I have been to other walk-in clinics which have been very unwelcoming. The two girls here are the absolute best!!! They’re always talkative and super welcoming. I have never had an issue you here and will come here for future issues!! Amazing Staff and always helpful!!!!

This is hands down my family and I favorite doctors office to go to. The facility is always clean, ALL staff has been so friendly and absolutely phenomenal with my 4 year old daughter. They are very quick but also extremely thorough with their procedures anytime I go. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF THAT WORKS THERE for all that you do for everyone. Thanks for easing my postpartum anxiety when it comes to going to the doctors. I will continue to recommend this facility to everyone I know

Ive been here several times over the years and Ive always had a positive experience. The providers here genuinely care for their patients wellbeing. I always get in and out quickly with adequate help and needed prescriptions

Best experience I’ve had with urgent care. Jeanette and Angela took great care of me. I recommend skipping out on other urgent cares and going here.

The Dr. and Nurse were both very polite and friendly. But yet very professional. They did a through exam!!! I was well taken care of. I will definitely be back if I should need any medical attention. Thank you! Shirley

Dr ToinCreep would not prescribe me medication with out an exam. Yeast infection meds are prescribed on line and almost everywhere. My body my choice but I have to still have a doctor prescribe me yeast infection meds🤷🏻‍♀️

Went to this place for sinus& ear infection due to mold spores intelation. The doctor tried to give covid test which wasnt needed. They finally gave me antibiotics. Eccept the lowest dose you can prescribe and only for 5 days if symptoms worsen. What kind of thing is that. I wouldnt have gone there if it wasnt needed. Tried to phone the place after I needed stronger dose for at least 7-10 days which is common practice. They dont pick up the phone or even have a massage board to return calls that are needed. Had to actually drive back there again to get a different doctor refill original perscription! Plus high co-payments. Especially since my insurance doesnt require a copayment!

Super friendly, very attentive, and they listened to what I said about my problem. Fixed up me with some prescriptions and sent me on my way with a smile. Didnt waste time! Id definitely go back in a similar situation.

I brought my 5 years old here thinking she may have a uti I have brought her here for years for minor things instead of waiting for appointment with Cleveland clinic. Angela shay who we have seen many times and was always wonderful till yesterday. Not only did she not check her urine she never even gave her and examination. She prescribed a cream. So we go home 30 min later cps is pounding on my door because Anglela Shay called and made a report to Cps she did and internal examination on my daughter and said there was chronic penitration . Cps stated I needed to take her to Akron Childrens right then, In which I did. The 2 doctors at Akron Childrens were beyond amazing they examined her and in 2 seconds said it was rash from wet bathing suit called vaginosis. Bacterial. My daughter and I are traumatized from this. This morning I called urgent care to find out last name of Angela they refused to give it to me. I am so disappointed and exhausted and sad that a doctor I should be able to trust would LIE to cps . Im blown away and will be reporting to the medical board.Update: After calling cooperate I was called today by a brunswick police officer calling my cell phone to inform me he didnt care what went on at the walk in last night but I need to know I am not allowed back there. (In which I never would of step foot in there again and I hope this brings awareness to the community)

Jeannette and Angela were awesome, I could not asked for better care on a Sunday at that. I am glad I didnt wait until Monday to visit my doctor. I will use them again when i need care. Very convenient hours and location for me.

I had such a quick and painless experience yesterday with Angela and Jeannette. I was in and out in 20 minutes and got the care that I needed. Thank you!

Shout out to the lady on the screen. She was very nice and quick. She helped me out with the registration process and the medical representative was very quick as well and treated my stomach pain very quick and I was feeling better in no time. I really recommend this urgent care and I am really impressed how they used technology for quick medical services.

What a scam, we paid our co-pay at the visit and then were billed. We thought maybe it was our mistake so made it again. Now we have collectors calling and demanding payment but can’t send us a statement in the mail they just keep calling. Very disorganized and money hungry. Pathetic book keeping or brilliant rip off… either way we are done with them

My friend recommended me here because I was having trouble receiving the care I needed. I saw Dr. Tom and he was amazing. He was funny and diagnosed and treated me right away. I then went home and referred my husband since I had such a great experience. My husband saw another doctor the day after I did and she diagnosed and treated him right away. He had a double ear infection and a sinus infection. I had to go in today, only a week and a half after our first two visits to bring in my son. He was vomiting out of nowhere and, although they weren’t able to treat him, they were very proactive in pointing me in the right direction down the road to the emergency room to get the proper care he needed. Dr. Angela immediately got on the phone after seeing how sick my son was, and was calling for someone to come pick him up. As I was walking out, she told him everything was going to be OK and told me, let me know how he is. Maddie was there every time we have visited this clinic and she has always been sweet, caring, and hard-working. I called back to let them know how he was and spoke with Maddie and you can tell she truly cares. I highly recommend this place. Great people, great care, great service.

