I like their medical staff and care team, but getting the appointment scheduled with their front desk is just a nightmare recently.We are using ICRM as an outside monitor clinic and every time we want to schedule an appointment, it will take us over 10 phone calls and at least one week. They always can’t find the order sent by our doctor and we have to sent them again at least three times. And most of our phone calls go directly to voicemail and even when we get connected with a real human, they always have questions/problems to schedule and promise us they will call us back once they figure out, but they never call back once!We had a wonderful experience for our first journey, but the second one is just beyond unprofessional and stressful, regarding the scheduling and it delays a lot in our process. I truly believe they need better training. Some other reviews also shared similar experience.

I cannot say enough great things about the staff at ICRM. Particularly the Medical Assistant, Melissa. She is nothing short of amazing and kind and anyone would be so lucky to work with her. She is extremely responsive and caring, will track down a doctor for you, will search every pharmacy across the valley to get you what you need, and her response times are nothing short of amazing. All that on top of being one of the kindest, most caring human beings ever. She is simply the best. Also, to our main ultrasound tech, Andi... I dont have the words. After experiencing recurrent pregnancy loss, my anxiety was so high and Andi was nothing short of kind and reassuring. Cant thank her enough for her care. I also want to give nods to the awesome phlebotomists, especially Victoria. She knows why, and no one else could get done what she could. And I also want to highlight the success we had with working with ICRM. After four devastating losses, we are 8 months pregnant and everything is going well and all is healthy. While we did feel that Dr. Tobler pushed a little hard towards IVF, he was responsive to our desires to try other methods first and worked with us to accomplish these goals and work within these other methods. He was generous with his time and helped us understand the situation and gave us reassurances along the way. Thank you, ICRM. We could not be happier to welcome our little girl soon.

We cannot say enough great things about ICRM, and Dr. Tobler. After 4 years and transferring our care to Boise from Idaho Falls we are finally expecting our miracle baby. Dr.Tobler was so amazing from the start on a plan for us. After a failed transfer I was not confident in myself or body. Dr. Tobler reassured me that if our plan didnt work we would not give up and he would do everything he could to help. Thankfully, our next transfer was successful. My husband was very pleased with Dr. Tobler and how open he was and how he communicated all of our options. This was something we did not get at our last Fertility clinic. The staff at ICRM is extremely supportive Maria answered all my questions during my transfer and I never felt like I was a burden. I will not lie I will miss all the people we have worked with. 100% recommend ICRM, Dr.Tobler and the staff. Thank you so so much for getting us to our miracle baby. Thank you will never be enough.

I haven’t been working with ICRM for very long but for the small amount of time I have been working with them they are amazing. Everyone has your best interests at mind and it really does show. I can’t thank them enough, I highly recommend ICRM.

Would not recommend if you don’t have a simple, straight forward case. If this clinic is your only option due to travel limitations. I feel Dr Tobler is the best choice.Moving care has been the best path in my experience. Will not be utilizing ICRM outside monitoring services after paying lots of money for SIS images that I believe were poorly done costing multiple cycles and thousands of dollars as well as outside monitoring labs that appear to have been mixed up with someone else (didn’t match repeat labs or cycle information) costing yet another month of waiting and hundreds of dollars.

My husband and I came to ICRM, because unfortunately they are the only fertility clinic in Idaho. They absolutely monopolize off of that and know that people in this state do not have many options and they use that to their advantage.Let me be clear, I am in no way writing a negative review because our experience at ICRM did not lead to a positive pregnancy. I am writing this to inform other folks seeking fertility care to be aware of ICRMs approach.This is a one size fits all clinic, with high high turn over and medical staff that in no way are well informed on your specific chart or case. At times understaffed and the front desk staff, although kind, had no idea what was going on. It was clear communication was not a priority.From day one after our first initial consultation we were dismissed and our main concern was brushed off. The whole process felt like we were on a conveyor belt to IVF. It is clear that you as the patient are the cash cow.This clinic in no way takes a personal approach, which is quite strange considering every single human body is unique, especially a fertility journey.They are incredibly fearful of receiving negative reviews, so much so that they will bring you in to apologize and chalk up your bad experience as a little miscommunication.If you have the means to look at other clinics out of state, I would highly recommend you do. What a waste of our time, energy and money.

This clinic is so good, we travel all the way from the east coast to be treated here. The doctors are the best, and the support staff even better. They have gone above and beyond to make this the best possible experience and have supported us emotionally along the way. 🫶

Met with Dr Slater to discuss several concerns we had. Our appointment went well, and all of the staff are very friendly. Maddy made us feel very comfortable as we waited and explained our next steps for us very thoroughly. Thank you ICRM.

