Female/21- I’m writing this mid session as an outsider, as I’m sitting here with my partner who has been at a loss for answers and relief. I could feel the pressure and energy leave his body real time, it was amazing! this sanctuary will work with you and dig deep into finding out how they can best help you. We had Kyle and he was so great to us! Extremely welcoming! It was our first time here and we will definitely be back! I’m writing this as just your average “joe” whos afraid of needles, but next session I will definitely be joining in the healing process!

After over extending my shoulder and elbow playing pickleball I decided to try some acupuncture to heal the effected area. I found Heaven & Earth Acupuncture through a google search. I have had acupuncture treatments in the past so have something to compare my current experience with. I was very impressed with Heaven & Earth. The ease at making appointments, the location and the staff are all so enjoyable. The office is very calming from the moment you arrive. I cant say enough about the treatments received From Kyle. I highly recommend Heaven & Earth Acupuncture.

I turned to acupuncture after several vertigo episodes that left me with lingering feelings of dizziness and nausea. After the first acupuncture treatment, these issues were gone. I continue to go because I am in my seventies and it just makes me feel better. I can live my life fully again. I highly recommend Heaven and Earth Acupuncture. Kyle is excellent.

I had been skeptical about acupuncture, but did my research to try and find someone I might be comfortable with to give it a try. I have lower back pain due to spinal stenosis. I do regular chiropractic visits and at one time did a few cortisone injections. I wanted to find something that might be a better natural solution that I could do on an ongoing basis as you can only have 2-3 injections per year. Dr. Kyle had so many good reviews and has lived up to them as you can see by mine. Hes very down to earth and personable. He makes the experience comfortable and relaxing in addition to being professional and knowledgeable at what he does. I waited until I had several sessions to complete a review so I could accurately judge the effects. I had a break over the holidays and thats when I realized that I felt it was helping me and that I wanted to continue. I highly recommend him if you plan to try this treatment.

I started going to Kyle for my mental health. During the initial FREE consultation, he listened to my symptoms and chose a treatment plan best for me. Then he did the acupuncture and gave me a button in case I needed to ring him. I stayed in the room to rest for about 30-40 minutes while nice music was playing and a heating machine was placed over my stomach.Not only is Kyle extremely skilled at what he does, he has made my first time ever coming to acupuncture a wonderful experience. He also provides different payment plans that work for you, even if your insurance doesn’t go through, so you aren’t breaking the bank! I will always suggest coming to Heaven and Earth for any acupuncture experience (they offer massages too but I haven’t personally tried them!). Also, the rest of the staff (the ladies at the front desk) are extremely friendly and always make you feel welcome.

Welcoming and soothing lobby. The acupuncture has given me more pain relief than the 3 neurologists Ive seen! Highly recommend.

I am suffering from neuropathy in my feet from chemotherapy. Kyle has been amazing at explaining how accupuncture can help relieve the pain this is causing. He is kind, and gentle. I have never had accupuncture before and it has been a great experience. Neuropathy requires additional treatment because of the nerve damage but I am starting to notice a defference just after 3 weeks. Heaven and Earth is a clean and professional clinic. I would recommend you let Kyle help you heal in a natural way.

I really appreciated the honesty and The explanation he gave me as to the procedure and what it all entails. The rooms were amazingly clean the staff was amazingly nice and Kyle Smith the practitioner in acupuncture he explains everything so well and he is very well at what he does. I am from New Mexico. I was going to visit my daughter in Milwaukee. I was having trouble with my nerves in my back. I called and Amanda answered the phone. She was awesome to deal with. I arrived for my appointment and Kyle was so awesome to talk to and deal with.. we joked and he informed me everything that was going to happen. I was very surprised and happy. My daughter loves coming here! She has been seeing Kyle for acupuncture for a few weeks now to help alleviate menstrual related problems as well as dizziness due to her recent POTS diagnosis. She leaves each session feeling relaxed and is provided much needed relief from her symptoms.