I wanted to wait to make a review to see if the treatment they gave me was effective and it was!The office was clean, fast and professional. They brought me in, sat me down, looked at my poison ivy and immediately gave me treatment.They gave me a shot and some medicine! The poison ivy was gone within a couple of days.Id absolutely come here again. Loved how quick and clean the place was. :)Thank you Angela and Kayla!

How ridiculous and rude. I walk in at 5:25 they told me they arent seeing anyone else today they have a couple of tests to do back there and the provider... blah blah blah. Wait, youre open 35 minutes and just turned away two sick people (guy one minute before me) and I have a handicapped 3yr old boy that doesnt want to be separated from his mommy therefore I cannot waste 4 or more hours at the emergency room???????!!!!! Seriously and be rude on top of that? Karma lady... she will sort that out....

We just visited this urgent care earlier this week and we had a wonderful experience. My son has an ear infection and we were in and out within 15 minutes of filling out paperwork and seeing the doctor. Jeannette and Angela and they were so wonderful! If we are in a pinch and our pediatrician office isn’t open, we know we can rely on this urgent care in the future! Thank you for your amazing customer service!

Very quick, effective, and homely experience when going there! They really treat you like family and do the best they can to help you. The staff is amazing. Very comfortable and friendly!

What cant I say about Jeanette and Kayla that anyone who has ever been lucky enough to be cared for by them doesnt already know? I was anxious and grief stricken because my two sons were very ill. Those two amazing ladies provided the very best care for my boys! They addressed all of my concerns with compassion and empathy and made us feel like we were apart of their family. I recommend anyone who needs care to visit this place and make sure you thank Kayla and Jeanette for their dedicated and continuous care because their presence makes a hell of a difference!

My husband came in a couple weeks ago with strep and the staff took such great care of him. Angela, Maddie, and Jeanette were all so kind, and the appointment was quick! He was gone and back with a prescription in hand within an hour or so. Will definitely return in the future if we find ourselves in a pinch again!

The staff here was extremely efficient and effective. Positive attitudes and friendly throughout our whole experience. I would definitely come here again. I think the best part is that despite the current pandemic and election process, the staff still delivered amazing service to me and my wife. Thank you to Molly, Maddie, and the all staff. Also the system they implemented to schedule our visit was greatly appreciated. We didnt have stand in line for an excessive amount of time. We were able to enjoy our day and come back and be seen.

I frequent this Urgent care with my kids who often get very sick, very fast. We never really have to wait which is great with impatient kids. The staff is so helpful and today was no different. My son has a stuffed blanket he sleeps with ever night and he forgot it at the office. They found it in the parking lot somehow and literally saved me. Can’t thank them enough for remembering us and going above and beyond to find it for him!

The care we received at the Walk-In Urgent Care with the Nurse Practitioner, Nicole, was amazing. She was very nice and really took the time to listen to our concerns. The whole staff was great and there was no wait whatsoever. We would definitely return to see them again!

Set an appointment for 12pm. Got there at about 5 til. Filled out my paperwork. Patiently sat there for 45 minutes. Finally went to the desk to nicely ask what the wait was as I have to get back to work. The woman at the desk was less than friendly and let me know she was the ONLY staff member on site. They had sent the other staff member to another location. I asked how much longer, minutes or am I looking at another hour. She says likely at least an hour. I would have greatly appreciated if when I arrived I had been notified I was going to wait for hours. Huge waste of my time. Why these people dont set realistic expectations and communicate with customers is beyond me. Im better off waiting days to go see my actual doctor.

I’m a returning customer. Walked in, no wait, was tended to very promptly with professional service. Angela (CNP) and Jeannette (MA) were both highly knowledgeable experienced and kind in every aspect of my visit. Should the need arise, I will with no doubt return again in the future.

Great place to get checked out at, the doctor is super knowledgeable and cares a lot about his work. Maddie was great as well she had a super good attitude and her customers service was top notch! Would definitely recommend

Today was my second encounter with this urgent care clinic with my children and Jeanette S. She did an amazing job from the time we signed in until the time we checked out. She made an unpleasant experience bearable and was very professional and knowledgeable. Its great to see health care workers so professional.

