I went to this clinic due to recurrent miscarriages and pcos. Dr. Alexander Kotlyar provided all the test needed to figure out what the issue was. Dr kotylar did not push for me to get fertility treatments immediately rather he told me to try naturally until all the results were in which I did and luckily I was able to conceive naturally. Prior to that I was only able to get pregnant with the help of medications. You can tell Dr Kotlyar genuinely cares about his patients.He is an amazing doctor. He is super patient and explains everything well. He responds to emails fast and answers all your questions and concerns.I highly recommend this doctor.

My husband and I were under the care of Dr. Kotlyar at Genesis Clinic, and we cannot express our gratitude enough. As first-time patients navigating the challenging journey of fertility, we were unsure of what to expect. Doctor Kotylar is very knowledgeable, smart, and a compassionate doctor. He knows which protocol is best for each patient. He is also a down to earth person with a cheerful personality he makes a challenging experience an easy one. I had no idea what to expect when I walked into Genesis in November 2022. I can say with pleasure that every aspect of my experience at Genesis was comfortable and positive. Dr Kotylar is kind, knowledgeable, caring and funny. He made the most uncomfortable comfortable and he has great analogies! The IVF nurses, receptionists and techs were warm, welcoming and patient. Great team! Cannot express my gratitude enough!

The most amazing and heartwarming experience from the front desk ladies to the physician assistant to doctor kotlyar him self Even tho I paid out of pocket I would spend every penny all over again . Genesis fertility makes you feel like you are their only patient and they take care of you like a super start .Plus doctor kotlyar made a challenging experience a pleasure.He is so nice and caring and understanding and very prompt and professional.

Would not recommend. Got a bunch of forms and papers, unsure what to do, and felt so overwhelmed (as a healthcare provider myself). Go somewhere else where they actually care about you. And also the practice lies about not taking insurance. They told me I had to pay out of pocket. I paid over $500, and then later when talking to my insurance they said this practice is in network and just asked the wrong questions. Honestly worst experience of my entire life

Dr kotlyar is a good caring doctor he is good at what he do and if you are looking to have a baby then look no more he is the right for you.

Dr. Kotlyar made every step of the way a wonderful experience. If I had any questions or concerns he was there to help.
