Professional and friendly staff. The office (old house) is really interesting and offers a very relaxed and welcoming vibe. I’m so grateful for this place and how it has benefitted my life tremendously.

We’re able to take my bf and I on quick notice. Everyone was super nice and helpful they even offered coffee and water. After checking in I was able to leave in the next 20-25 minutes. Everything was super fast. Love the atmosphere here. I commend the whole team :)

Had my first appointment today with Novus ACS. Amazing staff and very friendly atmosphere! They provide STD testing as well as rapid HIV testing. I am actually transferring to them full-time from my previous PREP provider in Philly! Great job guys 5/5.

Allen and team are absolutely wonderful. They’re completely non judgmental and clearly make it a point to make you feel comfortable and informed. Just incredible that I have wasted money at a private family doctor when I could’ve gotten better care here. For free!

One of a kind place really. Very approachable employees who speak to you on a human to human level which is hard to find in other hospitals/clinics. At no time did I feel any judgement from the staff, I felt incredibly comfortable here, would definitely recommend it.

Novus Adult Care Services should be the model for all healthcare providers in the United States. The entire staff is professional, inviting and make you feel comfortable and at home. As soon as you walk in, you can tell the difference. No cold waiting room covered in prescription drug ads. Only comfy chairs, music, water and coffee. You are greeted with a How is your day and handshake instead of a sliding glass window and blank stare. The quality of service Novus provides is exceptional. I would recommend their services to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

I have only ever gone to Novus for the HIV and STD/STI testing. However, I can say that every time I have gone, the staff have gone out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They offered for me to help myself to some coffee and/or water every time as if I was an old friend. They are quick, to the point, respectful and have a warming understanding of the LGBT community of the Lehigh Valley. Yeah...Go here!

Everyone here is awesome. Staff is great, office is clean, and they treat you like your not just another patient. Truly dedicated, professional, and integrity instilled.

Bad malpractice when a patient receives a bruise because of rough handling of the needle. Bruising that scares the tissue inside leaving a permanent mark. Doctor and staff were non remorseful and did not take accountability for their mistake.

Amazing staff, Dr. Allen helped me get my life back on track. Highly recommend! Wife is doing great too and that makes life more the worthwhile :]

Probably the most comfortable experience when getting to know whats going on between you and your body. Very Stress relieving environment... comfortable. I encourage going here for a reliable friendly Helpful staff.