This past Sunday I had an Amazing Experience at the Brunswick Ohio Walk-in-Urgent Care Facility. My Care was Fantastic and the Process was Perfect. Even though I tested positive Covid.I only had contact with my Nurse Practitioner Maddie, who was So Very Awesome!! Maddie was So Kind and Caring and took her time to explain everything to me. Maddie was Very Thorough and Knowledgeable, I can’t say enough about how relaxed she Maddie me feel under the circumstances. I would definitely return and recommend the Brunswick Ohio Walk-in-Urgent Care to others.Thank You So Much Maddie and The Staff at Urgent Care for what You All Do!!

I am so impressed with the Brunswick location! Maddie is by far such a caring, selfless caregiver. I cannot express how grateful I am that we chose this Urgent Care center. With the condition of our lives today, it is very comforting to find a place that is truly concerned about our welfare and they certainly showed that even through trying times, when Im sure their jobs are all-consuming, they work very diligently to keep us all safe & informed. Nicole was fantastic and took as much time as we needed to be sure we understood every single thing about our visit. You all deserve a medal of honor!!!!!!!!!!

I never do reviews. However Angela and staff were great. I was a new patient and filled out paperwork and got my ear cleaned in under a hour. Amazing.

I could not schedule an appointment through the app via credit card. I just received a message Unable to Complete Transaction. I walked in later without an appointment and was admitted in about 15 minutes. The staff was very courteous as was the doctor. The examination and two tests were performed and a prescription was immediately sent to my local pharmacy. I was feeling better by the end of the day and 3 days later was well on my way to recovering from what turned out to be a tonsil infection. What more could I ask for?I would highly recommend this facility. My thanks to the staff at Walk In Urgent Care.

I have come to this location a handful of times and each time everyone working there has been kind and taken their time with me which is rare. Today I saw Angela cnp she was wonderful! And Kayla and Jeannette were just as great as she was! I can’t say enough good things about the staff here

I had poison ivy. I Went in and out so quickly and my poison ivy cleared up!

This facility is a hidden GEM! I have visited the Brunswick location 3 or 4 times over the past few years and have always been pleased with the care I have received, the professionalism of the the staff and how quickly services are rendered. 3 weeks ago I sent my 85 year old father-in-law to the Brunswick location and he raved about the care he received and the cleanliness of the facility.A special shout-out to Angela, the CNP, and MAs, Kayla and Jeannette. They make you feel welcomed and are the glue that keeps the Brunswick location functioning as a cohesive unit.

They do not even have a receptionist at the office. You have to talk to someone on a computer screen in another country and show your IDs on a placemat infront of a camera. If they are too cheap to hire someone to do patient intakes, Ill pass on getting actual care here.

I have never been here before but i was wondering if you guys treat people with strep throat?

I visited today for a rapid covid test. Maddie was extremely caring and explained everything about the test which really put my mind at ease. When it came back positive Mia took the time to answer all of my questions. She was very caring and empathetic. Both Maddie and Tia gave me excellent care.

Ive had good/up to par experiences in the past. A few days ago I went in for a strep test, as I had a sore throat and some pain/pressure in my ears and sinuses, and I was recently around someone with strep. The test came back negative, and the doctor that saw me immediately told me it was from vaping too much (without asking a single question about my vaping history/frequency, or leaving it open to any other possibilities at all), and continued to lecture me for a few minutes about vaping. Since that day, 3 people I have interacted with have come down with my same exact symptoms, and all feel as though they likely caught it from me. I understand the concern for a product that could cause harm, but I absolutely felt as though no other options were considered and that I was being judged, even after the nurse informed me that she recently had a similar sore throat from whatever is apparently going around that I was unaware of before hearing from her. And of course I trusted the conclusions of the doctor and believed I was not contagious, which was not the case. I would have stayed home if he mentioned even the slightest possibility that it could be some sort of infection/cold/bacteria after his rant about vape products. Definitely tainted my trust for receiving professional medical treatment instead of getting biased personal opinions.

They were swamped at Medina and Strongsvilles urgent care clinics and we were limited on in-network options with our Medical Mutual MedFlex insurance. There were 2 people ahead of us when we got there on a Saturday afternoon, but we were in and out within 45 minutes or less. Dr. Madrilejos and Kara (?) were beyond accommodating for our 11-year-old. 5-minute results. Great strep-throat visit!

I had to get a Covid test today, was not looking forward to it. When I walked in, the girls were so sweet. I immediately felt comfortable talking with them. Jeanette took me right back to the room and she was friendly and talked to me during the test, I didn’t even feel anything. I was in and out very quickly and twenty minutes later I received my NEGATIVE results. Very clean, very friendly and very fast. A+ for sure!!