We are so incredibly grateful for the ICRM team! Dr. Slater & Kara Hill did a fantastic job guiding our journey. During our ultrasounds, Lauren and Allie were so kind and full of information. I have tricky veins to draw blood, but Rachel and Victoria got it first time, every time, without digging around. The front staff was so welcoming and made us feel comfortable the second we walked in. Diane and Courtney were easy to work with for insurance and payments. We live 2 hours away and they were very accommodating to our schedule and did their best to group appointments so we didn’t have to make so many trips! They are all an amazing team of women who really, really want the best for you. I will recommend ICRM to anyone and everyone that needs a little extra help to create their dream family.

Hello, I looked for this center a long time ago and due to Covid I had to stop the process before even starting it, at that time there was a coordinator by the name of Xiomara if I remember correctly. When I decided to restart the process there was a new coordinator, Alberto Nothing more to say than to say that thanks to him I am still in the process, he gives himself completely, attending 100% every day at practically all hours and not only informing about the processes, but also accompanying emotionally, which is very important in these processes which are sometimes super stressful, either because of the number of processes to follow, or because we come from a different country than yours, another language, other cultures...other methods...but Alberto has helped us a lot, if not for He would not continue in said process or with said center, since it is the human, informative, professional and family part completely. In short, this company gives you that human and close touch that is needed, it would only improve, for those of us who are from Spain and not mastered the language, if the center could better coordinate the signing of documents, since sometimes it is done very tedious and everything could be done in one day or in a few days in a few meetings with the coordinator, for everything else it was great. I give 4 stars for Alberto above all, without him, I repeat myself, the process I dont know if it would continue go ahead, greetings

I can’t thank Idaho reproductive center enough. They were so kind from the front desk girls, the assistants to the billing girls. They answered all my questions honestly and professionally. Dr. Maas is one of the best Dr’s I have met. He helped my husband and I decide what to do in such a kind way and help bring my beautiful baby boy into this world. I am forever grateful for this place.

My husband and I travel from Nevada for each appointment and each time we have received the best service we could ask for. We have been working with Dr. Tobler and we have nothing but great things to say about him. He has been amazing through this process with us. Every staff member is so patient, sweet, and accommodating. We genuinely feel cared for by the ICRM team. They have all made this experience easier. We truly are grateful and appreciative for everything they have done for us. If we ever have to go through this process again in the future, we will hands down be coming back to this clinic.

The staff here is awesome and Dr Moss is fantastic. Answers any questions you may have and is always there when you need him. This is our second round of IVF (first round successful) couldn’t be more pleased to have a relationship with this office. Highly recommend!

We love Dr. Slater and the team at ICRM! They truly care about their patients and any fertility problems they may be having. My husband and I felt comfortable around the staff and were kept informed during the entire process. Love them!

While were based out of the east coast, we decided to go with ICRM and we had the most incredible experience here with Dr. Slater, Cortney Dalton, and the rest of the team! We worked together for over a year on our IVF case, and we had such great results. Life changing! They care about their patients so much and it shows!

I’ve been going to ICRM this year for monitoring as my frozen embryo transfer was taking place out of state where our embryos are stored. The clinical staff has been great, but the administrative staff is another story. They should understand that a lot of these results are time sensitive and waiting days to send results is unprofessional and could be detrimental to the cycle. I have to repeatedly call, leave messages, and email just to get someone to send my results to my clinic. It’s extremely frustrating. I think if I was actually a patient at ICRM and could communicate directly with a nurse instead of the front desk, the situation would be better.

Went in for a consult and the minute Dr Slater found out IVf could be covered by our insurance it’s like money signs showed up in her eyes. When I’m trying to start a family I don’t want a doctor who is only worried about her paycheck.

Egg donor here!I highly recommend this reproductive center. Many companies will try to exploit egg donors by giving them too high of dosages and not obtain informed consent. That was definitely not the case here. I felt like they cared more about how I was doing physically than the amount of eggs they were able to get from me. This was important to me because I went through ovarian hyperstimulation with a previous egg donation center in California and was nervous to donate again.They even give out cute little goodie bags after the egg retrieval. Great doctors and staff, they were able to accommodate my very busy schedule during medical school. I would definitely be open to donating again.

Dr. Maas was amazing. It was a rough road to take but I have my miracle IVF baby because of him and everyone at the clinic. Love love love them here.

We’ve been working with ICRM since about September. Staff have all been very kind and friendly. But, haven’t had any luck. Waste of time and money.

