The decision to start a family is definitely not one to be taken lightly. Since being introduced to Dr. Andy Huang and the team at Reproductive Partners, I’ve been extremely impressed by the care and service they have given me. I’ve worked in the medical field for over 20 years so I can’t help but notice all the little details. I’m truly grateful that I found them and my Husband and I look forward to our future family thanks to everyone who has helped us here!

I am beyond grateful to write this review for Dr. Andy Huang and his team at RPMG Beverly Hills, who have completely changed our lives forever. After seeing multiple highly sought out doctors and undergoing IVF treatments without success, I was pessimistic and had nearly lost hope. However, Dr. Huang approached our situation with a confidence that was both reassuring and inspiring.He honestly assessed our situation and assured us that he was hopeful he could make our dream of parenthood come true. His words and expertise filled us with a renewed sense of hope. Now, one year later, we are blessed with a beautiful, healthy baby boy who has brought immeasurable joy into our lives.Dr. Huang is incredibly busy, but he is worth the wait. Even though hes busy helping other hopeful parents he always made himself available to us after hours. His dedication, honesty, and skills are unparalleled, and I cannot thank him enough for making our dream a reality. My husband and I are forever thankful for his guidance and care. We are beyond thankful to him and his team for giving us our miracle baby.If you are looking for a doctor who combines expertise with genuine compassion, Dr. Huang is the one. He truly changed our lives, and we cant say enough good things about him and his team. There are no words to truly describe how grateful and thankful we are to you Dr Huang and your team. BEWARE!!! Ive never really experienced this with a medical provider before. I missed 1 call from Kimberly/Elizabeth and attempted to contact them 8 times but got nowhere. It is also impossible to get a straight answer about costs. No one from financial services ever called me back to discuss my financial options and in the end I got a very bizarre call about they have decided to not take me as a patient because my expectations were too high. My expectation is that if Im going to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars then maybe someone should call me back. Unless you have money to burn and dont question a single cent that they want to charge you for then this is not the practice to go to for fertility care.

This practice has some of the most caring, considerate and dedicated professionals you will ever work with. Along the entire journey, the nurses, medical assistants, front office team and physicians treated our case with warmth and generosity. I will enthusiastically recommend RPMG to anyone and everyone.

I recommend all the doctors, nurses, phlebotomists, embryologists, front desk staff, etc. at this clinic wholeheartedly. I had a long fertility journey but the team never gave up and continued to perform miracles. Forever grateful.

Extremely poor patient care. I cannot ever get anyone on the phone. The doctor does not call back in a timely manner, even after 2 rounds of IVF retrieval. I have waited over 30 days to receive a post procedure phone call.Wait times in the office even with an appointment is on average and hour (even when I show up 10 mins before my appointment as they ask)On days that I am seen in the early morning and am told to start a cycle today I do not get a phone call about my prescriptions or what medications to start the same day. Prescriptions have not been called in.When I am in the office and have the attention of a nurse or a doctor I feel unheard and hurried out to payments.It feels like they over book appointments and hurry people through. I spend more time in a waiting room and at the counter where they ask for my payment than talking to someone or getting quality care.

Horrible experience. Long wait times and response times. I was told to take certain medications and no one from the office followed up with me on the phone or with a written message through the portal to make sure everything was going well, or to schedule me for another appointment. I called or messaged the office every day for a week with no response. Different nurses would tell me completely different steps to take for my medical process, so clearly they weren’t talking amongst each other and the doctors did not have a sense of control. Absurd behavior after giving the office $12K for the egg freezing process.I got most of my money back, but please do NOT come here. Operations of this place are horrific, would absolutely NOT recommend if you want to feel like the people doing your procedure care about helping you at all.

Always an hour wait. Nobody ever calls back. My partner went through hell here trying to get someone on the phone. The doctor would promise up and down that we’d get our medications on time, that the nurses would take care of us. We left messages on the nurses line starting at 6am, through the portal online, and even at the front desk. Front desk had an attitude like they did not care at all. Timing is everything in this process, it’s the whole thing, but 39K in and my partners cycle and all their hard work ruined because no one at this office can be bothered. UNACCEPTABLE. CRIMINAL.

This review is for Reproductive Partners Medical Group, not the doctors that work there.I underwent egg/embryo freezing. The whole operation is extremely impersonal and inefficient. Another reviewer suggested its like a factory, which is spot on (in the worst way possible).Some examples of the many challenges-1. Its impossible to have a phone conversation with anyone besides the receptionist.2. Due to poor communication on their part, Ive been out of pocket thousands of dollars for 2 month (for expenses my insurance or employer will cover). This is despite 14 email attempts, and several voicemail attempts on my part.3. Slow response times have held me up from getting my medication on time.4. They rely 100% on video training for the medications & injections. No in-person training from the staff. My friend diluted her shots incorrectly due to lack of in-person education.5. Hour long wait times for appointments.

