This was my first time at Bridger Care. The front/back desk employees were very friendly and helpful. My Nurse Practitioner was kind, professional, and knowledgeable.

I just got my first IUD inserted at Bridgercare today. The doctor who inserted it was named Chloe Georgeton and she couldn’t have made me feel more comfortable. Chloe also must be a pro at inserting IUDs since it only hurt a little but wayyyyy less than I thought it would. Also Kayleen McQuillan was also a super awesome and supportive care tech during the whole appointment and even held my hand during the insertion. Anyways the entire experience was truly awesome and we even were able to watch Chappell Roan TikTok’s while it was happening. 10/10 couldn’t have been a better experience

This poor review is aimed at the financial aspect and NOT the quality in care I received. The quality of care was exceptional and all the staff were professional and accommodating and deserve good praise.However..I received a $300 bill for a simple UTI. I received a BV swab, and a urine test. THATS IT! I am a women trying to make ends meet who pays for health insurance on top of getting slapped with a $300 bill.If I had state health insurance or NO insurance, but still had an income it would be free. So basically I am overcharged to make up for the loss of income from other peoples free services. I am not really seeing how thats fair to charge me that much.Bozeman Health charged half the price of what Bridger Care charged for my most recent UTI. Just putting that out there.

Scheduled a blood test and got me in promptly. Friendly and caring staff listened well and gave me the highest quality care. Very nice facilities. Overall excellent organization.

Stars for the community work they do. 2 stars lost for inconsistencies for long term birth control coverage. They prescribe you one year of coverage. After that year of prescriptions is up, they will not refill prescriptions unless you come in for a wellness check, regardless of your age or consistency in using the same method. They also don’t notify you that your prescription is up or that you need an annual check (like say the dentist does). Multiple times I’ve gone up to the pharmacy counter only to find out Bridgercare denied the refill to the pharmacy, and now I need to drive to Bozeman, make an appointment, recall the pharmacy, and hopefully get my prescription in time. It’s led to some last minute trips and inconsistency in coverage. They work with you when you go to their front desk, but it’s hard to get someone on the phone to resolve it remotely.

Wonderful staff, great doctor. I have fairly uncomplicated needs (an IUD placement, pap every 5 yrs & questions about having another child in my later 30s). I felt like all my questions were answered & I got the best gynaecological care offered in the valley. Though my insurance covers my visits, I’m grateful there is a sliding fee scale for those that need it!

Bridgercare is the best. The staff are friendly, patient, respectful, and knowledgeable, from the front desk to the physicians. Unlike other providers these days, they take the time to listen, answer questions, and trust patients to know their own bodies best. They go above and beyond to be inclusive and make sure every patient feels comfortable and safe. I’m so grateful for this amazing resource in our community.

I was not able to get into my normal provider for several weeks but was able to make an appointment here, same day. The last time I was seen here was 6 years ago and I was so grateful for them then and am so thankful they are still here now. I was brought back within minutes, the provider saw me with almost no wait time. Care was nonjudgemental, thorough, and friendly. Bozeman is incredibly lucky to have this resource for all income levels in our community and I hope they are able to continue care here for years to come.

Incredibly sweet and attentive staff! Everyone was so nice from the moment I walked through the door. I came in for an IUD replacement which are notoriously painful. My nurse practitioner was an absolute sweetheart and made it as quick and painless as possible! She gave me multiple options on what I could do during it to make me as comfortable as she could as well! I would highly recommend them!!

I love Bridgercare so much! I only go to Bridgercare for my reproductive health. I’ve had great experiences with IUD placement/replacement, screening/testing, and prescriptions. It’s easy to feel comfortable at the clinic.

Fantastic facility. I was treated with kindness and respect on a first time appointment. I was seen quickly, and the NP answered all of my questions and concerns within a very reasonable time limit! Wonderful, caring clinic. I was able to set an appointment with ease and clear instructions of what to expect. Everyone in the office is kind and respectful. The best part is they offer chaperone services so even though I went in alone, I was able to have a nurse hold my hand during my appointment which kept me calm and relaxed. Bridgercare is my go-to for womens health. I just feel so comfortable there and that Im always in good hands. I see someone different almost every time I go but I have always had positive experiences (even if Im going through a hard time with my health). The provider and nurse I saw were both wonderful, and treated me like a person. I especially appreciated that they didn’t try to shuffle me out the door right away once the procedure was done. This was the best healthcare experience I’ve ever had, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who’s had a negative experience with a reproductive healthcare provider. They centered my comfort and every staff member I interacted with was wonderful.