I cannot say enough good things about Kelsey Evans, who performed my HSG procedure. I had previously undergone a failed HSG by a radiologist at St Lukes that left me feeling hopeless and distraught. I had read horror stories about the procedure online, and after not even being able to have it done the first time I was a nervous wreck going into the second. Kelsey is obviously a pro, as it was done in mere minutes if not seconds. I felt so comfortable there and cant stress enough what a difference it makes to work with professionals who not only know what theyre doing, but have good bedside manner as well. Everyone I dealt with was so sweet. It may sound silly, being a small procedure but when youre in the thick of an infertility journey these things can make a huge difference in your outlook. I highly recommend ICRM, they are lovely!

My husband and I had nothing but the best experience at Idaho Reproductive Medicine and are now expecting our first child because of their wonderful care. All information is presented in an understandable manner. Appointments were scheduled in an organized manner and they offer early appointments to work around my schedule, which I greatly appreciated. All medication information was precise. I did work with multiple different staff as we proceeded through the IVF process and all of them were lovely! I also appreciated that we always knew what we were paying for and what our money was going toward. We worked specifically with Dr Tobler and I have nothing but good things to say about him. Overall, great experience. Thank you!

Dr.Tobler is not only the best doctor I’ve worked with but the best GYN. He is thorough in explaining processes and very accommodating. His staff is great at keeping me informed and up to date. I highly recommend this clinic.

This place is beyond ridiculous.. Ive never had a medical institute be so useless and uncooperative. Ive worked for OVER A MONTH to get a semen count done, after 5 attempts at getting a referall to be seen, I finally got the test and it cost me $100. They told me results would be ready the same day, and I was told my personal doctor would have to go over results with me. A WEEK LATER, I still had no results. Today I got a call from my doctor saying they cant read the results because its a bunch of numbers. Then suggested I make another appointment here to have results read. I have never in my life dealt with such unbelievable incompetence in the medical industry. You should be ashamed of yourselves for playing with my life like this.. disgusting.

We have been working ICRM now for a few months and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They’re communication with us has been great and they’ve been thorough throughout the whole process.

What an incredible experience! Dr. Slater was remarkable. The knowledge she has and the care she shows for her patients are unmatched. We were deciding between a couple different fertility options and Dr. Slater took the time to explain each option very thoroughly. We even had to stop everything through COVID and as things settled down (after 1 1/2 years) Dr. Slater picked right back up and guided us so beautifully. In addition, her nurse Maddie was so supportive and informative through our entire process. Maddie is extremely patient through all of the ups and downs of the roller coast ride you go through during your fertility journey. I could not have imagined a better experience through this sensitive journey. I am happy to report that we had a successful IUI treatment and we are now pregnant with our baby. I had a fantastic experience working with Dr. Tobler and the entire ICRM team. I knew very little about the process of IVF before my journey began and therefore, educational support and communication were two factors that I was looking for in a fertility team. Dr. Tobler and his staff were highly educated and experienced. I learned a lot from my appointments, but also had the comfort of knowing that the team was accessible for any questions between appointments. Dr. Tobler, in particular, was wonderful about quickly returning calls during the most stressful times of the process.Beyond Dr. Toblers immediate team, the staff at the ICRM were professional, organized, friendly, and empathetic throughout my entire experience. With the volume of appointments you can expect from the IVF process, this is a huge deal as a patient. I felt cared for by everyone in the office.Infertility is a very stressful challenge to navigate. We love Dr Maas and the staff at ICRM. I love ICRM. My husband and I never felt like we were just a number to them. I truly feel like they care about their patients. We paid out of pocket for all our treatments and I never felt taken advantage of. We have two beautiful IVF babies because of this clinic. Dr. Mass was wonderful and always called me personally with any test results or complications. I had to travel from Oregon (over five hours) many times to get to this clinic and I don’t regret it at all. The staff at the clinic were wonderful and nice and always so welcoming. I love Dr. Mass and all the staff at ICRM. I would recommend them to anyone who needs reproductive help.

Dr. Maas and the entire ICRM team are incredible! We knew it would be very difficult for us to conceive, but Dr. Maas had a positive, reassuring attitude throughout the entire process. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and supportive, and they were the best village we could ask for as we worked on growing our family.

If I had to list all of the reasons why I love ICRM this google review would never end. We have been patients there for 4 years now and Dr. Maas gave us our miracle baby. We are heading back for our second in January. Infertility is a long and arduous road but they are there to hold your hand every step of the way. Even though a few special staff members have moved from ICRM we still keep in contact. They truly become family witnessing all the ups and downs. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about Dr. Maas. Over the years we have tried many different protocols, medicines, techniques and tests… he’s never given up on us. He listens to your concerns and creates positive solutions. God bless Zabrina, she is a saint. I must have emailed or called her four times a week for years on end and she always took the time to reassure me when anxiety kicked in. Diane might be the kindest person I’ve ever met. She always made sure the financial aspect of things pleasant. I never had any surprise bills or confusing statements. Allie and Lauren made ultrasounds as comfortable as they can be. Allie was with us through a really low point in our journey and then when we graduated with our rainbow baby so she is extra special to us. If I could choose someone to draw my labs for the rest of my life it wouldn’t even be a question, Jen. She’s always been so supportive and gentle with us. I could really go on for hours listing everyone(Jen rn, Autumn, Becca, Carmen, Cynthia) who made an impact but the truth is they all have and we will forever be grateful. The only feedback I can give is Dr. Slater’s bedside manner can definitely be improved. Delivering hard news takes a soft touch and she doesn’t have it.