My daughter was sick and I took her to Brunswick walk in urgent care. Angela(CNP) and Kayla(MA) were OUTSTANDING!!! They both shared cared and compassion!! Thank you both!!! You are AMAZING 👏

I want to personally thank both Tia and Kayla for the wonderful service provided when I brought my mother in for treatment! They were both extremely professional and compassionate at the same time. My mother was anxious, however both of their patient-centered care calmed and relieved my mother. Tia was absolutely fantastic and has really grown a reputation in the Brunswick area as the go to practitioner for urgent medical needs. My wife recently took our son to the Medina Urgent Care and was not as satisfied with the care provided by the nurse practitioner there, so she left and returned to Brunswick to see Tia. That is now a rapid covid testing center once just a small little practice now helping for a pandemic. Most of all one of the only ones in the county. For test results it takes about 20 minutes. You may be asked to download their call in urgent care app to help speed up the process for both you and the facility! Its not an appointment though. Please keep on mind: There are only about 2 people on staff at this urgent care on a daily basis. If they do not answer the phone, it is because they are with another patient and do not want to interrupt their visit. You do physically have to come into the office typically in the morning to get a time slot and may be asked to come back at a later time. This is so you arent waiting hours to be seen or waiting in the waiting room potentially exposing others.Yes they are walk in urgent care but the name doesnt just change due to a pandemic. People are nasty and rude enough to these health-care workers just trying to help. Please give them a little more patience and understanding as they went from a small amount of patients to basically seeing the whole county. Please consider this information prior to posting a review.

I have been tested at this facility about 5 times since Covid became a part of our lives. My son as well. Most test were done just because I had been around someone who later tested positive for Covid, however today my son and I had both been feeling ill, almost like flu like symptoms so we went today to get tested. Initially the next available appointment was not for another 5 days. They had already taken their last appointment and seemed like they were getting ready to leave soon. I asked the nurse if she would be able to do a test for my son and I and she said sure. I was so happy that I did not have to wait 5 days because I had already been feeling lousy for about 4 days. We both tested positive unfortunately, but they went above and beyond and are always nice and professional. I highly recommend.

Fast, efficient, pleasant! After a frustrating experience at the CVS Minute Clinic I visited the Brunswick Walk In Urgent Care. Maddie and Nicole were on duty & they were fabulous! I left with the needed resolution within 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

My daughter went in miserable with tears streaming, they handed me the paperwork and said just fill it out in the room back here so we can see her immediately. They had her diagnosed and prescriptions sent over before I even finished the paperwork. They were amazing with her, got her to stop crying and are very compassionate. We had the pleasure of working with Tia, she was an angel. Definitely recommend!

They have this new stupid thing where you have to put your id and insurance card to someone who is not in the office even though our stuff is on file. You can’t hear them cuz they are on a computer screen in another country. This is a waste of time and money when the nurse who is in the office can do the job quicker and we know and like.

Walk In Urgent Care Center Brunswick has been AMAZING! During this ever changing world, the Brunswick Urgent Care Center has been incredibly convenient. The use of the Walk In Urgent Care app has been useful. I have the ability to download lab results directly to my phone and computer. They are fast, efficient and effective. Thank you for your flexibility and ease of making appointments, uploading insurance information and uploading my results in a timely manner. Dr Reed is THE BEST doctor I have seen at an urgent care center. Thorough, polite, patient. Just unbelievable. And Molly was just as tremendous. She told me she loves working there. It definitely shows.

My daughter has had a really high fever for a couple of days, and so we went to this urgent care. They are super awesome! We didn’t have to wait, and the nurse practitioner was very thorough. I always go to this urgent care because they are so wonderful!

I was seen yesterday and let me just tell you.. I have bad anxiety and before I even went I called to ask if I should even be seen or if I should wait a few more days. Maddie (medical assistant) answered and she was SO KIND with me!! Told me not to wait and to come in if I could. I got there and with one person in front of me I was seen-evaluated-discharged in less than 45 minutes. I was seen by Tia (nurse practitioner) and she was so gentle and calming during the whole experience. I loved that she really explained things to me and what the medicines side effects I should look for.. I don’t usually leave reviews but these ladies really deserve their moment in the light. Thank you for being so sweet 💛

I was seen by NP Tia and Maddie. Both of them were so kind and greeted me with a smile. Although it was much later in the evening, they were still very eager to get me checked in and to see what was wrong. Dr. Tia was very thorough and wanted to get to the root of the problem as to why I was not feeling well. She really made me feel like she genuinely cared! Thank you so much Dr. Tia and Maddie!