I personally had a terrible experience here. I was recommended by a friend to try Bridger Care and unfortunately I will never return and I will not recommend to anyone. The second I stepped into the office they were questioning my finances and trying to get me to get financial support but denied be the opportunity 30 seconds later because my roommates are considered to contribute to my monthly income. After re-iterating that I am a dependent who supports herself and is a full-time college student, the receptionist told me once again I do not qualify for any sort of assistance. Not to mention I never asked about assistance in the first place, she insisted I fill out the BREIF survey.I then went into my appointment where I got advice that made my condition worse. I was told to pay for pills out of pocket and that my insurance WOULD APPROVE it later and send me a check in the mail to compensate for my out of pocket payment. As a full-time student who works pay-check to pay-check, the $150.00 initial bill was a lot to swallow, not to mention my insurance never approved the medication and I was out $150.00. On top of all of this, the medication prescribed to me ended up making my condition worse and giving me ovarian cysts.This office is too quick to get any money and too quick to jump to conclusions about your health without running any tests. This experience not only lost me money, but caused me serious pain and scarring which also set me back hundreds having to go see another doctor.When I called back to share my experience, the doctor made me feel inferior and insisted I tell her the second opinion I saw. She then proceeded to tell her how her diagnoses was the right call even after it gave me ovarian cysts!!!!This experience left me feeling uncomfortable around medical professionals and had me put my guard up regarding my health. I now do not feel like I can trust my doctors to give me the right care possible because of this experience. All of their ads, employees, and marketing make you feel like this is the right place for you but instead they chew you up and spit you out with no regard to your well-being or mental health.I left here shaken up, disappointed, lied to, and 3 steps back in my health journey.

I have been going to Bridger Care since 1990. I am always made to feel like I am with a family of caregivers that both knows me and understands my needs, regardless of the change of staff over the decades that I have been a client.

I went here for STD testing since it is free for teens on Mondays. The staff had questions they ask prior to make sure they can help you properly since your medical history and sexual history differs from others. They made me feel comfortable and welcome. I am an introverted shy person and talking about things like that make me feel dirty but for some reason they made it seem very easy and I was able to talk about everything. They helped me get care that Billings Clinic would not provide and they provided reassurance that I am negative. Even then they assured me that if anything were positive they would get me the help and treatment I needed to live with it and have a happy and healthy life. The staff is very sweet and helpful. The nurses are kind and very explanatory so you understand what is going on. The doctors are respectful, good listeners, inclusive, reassuring, and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend bridger care for reproductive and sexual health needs. They even put in a referral for a psychiatrist to help get back on my meds for my mental health :) wonderful people and I had a wonderful experience

Based on frustrations with the system regarding other medical facilities Ive been to, I decided to give Bridgercare a try for my annual visit. I was surprised not to be put on an extensive waiting list for my yearly annual. In fact I was in within days of calling. I appreciate that I wasnt put on some long list to be seen. The new facility is very nice and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Beginning with the front desk, and the support staff, I was pleased at how welcoming and efficient they were. I saw Dr. Casper, and she was great. She was kind and considerate: asking good questions, listening, and never making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. I would highly recommend services at Bridgercare. Our community is beyond lucky to have them here!

For the past few years Ive come to only brisgercare and the only complaint I had was within my 4th appointment where I expressed my concerns and told them that I was uncomfortable and asked for more clarification on what was happening. They did not offer any other help or information and left the room. But that was one of the 3 people I saw that day and other then that Ive talked with very helpful staff, very understanding people who actually care about my health and my understanding of things. Today I had an appointment and the lady that took care of my appointment was very sweet and understanding. I got my depo in the comfort of my car and it was very quick and easy. I am very afraid of needles and the way she did it today was the easiest shot Ive ever gotten and she helped my anxiety practically disappear. I would 10/10 recommend coming to bridgercare for birth control and any questions about sexual health you may have. They are all wonderful caring people who work hard to give you their best help and advice while keeping you healthy.

My nurse Catherine Akin was very professional and compassionate about my personal issues. I felt at ease and very well cared for. I can’t highly recommend Bridger Care enough. Sue was my doctor and was non judgmental, empathetic and listened to all my concerns with an easy ear and the best professional advice.Bridger Care is my new primary office for help.

