this review- But I cant get a return call from this practice. So here I am. I sent an appointment request via the patient portal almost a month ago- no response. I called and left two voicemails requesting a call back to schedule an appointment. No response. I specified that I had a troubling concern that had been ongoing and I wanted to be seen as soon as possible. Still, no response. I work in healthcare...This is very disappointing.

They are wonderful in person. However, you will rarely deal with them in person. The portal set up is complicated and it is impossible to talk to an actual person. When I finally got in contact with an actual person I was hung up on. So now I have no results and no access to my portal.

I’ve seen a couple of professionals at NAWS and all have been courteous, professional, thorough and communicated procedures and results very well. Dr. Adams was easy to talk to and very clear in her communication and efficient.

Dr. Donnelly is simply the best! Hes been taking care of my babies and me since 1989, and I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. Ever.

Nightmare!!! Not been able to talk to a human. Medical records stuck for weeks. Constant rerouting and blame game amongst staff.