I absolutely love this place. Staff is so friendly, and always extremely helpful. I love that you can always get in and out in a reasonable time, especially when you cant get in with your family dr. I have always had a great experience here and highly recommend it for all your miner things you may need.

Jeanette the MA is fantastic! My family has been here twice in one week. Thankfully Jeanette was there both days. She is so friendly and kind!! The entire staff is great but Jeanette sets the bar high.

A wonderful place. Was seen very quickly. Jennifer-PA-C and Maddie-MA were outstanding, compassionate, funny, very knowledgeable, a pleasure to be around especially when you are hurting. Very nice clean facility. Jennifer stitched me up pain free and did an excellent job. Then she went above and beyond by calling giant eagle pharmacy across the street and asked them to fill my prescription right away since they would be closing soon and she wanted me to start taking it that nite. I would highly recommend this facility if you are unfortunate enough to need one. Thank you ladies.

Super fast and easy! You can schedule a Covid test via the app and get the results via the app in 20 minutes. The staff is incredibly friendly even when dealing with an overwhelming amount of volume. Someone should give these ladies a medal… they are working so hard and they make it look easy and are so friendly. Great staff!

This morning I had to take my Aunt to an Urgent Care Facility. So after talking to someone at her doctors office I chose to take her to Walk In Urgent Care on 303. What a wonderful experience. The staff was so kind, caring and knowledgeable. I explained that I felt she had a UTI however was not experiencing the quote normal symptoms. They completely understood my concern and assured me that not everyone has all the general symptoms. In a matter of minutes the urine was collected and tested. Just as I thought... UTI #130,019 for my poor Aunt. They explained that they were calling in a prescription and still sending her specimen to the lab for further testing and that I would receive the results on Saturday. They even went as far as to fax the results to her PCP and Urologist since her urologist felt it was only dehydration over two weeks ago, since she had no real symptoms. I will continue to use the amazing services the Walk In Urgent Care provides.

Super friendly and wonderful staff. I was very nervous going to an urgent care during a pandemic. The place was so clean!!! The NP was very informative and so nice and understanding my pain. Thank you front line workers for all that you do! Highly recommend!!!

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The doctor was very thorough and kind and made an accurate and efficient diagnosis. We have always visited a larger express care nearby, due to the network, but this urgent care will be my first choice from now on. I highly recommend them.

Professional but personal care ! Ive been 3x and had good experiences each time. 3 different doctors/nurse practitioners and each one made sure I was treated with proper medicines and very quick. This visit: .... Tia ...Angel in disguise 💓The nurse practitioner Tia was wonderful with both me and my daughter who is special needs. She was able to cheer and persuade my kiddo to give a urine sample so we wouldnt have to go to ER which is very traumatic for her! Bailey had already been breaking down screaming and crying - they were so patient and understanding! Once they diagnosed the UTI Tia, NP, carefully selected the best antibiotic for my kiddo taking in her oral aversions and SO sweet thru the whole thing! Mandi the nurse is very thorough in her job and kind as well. She made sure to offer my kiddo a toy from their toy bin to try to make it a positive experience for her and so patient with vitals too. Great teamwork and efficient in sending medications directly to the pharmacy. Both of them also took care of me being in pain with an infection as well and was so sweet about me being a single mom of a special needs kiddo. 💓.

There was very little wait. I was seen immediately. The staff Kayla and provider Travia were very kind and knowledgeable! My prescriptions were called in immediately. By the time I got to the pharmacy l, I only waited 5 minutes. I would gladly go back! This urgent care beats any ER, Any day!!

I walked right in and was taken immediately with no wait. I had a lot of questions about covid testing and quarantine protocols since there was a lot of timing issues with my family. The staff was so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend them. It also helps to download their app ahead of time to make the registration process fast.

Doctor was rude . I spent $90 to have him laugh in my face and say that he couldnt give me a script for antibiotics . Have extreme pain in my wisdom tooth under the gum was bleeding yesterday and super swollen. Been cleaning it with peroxide and it went down before my appointment. So still in pain and down 90$ . Thanks Dr Tom

Stopped in on 8/26/2022, had a very good experience with all the staff that day, confident on Dr.Toms diagnosis and progressing along just fine. Had the chance to go down the street to orher clinics but happy i used this one again. will recommend to others, Thanks again.

From the 1st call to the last appointment: impeccable! Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional! Fair prices, easy to schedule appointment as hours are flexible! Dr. Tomas (sorry, I forgot his last name) is very kind and gentle!I Strongly recommend for anyone going through the immigration process.

