I saw Dr. Bourgeois after some poor preconception appointments with another facility. She was friendly, reassuring and also made a plan. She really made me feel at ease when my anxiety was a main reason I came in. She was also thorough and listened to every concern.

Dr. Victoria nurse rescheduled me due to her having an emergency delivery twice. I couldn’t make it Dec. 4th due to a family emergency. I called today to reschedule she tells me I cannot be seen due to a no show policy. The two times you scheduled me, she had an emergency delivery; that was on them not me! As I’m explaining to her, she tells me you miss one time and we can’t see you! BET! Dr. Duplantis in Houma, La would never!*Forgot to mention: This is an URGENT MATTER! The ER told me I had to see an OBGYN ASAP! Not professional, wouldn’t recommend!

Going with a 3 star to be nice. Not comfortable with the fake upbeat persona. Didnt feel like we clicked at all. If it changes and things go good next time Ill change my rating. At this time Id rather another OBGYN. Im not going into detail because its not fair based off 1 visit. I have the feeling she would throw me under a bus, intuitions screaming. I hope Im wrong and will adjust accordingly.

I Took my 17 year old daughter to see her who has pcos. She was great very friendly she made my daughter and I feel very comfortable she explained everything in detail to my daughter about her concerns. She was great. We will definitely be keeping her as her doctor!!!!

The best OB I’ve ever been seen by. So personable and takes her time getting to know patients and coming up with an individual plan.
