Most of the time I have a very positive experience at ALTN. They have always worked with me when I got delayed slightly in traffic , and they dont seem to stack one appt. too close to the next. They have a good variety offering of tests. All in all a very positive experience. Wish they would offer more sales , but their pricing is certainly not out-of-line.

I had just come from Quest in Lakeway where I had the worst experience. Everyone seemed so miserable to work there.I walked into AnyLabs and everyone was so sweet, kind and GENTLE!! ❤️❤️

My 4.5 year old was nervous about getting his blood drawn. They did SO well in keeping him distracted and prepping him for it! The facility was VERY clean and comfortable.

Scheduling for my appointment was wonderfully easy by talking to a real person! Nevee was wonderful! Less than 2 min for my special draw! The lab is immaculate, has reclining chairs for those of us who need it, AND the staff is super friendly!

This place is not located within Bank of America as stated in the details. It is in the next building over. Great place to get labs that need to be completed as well as any testing such as CoVID 19 test. Great place to also get B12 shots and other health shots for your wellness. Very friendly staff and it’s always a quick in and out. I highly recommend this place

I visited the Westlake store and everyone was really friendly. This was a day that had inclement weather so my initial appointment was cancelled but they were very prompt at rescheduling the same day. Test results were quick and timely. I will use them again!!

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is simply outstanding. I always look forward to getting my weekly B-12 shots not only for the pep it puts in my step but also because they make the experience so quick and easy!

Convenient location. Please keep the Westlake site. It is great to have this option for lab draws for non insurance based tests.

I went in for a simple blood draw as prescribed by my doctor. I made the appointment and was in and out of there within five minutes. The front desk staff as well as the phlebotomist were both warm, friendly, and very professional. I can understand why my doctors office recommends them Dash I have had a lot of blood drawn over the past four years and this place is the best!

Great place! They are very professional and charge reasonable rates unlike the Urgent care. I was in and out with a Covid rapid test for $80 where the urgent care wanted $360 for the same test. I’m glad they run an honest business with great staff unlike the urgent care.

LOVE this beautiful new location!! This is THE place to get your weekly vitamin B Injections, as well as any bloodwork you need done. Fantastic staff! They are very friendly and helpful. Injections are done expertly, very quickly and without pain. I highly recommend coming here!

My husband and I scheduled for a COVID travel test. Easy to navigate online scheduling. Did all paperwork online. Appointment only took 5 minutes - in our car. Results were emailed to us within an hour.

What a great addition to this area! A beautiful facility with a friendly, helpful, and expert staff. Michelle and Nevee made everything safe, effective, and efficient. You can make an appointment online, but none is even needed. Everyone should use this Any Lab Test Now location for their lab work, regardless of who their doctor or other provider is. Just tell them this is where you plan, and demand, to go for your lab work!

They were very prompt and very knowledgeable at what test I need to take. Process was extremely easy to register and pay online drive up get your Test. And depending on the test that you get we received a response within 30 to 45 minutes. Very friendly staff

I needed to get a COVID-19 test for a trip to Japan and the staff was so incredibly helpful! I got my results back quickly and they even went above and beyond to fill out a form necessary for Japanese customs. I would recommend to any traveler in need of Covid testing results quickly!

True U wellness provider ordered a metabolic lab test costs $500 and extra $75 to draw my blood with Any Lab Test Now. After my lab was done I was suggested by the Nutritionist to see my Primary care provider and endocrinologist for possible Addison s disease. Any Lab Test Now manipulated my results to an incorrect numbers that concerned me. I immediately scheduled appointment with primary care and endocrinologist and repeated my lab in a legitime laboratory such as CPL. My results was normal and both provider suggested not to see the nutritionist again. Any Lab Test Now never offered a repeated lab to correct their error. If i was not in the Medical profession this incorrect lab result could go in a different way. STAY AWAY FROM Any Lab Test Now!!!!

Yesterday, 8/12/21, I was treated with such a high level of disrespect by the receptionist at Any LabTest Now in Westlake Hills, that I was literally shocked. Never in Texas have I been subjected to this kind of blatant, callous rudeness by anybody, let alone a business. This is no joke. She was HORRIBLE, DEFENSIVE, INDIGNANT, ABUSIVE, INSULTING, and IMPOLITE. I wont go into too much detail, but heres the funny part: Shes on the phone w/her manager (!) while Im waiting patiently at the plexiglass barrier and, just like NURSE RATCHED (look it up), she suddenly blurts into her cell phone , Hold on - Somebodys in my face!!! (Three exclamation marks required). The situation went DOWNHILL from there. Ill never return. MB
