The staff was very informative and considerate of my time. Dr. Chappel was amazing! He took his time and listened to all of my questions and concerns and provided answers. I did not feel rushed and I left with all of my questions addressed. Dr. Chapel was very considerate about my thoughts and well as my the cost of caring for me. He made me feel comfortable and important as a patient. I would recommend him to anyone seeking fertility answers.

Dr. Chappell is extremely knowledgeable and empathetic. I mean it when I say he is the best doctor I’ve ever had! The entire team has been amazing from the very beginning of my journey! They are all very understanding and go above and beyond to guide you through these stressful and sometimes scary times. Communication has been incredible with the nurses, Holly and Simone. If you ever have to leave a message for them they always call back quickly and address your concerns. Allison, who’s amazing with acupuncture, has helped me so much recently with reducing anxiety along with many other benefits. Overall, as stressful as this journey can be I have never felt more confident and safe with any other doctor and team. I truly feel like a priority here. I highly recommend them!

Every step of the way at Fertility Answers was unlike any other place we tried before it. Every single receptionist was welcoming and informative. The phlebotomists did great every time. Jen and Holly were the people we saw most often, and they were absolutely wonderful. Dr. Chappell has a kind and humorous bedside manner which is appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares for his field of work and his patients. He took time out of his day to discuss next steps when something didn’t go as planned. I actually wish that this team could be my care team for everything beyond what we came here for. Thank you all for making us feel welcome and safe!

The staff were always so friendly and informative. Dr Chappell and his staff are always encouraging and supportive. Easy to communicate and return calls typically within a few hrs if not sooner! High recommend for anyone struggling with fertility.

Grace did my HSG procedure and let me tell you she is AMAZING!! She made this experience pain free for me!! If you ever need an HSG I recommended no other place than here !!

Grace Pitt is phenomenal! If I could give more stars, I would. She is attentive, personable, and professional. IUI is a less than fun experience, but Grace has gone above and beyond to make it a comfortable one. She is straightforward and honest while making sure you don’t feel like some experiment or problem to be solved. Cannot recommend her enough!

The first time I made an Appointment and then they canceled it because the doctor was out of town, so I had to reschedule the appointment , They canceled it again because I filled the form a night before my appointment and I really don’t know the system in their clinic I am new in Louisiana, that’s so ridiculous to cancel my appointment just before 30 minutes while I was on my way to the clinic, and I was so upset and I call them back in the afternoon they told me I have to pay $100 again to make another appointment for me

Fertility Answers is an absolutely amazing place in all ways. First and foremost, Dr. Chappell is the best! He is of course great at what he does, but also incredibly kind, funny, and always explains things in a way easy for those of us not in the reproductive field to understand. His nurse Caroline is incredibly patient and was always there for me when I had questions or concerns. The rest of his team were always quick to help me get answers to any questions and assist with scheduling and billing. Even the office itself was perfect - comfortable waiting areas and the most beautiful artwork! Our experience working with Dr Chappell was definitely hard at times but we always felt seen and heard in our conversation and appointments. I highly recommend Fertility Answers to anyone needing assistance with starting their family! We are forever grateful for Dr. Chappell and his team for helping us fulfill our dream of becoming parents!

Staff is so nice and caring! The consultation with Dr Chappell was very thorough and he spent a lot of time explaining the process and answering our questions and helping us understand how insulin resistance plays a key role in pregnancy. Everyone was professional and treated you like a person and tried to help in any way they could. Wish we could give more than 5 stars!

This was my first time ever seeing a fertility specialist. I immediately felt welcomed by all of the staff. Dr. Chappell and Grace have awesome insight and warm hearts! The nurses are phenomenal and knowledgeable as well. My husband and I are now expecting twins! I’m so grateful to have gone through this experience with the team at fertility answers❤️

Dr Chappell is not only extremely knowledgeable in his field but is also very caring. He has a terrific bedside manner and his care for his patients extended beyond just fertility treatments. Shortly after giving birth to our first daughter, we found out she was blind. Dr. Chappell personally called us when he heard the new to check on us and offer help. It was a move I will never forget that I feel says a lot about his character! His staff is top notch and works so hard to try to make every round of treatment successful for their patients. This whole team is truly outstanding!

Dr Chappell and his staff are amazing to say the least. They are warm, welcoming, and comforting. Scheduling and communication is easy. They have an online portal where you can access lab data, treatment plans, and communicate with any one at the office any time.

I love that they know you by name even though they have so many patients. I never felt rushed, and they described all medicines and treatments in an easy-to-understand manner. While I never wanted to experience infertility I feel blessed that I had Fertility Answers right there to help! So grateful for all that they have done for my family.

Supposed to fax my results to my doctor after 2 weeks nothing called my doctorsaid they never received them, called Fertility answers and had them fax my results to my doctor not 1 but 2x havent heard anything its been a month, nice to know they care about military veterans so much.7/24/23-Edine reached out and got me squared away and still helping me. Amazing! I am so grateful to Dr. Chappell (giver of awesome high fives) and everyone else at the Fertility Answers office in Baton Rouge. We were having trouble conceiving and the diagnosis was tricky but Dr. Chappell had a plan. Our first IUI was a success and our baby girl was born in October.Special shoutout to Julia for following up and to Blanche for getting blood out of me when my veins seemed drier than the Sahara. Honestly everyone was so awesome. This was hands down the best medical office Ive ever gone to for anything. I always felt I was in good hands and trusted them completely.
