A RIP OFF!!!! DON’T go!!!!I did a basic well woman exam at this practice in May, and before the exam, they said everything would be covered by my insurance.Now, after 4 months, I received A $113 BILL from them. Plus, they never told me the results of the pap smear or the other tests I did at that time. They said they would call me, but never.I would give ZERO star if I could.

They are great! But I wish if they have physician or provider available in the clinic to provide medications or review emergency cases as mine for cervical bleeding. I hope they can expedite the Pap smear results for emergency cases to understand why I am bleeding so that I can start the treatment. Anything can happen and they are not worried about me bleeding from my cervical. I wish they can show some compassion

I had an awesome visit! The lady’s are nice and helpful!! They even bought me snacks! I felt in good hands!🙌 this my doctors office now!! My go to for all my health needs🤗

Great job, everything is clean and sterile, the staff is friendly. I was greeted warmly and treated all my questions with understanding. Everything was done quickly, in order of priority. I really liked this clinic 🌸

I absolutely love this place , they are extremely accommodating , caring , kind and funny. Tiana who was at the reception area was so welcoming and got me checked in fairly quick. I was actually late to my appointment due to some heavy traffic , and they still did their best to keep me scheduled. I was very thankful of that . Debbie was my doctor and she was very warming . I can truly say that I trust that they are thorough and do their best to make sure my needs are met. Everyone did great, I recommend this location . I can’t remember one of the ladies names there but she was so kind too .

First of all the establishment has great parking and the building looks new its very clean. Also I would like to recognize one of the workers there,Medical Assistant Tamika was very knowledgeable. She was very patient and she had a great attitude she made me feel comfortable

There Was Amazing to help the customers , Especially one lady I don’t know her name I think Sophia may be !!!! She receives very cool and calm and explaining clear instructions and all ways , She is the best and best I have ever seen before that’s the way her treating like people , And finally Doctor Debby was vey cool she treating like family, there inputs and outputs very well very cool …………….

All the staff were very nice and made me feel comfortable from the time I walked in. I had an appointment to get my nexplanon removed and was a little nervous but the doctor, Debbie, removed it so fast and made sure I didn’t feel a thing. I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve reached out via text to book a very important appointment, because I can’t make calls at the moment due to speaker issues and she literally took her whole work shift to respond back to me, when this could have been taking care of in 5 minutes. Her shift eventually ended, and I still didn’t have my appointment booked and now it’s the weekend. Very unprofessional. Shame on her.

The best clinic for women!!🫶🏼 All the ladies are very sweet and great hard workers! The care of the provider is beyond the best they make me feel so welcomed to be a patient at their clinic I just truly love my experience here! 🙂

Very comfortable welcoming supportive experience. I will definitely start bc coming here for my routine visits. They even take the time to evaluate your metal health and refer you to a therapist thats a plus!

This facility is amazing, I went to the Berkeley location, the staff was amazing, very friendly. They make you feel really comfortable. The doctor was amazing. I even told one of the technicians that I go based of of the reviews versus the location. I have nothing bad to say about them.

I love the ladies at FPA! All staff members are extremely kind, knowledgeable, and great at making you feel comfortable from check in to check out. It doesn’t matter if it’s your first or fifth visit, you are still treated with the same level of care and respect and I love that about them. I’ve been late and didn’t have to reschedule, I’ve bombarded them with questions and never once felt like they were trying to rush me out. I also love that the Doctor is a woman. It really matters to me that the person I’m seeing for my medical needs understands my body, can answer my questions honestly, and can help me make decisions that are best for my needs. I’ve had several bad obgyn experiences in the past, but going forward I will ONLY be going to FPA for all my needs. Thanks you guys!