This facility is absolutely amazing. They helped my husband and I so much with our fertility journey. Dr. Maas was very straight forward and helpful about our treatments and what would help us try to succeed. He walked us through every step of our processes. Unfortunately we didnt succeed with iui and when we were able to do ivf he was there to help. He answered all our questions and concerns even gave me general terms to understand better. Im currently pregnant with my first child because of him and this clinic. I would highly recommend this place if your struggling with fertility. The entire staff is great and so helpful. I will continue to use this place to grow my family.

ICRM and Dr Maas are committed to helping people grow their families. They were professional, empathetic, and determined to help us. Everyone there can empathize with the experience of needing fertility treatments, and you feel like the whole center is supporting you. They also are on top of the newest treatments and protocols, ensuring high success rates. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Slater was extremely impersonal. She did not read our charts, and went straight from this is how babies are made to so when do you to start treatment She did not ask us questions about what we had tried and done. Had to call 2 months later because we never got our results, just to be told everything is fine, when do you want to start treatment? We felt like we were just a potential source of money. The only reason for the 2 stars is that the billing was the clearest and most straight forward we have ever experienced. Definitely do not recommend.

I did egg retrieval with them prior to starting chemo and they were amazing to work with!!! They were very supportive and caring but they also took the time to educate us on the process each step of the way.One of the nights I had run out of the medicine I needed and one of the nurses let me come To her house and pick it up. If that’s not amazing and going above and beyond, idk what is!!!

This place is super amazing and super friendly. Had our consultation with Dr. Maas, he answered all of our questions and made us feel super comfortable. Kap and Tatiana were extremely helpful in coordinating and planning things out.

We hear lots about the great REs at ICRM (and Dr Maas is THE BEST!) but I really want to give a shout out to his nurses and the staff that are the ones taking our crazy (emotional!) calls and answering sooooo many questions - on holidays - on Sundays - late into the night. How can I rate a community of amazing people with only 5 stars?Throughout our entire process everyone at ICRM made us feel relaxed and comfortable. They explained each step to us in terms we completely understood. We are so thankful for having such an awesome experience, with such an awesome group of people, from right here in or own back yard... So thankful that we are doing it again. Our first try resulted in a perfect little boy, fingers crossed that we get another baby this time around!!A huge thank you to all the doctors, nurses and all of the staff at Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine... we couldnt have done it without you!!

Really great experience with Dr. Mass and the entire staff. Infertility is hard to deal with but ICRM answered all our questions and helped direct us to the best choices for us to grow our family! We now are a happy family of three :)

Theyre great. Was upsetting so be dropped as patients/clients--and ongoing prescription go unfilled all of a sudden--after a certain amount of time had passed since we had paid for a high ticket item (surgery) with them. We couldnt reach them for weeks and we didnt receive any communication about the termination of service nor would they pass on the prescription they had ordered in the first place to our primary care physician (PCP). Thankfully we already had an appointment with our PCP scheduled during the time we had medication left for, or else this couldve caused a really adverse situation.Appreciate what the Center and Dr. Slater and the wonderful staff did for us though and after three prior miscarriages we now have a healthy baby.

I’ve had a great experience so far with this clinic. They are so good at keeping me updated and reaching out with any questions or concerns. Everyone has been so kind and very informing. I definitely recommend coming here!

ICRM was my second IVF clinic and the one that worked for me. I have a beautiful three month old son from my IVF there. I think IVF in general is an emotional and financial stress but the only option some of us have to for a chance at parenthood. It’s important to know going into it that there are no guarantees. That is one thing I liked about Dr. Slater and her team Maria and Kara. They didn’t give me false hope just to get my money but I did feel that they were compassionate and knowledgeable about all the procedures. I did a ton of research on doctors all over the country and found out Dr. Slater grew up in a household with a mother that was renowned in the fertility world. I think she really knows what she’s doing and felt my best odds were with her. I have a fear of getting my blood drawn and you have to do that a lot with IVF and I can honestly say I would have never made it through if the team wasn’t so nice and patient with me. I’m so grateful for my baby and the way I was treated by everyone in the office at ICRM.

