The office manager at this office is incredibly unprofessional and has no business running a medical practice. They spray chemical glade plugins in their office. There is peer reviewed, published research that shows these artificial fragrances cause birth defects. Blowing these chemicals into the air at any medical office is unacceptable, but it’s especially unacceptable to do at a medical office that treats pregnant women.

Everyone is nice and i recieved responses quickly. However the testing is never correct. Misdiagnosed me twice. They wanted me to come back in so they can get another sample. I never went back. Self treated at home with research on the internet for holistic care. Cant trust them with something small. I am not trusting them with a unborn child.

Poor communication, went months without birth control cause they refused to read their emails, and then went on to prescribe a pill with a 7-day period. Also makes all patients take pregnancy tests just so they can charge them.

The doctors here are horrible. They rush you out of the exam room and make you feel like a burden if you have any questions. In my last appointment, the doctor gave me FAKE information saying theres absolutely nothing I can do for diastasis recti. Only surgery. Thats NOT true for everyone. She answered my questions with her hand on the door to leave as if I was taking up her precious time, mind you thats after I got back to the exam room 45 minutes after my scheduled time, and waited in the room for over THIRTY FIVE minutes for the doctor. After she left, I was getting dressed and the medical assistant came in and made me feel I was taking too long (mind you I was only given THREE minutes). Hey take you in like you have all the time in the world, and rush you out like cattle. Lastly, their office staff are RUDE as F***. I DREAD calling because in some way they always find a way to be condescending, and arrogant. I asked questions about my annual and insurance and this @holes response to me was, yes that is how ALL insurance companies are, they cover the annual appointment. Mind you thats not what I asked her and then I had to get rude back to get my question answered. I have been a patient of this office for over 7 years and it hasnt changed at all for the better. It continues to get worse. As a single income household right now, Id still prefer to pay a higher cost to see another office because the bedside manner of these sad people is atrocious. Do not waste your money here.Oh and just another example of their nasty, uncaring mannerisms. There was an elderly lady who was their by herself in the waiting room. They called her name to come back and she was about three feet from the door, and the medical assistant watched this woman struggle to get up off her chair. I wanted to jump up and help her up, but I thought maybe as just another patient it may make her uncomfortable. But the medical WORKER who could have every right to touch her and HELP her up, just stood and watched her struggle. So sad and PITIFUL. This office should be reported to the better business bureau.

I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE!! This is literally the worst experience Ive ever had at a doctors office. The staff and doctors here dont seem concerned at all for patients. I felt like just another number to them. Also I watched one of the staff have a meltdown and start openly discussing another patients case in the middle of a full hallway. In front of several other people!!! Please do yourself a life changing favor and go anywhere else but this practice. Oh, and good luck if they even have the correct chart for you or bother to read it. I was supposed to be scheduled for a d&c by Sussman. Missed MC at 10 weeks so it was an extremely emotional and difficult time for me. He didnt bother to look at my chart before entering the room and came in congratulating my husband and I about the baby. He had no clue whatsoever what was even going on. It was an absolute nightmare. I wouldnt trust them to handle a pap after this much less deliver a baby.

While a couple of the doctors here are perfectly fine, as a whole the office is a complete disappointment. They operate under a no news is good news policy....but then will forget to call with your bad news! Not only that, but the only reason I found out about my abnormal test in the first place was because I received a bill from Quest regarding a test not covered by my insurance. The test in question was ordered by mistake, it is not recommended by any advisory body for women my age with a normal screening test (hence why insurance wouldnt pay). So now were up to 2 mistakes in the same visit. Well, it has been 4 months since this all began, Ive called many times, gone in in person, been assured over and over that their lab manager is looking into it....and havent been contacted yet. Never spoken to this lab manager, no updates have been provided; I am continually given the run around. Its all gotten so ridiculous and unprofessional I really couldnt recommend this practice to anyone.

I still gave this practice a 5 despite a few problems here and there. Gayle Glennon is amazing. I have been to quite a few ob/gyn in south Florida due to moves and not being satisfied, and this one is not beyond any norms. The wait is a little ridiculous to be seen yes,the staff is reasonably friendly, and the doctors I barely saw so I dont know how good or bad they are. The one i saw wasnt the friendliest but...okay. Just watch the billing, they make mistAkes and the ultrasound techs arent very good. But i do recommend this place, its the better one Ive been to in all my insurance in-network practices.

I have been going here for years. Throughout the years they have lost quality particularly in their front desk staff. The doctors are still great. Dr. burton, Sussman and Greenbaum are good, however you will most likely not see them and get scheduled with a nurse practitioner. The girls working the front desk used to be courteous and kind, that is not longer the case with the new front desk staff. Good luck if you chose this Gyno.

Absolutely horrible!!! I am extremely upset and disappointed that I chose this practice I will be changing as soon as possible. Everytime I have been to this facility this place looks like a meat market, Its easy to make an appointment because they never see you on time (all my waits have been over an hour or so, first time 2 hrs). to top it off the girls at the front desk are very rude! No Good Morning/ Afternoon everyone looks like they hate their job, they just stare at you as you walk up and wait for you to say something as if you are inconveniencing them. Its really hard to get someone over the phone and the easiest thing for them to say is go to the emergency room because they are not the ones stuck paying for the medical bills. I was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism which makes it a high risk pregnancy and was asked by the hospital to make a follow up appointment with my obgyn which I did. When I called I explained to them I had just been released by the hospital and was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism and needed to have a followup. I was seen four days later only for the doctor to tell me she didnt know my visit was for a follow up and didnt have my medical records from the hospital (inefficient) which made it a complete waste of time. I am now experiencing the same symptoms that made me go to the hospital and and have been trying to get someone over the phone during working hours to get medical advice and they have keep putting me off telling me someone will call me back and nobody does. I called after hours and left a message with the answering service. The nurse on call called me back and told me I must go to the emergency room (AGAIN) which I then refused and asked her is there something they can recommend other than the emergency room she then got very defensive with me and started shouting over the phone saying there is nothing she can do. This practice is unbelievable. They are very insensitive to your medical condition and or whatever you are experiencing. Word of advise stay away.. I wish I would have.

I have been a regular GYN patient and a OB patient and I love this office. The doctors are all very caring and the office is full of wonderful nurses and staff. I have had trouble with DRs office staff in the past, and never once in the last 3 years and 2 pregnancies have I ever had one minute of rudeness or aggrivation. I highly recommend this office to any woman in the area who is looking for a good OB/GYN.

Worst obgyn office i have ever been toDr Tracy Burton did not examine me.She didnt even touch me.It was like a counselling session.I am trying to find a obgyn.
