Dr. Tran Kimble changed my life, and I recommend her to anyone who has pelvic floor issues. I saw her for a complicated pelvic floor prolapse. After her evaluation and multiple tests, I was scheduled for reconstructive surgery and spent one night in the hospital. I received comprehensive written instructions to assist in my recovery. Because of her surgical skill, I now can resume all my physical activities. She is very caring and professional, and she made sure I understood her descriptions of my problem and the procedures which would correct it. The offices have moved to Beverly Hills. So, my gynecological visits are a bit of a hike from Glendale. The staff is kind and helpful. I feel well taken care of during visits, and so will you.

Dr. Alexis Kimble is an amazing doctor. She helped me with many diagnoses of an overactive bladder & vaginal vault laxity, vulvodynia and vaginismus. Her bedside manner is over and beyond, she is an excellent Doctor.I have had problems my whole life especially after giving birth to a 9 lb. 1 oz. a baby girl and two adorable boys. My pelvic floor had completely dropped down and was painful for years.Now after having the bladder Botox my quality of life has improved allowing me to work and go outside of the home for outdoor activities, without worrying about the embarrassment from incontinence. In addition I had a vaginoplasty rebuilding what I lost, regaining my youth.I also had trigger point injection that has certainly stopped that stabbing pain I was feeling. The vaginal surgery gave me back my life again.United Healthcare Referred me to Dr. Kimble. I am extremely thankful for the better quality life she has provided me. I will continue to have the bladder Botox and the nerve block every 6 months to maintain having a better quality of life.My recovery went well and in 6-8 weeks I was better than ever. Dr. Alexis Kimble and her team (Nancy who always answered my questions before my surgery) were very helpful during my search for my diagnosis. I was suffering for over a year from pain peeing during my period and went to my regular gynecologist and she wasn’t able to see any issue with my organs even after numerous consultations. Finally, I saw Dr. Alexis Kimble, she immediately asked for a MRI and I was quickly diagnosed with endometriosis around my bladder so it explained why I’m having pain. Had surgery and removed most of the affected areas currently I’m in treatment to prevent to it from returning. She is very kind and patient towards me as I have lots of questions on the surgery and treatment options. I truly appreciate her for taking time to explain to me and also allow me to ask questions. Dr. David and Alexis Kimble are a great team who performed the surgery on me & I feel at ease in their care. I have to add they also provide “unconventional” treatment which I love, the Esmella chair!!!

Working at the Kimble Center was a highlight of my year! I got the opportunity to work under the awesome and world-renowned Drs. Alexis and David Kimble. Let me say that the attention and care given to their patients and anyone who walked through the door was like no other doctors office Ive experienced. The attention to detail, effective listening, and tact shown by both doctors were always pleasant surprises to any new patients visiting the clinic for the first time. Not only Drs. Kimble, but the rest of the staff showed these same qualities. From the compassionate and reliable Practice Manager Selame to the kind and gentle MAs, it was always a positive experience going into the clinic! This is how healthcare should be, a positive space where you are treated like a living and breathing human being and not a number. I can assure anyone debating on whether or not to make an appointment at the Kimble Center that it IS the right place for you. A safe space devoid of embarrassment, shame, judgment, and rudeness. Your vulvovaginal and intimate health issues will be heard, and I guarantee you will leave with a thorough plan to get your life back on track!

This business is primarily for cosmetic procedures and most of the treatments they offer are not covered by insurance. If money isnt an issue for you (or youre desperate, which I can relate to), you will probably receive the quality treatment like those who left good reviews. Dr. Alexis Kimble has a caring demeanor and I have confidence she is a good doctor, despite the centers business practices.The story: My insurance company recommended the Kimble Center specifically for pelvic floor therapy. Seeing their website, I called to confirm they offered pelvic floor therapy and accepted my insurance and was assured that they did both. The very friendly and attentive receptionist took down my insurance info. Dr. Alexis Kimble was very kind and thoughtful in her evaluation of my condition (which is why this review isnt 1 star) and she came up with a treatment plan. When I went to the desk to make the appointments, I was told that I needed to pay $1800 upfront at time of booking for an appointment for a botox injection in my pelvic floor because it was cosmetic. Surprised, but okay, I guess? Then I asked about the other treatment (the chair or throne thing from the website) and that is also considered cosmetic. HUH?! But dont worry, they told me, they offer some boutique payment credit plan thing that many of our clients really like. I had to decline because I cant afford that and my insurance was supposed to cover this. I asked whether the doctor, who claims to be covered by insurance, offers any treatments or procedures that are covered, and the receptionist told me Id have to ask the doctor specifically. If they do exist, why wasnt I offered these treatments?They billed me for the initial appointment the next day. They never submitted a claim to my insurance and expected me to pay $450 out of pocket. I called my insurance company to complain. Together we called the Kimble Center and I was passed on to Billing. Billing has now said they will submit the claim. So when all is said and done, it will be okay, but I should not have been taken for this ride.Addendum: Dr. Kimble contacted me to apologize for my experience and explained that the office made an error in not submitting my claim (which it now has). She says she offers options that are covered, but recommends the best treatments first (which in my case werent covered). I appreciated her call. Again, Dr. Kimble is a very caring and attentive physician.

