Great experience as always! Ive never had a bad patient experience here at GoHealth! All of the providers are knowledgeable and kind. Staff is caring, patient, and helpful. Will always go to GoHealth for all of my Urgent Care needs. Its extremely helpful that they even offer virtual visits which make it easier to be seen if youre busy or not feeling well enough to go anywhere, If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would.

Such a wonderful urgent care! I took my son there yesterday. The Dr was so friendly and caring. It was the cleanest urgent care we have ever been to! The Dr even called back this morning to chk on him to see if we needed anything! Thank you for caring! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Dr. Abbas was amazing and so kind. Everyone was just the best and we were in and out quick (but not rushed!) with a pleasant call shortly after our visit with test results and a quick, kind conversation. Thank you for your exceptional care.

On a scale of 1 (low) -10 (high) I give the entire staff a rating of 12+. Everyone Is welcoming, warn, caring, and professional . Thanks to my medical team of Erin Lee and Eunice for taking such good care of me. Happy to have Henry Ford GoHealth in the neighborhood. It’s reassuring to know that expert medical care is just minutes away.

My family uses Henry Ford, so I drove past two urgent cares to take my son here for a strep throat test. He was positive and I was told a prescription was going to be called in. The pharmacy confirmed it wasnt. I called the urgent care back, the receptionist told me the doctor would return my call as soon as she was out of her room. No call. I called back again 30 minutes later. The receptionist put me on hold for 10+ minutes, so I hung up. I called back again and it went to voicemail, I left a message requesting a call back. At this point, I decided to seek other treatment as my son needs his prescription filled somehow. I eventually called back simply to alert them, but was then directed to a central call center. They directed my call back to the clinic, but it just went to a never ending ring and I gave up.6+ hours since his positive result and I havent spoken with anybody. I recommend using any of the other area urgent cares as urgency is absolutely lacking at this location.

I was helped by my care teamErin Lee PA-C andRaven MA at the Bloomfield Hills location and they were both excellent. They helped access my concerns and prescribed medication which helped me recover from my case with Covid-19. Highly recommended.

The Dr, she was professional and caring, She spent the time needed. I left the office feeling heard and respected. Clean and convenient, Sunday hours saved me from not having to go to emergency. I was in need of same day care. Thank you Dr. W Kim
