Sincera Reproductive Medicine - Bethlehem

Me and my wife wife went to Abington Reproductive to seek help with infertility. The staff is amazing and very passionate about what they do. The atmosphere is very positive, Dr. B makes you feel like anything is possible. We had 2 IUI treatments that unfortunately weren’t successful. But through the process adjustments were made and with the help of the treatment plan and faith we were able to conceive and are now 34 weeks and awaiting the arrival of our Little Girl. This office is by your side through it all and definitely want the best for you and your journey to becoming pregnant.

I began fertility treatments in January 2015 at Abington Reproductive and had a beautiful baby boy by December 2015. I know this isnt the case for everyone, but I am forever grateful to the doctors and staff who work here. Scheduling was never a problem for me, I was teaching at the time and would go to my appointments early in the morning before work. The front desk staff were always so nice and accommodating if I needed to change something around. We figured out what my issue was and created a game plan. They always called me with results in a timely manner and always showed compassion. The doctor I had was Dr. Budinetz and she was absolutely amazing. She was extremely professional and truly cared about her patients. I recommend them highly to all my friends and family dealing with this same struggle. My only regret was not going sooner.

The staff at Sincera has been amazing throughout our journey. They are responsive and caring and always answered the many questions we had. They also had great pricing compared to other clinics which saved us a lot of stress. We were successful with our IVF and just graduated from Sincera today!

I could not have had a better experience with Dr. Budinetz and her team! ALL of the staff were very kind, courteous, thorough, and prompt in their responses. I always received my blood work results timely and received return calls from the PA or nurse same day with any questions I had answered in its entirety. Dr. Budinetz spent a great deal of time with me to explain in detail our plan of care and answer any questions I had. She is your biggest cheerleader from the first visit and has your best interest at heart. She is full of joy and is passionate about what she does, and it shines through in all her work. You wont find that stuffy doctors office atmosphere here and thats what made it so great. Professional but also comfortable. The patients of this practice are fragile, and the staff provides just what you need during these difficult times. Highly recommend!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Budinetz for a little over a year and while infertility is a very unfortunate thing to have to go through, becoming a patient of Dr. Budinetz is one of the best things to have happened to me! Dr. B is one of the greatest people I have ever met in my life. And by far the best doctor I have ever been a patient of. To make every appointment and interaction even better, Molly, Kristin, Gina and Brenda are equally as amazing. My first appointment and ultrasound, Dr. B. saw a cyst that could have been problematic. I have had many many ultrasounds prior to this and it was always read to be something different. Dr. B. knew right away what she was looking at and I felt immediately confident in her. That same appointment we sat with Kristin to go over more info. We were walking out to get bloodwork and there was Dr. B. changing the paper on the exam table. It was at that moment I knew I was at the right place. Dr. B has ALWAYS been upfront and honest. She always set the expectation for me no matter what procedure I was about to have done. I had two IUI’s which both failed. To be clear, the two IUI’s failing were very much because of MY fertility issues and unforeseeable other issues. Dr. Budinetz and her team did everything right to ensure success and it was MY body that caused the IUI’s to fail. Even though I knew this, Dr. Budinetz never made me feel once that this is my fault. Instead, she would come up with a game plan for how can we be successful next time and always stayed positive even when I struggled to be. Dr. B. has made countless phone calls to me to ease my mind. She has called me after 5:30 when she has already had a long day and was ready to get home to her family. I wasn’t expecting that call but it meant so much to me to know how much she cares. Oh and Dr. B’s hugs (pre Covid)? The best. It made me feel comfortable and like I was home. Who doesn’t want a doctor like that? My husband and I set up an appointment to have an IVF consult and it helped us feel confident in our decision to move forward with IVF. Dr. B again set the expectation for us and let us know what obstacles we most likely will encounter, might encounter and may not encounter. And as usual, she was spot on with what happened. I soon have to graduate and see my OBGYN and that is the end of this cycle’s journey with the team at Sincera’s Bethlehem Office. Last week I had to call to schedule my first appointment with my OBGYN and had tears in my eyes as I was dialing to schedule that appointment. I know it is not goodbye forever because I will get to go back when we are ready to try for our 2nd baby! I would recommend Dr. Budinetz to anybody that needs that help to get pregnant. The worst part about this office is having to say goodbye. I encourage anybody reading these reviews dealing with infertility and struggling to get pregnant to PLEASE pick up your phone and call to schedule your appointment with Dr. B. You will 100% not regret it and be so glad that you did. It is the little things and the big things – Molly – always explained everything to me to make sure I was comfortable with any results or procedures and checked in to see how my father in law was after a major surgery Kristin – spent multiple phone calls with me making sure my mind was at ease on things I was uncertain about (even caught my husband from falling over passed out during bloodwork) Brenda – always a breath of fresh air when coming to the appointments and leaving. She always helped me understand any insurance coverage and costs (which by the way should always be 100% the responsibility of the patient to make sure they have!!!) and last but not least Gina – it is always nice to see Gina first thing. She always asks how things are going and is the BEST at drawing my blood. To say I am going to miss everyone is an understatement and I can’t wait to show them all the progress we make after I graduate and this is possible because of each and every one of them!