I recently set up an appointment for my 72 year old father for his wellness. He has been having issues with his right arm to the point where he cant even move it. Hes been to doctors and has racked up a high bill with absolutely no answers. One session with Kyle and he has already started to have feelings in his arm! My dad received a free consultation and had acupuncture work done same day with results! They even checked with my dads insurance to see if its covered for future visits. Their fees are very reasonable even if not covered by insurance. If you have ever wanted to try acupuncture I most definitely recommend Heaven & Earth!My dads story of his experience:This was my first time ever doing acupuncture. I usually go to the doctor, but I wasnt getting anywhere with them. When I arrived at Heaven & Earth It was a very peaceful and calm experience. Kyle was very nice and listened to my problems I have been dealing with my arm and hand. Kyle placed needles in my arms, hand and on the forehead, I didnt feel any pain at all. He put a sun lamp on my arm and let the needles sit for 20 minutes. After the treatment Kyle was nice enough to wrap my fingers up in a bandage. I will be going back to continue my treatments! I 100% recommend Kyle at Heaven on Earth Acupuncture.

This is my first experience with acupuncture and Im three visits in now! Kyle and the staff have been great, explaining everything as well as asking questions about why I was there.Ive been having headaches mainly due to arthritis in my neck. Theres really nothing that can be done for that besides surgery (on my neck? no way!), or steroid shots - again, thats a no!After three sessions and doing some simple stretching exercises, Im getting some real relief. Ive even backed off the anti-inflammatory drugs!They even found out its covered by my insurance which was very helpful.

Kyle Smith is the best! My back pain is resolved and numbness and tingling in thigh is gone. This has been a very pleasant experience. Kyle is very professional and will give you all the time you need and answers all the questions you have. Acupuncture has certainly improved my health and I’m so glad I gave it a try!

This is my second visit to Kyle. I went to him many years ago to help with my allergies. I made 3-5 visits over the course of several weeks and it was effective to keep my sinus allergies under control. So much so that I no longer needed his care. Just recently I have been dealing with some sciatica. It was good to see Kyle again and love the new place. New to me since it had been a number of years. Great staff and enjoy the Fungshui and terracotta men. I have had success in gaining relief from my sciatica. Thanks Kyle.

Amazing place! Kyle and the staff here are wonderful! The first visit is free because he wants his clients to see if “we are the right fit for you.” I was so impressed with that mindset instead of “this is the only place to go.” They are upfront about the cost and offer packages to bring that down. Went to see Kyle for neck pain (I could barely turn my head). Was a little nervous never having acupuncture before but, nothing else helped (chiro, etc.). I was pleased to finally get relief after my first treatment. I will definitely be going back to treat/maintain pain long term. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere is very calming/welcoming. They even check to see if your insurance covers treatment. Their fees are very reasonable even if not covered by insurance. I would highly recommend!

We initially began seeking treatment for our 7 year old daughter as part of a wellness plan to improve her lung function, help with headaches, promote restful sleep, and help with emotional regulation. This place is truly amazing! I say I found it by divine intervention! My Acupuncturist had retired and I was feeling that I would never find anyone as good! Well Kyle did not disappoint! The place is easy to get to and is so relaxing, with private rooms, so you can fully relax! He is so knowledgeable and also applied cups and an infrared lamp. I had a head ache when I went in but left with out it. He does not charge for your first visit/consult and I was so happy that they checked insurance for me and found that insurance covers some visits with just my copay! I can’t wait to go back! I have been dealing with depression and anxiety for several years. Read something about acupuncture helping, so I did some research and found Heaven and Earth. The ratings were very high and I was also impressed that Kyle had experience in Oriental Medicine. Went for my first consultation and treatment and was very impressed. I left the office with no headache or tension in my arms.When you walk in the office it smells heavenly. Kyle is both professional and kind. Let me tell you something I was skeptical. Never really did acupuncture. Was approved through the VA so I thought why not. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Kyle and his team have been nothing but very forthcoming with information about the process, how acupuncture works, the benefits and remedies that you see. The even go as far as checking on you PERSONALLY if an appt was missed to make sure YOU as the patient are okay and taken care of. My first Acupuncture was an amazing experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I was dealing with hip pain for awhile so I tried this for my first time. I was a little nervous but when I walked into the building it was a relaxing atmosphere. The session took about 40 minutes for the first time.I now booked a package to continue treatment.

Heaven and Earth was a good experience. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. After getting the needles inserted, they were left in for 40 minutes. The lights are turned down and music is played so you can relax while you wait. Kyle is a good mix of western meets eastern medicine. He said he also works a lot with veterans at the VA. I have recommended it to some friends of mine.

