Dr. Collins was great. I had no issues other than being a veteran referred from the VA and still receiving a bill, even if it’s temporary, due to the office not having Triwest authorization information for my visit with authorization received and appointment scheduled months in advance. I also wish I was able to get lab work done at the time of visit rather than having to take paper orders elsewhere to get blood work done. Overall customer experience was great.

I have been seeing Dr. Collins since she was at Renaissance Womens Group so I followed to this office. Had a ultrasound done over a month ago and have yet to receive any results other than an apology from the nurses about how long it has taken when I ask about the results. Disappointed in the decline of care they have now and will be looking for a new office to go to.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Collins for 15+ years. There is no one I trust more for my Healthcare. She is attentive, detail-oriented and has a great bedside manner. Shes the best OBGYN!

I also love that it did not feel like the doctor (Dr. Collins, I believe) rushed through the appointment. She took plenty of time to talk to me, gave me lots of info and thoroughly answered all of my questions.

Wish the doctor had in office or at hospital lab facility available for all lab work. Have to drive somewhere else for lab blood work.
