Kara Long Roche, MD, MSc, FACOG - MSK Gynecologic Surgeon

This is my first surgery 2 days ago with Dr. Long Roche. She also coordinated it with a plastic surgeon of her choosing. I have been up and walking since the first night. She and Dr. Danielle Rochlin did a fantastic job! From start to finish, Dr. Long Roche was compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, and listened to what I had to say. Together with her team the best plan was formed and executed and I cant be happier. The surgery appears to be a success. I highly recommend her. Thank you all at Sloane Kittering for having the best Drs and removing my cancer so I can say I am a survivor!

Dr. Long is compassionate, thorough and competent. She is extremely good surgeon but not narcissistic. She has an excellent team who it is clear she treats very well. And she laughs at my jokes. She did a spectacular job on removing the cancer.

Dr. Long Roche is an amazingly skilled surgeon. I had a full hysterectomy 6 days ago and I am recovering magnificently. I was up walking around the next day!!! The Josie Robertson Surgery Center nurses were topnotch! I couldnt be happier with my choice of care.

Nearly 8 years ago, Dr. Long Roche saved my life. Shes skilled, but just as important, she is compassionate and caring. She was so patient as she described every aspect of my treatment, which alleviated my, and my familys fears.
