Planned Parenthood - Bellmawr

This location only rents space at this building on Tuesdays and they haven’t been showing up to this building. Do not use this location for planned parenthood! This location does provide services but under Health First Camden County

I went to this parenthood for a walk-in pregnancy test, and it said it was open by the time I arrived on the website, just for them to have a sign posted stating no planned parenthood services today when it didnt state that on their website.

Online they say they have STI kits and are willing to help anybody who are able to come in. Currently going into the building though you will find no STI kits nor anybody able to help you this is very bad

I truly never had a problem at this clinic till today. The lady at the front desk was really nasty toward me and I couldn’t understand why. She then insisted I wear a mask which I have no problem with (but I didn’t have any with me) and she wouldn’t give me one. I will not be returning to this clinic to be treated like I was today.

This place is wonderful. Everyone treated me with respect .

After calling and making an appt for the end of Feb, I was told on phone that Sat mornings you can walk in. So that following Sat. I went to the Bellmawr office to find they were closed. I checked online before I left & it said they we’re open.The following Sat. I went as well & there was a receptionist there that told me, there’s no testing or anything because it was just her. So I left & figured I’d wait til my scheduled appt. The day before I got a phone call confirming my appt the next day so I confirmed. The next day I went for my appt I scheduled 6 weeks prior to show up & the office be closed again due to snow that we never even got, it just rained! These issues need to be addressed & employees that want & need to work hired!!! I tried calling the corporate office & I put in a complaint but still another month has passed & I’ve heard nothing. Just ridiculous

The ladies at the desk are nice, but the office closes randomly. Called in two days ahead of time and scheduled an appointment and when I got there and call to confirm they said it was close. Was my last day to get it this month, now I have to wait until my next period or mess up my schedule. Please fix this because people have things to do and can’t just make plans if the office won’t even be open

The receptionist, and two doctors/nurses I saw were the kindest people I have ever encountered at a doctors office in my life. It was my first full exam and Michelle made sure I felt super comfortable and I’m very grateful to her for that. Highly recommend this office!

Ladies in the office are all very nice however office procedure is extremely unprofessional. This office closes randomly even though they are only open three days a week. I’m here today on a Saturday Bc it’s my day off, I can’t come during the week. I work. Theres no sign on the door letting us know that the office is closed either. This office really makes people feel like their health is unimportant.

Closed just shut this place dwn it has bad reviews anyway

Poor Service!!! Computers were down so the lady at the desk basically didnt want to do her job and take a name to call in a percription for birth control to the pharmacy when the computers came up. States call on Tuesday when we open back up (5days). Lazy and considerate of others people time with taking off work to come in.

I wish I could get back the time I’ve wasted driving here during hours they are supposed to be open only to find a handwritten note plastered on the door telling me they are closed. They are only open three days a week and can’t even manage to have a consistent reliable schedule on those three days. I’ve gotten good service here when I can actually manage to get in, but it’s beyond stressful trying to get in here! Forget booking ahead online to avoid the walk in frustration. There are never any appointments available for this location!

I do not have insurance, so I thought this would be the best way for me to remain on birth control that I was prescribed the year prior when I had insurance. The initial visit went fine and they allowed me to pay half of my total bill (which was amazingly convenient), but they wanted to switch my birth control because my blood pressure was elevated which was fine with me. However two weeks later when I had an allergic reaction to the birth control, causing hives and swelling in my hands and feet to the point that I couldnt use them, I called the main number in Camden and they told me to call the Bellmawr location and they should be able to switch it out for me. I finally got a hold of them after four days of trying, this is where things got bad. I told them what was happening and that I just wanted to switch out the two packs of pills they gave me for another kind, their answer was no...period. They did not even ask my name or why I needed to switch the pills out. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Im glad this was only for birth control. I cannot imagine needing any of their other services and getting help or support from the supposed nurse practitioner that I spoke to. I understand that this is a government funded program, but...honestly I would never go back...NEVER!!

Woman was totally useless on the phone with my issue. I wouldnt send my dog here if I had 1. Id HIGHLY SUGGEST hiring people with more knowledge! That actually know what there doing.

Appointment was scheduled for 1:15 waited in a room full of people for over an hour for a shot. This is unacceptable during a pandemic. None of the seats were cleaned after people have sat in them. After waiting for over an hour they said they no longer carry the shot at this location. I don’t know why the receptionist didn’t do her job and tell me that when i came in for the appointment.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Helped me pick out the right birth control, and Ive been very happy with it. And it was completely free bc of ACA. Waited to see the doctor for a while, but thats understandable given the # of patients and the funding issues.

I waited on hold for the receptionist to only say she can schedule me with a doctor, instead of providing vital information of my crisis. Nothing was attempted to help. I felt defeated and unwelcomed. This needs to be addressed

I didn’t even make it in the door before I got annoyed with the receptionist. When she finally decided to answer the phone she had an attitude so I ended up hanging up on her .

This office is ridiculous made an appointment three weeks in advance and still am currently waiting 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room with my appointment time surpassed now I’m late for work all because they say they are running behind no excuses for a professional establishment

They’ll say their open online and than when you go their there closed. Worse planned parenthood in south jersey

I went twice and they were closed each time. Dont say you offer services when you dont. Smh

The absolute worst clinic, I cant afford to take off work and because of their laziness Ive had lapses in my medication and its unacceptable.

I felt bullied into getting the injection when I wanted the nexplanon implant. BULLIED!

Says theyre open daily, but when you call theyre closed and only open two days a week. So much for trying to help people.

DONT call here or come in if you want your time wasted.

Appointment was for 10:20am. still waiting after 11:15am 😑😐