Sincera Reproductive utilized a loving, gentle, and professional approach that gave me HOPE! The office was extremely clean and the staff felt like family. Dr. Budinetz was always 100% real, upfront, and very knowledgeable. Others on the team, including Molly and Kristen, were supportive throughout the entire process and responded promptly whenever additional concerns or questions needed to be addressed. We traveled 1.5 hours to this location because of the quality of care. Thank you!

I can’t say enough positive things about Sincera Bethlehem! There is nothing worse than finding out from your obgyn that you have a very small chance of getting pregnant on your own and needing to be referred to a fertility clinic. I was given two business cards and made an appointment at both places. Thankfully Sincera had an opening sooner and was HIGHLY recommended by a friend. I booked our first appointment in February 2020 and Dr. Budinetz blew us away with her kind, caring and well sought out plan to get us pregnant. She was very honest and made us feel so comfortable. Even my husband, who is not warm and fuzzy with doctors, raved about Dr. B when we left. We knew we were in the right place to start fertility treatments. Dr. B jumped right into our plan and it was a SUCCESS!!! We did one trial month in February, took two months off due to COVID shutdowns, and by our 2nd IUI we were pregnant!! Sincera feels like home! The nurses go above and beyond and are so friendly. Dr. B lights up the room when she walks in and will make you feel comfortable through the whole process. I am thankful for her dedication, friendly mannerisms, and long chats that made me feel comfortable and excited every time I went to an appointment. Their safety protocols for COVID-19 go above and beyond! I will be sad the day I have my last appointment here. Don’t look elsewhere - go to Sincera and ask for Dr. B!! You won’t be disappointed.

From the moment we met Dr. B and the staff at Sincera Reproductive Bethlehem 2 and a half years ago, it was evident that they take each case personally and fight to make miracles happen for each of their patients. Dr. B’s positive attitude and genuine concern and caring helped us get through this difficult time in our lives. We will be forever grateful to them for their hard work and dedication.

We had been patients of Abington Reproductive Medicine for a couple of years before meeting Dr. Budinetz. As soon as we sat down with her we knew that she was meant to be our doctor. She was honest, compassionate and determined. After years of fertility treatments, and trying different things to figure out just what was going on with my body, we finally became pregnant. Throughout that whole time Dr. B never gave up on me. She researched new methods and did whatever she could to help us achieve our dream- all the while saying “don’t give up”. As I sit here looking at my 6 month old daughter, I can’t help but be reminded of everything Dr. Budinetz did to help us. We wouldn’t be parents if it wasn’t for her, and I will forever be grateful. I’m so glad that we went to Abington Reproductive, and the Bethlehem office. Pat, Molly, Kristin and Dr. Budinetz are amazing and helped us through such a difficult time. We can’t wait to return when we’re ready for number two!*To anyone else going through fertility treatments, don’t give up!*

I went to Abington for infertility issues and Unfortunately had a horrible experience all around. The communication was terrible, you could never get ahold of someone when you called you had a to leave a voicemail and then wait for a call back. The finincial coordinators of the office would also take weeks until they would return your calls. Me being a nurse, i know the importance of professionalism and communication, it’s unfortunate that this practice failed to perform either one. The office closed on the day my IUI was set for and they called saying “it can get pushed back a day it’s okay” needless to say we did 3 IUIs all unsuccessful. The new office i am at (not Abington) went over my labwork and the doctor said that all three times NONE of my labwork looked appropriately timed for when they did my IUIs. Another IUI we were told that because one of the nurses weren’t in office that Dr B had to push it back a day (again making this another IUI not timed correctly). The two nurses there seem knowledgeable however Kristin was nasty and rude every time i would try and ask questions or wanted clarification on something she would make me feel like i didn’t know what i was talking about. The office is not open on the weekends or on Tuesdays, they failed to tell me this in the beginning of treatment that there would be times i needed to drive to landsdale for labwork when they closed at Bethlehem. There were times i would get my labs drawn before 10am and they wouldn’t send it out until the day after because the blood work got “picked up early”. The last time i had blood drawn before i left the practice it took 4 days to get results. Nothing was ever organized, they would charge excessive amounts without giving you a heads up of the bills you owed. To top it off, when i had my records mailed to me i found out that i had another woman’s biopsy results on my information and when i called they said “oh yeah that was a mistake that shouldn’t be on your paperwork”. The only positive of this office is Dr. B, she definitely is passionate about her job, unfortunately she was only present for a few times when i went to the office. Please save yourself the money, stress and time and look elsewhere. The situation at hand is already emotional and draining.

