The receptionist was so unbelievably rude. She made me feel like an idiot for the questions I asked even though it was my first time calling. A very unpleasant experience. Highly recommend choosing another bank.

Pretty average sperm bank. I decided to switch to this one because I moved recently and needed to find a sperm bank closer to where I lived. Its not as good as my last sperm bank, but its convenient that they have a branch near my house.