We see Dr. Maas and we love him and the staff here! They are all very professional, the clinic is clean and organized and the communication is great! Dr. Maas is very thorough and presents things in a way to help you understand the process. You can tell he really cares about his patients and their success in starting their families. Theyve really come to feel like family. Were so grateful that we found them! We highly recommend!

If I could give them a million stars as a rating, I would. Infertility is something I would never wish on anyone who longs for a child. I came to ICRM completely exhausted and heartbroken. Quickly, after meeting Dr. Slater and ALL of her staff, I knew I was in the best possible hands I could be in and hope was renewed in me. I realized I was going to have to fight for this but I knew I was NEVER going to have to fight alone as long as I had Dr. Slater and the team alongside my spouse and I. ICRM became a place of hope in time of darkness. My husband and I are expecting our first little IVF miracle in the beginning of the new year. We will happily be going back to ICRM for siblings to our little one. I encourage and highly recommend them to anyone needing a little extra help - they will not steer you wrong and your dreams will come true here!

We cannot recommend ICRM highly enough. They held our hand every step of the way and made sure that we understood everything and had everything we needed. They were great at keeping us up to date and really got to know us and offered a personal service. They are all truly wonderful and professional people.

We truly appreciate ICRM. Not only were we able to have a baby but the process was seamless. Of course, we had hiccups but that is to be expected with this type of service. I was a patient at ICRM for a year and a half after being diagnosed with unexplained infertility by my OB. My husband also suffers with infertility, so we had the odds stacked against us and were told multiple times we couldn’t get pregnant. I went through 8 fertility treatments with Dr Maas before becoming pregnant and along the way him and his staff were my biggest cheerleaders. Even though it took us a long time to get pregnant, Dr Maas listened to my concerns, explained next steps with patience and understanding, and ultimately his decisions are what lead us to being pregnant with our boy girl twins. Finding out you won’t be able to have a family without the help of medical professionals can be hard to hear and very discouraging. However, from our very 1st appointment at ICRM we always felt very encouraged and that we had a chance!! Dr. Maas is such a great doctor and you can tell he really loves the work he does. He made us feel very comfortable and always kept us very informed. Throughout the entire IVF process from egg retrieval to fresh transfer and then 2 years later a frozen transfer we always felt well taken care of by the whole staff! After many years of trying on our own and with our normal OB/GYN we were referred to ICRM. We received an appointment quickly which was wonderful. We met with Dr. Maas for a consultation and created a plan. The staff was friendly and supportive which made a huge difference and we maneuvered through a whole new process. We did three rounds of treatment, and on round 3 we got our positive. During each round, the nurses would call to check on us (something that made us feel so supported). Not only did we love our doctor and the nurses but even the financial staff is amazing. At our first visit, the financial staff helped us look into our insurance and other financial programs the clinic offers. At each visit when we checked out and paid our bill Tammy was amazing, she really goes out of her way to get to know the patients and their stories. After we got our positive, ICRM made sure we were all set up with our normal OB doctor and made it a painless and very easy transition. Our little one is now 8 months old and when we are ready to add another will be going back to see Dr. Maas and the wonderful staff of ICRM.

ICRM and Dr. Tobler helped my dreams of motherhood come true. Without the dedicated staff including Dr. Tobler, the embryologists, lab techs, ultrasound techs, and coordinators I wouldn’t have my 3 month old baby today. I am so thankful that I had a wonderful doctor who cared and did everything possible to help me create a family.

My husband and I went to this clinic for about a year. We had 3 failed medicated cycles. We got recommended to start IVF. My husband and I were back and fourth from trying a IUI first for straight to IVF. We choose to go big or go home! Dr. Tobler was amazing throughout the entire process and made us feel so comfortable. We did our first embryo transfer in November 2021 and we are currently 16 weeks pregnant with our baby girl. Loved Dr.Mass and ICRM. Dr.Mass is very knowledgeable and has a good bedside manner. He explains things in general terms, and makes a stressful process less stressful. There were a few minor communication errors and I ended up spending and extra 1500 on medication that I didn’t need because of it. However, for the most part staff is very compassionate and understanding. I have b/g twins who just turned two.