Wow took my 16 year old daughter here as we felt it was time for her to have her first gynecological exam and it was the worst experience. First of all they told me, her mom I was not allowed back with her even though my daughter and I are very close and she wanted me to be there. Then they told me they would see her first and I would be called back after a certain amount of time. Well after this scheduled appointment that took an hour, my daughter came walking through the exit door and no nurse ever called me back. We were both so perplexed and she was so upset with how things went in the exam. The questions they asked were so insulting and made her feel that she did not want to be open with these people. Then they had said ‘sliding scale’ before the exam then once we went to finalize they said $290 and you are responsible for anything your insurance won’t cover. I went to this place almost 30 years ago when I moved here (it was a different name back then) and I must say, the people were kind, compassionate and really caring. Unfortunately this is not the experience we just endured. I want girls to know to stay with your pediatrician as long as you can and maybe only go to this place for treatment and or birth control if you have no or limited insurance. My gynecologist has retired now which is a shame as he was awesome. I can see that when she turns 18 she will go anywhere other than Bridger (not) Care.

Bridger Care has been absolutely amazing for me. They’re so kind, happy, and helpful every time I have contacted them or had an appointment. I have consistently received outstanding care from them for years.

Getting my IUD made me almost pass out, but the staff there helped me get through it. The nurses there are kind and compassionate and the Dr. Who did my procedure made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The procedure was the most painful thing I’ve done, and if it wasn’t for that staff it would have been worse.

This is one of my favorite clinics in all of MT! Dr. Casper is extremely thorough and easy to work with, and don’t forget how nice she and all of the other staff is!! Seriously, so so helpful. Also, Jen was one of my nurses and she gave me juice after a shot, so like, I’d give 10/5 stars if I could. Love them all

Overall, I cant recommend Bridgercare enough. They are so nice and very accepting. A friendly environment makes all the difference in receiving medical care.I have been here a couple times before, but wanted to give the staff a special shoutout for my most recent visit. Yesterday I went in for an IUD insertion (not a super fun time) but the staff was incredible. They explained the process to me in a very in depth manner (which helped a lot because I have anxiety, especially in medical environments). They gave me many opportunities to ask any questions or voice any concerns I had. During the procedure, Karlee Haus was amazing, i was allowed to listen to music, and she was great about asking if I needed a breather when the discomfort got a bit intense. Afterwards, they gave me a juice box and made sure I was feeling okay before I left. They were incredibly kind.Also worth mentioning is their sliding pay scale. I am lucky enough to have great insurance so this was not an issue for me personally, but if you have financial struggles, they will always find a way to work with you.

Bridgercare has a very welcoming staff, the facility was very clean, and everyone was very friendly. Not having health insurance and working seasonally makes doctor visit very financially stressful for me, but Bridgercare had a great discount and payment plan that made it a lot more affordable for me.

I met with Chloe about PMDD. She was super informative, kind, patient, and genuine. Gave me some hope after everything Ive been through.

I get my hormone treatment through bridgercare and its the best experience Ive ever had with trans healthcare. I thought it would take forever for me to even get a consultation but within 2 weeks of me calling I already got my first dose. Bridgercare operates on an informed consent basis so you dont have to get a letter from a therapist, which is very helpful for people like me who are no longer seeing a therapist and live out of state. The providers and nurses are super nice and friendly and will always go out of their way to help you without judgment. Highly recommend going through bridgercare if youre a trans person looking to start hormone treatment. Their sliding fee scale is also very helpful since Im a broke college student lol

Ive had nothing but absolutely fantastic experiences here. When I got my IUD, they allowed my partner to come into the room and hold my hand, and the doctor let me take the insertion at my own pace. Ive always felt very comfortable and well-taken care of.

Had no sort of pain relief options for procedures in the spirit of being “natural” not even local anesthetic. There’s nothing natural about having an IUD placed in my body so why should I not have any options for pain relief besides self medicating 800mg of ibuprofen which has been clinically proven not to eliminate IUD pain. Also while in the lobby they had several people come to the desk who they double booked appointments for and refused to see.

This place is outstanding. Ive taken several friends here (one who was living with us and was 18, one who was dealing with a sexual health issue she wasnt ready to share with other adults yet) and they have all reported outstanding and compassionate care. The sliding scale fee really helps for young adults who do not have resources of their own and takes away a major obstacle to their seeking care. In at least one of those cases, I was worried that my friend was not going to be able to navigate her situation because she was very nervous, but her experience was really positive. Maybe some patients are concerned about personal questions, but it was really helpful for her to have specific questions to respond to when dealing with her experience. The teen clinic is also an amazing resource. Highly recommended.