We began testing and treatment on January 2018. They explained all of the process as we went through. We were successful on our second try with IUI and we are expecting our baby girl in the next couple of weeks. I was 40 years old when we started the process, and they have given us an experience we never thought possible. The staff is super compassionate and friendly. Dr. Budinetz is really great as well,

Sincera had a data breach and our information was compromised. In the letter they sent us it states that we should seek fraud coverage for 24 months but they only offered us 12 months of coverage. I called the hotline for the incident and the reps are useless. They constantly must refer to the “resource team” for any real answers. They denied us our request for adequate coverage. I can’t recommend them since they can’t keep your information safe. UPDATE: Based on the response from Sincera I emailed them and did not get a response back. Hard NO when it comes to Sincera Reproductive Medicine

They used to be Abington... guess they want to hide their incompetency behind a name change. We would give them a ZERO if I could. Dr. B has a positive demeanor and loves to hug while she pulls out copies of a copy of a copy of information that is probably 20 years old to show her patients. Nurses do most of the work (even if Doctor B is in the other room sitting in her office), even procedures doctors should be conducting and their equipment is subpar at best. Not to mention that it took me 6 months to get my money back they made me pay up front on procedures they said my health insurance didnt cover but did. Go to RMA instead. TRUST ME!

Very upset with Sincera Reproductive. Terrible communication. I have no access to my cell phone while at work and requested any calls during typical working hours be to my work phone. Continued to call my cell phone, and stated that they were not permitted to call me at work? Never answer when you call so no way to speak to them. I did try to email with them, but they would respond to my emails via a phone call- to my cell phone. Took a week to get a lap script faxed to me. Only to be told by the lab that it was not a real lab script and I could wait there, resulting in me being late to work, until they were able to contact Sincera for the actual script. I never even got to the point where I met anyone in person and this was easily the worst experience I ever had with a health care office.

Horrible experience. The doctors here are prejudiced ableists who openly talk about weeding out human persons with disabilities. Yes, that exact phrase was used. In my initial consultation, the doctor used that phrase regarding persons with Down syndrome, and I told him beloved members of my family have Down syndrome and I asked him not to say that kind of thing. His response? He repeated the horrible things he was saying about people with disabilities again!! I have never returned to the practice since the initial consultation. A lot of people dont understand Down syndrome and how beautiful and perfectly able to function in society those persons born with it are, but a doctor should have more empathy and be a better human being. I felt sick after talking to the doctor here and am disgusted. He told me a major purpose of the practice is to destroy embryos/fetuses that have any neurodiversity. Thats disgusting.

The staff here is so sweet and so kind during one of the most difficult times in a couples life (infertility) the entire environment is so positive and welcoming! We absolutely love the staff and Dr Barmat is amazing!

The doctors and nurses of ARM, Bethlehem are incredible. Quality care, unending support, and passionate, are just a few of the words that come to mind when I think of this amazing team. I would whole heartedly recommend this practice to anyone. A wonderful place to embark on that journey towards your little miracle.

Ive been going to Sincera and had unsuccessful IUI and medicated cycle. Ive not seen the Dr in so many months only nurses. You call and its never a real person. You have to leave a message and they get back the next day.

I wish we came here sooner! The amazing women at the Bethlehem office of Sincera made it happen! My husband and I felt so welcome and heard, we couldn’t be more thankful!

TOTAL SCAM! Dr. B was incredibly nice and helpful through our visits but the business itself screwed up our scheduling numerous times, still haven’t received results and billed us incorrectly so many times that I’ll be fighting with insurance for the next year of my life. Really sad that places like this exist in the medical field.

I couldn’t say enough good things about this clinic. It was a pleasure having them by my side these past few weeks. No matter what question you may have they are always right there to give you guidance. Don’t know where I would be without them and will forever be thankful.
