Recently found Sisters love through a Google search after a potential scare. Pulling up to the location it may look shady go around to the back door. Ashley was very warm and informative. She made me feel comfortable asking questions. Rapid testing and 10 day wait for sti. Overall I will be returning.

I went to this location a little over 2 weeks ago for testing. I was helped by 2 women, one I believe her name was Dee Dee & another whose name I can not remember but she had curly hair. Both women were very friendly and informative and made the testing fast and easy. I called today to get results and while they do mention no news is good news I still wanted to call to be sure everything was fine. I called and was asked for my client number listed on the back of my card. Gave it to the lady who answered my call & she informed me there should be 4 numbers, not the 3 that I gave her. I repeatedly informed her my card only had 3 digits & even offered to send a pic if necessary. I feel w/ much attitude, she continued to talk to me as if I were working her nerves while she kept asking me to look on the back of the card like Im stupid. She took my number, called right back, asked a few questions to confirm my identity and then again, as if she had to have the last word, mentioned the missing number w/ attitude. This really annoyed me and is the only reason why I gave 4 stars. I emailed the facility INCLUDING a pic of my card just as proof that I was not crazy or incapable of reading 4 digits. Perhaps checking client numbers before a client leaves can help avoid this issue, especially if the person helping you is going to be rude about it.

5 stars for the valuable service Sisterlove provides for the community. But, if you never pick up the phone, the building is padlocked like the apocalypse is coming, and no one answers knocks/doorbells despite having an appointment (so you know we are coming)- how can we use these services? I even honked my car home and no one answered the front door, back door, etc. for those of us that take time off and traveling far... your convenient hours and services are useless if we can’t access them. I give you two stars for inaccessibility.