Visited urgicare Brunswick for a puncture wound in the hand. Nurses followed up with me a day later. Nurse practitioner Nicole was amazing and very caring in her approach to treating my wound. This office staff really loves what they do. It’s nice to feel like dr and nurses care about you.

Went to urgent care today after work - was in and out before I knew it and left feeling very happy. Kayla, MA and Dr. Madrilejos were so kind and made me feel so comfortable. They both answered all of my questions and were both extremely patient with me. Thank you to you both!

Jeannette took excellent care of a family member who went in for a COVID test this past Sunday. Not only did she deliver the results in 20 minutes, she also provided follow up instructions and things to watch for. Thank you Jeannette and the Walk in Urgent Care!

Spent 2 hours and $75 for minimal results.Brunswick could use a couple more urgent care facilities. After waiting 2 hours I was told my entire body soreness and endless dry cough despite using over the counter remedies was allergies(in November and I dont have any known allergies). When I got to an actual family doctor after the weekend, I was getting over a common cold and had a decently severe sinus infection (I am also prone to sinus infections this was discussed with the doctor at the urgent care).Anyway the treatment I required was antibiotics that I had asked for and was denied. I was told to just take over the counter medicine. What a joke.I cant call this location anything shirt of a joke. Come here If you want to wait 1-2hours for a covid test? Other than that I would wait for a family doctor or go out of town.

We needed to in this morning for my daughter and NP Travia Taylor and MA Madeline Dean were absolutely amazing. Travia took the time in order to figure out what was wrong with my daughter and provided me with peace of mind. I cant tell you how much I appreciate walking into this Urgent Care and them treating my daughter like it was their own child. Thank you.

My wife and I both went with covid symptoms. We tested positive and the doctor who examined us said we both had pneumonia as well and needed to go down the street for chest x-rays and further testing. He said that we will need to be admitted for observation. He freaked us both out. So we went to ER where the doctor there said our lungs were fine and sent us home with meds. Feeling much better today, no thanks to the quack at urgent care.

Exceptional service from Kayla and Maddie! With the stress of COVID in the current times, I cant imagine what life is like as a healthcare professional. I arrived 30 minutes before opening time, only to find the line wrapped completely around the building. When they opened, it was so quick to get thru the line to get our appointment. Luckily, I was able to secure a spot! The ladies that work in the office were so very kind, and efficient administering all the paperwork ahead of time and then actually taking the COVID test sample. I would recommend anyone to this location! Be safe, be healthy, and be kind!

Medical Assistant, Maddie provided thorough info. about COVID testing. She was patient with ALL the questions I asked. The first contact with Maddie was when I called and then a few days later, I went to the clinic to gather additional info. about the COVID testing. Thanks so much Maddie for the helpful info.

I really dont know what to say for this facility because Im reading the reviews and that was definitely not my experience. I waited 3.5 hours yes I wrote it correctly 3.5 hours!!!!! And the best part I was ONLY THERE FOR A PHYSICAL for my employer. That being said I would never use this facility with my own health insurance because the wait alone turned me away. In addition to the wait time, they have ONE assistant in front/back/nurse for the doctor/biller/check in receptionist. I mean literally one staff member to run the entire place. The doctor was obviously busy wrapping up clients records/paperwork/seeing clients. But the front desk lady I believe her name was Maddie or Madeline. But she looked exhausted. I dont know if the company is about to go bankrupt but WHY IN THE WORLD FOR THAT BUSY OF A FACILITY WOULD THEY HAVE ONE STAFF MEMBER RUNNING EVERYTHING? So there was the front desk lady/assistant & the doctor on duty. That is it. I work for a healthcare agency and never have we ever had a client wait 3.5 hours. This was during the week too, on a Thursday. So I only gave the stars I did because the Maddie upfront was a rock, I felt so bad for her. She was sweating and looked so tired. I hope she finds a new job where she is appreciated because thats insane to put all that on one person. You need 3 people MINIMUM for that busy of a facility. When she said there were 9 people in front of me and I got there at 10am I was furious because it was the only day I took off USING MY VACATION hours to get this done. And pretty much spent the entire day sitting there playing on my phone. As well it was hot as ever in the building the sun was beating down on the glass windows and everyone in there was sweating. Now to my knowledge we have a pandemic right now The COVID19. Why in Sams name would a healthcare facility (with a spreading virus) have it that hot in there. Also, I have to mention this the room I was in looked beyond dirty probably because the company is cheap and putting all these duties and tasks on one person. I forgot what Maddie told me however she said shes working long days and no wonder. The people who own this facility obviously only care about money and not the well being of their staff. I really pray the manager of this facility realizes how putting all that on one person mistakes will be made and documentation probably isnt the best for this place when you have one person rushing around to do everything. Everyone in the waiting room was very anxious & upset. We all sat there so long we coulda been family. All I know is this is def not a facility I will use personally and I pray that Maddie realizes her worth and find another place of employment. The 4 stars are for MADDIE NOT THE URGENT CARE COMPANY THEY GET ONE STAR OR NEGATIVE STARS. GOOD LUCK MADDIE!!!!!