The care I have received under Dr. Alexis Tran for the past six years has been excellent! Because my condition requires longterm care and supervision, it is especially important for me to have a strong relationship with Dr. Tran. As a doctor she is knowledgable and professional, but beyond that she is friendly and approachable. This makes my appointments and treatments a positive experience as we can easily discuss anything. Dr. Tran is also up-to-date on all the latest treatments that could possibly help improve my condition therefore I have confidence that I am getting the best care. I have also seen Dr. Kimble and found him to be excellent and easy to talk with too, so I feel that because they are a team it enhances their practice. I highly recommend the Kimble Center.

To date, I have been extremely pleased with the care and professionalism i have received from both Dr. David Kimble and staff. Dr. Alexis is the best. She is literary saving my life for something I thought was just an annoyance. Unlike most doctors Dr. Alexis listens to what you are saying and is never dismissive about the small stuff. She makes sure that your questions are answered and you are comfortable at all times. Plus, her staff is AMAZING. They are kind and very helpful.

I’m currently a little over 4 months post op from a few corrective surgeries. My uterus, bladder and recto prolapse. My surgery was July 8th with 3 or 4 appointments prior to my surgery date. I had researched and looked at at least a dozen surgeons for this procedure both in and out of state. I can honestly say Dr Kimble is just such an amazing human being. Every aspect of my experience with him was more than I could have expected. Each appointment both before and after surgery was always something I looked forward to never rushed. actually it always felt like questions were encouraged and he always wanted me to feel comfortable. Right after my surgery both he and Dr Tran were by my side and I could feel how genuine he was in making sure I was doing well. I did meet Dr Tran closer to my surgery date and she is also just as wonderful. Now let’s talk about the procedure. I was definitely nervous but I fully trusted both of these incredible Doctors. The first week was the most difficult as expected. Right after my surgery I was in a lot of pain even with the anesthesia (which knocked me out before I even laid on the table, it was amazing) the pain felt like someone had kicked me in my tailbone with a steel toe boot, hard. (A sling was placed to lift my uterus back where it should be it wrapped around my tailbone). I was given painkillers but didn’t like using them too much cause of how tired they would make me but honestly I was able to clean and run errands within the same week. I couldn’t do anything for an extended period of time but a few hours or so of breaking up the things I needed to do was doable. The most painful thing was correcting the uterine prolapse (I’m assuming that was the painful part because the sling is wrapped around my tailbone and that’s where pretty much the only pain I felt was coming from. All in all it was about 9 weeks maybe 8 before all my stitches were gone but... let. me. tell. you. something... these procedures, these doctors, changed my life and the way my body functions far better than I could have imagined. There isn’t anything I would change about them or my experience with them. I feel so very lucky to have found them.

I would advise most women to look elsewhere. Dr. Tran gave me a frightening diagnosis about my health while offering little to no support about further steps I could take outside of a strange procedure which (I believe) isnt supported by scientific evidence. This appointment took a toll on my mental well-being. I then saw a secondary doctor who told me my health was completely fine and I had nothing to worry about. While I intend to get a third opinion theres little doubt in my mind that Dr. Tran shouldnt be practicing.*update one year later*Came back a year later to just see this response! I did indeed use a pseudonym to protect my privacy as it’s an embarrassing condition but was an actual patient here. I have recently been diagnosed with a thyroid issue that was left undetected by Dr. Tran and maintain the wand treatment and Dr Trans initial diagnoses were unsuitable responses compared to follow up questions about my condition and the concerns I was having. I maintain the validity of my initial post. However, I am just happy to finally have a diagnoses and only intended for women seeing my review to do their research beforehand and seek multiple opinions. No aggression on my part just please seek a holistic approach to patients and ask follow up questions. Thank you!

Dr Tran is amazing, caring, and smart! I live in Orange County and the doctors here are too busy and rush the appointments. Dr Tran took time and was thorough. She told me everything she was doing at every step. She even called and emailed to check in with me. I feel so fortunate I found her and the womans center for pelvic health.

They cured my chronic UTIs!! If you deal with regular UTIs, please do yourself a favor and ask them about the MLT procedure. It has seriously changed my life. And Dr. David makes me feel very at ease. Hes my favorite gynecologist!

Dr David Kimball is an extraordinarily skilled surgeon. He has developed techniques that shorten the length of the surgery significantly. Because of the robotic approach, the surgery was minimally invasive, the incisions were tiny and recovery was amazingly rapid. The pain was trivial and in less than a week I was back to walking for an hour each day

The employees here are so pleasant and the whole office is lovely. My experience was fantastic and I cannot wait to get my life back in a few months after surgery. Dr. Tran really enjoys what she does and wants to truly help people. If you need to see a urogyno, look no further!

Its not always easy being seen for certain medical problems. But from the time you walk off the elevator Charlie greets you and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Tran is very easy to talk too and very informative. She listens and answers questions and lets you know it will be okay. Im glad I found this office.