Nothing I could say in a review would ever come close to my true appreciation for ICRM. I have had countless visits to this clinic over the last several years, both as an ovum donor and as a surrogate. Throughout all of my journeys, ICRM has always exceeded my every expectation. They listen, they take time to explain things perfectly, they have answered thousands of my questions, and they return phone calls (even after hours). They have been there, every single time. To smile, to cry, to celebrate. I have witnessed Dr. Slater’s commitment and passion on so many occasions that it makes me humble. No words. We saw Dr. Maas for our fertility challenges and were beyond pleased with the care we received from him and all of the staff at ICRM. From reception, to lab, to ultrasound, to the coordinators and everyone else involved they were all more than supportive and kind throughout the journey. Dr. Maas originally recommended IVF, which I was not prepared for emotionally. He respected that and didnt push me, despite it being the best odds for the outcome we desired. We did multiple rounds of IUI before I was able to wrap my head around IVF being the next step. Then COVID hit and put a delay on the IVF study that we were hoping to participate in. When it finally opened up again and we started the meds, an unfortunate cyst disqualified me from the study. Dr. Maas and his coordinators got me into the next possible cycle for standard IVF and were incredibly accommodating. It was a long two years but I am happy to share that I am 12-weeks pregnant with the result of our first round of IVF! The only thing I wish I had done different was to listen to Dr. Maas when he first recommended IVF. 100% would recommend him and the entire clinic to anyone who is starting the arduous journey of fertility treatment.

It took 2 years of trying, 1 full year at ICRM, but I am so thankful for them to now have two amazing babies! They never gave up on me even after treatments they thought would work had little response. 3 rounds of IVF and I have the best babies, I could never imagine being this lucky! I know infertility is scary but they did their best to put me at ease and really did become like family. Im so glad I never gave up! Thank you so much to the people that helped me become a mother! Im forever grateful!

Do not go here! They tried to charge me a new patient fee after my first appointment. Major red flag. ICRM is the only shop in town and they prey on womens desperation of having a baby. It felt like I was a cattle not a person, there was no empathy or compassion during my visit.Also, a friend of mine almost died from IVF from ICRM. Be careful!

Many of the positive reviews that I’ve read here are about Dr. Mass and they seem to be from folks that have used the clinic to have a baby. My daughter used the clinic to donate eggs. It was her first time and she is in her mid twenties.Things went horribly wrong for my daughter and she has been in and out of the hospital since. She’s there today as a result of more infection.The effort to prove a doctor is working outside of the scope of their expertise is an emotional and financial investment that most of us aren’t prepared for. But something needs to be done and patients need to be able to stand up for their rights. I invite anyone that has had poor care to contact me as this is important.Let me end with some questions. Should a medical practice be able to get away with: introducing infection that goes through the bloodstream causing agony for days while the doctor falters around? Should the doctors be preforming procedures such as removing a drain that they admittedly know nothing about causing intense pain and possible internal damage? Should a young beautiful woman be threatened with the possibility of losing her fertility as a result of lack of care? I’ve got a lot more to share but these are a few highlights.Do you question my words? I’ve got pictures and recordings. I welcome anyone to take a look. From start to finish, first consult to graduation to an ob/gyn for successful pregnancy I love ICRM. Every single person on staff wants you to feel valued and have zero confusion.Dr. Slater and her staff are professional, sweet and helpful. *UPDATE* We now have two beautiful boys thanks to ICRM. Our second was born Nov 2017.* I feel terrible seeing all of the poor reviews on here. Fertility issues really do bring out the most raw, painful emotions in a person; I truly do feel for all those who turned to ICRM in their most desperate times and still were not able to conceive. My wife and I are a same-sex couple who obviously needed medical assistance conceiving. We assumed that I had no fertility issues going in, but even with careful timing, medications, switching donors, and lots of support, it still took 6 IUIs to finally conceive our son. Throughout the process I felt nothing but love and support from the entire ICRM staff. There were hugs and tears when our first IUI ended in a chemical pregnancy and hugs and tears the day we graduated from the fertility clinic. The staff there does absolutely everything within their power to help you have a baby. I felt like they wanted it just as badly for us as we wanted it for ourselves. Our phone calls were always returned on the same day, and we got in for a same-day appointment on several occasions- even once when I was just freaking myself out and needed to see that heartbeat on the ultrasound. The staff was always very helpful. Im happy to announce that we now have a beautiful baby boy, born in December, 2015. Even though we now live closer to a fertility center in Utah, we look forward to working with The Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine again when its time for a sibling. It will be well worth the travel time. I would recommend them to anyone. To those of you who have yet to conceive: sending you lots of love and baby dust! Never give up!

After two failed IVF treatments through ICRM I received very little sympathy. In fact, they day after finding out my last embryo failed, I received a call trying to get me to start the whole process over again (who has 50k just lying around to spend on IVF yearly?). When I sent an email letting them know this is a painful practice they shouldnt do, I was hoping for at least a response saying they were sorry and understood and would not try to get people to start the process over so quickly. Nothing. Not a word. I feel like they just wanted my money.