Very professional and efficient system for the rapid COVID testing. Mandy and Molly were very nice :). I like the new system of virtually standing in line instead of having to wait there for hours. 10/10 would recommend.

The doctor was very thorough and friendly. The girl at the front desk was as well. I didnt have to wait at all either. Very efficient!

I had an appointment and got a call that the staff had covid and they had to cancel the appointment and all other appointments couldnt be seen for weeks. They then took three people in my family in the same day and the following day. These people literally lied and canceled my appointment for nothing. I went up to talk to them because you cant get ahold of them in any ways and they are gone for an extended period of time for lunch break. This place is a joke.

Had to get a Covid test for work. Downloaded the app put in my insurance info paid my co pay. I walked in with no apt, Maddie, Kayla, and Tia had me in tested and out with results in 20 minutes. Talk about rapid testing. Thanks!

Very happy that I went here, all of the staff that I came in contact with were very helpful & professional even though I was an end-of-day patient. Doctor Scavusso saw my wound, understood it , prescribed the meds and educated me on how to treat it. Could not have asked for better care. They get 5-stars from me.

Had to get a COVID test a few weeks ago. Looked up clinic via Google, Walk ins welcome, sure thing... Walk in and be told you have to come back 6 hours later. Since I dont drive it cost me 4 Uber rides to get my test done (there and back twice). As far as care goes all was fine and efficient. I will say I dont understand the whole appointment thing as I sat there waiting for uber the 1st trip and results the 2nd trip and there was not a single person that walked in the door to be seen.Oh so I need to test again, try to call to set a time to walk in. I get a recording that says download an app. I do that and attempt to set a time, no slots available for days. I call back and hope to get a live person. Nope a voice mail system.Why advertise and promote walk in service when thats not true?Again, 3 stars because care/testing was okay and efficient otherwise it would be a well deserved 1 star.

Maddie was very thorough, friendly, and caring and administered the covid test professionally. Molly is excellent at manning the front desk and helping answer questions. This is one of the only places you can go for a covid test that doesnt require a referral. Yes you have to go in early to get a time slot to come back for the test, but I thought that made more sense than waiting in line for hours on end. Just know that insurance wont pay for it if you dont have symptoms and are having the covid test just to make sure. Really, the government should be footing the bill for these tests IMO. I’m brand new to the Cleveland area so I had no clue how my experience would be checking i to a new urgent care facility. When I arrived I was literally the only one there so once I filled out paperwork I was in right away. Travia and Maddie we’re both there to help me with some nasty doo doo I had in my ear. They were both very kind and helpful. I can promise you this if I have a small issue that needs addressed like that again I’m going back. Hopefully I’m helped by Travia again as she was phenomenal!! Thanks ladies!!

I had an amazing experience, chasity didn’t just take my information and welcome me, she was friendly and helped me he’s my mind off the fact I was in a doctors office. Tia understood my pain and explained what was wrong so I could understand where the pain was coming from. They made my visit amazing and happy to know I have a great urgent care if I need it!

I went it with fever, sore throat, vomiting, congestion, red (mucus filled) eye. The doctor didn’t look at my throat, nose, ears, or even listen to my chest or back. He literally said “i don’t know why you’re here”…keep asking if I smoked (I don’t) kept saying “nothing is wrong” with me 3 days later went to another urgent care, I have pneumonia. Will never so back. Such a rude , uncaring, selfish, doctor.

I was completely impressed with this place! They are professional, courteous, and go above and beyond to help you! I would like to thank Nicole; the medical provider, and Molly and Maddie; the medical assistants! These ladies work so hard, and I am grateful for them!

I gave a two because they were very nice and and very fast. But the problem I had was I was misdiagnosed. And ended up at an ER. I went from having shingles to having pink eye. I am hoping at this point my 97 year old mom does not get pink eye because it is contagious and when I thought I had shingles it was not contagious so I did not worry about giving it to my mom.