I left a review awhile ago on yelp but didnt go into detail so heres my full review. I don’t want to go too into detail but my experience here was horrible. I feel very mislead by all these positive reviews. I have now been diagnosed with PTSD after the experience I had here. It was cold, dark and hard to find. I did not feel welcome at all and even though I thoroughly explained how bad my anxiety was, I didn’t receive any sort of comfort (except from one doctor who was visiting from another office). While in the procedure room the doctor was having to correct the nurses on nearly everything they were doing. I was supposed to be sedated and I was given something but never was checked on before starting the procedure and the sedation didn’t work at all. It was the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced. I also was not checked in on or held after the procedure to ensure I was okay. I was not okay. They pretty much cleaned me up, handed me my clothes, and once I was changed walked me out to the waiting room where I just crumbled into my partners arms. I had two things done in this procedure, one being having an iud placed and come to find out a week later that it was falling out. I understand that this can happen but when I went back for my follow up I had the same awful experience. It went super quick, I wasn’t given any kind of pain medicine, they basically pulled it out, shoved a new one in and pushed me out the door. For a women’s clinic that gets amazing reviews about being warm and welcoming, I experienced the opposite. Now to each their own and I don’t want to minimize anyones good experience, but it needs to be made clear that it’s not always how these reviews make it out to be. I will have to deal with this horrible experience for the rest of my life now, so proceed with caution and speak up if something feels wrong.

Hard to find. One of the people being trained was rude to and condescending to her trainee and it was quite awkward. I was put in a back storage room with nowhere to put my belongings where I could hear, with the door closed, two people talking about my medication and medical issues. It was weird and awkward. Would I go back? Nah. I felt so awkward and was glad to walk out of there. THAT BEING SAID this place may be an amazing tool for those who need it and my experience wasn’t horrifying and if I had to come back for a pap it wouldn’t be the end of the world.

Janice and Arlette were the sweetest! Both ladies were very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to.Dr. Mann was an absolute dream. She is one of the few Drs I have been to that actually care about their patients. She spent a good amount of time talking to me and not once did she rush me or make me feel uncomfortable in any way the way other Drs have in the past. She didn’t dismiss my symptoms and she actually listened to my concerns and current health problems without judgment. She did everything she could to ensure that I left her office feeling heard and informed. I was seen at FPA women’s health to get quick care because I’m in the middle of switching insurance and I knew I would be covered at FPA for what I needed. But if I could make Dr. Mann my primary care Dr, I absolutely would. She’s amazing and I hope she is recognized for it.The only downside was the wait time. I waited for over an hour and I had an appointment but I completely understand that they may have been understaffed which is unfortunate. Nevertheless, they more than made up for it with the care I received. Thank you!

Jennifer was so kind and helpful and the medical assistant that took me back and did the testing was amazing. Overall best amd most positive experience in a womens clinic Ive ever had! So much better than planned parenthood.

Called for an appointment, got one for the next day! Explained my situation and was offered two routes to try to take care of it. Now I understand a womans health is really important and will be looking to my provider about my thyroid issue. Thank you Mission Hills FPA for getting me what I need and working to efficiently!

Wonderful staff and location is really accessible. Making an appointment is super easy and they send you text reminders when your appointment is approaching. Ill keep going back for all my birth control and womens health needs.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clinic was understaffed due to workers being on vacation which wasnt really a problem but I did wait for over an hour in the sit room. Would have been extremely helpful if Id received notice that they were running behind.

At first my visits were not the best but management definitely made up for it. Sandy,NP was amazing and very compassionate with what I was dealing with. I appreciate all of the care and help.

The entire staff here is incredibly kind. They dont make you feel uncomfortable and were able to answer all of my questions and calm My nerves. Over all the experience was much better than I had expected.

I drove 70 miles my closest FPA closed, the drive was all worth it, the staff is very professional and helpful, the nurses the doctor everyone makes you feel like no other clinic, Truly the best..Thank you to all the team

The nursing staff is BEYOND AMAZING! There’s one doctor in particular that isn’t such a great listener. (She’s must’ve been filling in for the usual doctor because I’ve never seen her before)

I know for a fact that this clinic is not supporting people who get abortions, they don’t give council (2 months later they will call you) and is not a great place to go for an abortion. Seek help elsewhere like planned parenthood