ICRM is the absolute best place to go when needing any type of Fertility treatment or even guidance. Their staff is caring and devoted. You will always get them at their best! I appreciate working with them in the past and look forward to working with them in the future.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. We had used this place for about 6 months, in that time we never once met our doctor and trying to get in contact with her only left us with her assistant always calling back in her place. My husband and I went thru all the testing they said we needed… just for them to come back and say everything was normal and that we just needed a little help. After months of medications, thousands of dollars, and a failed iui, we decided to step away from this place. I am not saying the failed iui was the fault of anyone BUT… we went to a new doctor and she was able to pin point exactly why we had lost so many pregnancies and what was wrong with just one appointment and one test. If we would’ve been more than just a number to this place and maybe have been able to meet with our “doctor” just once, we may have had a different outcome with our iui and time spent here. This place felt wrong from the very beginning and I wish I would’ve listened to my gut.

I was a patient of Dr. Slaters from April-Oct 2017. We had two failed attempts through no fault of the clinic or the procedures, however I will say that the bedside manner of Dr. Slater and her medical assistant left much to be desired. I had two miscarriages and they were explained without much compassion. There were instances where Id call, crying and with pain or questions and did not hear back from them until 6+ hours later. And many instances where they talked to me having not reviewed my chart and seemed clueless as to my plan or course of treatment. And you can NEVER reach a nurse right away.. You always have to leave a message regardless of whats happening. I had two miscarriages under their care. In the end they had no answers as to why it wasnt working.. by all accounts I was fine. The clinics saving grace is Tammy at the front desk, who was always kind and sincere, along with Lauren the ultrasound Tec.. They treated me like more than just a paycheck.I plan to go to Utah for IVF since there is a clinic there with a high success rate and almost half the cost of IVF at the ICRM.

Im a first time surrogate. I have a lot of interest in learning new things especially when related to the medical field. Dr. Maas and his staff are amazing. Welcoming honest and easy to talk with and always willing to answer any questions I might have.

Our experience with ICRM Boise was nothing but a positive experience. The staff was always caring and considerate of us and very friendly. They especially went out of their way to help us when we had some special circumstances with our IVF cycle. After 6 months of failed clomid, 3 failed IUIs, we decided to try IVF. After the egg retrieval I got something called ovarian hyper stimulation. After a week of being very uncomfortable and sick, I went into the clinic to see if they could help me. Dr. Slater saw me sitting in the waiting room and saw how miserable I looked, she immediately took care of things. They got me right back and ended up having to drain excess fluid off of me 2 different times. It was Dr. Slaters knowledge, professionalism and calm, caring, demeanor that helped me through this difficult interim to finding out if the IVF cycle had even worked. Thankfully the process worked and we later found out that not only were we pregnant but we were having twins. We now have beautiful twin boys who are happy, healthy and full of life. We are so thankful to Dr. Slater and her incredible staff for helping make our dreams come true and we would definitely recommend them!

I came all the way from California to have my eggs frozen with Dr. Maas and am very pleased with my experience. Ive known Dr. Maas professionally for several years. He is an excellent physician and infertility specialist. Hes empathetic towards his patients and always has the patients best interest in mind. It was worth it for me to take a week off work to have my procedure done at Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine--Especially because I ended up with 25 mature eggs and no ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome!The initial counseling was done by phone a month before I arrived. I was emailed a calendar detailing when to start and stop medications, and when to get my baseline labs and ultrasounds in California. My prescriptions were sent to a mail order pharmacy and I was able to bring the vials and needles with me through TSA without any issues. Once I arrived in Boise, the process was very easy. The clinic runs efficiently so I was able to get in and out for lab draws and ultrasounds first thing in the morning. That left me the rest of the day to explore the city and go for walks/hikes along the Greenbelt. The clinic staff was also lovely. The exam rooms were clean and inviting.I highly recommend ICRM and Dr. Maas.

I love the staff. Honestly, after helping me conceive my 3 boys (singleton and twins), and after a few miscarriages, they feel like family to me. If that were the only thing to rate, I would give 5 stars...The only reason I am giving it three stars is because I really wish they were in network with more insurance companies. They are only in network with a specific blue cross blue shield. My husbands work was the only place in Idaho who used that insurance. (Good for us, but not for others) it was the only reason we were able to do IVF to conceive our twins.Now, even my husband doesnt have that branch of insurance (still at same company). While I am able to petition my insurance to cover at in-network, I still have to pay OOP and wait for my insurance to pay me back.We did this last year. Got pregnant (hoping to complete our family) but miscarried. We still have frozen embryos and still have insurance coverage for fertility treatments but the hassle of getting it covered as in-network plus paying up front is stopping us from trying again.