Dr Kyle is wonderful. He was very thorough in my consultation appointment about what issues Im having for him to treat. The first treatment was perfect, and moving forward the treatments have been great and helpful. I have been dealing with a tremendous amount of stress and anxiety, and through acupuncture Kyle has helped me so much to get me re-grounded, to feel more relaxed and refreshed to take on lifes challenges. I have been coming to Kyle for treatments for a year & a half now. When I first thought of trying acupuncture I looked to Google reviews to help me find someone. I have been suffering with migraines for almost 2 decades and wanted to find an alternative to medication as I was hoping to start a family soon & you cant take meds for that while pregnant. I started with Kyle at least 8-9 yrs ago. Hip pain, Dr said bursitis. I couldnt lay on either side the pain was so bad. I tried Kyle for the free treatment as I wasnt a believer. Had the first treatment, went home that nite and later on I noticed I was laying on my side with NO pain. Unreal that one treatment helped so much. I continued of course. But then maybe a yr or so later I was a lucky one that got shingles. I went to Urgent Care and then to my Dr. They both said I had a very severe case. Even gave me pain pills because I was going to need them. I called Kyle to cancel my appointment and he said no, dont cancel, come in. I did. He worked on me 2 or 3 times a week for a few weeks and I was just amazed. Even tho my shingle episode was so severe I never had one bit of pain because of Kyle. That man is awesome! to this day Im still telling everyone my shingles story and how great Kyle is. I cant believe he prevented me from having any pain. I still have scars and itching and the memories but absolutely no pain. And its all due to Kyle. I cant thank him enough and now 9 yrs later I am still a true believer in his abilities. Ive been seeing Kyle at Heaven and Earth for about 3 years now, and every session is just phenomenal! I originally started getting acupuncture with Kyle when I worked a 9-5 in an office that left my neck and shoulders so tense, I could barely move (despite stretching and exercising several times per week for the last 10+ years). Relief began instantly and got better with every session! Since then, Ive seen Kyle to help relieve acute bouts of sadness/depression, anxiousness, muscular tension, sleeplessness and even pinched nerves - all with immediate and lasting relief.For anyone whos considering acupuncture, but may be a little scared of needles or pain, PLEASE do yourself a favor and push those fears to the side! The needles are teeny tiny, and they do not hurt at all going in or coming out. You will, however, experience relief and relaxation while the needles are in during your session and for days or weeks after. You just cant beat the level of service Kyle provides :)

I had been experiencing headaches for as long as I can remember I decided to give acupuncture a try.The first thing I noticed was the indoor wall fountain the sound made me feel at ease as well as the ambience its a very calm setting. I was a bit anxious initially but this made me feel better.I was brought back to the roomDr. Smith asked me about what I was experiencing and he suggested a treatment plan.We started with the treatment I instantly relaxed with the music and heating lamp.the treatment lasted about 45 min woke up and was relaxed the entire day!Ive been going ever since.I learned that I must stay consistent to the plan that was made specifically for me. Since starting, I sometimes experience a light headache once or twice a week but I dont need to take anything for it which is the overall goal for me. Sometimes I dont get any headaches at all which is awesome!

I suffer from fibromyalgia and I am in menopause. I went in with pain in my left shoulder and in my neck that was there for 3 weeks. I met with Kyle Smith and after my treatment the pain was gone. The staff is friendly and Kyle was wonderful. I will continue getting acupuncture.

I have seen Kyle several times a month for acupuncture for migraines, TMJ, and chronic muscle issues since June 2019. Not only do I find the treatment more relaxing than massage therapy, but I definitely see more long-term, beneficial results. I also appreciate that he has later appointments available throughout the week so I dont have to always take off from work. Im always able to get an appointment, and I like the online booking system.

I was afraid of trying acupuncture… But after my back surgery in 2014 my quality of function and life had changed drastically. Pain & Numbness in my neck and lower back … down the back of my leg … all the way into more than 1/2 my foot. I struggled with stairs falling several times because my leg was heavy and numb.I braved it and I literally have had 6 treatments and the numbness is lessened by more than 60%… (It’s weird to actually have feelings in my legs!! I love it!!) it has made me focus on walking correctly now vs always doing that hesitant walk as I would be so afraid of falling or tripping!My fear went away as I walked in the office …Mar greets you with her pleasant attitude and Kyle is very caring and compassionate to listening to your needs.Don’t be afraid if you think it’s a painful process. Decided to try Acupuncture for the first time. The beautiful atmosphere and kind reception made it easy to relax. Dr. Smith was very attentive and listened to my needs. I was pleased to learn how many things acupuncture could support in my health journey. As a veteran, I was even more grateful to learn that they work with VA to cover service costs. I plan to be back again very soon, and even have appointments scheduled for my 17, 15, and 12 year olds to offer them the body balancing effect of this amazing holistic health method!