Provider was rude and at first told me they would be able to get my meds and then at the last second told me they wouldnt feel comfortable doing so. if you have mental health issues, I do not recommend coming here to chat or to get medication. they will make you feel awful for having anything more complicated than depression while talking down to you.

I come to Bridger care for my depo shot. All the providers and nurses are awesome! If you have any concerns or anything wrong they genuinely care and will do everything they can to figure out whats wrong and treat it.

I was terrified to get my Nexplanon removed. This was my first time at Bridgercare and they offered me a hand to hold, water, and good conversation while I was getting it removed. I definitely cried and had a mild anxiety attack but that was all due to the removal When it came to the nurses, doctor and front desk ladies there I’ve never felt more taken care of and at home! Thank you.

Went in yesterday for an annual exam. A few weeks ago I was also there to renew my birth control. They have always been nothing but kind and professional at Bridgercare! Wonderful people.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff, lovely building and exam rooms. I will continue to be seen as long as they will let me.

From the moment I walked in, I could see that my core values would not align. It gave me Planned Parenthood vibes and I was asked very awkward and personal questions that were not relevant to my health care needs. Will NEVER return.

Amazing! I dislike going anywhere that I have to be vulnerable, to the point where I just don’t go. I finally sucked it up and made an appointment. The staff was beyond friendly and really made me feel comfortable and not judged at all.

I was able to get in and out very quickly! The staff helped me every step of the way, and they were very kind. They have a sliding fee scale for payments, so even if you dont have much money they will definitely help you!

I absolutely love Bridgercare. I have been going here for awhile now. They are transgender friendly and affirming. I highly recommend this clinic. They do way more than just reproductive health care.

Theyre very kind and inclusive here, being sure to know and use my preferred name and my pronouns. I feel safe and confidently cared for every time I go in. I just moved to Bozeman a few months ago and Im relieved to know where I can go for some of my healthcare needs.

I really appreciated your LGBTQ+ training for healthcare professionals & I would highly recommend this training to any person who works in healthcare from ancillary staff & nurses to medical providers & pharmacists. My husband also joined this training as a paramedic, so it really is appropriate for many different healthcare roles. This training gave me the tools & foundational knowledge to start this process of making my practice more LGBTQ+ friendly.I have also been a patient at Bridgercare. Ive seen Karlee Haus, Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the clinic a few times. Karlee is very helpful & provides solid education without being patronizing or intimidating. She has a comfortable & friendly demeanor. She is certainly someone I will schedule with at Bridgercare again for future healthcare needs for myself. Yay for Nurse Practitioners!Since I also work in healthcare, I am very comfortable recommending Bridgercare to my own patients as an excellent place of care for teens, adults, and LGBTQ+ folks. Im so glad that Bridgercare exists as an option for both myself & for my patients!

I needed an appointment ASAP. I simply went to their website and was able to pick a good time for me. Gave my name and number and was confirmed! My doctor was so nice, she helped with exactly what I needed and I was in and out.

Horrible experience. Went in with severe pelvic pain and random symptoms that mimicked pregnancy signs. Knew I shouldn’t be pregnant b/c I had an iud. They examined me gave me a pregnancy test, told me I was not pregnant (of course) and indicated the visit was over. I reminded them that I was there about my pain and asked if they could do something else. They did an super quick ultrasound said I wasn’t pregnant again and said they couldn’t do anything else. I asked for suggestions on what to do, she said to go to my general practitioner(the same practitioner that referred me to bridgercare) I was humiliated and in tears leaving the office. Within the next week was able to get in at the hospital women’s clinic and over the course of them running several tests found out I had a fairly large ovarian cyst. Would not recommend Bridgercare at all unless you just need some birth control or a pregnancy test.

Just found my woman’s health doctor. Staff is caring, knowledgeable and communicative. Will be bringing my daughter here too!

Staff and nurses are extreamly kind. Lgbtq friendly. Clean huge spaces. I would reccomenx!

I got my IUD replaced here and the staff went out of their way to make that experience as least painful as possible. Everyone is always so kind

I wouldnt go anywhere else for reproductive health. i used to go to bozeman deaconess and while they never mistreated me or did any harm to me, i never got any information besides my baseline results from BD, and even then i wasnt getting all of the information. in my roughly 20min appt with Bridgercare today i got more information about what’s going on with me than ive gotten in a year of seeing someone at BD. do not go to BD if you want information on your reproductive health cause you will not get it. Bridgercare shows that they not only care about giving you your health results but also (and most importantly) making sure you understand everything that they’re telling you about YOUR body.