I got my flu shot today. A wonderful experience. Maddie did an excellent job in giving the flu shot. I didn’t even feel anything. Great job Maddie and UrgentCare.

The walk in urgent care in Brunswick Ohio was fast friendly and professional. I was seen relatively fast and treated with professional courtesy. I would definitely recommend them for your urgent care needs.

Went in to get my arm evaluated. Pain in elbow when I lift any object or make a fist, had it for a few weeks. Doctor asked why I was in and why I waited so long to get it checked. I explained that the pain was slight and increased over time. I hate hospitals and doctors so I do not go to them unless it is important. Wouldnt listen to what I had to say and cut me off. Got told I was fine and could return to work. Still hurts. Shooting pain in arm when I lift stuff, constant pain while at rest. Going to get a second opinion when I can.

We were traveling through town to visit friends and family when my husband fell ill. The staff here were professional and kind, diagnosed him promptly, and helped us find a pharmacy. We would definitely use them again.

Walked right in no line , I was in and out in ten minutes . The nurse practitioner was really nice and very knowledgeable I highly recommend her . Also the front desk girl was very helpful with my insurance and saving me money . Im horrible with names but im sure they will know who Im talking about .

Maddie, the medical assistant, was very kind & efficient. I got in very quickly to see Tia, the nurse practitioner. Tia was extremely thorough & sympathetic. I will definitely recommend going here for non-emergency medical needs.

Very thorough and caring staff. I would definitely recommend this clinic for urgent care needs. Naveen and Kayla were fantastic. We had to visit on New Year’s Eve and I am glad they were there for us.

I went to the walk in clinic in Brunswick on 303 on 11/22/22 and was seen by Angela-CNP and Kayla-MAThey both did a wonderful job by listening to me on how I was feeling both were very professional and very helpful to get me back quick and diagnosed me and put in the order for the medication I needed so I can start feeling better soon I would highly recommend going to this walk in clinic while they are working if you want a great experience

If I could give zero stars I would. I got there TWO HOURS before they opened and there were about 30 people in front of me. Upon getting to the door, with one person left in front of me, we were informed no more tests could be scheduled because the girl was by herself and they didnt expect this. Really? Cases of Covid are on the rise, more people need tests, and you scheduled ONE person to conduct testing for the whole day? Totally irresponsible. This place sucks.

I had to stop in for an ear infection and the girls were so kind and so helpful! I was in and out with in 15 minutes, diagnosed and a prescription sent right away. So helpful, and caring. Big thank you to Maddie and Tia :-)

If I could give these folks anything less than one star, I would. That’s a shame, too, because we have used them several times and had nothing but nice things to say about them. But when the doctor (Dr. Tom) prescribes you something that you specifically told him that you are allergic to and is unapologetic about it, that’s the last straw. It’s a good thing I googled what the medicine was before taking it. Thanks for nothing.

I will never got back here again. They did not properly take care of me , accused me of being a drug user , and then the nurse jabs the needle into my harm !!! So not cool never going back to this place again , i will be calling someone higher up in the company and i will explain everything to them.... Im high surprised by how this doctor and nurse got there docters license!!!! Im so disgusted with place. I wouldnt not recommand them to anyone.

Have been there before not much of a wait. But was very annoyed when taking my sick child there to find a hand written letter on the door saying out for lunch come back after 2pm.. that’s fine we all need a break. But post that on your Google page or site something! Wasted a lot of time getting there just to find them closed.

I live out in Tallmadge - 45 minutes away and my doctor told me to come here for rapid COVID testing. I tried calling 3 times before leaving and got no answer, even leaving a message. Finally got here and they arent doing any more tests today - do a better job at answering your phone!!!

Had to stop in a covid test. Unfortunately, I didnt get the test results I wanted. The staff was awesome and made me feel very at ease with the whole process. I couldnt recommend them enough....I hope to never return there again, but would have no issue if I did.....

The entire staff was awesome! My son needed a physical for sports and he left asking if that the doctor could be his regular doctor! My son hates going to the doctor but he left with a smile. Great service!!!

This place is definitely my go-to spot for when I’m sick or if I need something like a flu shot or physical. The workers there are super friendly and you definitely will not regret coming here. It usually isn’t busy when we go so we get in and get out really quickly.

Terrible place of business. The name of the company is walk in clinic and they advertise walk ins. Yet wont take anyone due to having appointments booked through December. Making appointments definitely defeats the purpose of walk in.

I tried to get a covid test. the phone says to use the app. the app says to register and walk up. I went there this morning and there was a sign that said it was full for the next week. why tell people you can walk up if you arre full?? no organization. go somewhere else!!!
