Urgent Care TX - Azle

Went in with leg infection. In and out in less than 30 minutes, so happy with this place. Meds were sent to pharmacy before I left exam room!Receptionist was happy, acts like she enjoys doing her job. Staff was great and I loved the Dr. Lady, all business, in and out fast. Will make this my go to place to get emergency treatment.

The staff is excellent and seem to care about your needs. A nurse practitioner that I saw was really informative. I really enjoyed coming to this location. I definitely will be back. She was very thorough. Not my way. I wanted to spend memorial Day but they made it pleasant

Yesterday, I took my young adult daughter in with severe pain in her lower abdominal. The receptionist was very friendly. I do not even know the name of the doctor, a lady, who treated my daughter kind and professional. We were sent immediately to an ER due to her concerning condition. Can’t thank the doctor enough who caught a serious condition and most likely saved my daughters life. Thank you!

First off I do not like going to ANY MEDICAL PLACE PERIOD. This place was different. It’s very welcoming with great comfortable seating. The staff is amazing an the nurse assistant an DOCTOR I saw there is priceless of top shelf. Not only welcoming but willing to listen to me an explain things to me in great detail. I’d give this place million stars if I could.

Was seen one night and given a steroid shot was charged $200 plus payment from the insurance company. Next day I went back sicker than I was the day before they test me and I have Covid and type a flu, good job geniuses! Charged another $200 and now they owe me $300 back! They don’t know how to charge insurance and they don’t know proper medical protocol based on symptoms! Stay away from this place, I think all the good reviews are company friends!

I was very pleased with the ease of making an appointment on line. Also the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.I spent less then an hour from arrival to departure.It is good to know there is a place I can go when I don’t feel well that is close to home.

Was feeling really bad, had some dental work on Wednesday at Ballard dental clinic and was hurting really bad all night went to urgent Care and they were absolutely wonderful. No waiting time hardly The doctor was very professional the nurse was excellent The receptionist was very welcoming wonderful experience all the way around.

We had an Awesome experience at Urgent Care TX in Azle. All the staff were very nice and pleasant to meet with. They cared about what was going on and selected a great direction of treatment. Highly Recommended. Will use again.

My primary care Doc was booked, so I decided to give the Urgent Care a try... Dr Robert was awesome! Staff was great. I didnt have to wait long at all. On the way to feeling much better.

Not very informative and you will be disappointed and need to be reseen fyi they charge every time even if it for the same complaint good place to go if you want to be a test dummy

Love this place! Dr. Farahmand is amazing!

We were able to get in and out quickly. However the kids toy area had over a dozen crickets, both dead and alive, which makes you question how clean they keep the rest of the clinic. I also had to call back up after 4-5 hours because the prescriptions ordered were never submitted to the pharmacy.

I really liked the attention, they treated me in the most professional way and I saved a lot because I didnt have to go to the emergency room.