I was always curious about acupuncture. I went for foot pain, After the consultation, I learned from Kyle that he could help allergies and improve the immune system. Since treatment, I no longer have the allergy problems. If I feel any symptoms, I get a couple of booster treatments. Kyle has helped with other problems as well. He is always open to discussion about any problems. I always recommend friend and family to consult with Kyle.

Kyle is and outstanding Acupuncturist and human being. My knee pain is due to osteoarthritis, bone on bone. For about a year, due to knee pain, I have not been able to sleep on other side, only on my back with good bolstering behind my knees. Heaven and Earth offered a free consultation for acupuncture so I decided I had nothing to lose. I was having pain and stiffness in my neck and it was hard to drive because my range of motion was affected. I waited a number of weeks hoping the issue would resolve itself but the pain persisted, and some days, it was markedly worse. After the first treatment with Kyle, I felt immediate relief. I highly recommend Heaven & Earth Acupuncture. Kyle and staff are great! The office environment is super relaxing, clean, and totally professional. My neck problem (causing numb hand) was not improving with chiropractic, but acupuncture treatments resolved it. I continue acupuncture treatments for misc. aches/pains and for stress, because it works!

I am fifteen and dislocated my knee cap, which hurt a lot, and was stubborn about my injury (Im a runner through and through), so I ran a total of 16 miles on my injured knee before the pain was too much. I havent been able to run since and its been a few months. I have gone to the doctor and am currently going through physical therapy, which is helping, but not fast enough. One day I got a free acupuncture from my parents and I went. It felt weird at first, but I got used to it and it seemed to help my knee a little bit. I am going back because it should help more after a few times and I feel its totally worth it. The rooms are really relaxing and I almost fell asleep! That doesnt usually happen to me. After my fist session, my knee felt good enough that I went on a fast, short run (probably a quarter of a mile or more) and it felt GREAT running again. Now, my knee is still injured, so that wasnt a good idea (it hurt after) but the fact that it felt good enough that I could run, even if it was a little bit, makes me believe that its working! I really enjoyed the experience and Im going back tomorrow!

Definitely the most important thing I have done for myself in a very long time. I went for 3 months of treatment and am doing maintenance/as needed appointments which I look forward to each month. The headaches I would wake up with every morning are completely gone and I am back to riding my bike without knee pain. The office has a relaxing, comfortable and welcoming .atmosphere. I have been going to Heaven & Earth Acupuncture for a couple of years for different issues, including back and knee pain, and migraines. Kyle is very knowledgeable, attentive and thorough, and the treatments are always beneficial; in fact, my experiences have been so positive that I have recommended Kyle to a number of people, including my son. I will be honest and say I was skeptical that if 24 weeks of physical therapy didnt help there was no way acupuncture would. I had minimal shoulder mobility and loads of nerve pain from a dog attack/bite. Well, I just finished my 12th treatment and let me tell you I have so much more movement and so much less pain!! I have been going in for treatment for stomach issues for the past month. Things have definitely improved since going. The facility is nice and the staff very friendly and supportive. My wife has also recently gone in and we plan to continue with treatment. I would highly recommend for someone who is looking for relief that they arent getting from traditional medicine.

He goes to seminars and learns through his networking contacts. Kyle did not have the minimum schooling to perform acupuncture. He opted to do more schooling so he could learn more about nutrition and supplements; yet he will never push you into buying them. Kyle doesnt just do the Hollywood style of acupuncture. He has tried a few different styles on me so we could see what was effective, or so we could make my brain try to re-set my pain level. I even had Battlefield Acupuncture done.These acupuncture treatments get me through the week. I totally trust Kyle. Ive seen someone guesstimate where the needles should go, and that made me appreciate Kyles vast knowledge that much more, because he knows all the points and what they do and why. I have recommended this business to friends and family and will continue to do so in the future. My western medicine doctors are all glad that I see someone for acupuncture. Dont assume that your doctors will be mad about alternative medicine. When it comes from a professional like Kyle, they encourage regular acupuncture visits. I was skeptical at first, and now Im sold!

