Dr Lewis was my doctor and she was very pleasant and went over the treatment in detail.However their accounting team is nothing to write home about. They are horrible, I had health insurance along side stock club for fertility coverage, both of which were clearly given to the office and is on my portal, only to get a bill 2 years later and they take no responsibility for not sending it to the insurance or contacting me on time. I got threatened with collections if I don’t pay, it’s somehow my fault that the insurance card clearly on the portal was not sent the bill and 2 years later it’s too late to bill insurance. I sent the screenshot showing my card was clearly in the portal, she said I needed to prove when I uploaded it, like how do I do that? I’m not in IT or have access to the portal’s backend data. One of the agents Elizabeth hung up the phone on me, it’s been really stressful, to have their mistake be put on me and my choice is cuff out thousands or have your credit damaged. Be aware, I would not recommend this office if you have a choice.

Dr. Slayden was great. The consultation was more like a conversation with a friend rather than a doctor. He showed that he genuinely cared about me and my specific situation. Im looking forward to working with him and his team.

Dr. Slayden was very knowledgeable, personable and funny! He was very easy to talk to and was very helpful. He seemed to really care about our journey and gave us our best options and explained the benefits and risks to each. I definitely recommend!

First of all, let me start by saying this was a 5-star review despite my issues, and is now a 1-star review due to the stress Ive endured here.Suffice it to say this clinic does not care about their patients, my cycle was not only delayed once due to forgetting to order my IVF drugs, but then they botched my directive and had me trigger in the AM, not the PM. I lost all of my eggs - and the consolation was oops well try again in 2024.I asked to cancel my cycle in November - it is now January and they have ignored and dodged all of my messages and calls for a refund. Its absolutely ridiculous. I would take never having children in my entire life than to work with this clinic again.

Great consultation. Doctor Slayden was personable and also direct with us. We felt like we were getting the whole picture.

My initial consultation was great. I felt comfortable discussing my history and expectations and left having a good idea of what to expect.

If youre looking for a fertility doctor who is going to make you feel comfortable through a hard process, this is your place. Not to mention, the nurses and staff at this location are beyond nice. I have nothing but good things to say.

They are amazing. My wife and I have been going through this journey since April and it’s a lot but these people have answered every question, every phone call, have given us great advice, and guided us every step of the way.

Why aren’t these people accommodating to those who have to work?? And then have the nerve to closed on weekends!! Most people work 9-6 and these people close at 3! Must be nice 😒