I cannot speak about my experience with docs or nurses but I will say my experience with the front office alone was enough to make me go out of state for a clinic that has treated me so much better. It was very difficult to find an opening, they had the smallest windows to choose from, my DH is a doc as well and I still gave them what I could in terms of available times and nothing was aligning bc they only offered certain days at 8am and thats only certain weeks on certain days bc the docs arent working or in cycle. After some bad phone connections the receptionist used the words are you sure youre destined to make this appointment? REALLY??! Ive already been treated so much better at another clinic who does much more business even. I was given some flexible dates or times and financial information wasnt masked until the first consult like Idaho Reproductive tries to do. Youre in the business of working with women who are very hurt and sensitive as it is I would certainly recommend hiring front office who can at least come across as empathetic and accommodating

ICRM is by far the greatest group of people. Such big hearts. They never gave up trying to make me a mommy and now I have two beautiful boys because of them!!! They make you feel like their top priority and never anything less.

When we first went to the clinic we felt as if we were treated like cattle. Unfortunately for us, theyre the only clinic in the area. Due to this lack of compassion and individualized care, we decided to go out of state for treatment. After visiting the clinic in San Diego we now know what it feels like being a patient and not a number. Unfortunately, since we are seeking treatment out of state, my wife has to be monitored locally at this facility. The treatment received as a monitoring patient has been disapponting to say the least. Again, my wife is a number with dollar signs attached. There is no discussions, explanations or compassion shown during her appointments. Case in point, they refused to educate her on the use of a standard tool used for medication application. My wife left in tears and again we both left disappointed. So sad since we are already dealing with the stressful situation of infertility. If you are needing this type of treatment, I advise you to please look at ALL your options!

As my wife and I navigate the surrogacy process with ICRM we have been very happy with the process!

My Story: My husband and I got married in Sep of 2006. We started to try to have a baby right away as I was 26. After a year I went to the OBGYN and he gave me 6m months of clomid but it did not work. So I lost like 30 pounds and tried again for 3 months. Then I went to a fertility Dr. Dr Slater (LOVE HER) and we did some testing. Tube, and blood and all kinds. There was no reason for us not to get pregnant but it just was not happening. So we did three IUIs but none of them worked. We waited a year and did one more IUI and I got a cyst and so we canceled the IUI. So, I did a Gastric Bypass to lose more weight and started running. But after 2 years of good health we still had no baby. So we tried one more IUI in Nov 1st of 2012 at over 6 years of trying I got pregnant with my Son. Ivan was born at 24 Weeks and 4 Days. He passed away after 2 days due to massive brain bleeds. So we tried naturally for 6 months after him. Then we did 3 more IUIs. None of them worked. Paul and I got better insurance that would cover IVF and we started that process in July of 14. We transferred 1 Embryo in Aug and I had a chemical pregnancy. So we transferred 2 in September and it did not work. So we did 2 more in October, we had a chemical again and it lasted almost 6 weeks. Then we did a another full IVF from Nov to Dec and transferred 1 and froze one in December and we had yet another Chemical pregnancy. So I took the month of January off. I did notice my heart rate to be high that month. So in February we transfered my last two frozen embryos. They did not work. So I got ready for another IVF, with more testing that came up negative for anything wrong with either of us. Dr. Slater did suggest that it could be my eggs were not good and to have genetic testing done at about 3000.00 and we decided to do that. So, we got ready for an IVF in April and then a transfer in June with testing done on the embryo. The problem was that I only got 1 embryo this time and so it was not worth the money to try to test it. My HCG on it was 5 which are not good and then it was negative 2 days later. After that I landed myself in the ER with a condition called Silent Thryoidsis which you can get after having many close together pregnancys or just after a regular pregnancy. So I had to deal with that all summer. That was not fun. But, as soon as it was over we decided along with Dr. Slater to go ahead and do Embryo Donation, where a couple has donated there leftover embryos to couples that IVF is just not working well for. We transferred two embryo’s November 19th of 2015 and we are happy to announce that we are having boy/girl twins due in Aug of 2016. So, I really thing trying and persevering is worth it. Dr.Slater and her staff are excellent and really feel for you and want you to succeed! A Big thank you to the DR for not giving up on me!!

My Fiancé and I showed up for our appointment at 8am that We had for 2.5 months (counting down the days!!) only to find out they cancelled it because I did not answer my phone. Im very dissatisfied and if it was like this In the beginning Im glad We didnt go any further with there services!!! Leaving in tears wasnt exactly what we were planning.

Dr. Maas is amazing! Helped us get our little miracle! Highly recommend.

When my husband and I went to this clinic my first thoughts about it was not what I was expecting I thought this place was in something like a hospital set type thing not something that looked like a house we were a little skeptical at first but once in the building it was different it had a doctor office feel but also a home like feel to it the staff was very nice and understanding to us we couldnt afford the IVF at that time but we will be going back to under go the IVF soon