He doesnt just stick you with needles but explains what he is doing and more importantly why the needles go in those places.I went to Kyle on recommendation to help me with some knee problems I have been having for some time and even after the first treatment things started to feel better. I was very happy with the treatment I received. I am having issues with plantar fasciitis and after the first treatment my foot almost felt normal. I look forward to having more treatments so my foot will feel great. I am very delighted with how quiet the rooms are, you can actually relax in them.

I have had lower back pain that acts up after any yard work or exercise that includes lifting or bending. This has been a game changer for me!! 3 months ago I had hearing loss in my left ear, and tinnitus from a viral infection that effected my inner ear. Children are treated at this facility. He takes VA patients, and patients with limited mobility.I went to another traditional provider. He had me buying teas that smelled like stinky feet. He claimed they had healing properties. Whatever they had made me nauseous and left me in pain. Epic fail! I was ready to call the entire practice a hoax. My primary care provider recommended trying one more time.I picked Kyle from an online phone book. I went in to interview him. He was so patient. He gave me straightforward answers. He didnt make extravagant promises. He was reassuring. He explained his methods and the theory behind them. He listened to my concerns and my medical history.I have NEVER regretted this decision. These treatments have enabled me to spend more time walking upright and doing the things I love with very little pain.Before Kyle, I was spending most of my time in bed in excruciating pain. I will always, because of my diagnosis, have pain but I can laugh instead of persistently crying. I can walk instead of crawling. I can go places instead of laying in bed all the time. I started acupuncture with Kyle for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in my right hand. I didnt know what to expect, but I tried it because I was hoping to avoid another CTS surgery like I had for my left hand. Well Im close to the end of my treatment plan and the pain is already gone (even at night when CTS tends to be worse) and the numbness/tingling in my fingers is barely there anymore. I have suffered from a condition called cluster headaches for years. When I was diagnosed I had tried everything to manage my pain. Western medicine had provided me little option and much expense and an exorbitant amount of medication. I have nothing but the best to say about Kyle Smith both as an acupuncturist and as a person. I discovered Kyle through a link from United Healthcare insurance and was very impressed by what he had written on his Web site, especially how acupuncture had helped him with whiplash and how he then decided to go into it to help others. Being wary about this new form of treatment, his policy of not charging for the initial consultation and first treatment helped to put me at ease. [As a side note, the acupuncturist in my chiropractor’s office charges $100 for the initial consultation and $70 for each treatment].In late December 2011 when I first saw him, I had been suffering from severe upper back and neck pain which had started 3 months earlier. I had been seeing a chiropractor who used manipulation and interferential, but it provided only temporary relief. During my first full treatment with Kyle, he put a needle in my left upper back and I could feel an immediate sense of relaxation and relief, and I was then sure that I had found someone to help me. By mid-January, the pain that had stuck with me since the prior September had finally disappeared…for good!As Kyle explained more about acupuncture to me, I realized how beneficial the treatments can be for other problems, including carpal tunnel. In early summer 2012, Kyle began a new aspect in my treatment by putting a needle in my chest (since I was then being treated face up rather than face down). Apparently in Chinese medicine, the heart is the source of joy. Believe it or not, and completely unexpectedly, I started feeling more joyful. One day shortly thereafter, as I was taking my daily walk, I realized that I had a little bit more bounce in my step. Out of nowhere, while driving in my car, I started singing along with music on my CDs (which I had unintentionally quit doing many months before and didn’t know why...just didnt feel like it...didnt feel happy or motivated enough to do it).I now see Kyle weekly to maintain a good sense of well-being. Kyle is not only an experienced acupuncturist and knows what he is doing, but he’s also a great guy: very genuine and caring, with a good sense of humor and fairness and honesty. I know in my heart that he is not out to bilk me. Even when I first met him, he told me that he provides the initial consultation and first treatment free just to make sure that people don’t have to pay if their body doesn’t accept the acupuncture needles or if there’s, for some reason, a clash of personalities. How fair can you get? You can’t go wrong by giving Kyle a try!

Friday was my first time trying acupuncture and it was prescribed to me by my doctor after a car accident. It was AMAZING! I felt sooo much better by the time I was done. Shortly after the birth of my son I had been having trouble with my sciatic nerve. I had saught chiropractic care and taken over the counter pain medications but I had no relief.