This place treats patients like they are ATM machines. They really try hard to nickel and dime the patients. Some of the ultra sound visits are completely unnecessary and they would make you go there a few times just so they could charge you $180 per visit. Even you have insurance coverage for some of the tests, they would skip your insurance and charge you directly. When you question them, the nurse will tell you its your responsibility to tell them that you want to go through insurance every time. If you forget to mention one time, its your fault and you have to pay the full amount by yourself.Dr Huang is amazing! Its a shame how the nurses and administrative staff treat patients. If I had choices, I would not come here again.

Dr Carrie Wambach is the most incredible in the field. She has an amazing bedside manner and she will be your biggest cheerleader while being realistic and extremely honest. I ADORE her. The front desk staff is lovely and nurses care about you. Yes- there are long waits- but they are worth it for the expertise you get at RP. Highly recommend Wambach and Huang.

I have nothing but good things to say about RPMG. They have been with me in this journey for over a year, they were always available to answer any question I had, they are so attentive. The staff is friendly and approachable. Debbie was fabulous, Chandler was amazing and Dr Huang is by far one of the best Drs in Beverly Hills.

I called MANY reproductive specialists, including my own schools-USC/Keck, & none would take student insurance bc it didnt cover IVF. Instead of focusing on the coverage I didnt have RP started by looking at why I wasnt getting pregnant. Within the 1st month of working with Dr Rosen I was pregnant. RP followed me till I had safely finished my 1st trimester. Their billing were patient & understanding helping me pay as little out of pocket as possible. I cannot thank them or enough for what they did for my family. Yes, sometimes there was a long wait but & the waiting room filled up, but it was 100% worth it!!!

What a disappointment! I had really high hopes for this fertility clinic recommended by several obgyn in LA. However, from the start I never had a good experience. Extra long waits (be prepared to wait at least 1.5-2hrs every visit!), not sure why, they always seem busy at any time of the day! The facilities and equipment are ran down and old (Cedars are a way better and clearer ultrasound). as far as the doctors, I cant really say. Dr. Huang seems great at the first video visit, then you never get to meet with your doctor again. He is either too busy , on a surgery for whatever reason, he was never here for my appt. Instead, you get a nurse, sometimes a PA that will give you feedbacks. Please, even if this is in Beverly Hills, I strongly suggests you go somewhere else. This is probably the worst clinic in LA and this is not how your fertility journey should start!

Sadly what completely ruins this place is the NURSES and the staff in general. They dont call you, they dont pick up, they dont keep the their promises, they are entirely disorganized and they will leave you with no ultra sound appointments and no medications before your eggs retrieval. They simply do NOT care, AT ALL. You pay so many THOUSANDS of dollars at this practice and this is how you get treated, constantly. They are also very rude and aggressive, if you dare to complaint about the way you are being treated they are going to treat you even WORSE. STAY AWAY.

Dr Huang and his staff made me trust and believe in the medical system all over again. I feel so grateful for the time i spent under the care of reproductive partners and so happy they were such a huge part of my pregnancy journey. Dr Huang delivered on every promise he made.

Worst communication ever they never pick up the phone. They make it so hard to optain your medical records and they dont send everything . They call you back after hours so if you missed their call you cant call back the same day. You start with one doctor you end up seen by 3 doctors with no communication between them. They almost had me repeat blood work because of miscommunication. Too many employees not enough efficiency of work. A frustrated ex patient of yours.

What an awful experience. You would expect a place like this to be serious and responsible instead you get indifference, negligence and scam. They made mistakes on dosage, medication and bills. No explanation of anything, always in a rush. Anesthesia was painful and tons of side effects. Dont waste your health, time and money.

We are on our fourth round of iui now and on our third round my wife had began her cycle early. The nurses decided it was ok to have her come in a week after that at which point it was discovered that she had actually conceived, chemically or otherwise. They then decided to put her on progesterone after her progesterone levels had already dropped. This then made her cycle late which delayed our next treatment to another month out. We are now another month out and we are having similar complications. We left a voicemail on their nurses line on the day after thanksgiving, which I understand them not being available. I followed up the following day and was told to leave another voice mail (Saturday) now I am getting pushed to a message that says they are closed for the thanksgiving holiday. It is unacceptable for them to have such poor availability for their patients.

Great doctors and staff. They always make me feel welcome. Now, Im pregnant!!!

Very bad service, small place, many people waiting, there is a small window that supposed to give you service very embarrassing.
