Dr. Jacobs is absolutely an amazing doctor. He will listen to your needs and make sure you understand the process provides options. He listens to your concern without feeling rushed and makes you feel as a priority. He is also very compassionate which I felt was very important. Also the staff is so amazing and loved all his nurses during my fertility treatments.

Dr Jacobs and his staff are absolutely amazing!The first day My husband and I met with him and his nurse Helen, we knew we were where we should be! Dr Jacobs LISTENED to us and our thoughts, concerns and fears. He gave us our options and he had a game plan for us to start.After 10+ years of trying and feeling like I was completely broken, Dr Jacobs reminded me that I was not broken and he would do whatever he could to help.IVF is SOOOO hard and through the ups and downs, I received emails from Helen checking on me, making sure that I was ok and every time I went into the office for monitoring, she was there with a hug for me!Because of Dr Jacobs, I am now a mom to an amazing little man and I know that Dr Jacobs and his staff will be there to help my husband and I with baby #2!Thank you for everything you do!!!!!!!💙

My husband and I are so grateful we found Dr. Jacobs. He is caring, professional and knowledgeable. He was always available to answer any questions and help us with anything we needed. Dr Jacobs and his team are just the BEST! We put our trust in Dr Jacobs because of his years of experience, bed side manner, and sincerity. With very low quality and quantity numbers and only one ovary to rely on we didnt know where this journey would take us but the sincere attention, and realistic path Dr J led us down, we now have had two successful pregnancies via IVF. We couldnt be more grateful for him and, Helen cheering us on too! With so many patients on a daily basis, the attention Helen provides is amazing and encouraging. Even Dr Js staff at retreival or transfer always has a smile on their face and although a super scary moment, always offering a hand to hold! We appreciate all that they have done for us so much!

Dr Jacobs was amazing to work with. After 8 years of struggling to get pregnant and seeing other drs he finally got us pregnant and we gave a beautiful 2 month old daughter now. He was kind but direct. He was patient and understanding of our feelings and concerns.

Dr. Jacobs is highly qualified in reproductive endocrinology & infertility. He knows how to talk to his patients and truly cares for them. He was available whenever I had concerns or questions. He stuck with me and never gave up on me. He has many years of experience and keeps up with new findings. He is open-minded and I would highly recommend him to anyone trying to start a new family or grow their family.

This has been our second experience with Dr. Jacobs and have been blessed with a darling 19 month son and we have twins on the way. Both of our experiences with Dr. Jacobs have far exceeded our expectations stemming from the delightful staff to our personal nurse to was along side us step by step during the process. Dr. Jacobs truly is an exceptional doctor and you would be in the best care during your fertility journey with him. I strongly recommend seeking his expertise if you are looking to add to your family.

Dr. Jacobs is the absolute best! There is no one else I would’ve trusted with my journey more than him. He is incredibly intelligent and has a way of making you feel protected with every step of the way! He helped bless my husband and I with two children out of the 3 embryos (chances) we had. He’s a miracle worker, but most importantly, compassionate and patient!

Dr. Jacobs and his team are truly wonderful. I transferred from another practice and instantly felt more informed and more confident in our journey. The staff is friendly and Dr. Jacobs truly seems like he cares about each patient and their desires to have a child.

Dr. Jacobs is wonderful! He is very caring and takes the time to explain everything in detail. All of the nurses in the office are also great. Because of him, I have my son. We are now ready for baby #2 and I would never consider seeing anyone but him for treatment.

Dr. Jacobs was referred to me to me through my coworker after two failed IVFs through a different doctor. My first impression with him was, this is the doctor I want to be with. He switched my protocol from what my previous doctor prescribed, put me on vitamins to improve the quality of my eggs for 60 days, and then we started the process of stimulating. I am now currently 12 weeks pregnant. God bless you Doctor Laurence, and bless your staff.

Coming from a patient who has been going through fertility treatments for 5 years, I can not say enough good things about Dr. Jacobs. I was a patient of another doctor at FCI for 3 years and had multiple miscarriages, could not get past 8 weeks. After going to hell and back we decided to have our daughter via surrogacy.After taking a 3 year break to raise our daughter we decided to try again. I am 42 and we have embryos. I changed doctors and purposely picked Dr. Jacobs based on reviews. From the get go he addressed my past journey, gave his opinion and how we were going to do things differently. And different it was....... I am happy to report I am 15 weeks pregnant and have nothing but love and admiration for Dr. Jacobs and his staff.

Dr Jacobs is wonderful. He gives you all the time you need and answers ALL questions you might have (I had many). He offers you all of your treatment options and you decide together what is the best plan to proceed with. Dr Jacobs is an angel on earth and I would recommend him to anyone. I worked with Dr Jacobs for 4 years and he was just as compassionate and caring from my first visit to the last. I remember one evening he called me at 9:30 Pm to check in on me...it meant alot to me. The staff in the office is expectional...words cannot describe how wonderful they are.

Dr Jacobs and his complete staff were wonderful from the beginning of my experience until the end. They were always supportive, encouraging, and caring. I developed a complication in my pregnancy the day after I was discharged from their care into that of my OB and they followed up with me anyway. I really appreciated their sense of commitment and responsibility above and beyond what was required.

Dr. Jacobs was very helpful through every stage. Extremely knowledgeable and I do not think we would have had such great results with a different doc. 9 weeks pregnant at almost 42, we are really looking forward to our first child!

Without the care received from Dr. Jacobs and FCI, our family would never have stood a chance at being complete. We have Dr. Jacobs to thank for our 1st miracle son and our 2nd miracle is on the way. Infertility is lonely, isolating, and exhausting, but Dr. Jacobs truly cares about seeing you through the storm. He’s been in the field for over 40 years and that type of experience is hard to find!

It is too hard to put into one review the amount of gratitude my husband and I have for Dr. Jacobs and his staff at FCI. Dr. Jacobs is the most knowledgeable and persistent doctor you could possibly hope for in the fertility world. We were comforted by the fact that Dr. Jacobs was willing to run any and every test that might lead us to answers. He uses the most current practices and makes it obvious that he is always completely invested in your care. Without him suggesting the Receptiva DX test to us, we wouldn’t be where we are today. As we wait for our miracle twin girls to arrive this March, we can never truly thank him enough. You’d be crazy not to allow Dr. Jacobs and FCI a chance to make your dream of becoming a parent come true as well.

I have seen Dr. Jacobs over the past 6 years and have nothing but wonderful remarks about him and his practice. He is very knowledgeable and has many years of success. I had gone elsewhere and not achieved a healthy pregnancy. With Dr. Jacobs help my Husband and I have had two healthy children and I am pregnant with our third. I never would have thought this possible six years ago.

Dr. Jacobs was very easy to talk to and always answered my emails very promptly. I am now pregnant with twins and am very thankful for all he has done for our family. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a fertility doctor.

22 years ago Dr Jacobs helped us to get pregnant, on the first try, with our son. He was attentive and answered all our questions and genuinely cared. Our son just turned 21! Very grateful to him!!!

I was scared to do IVF again as my first cycle at another facility was not easy. A year later after much research, my husband and I met Dr.Jacobs, instantly we felt he was the right fit. There are no guarantees in IVF but when a doctor has compassion and is honest it sure makes this road easier. Ive been most appreciative of his communication, Ive had times where Ive been up late and emailed him and he responds and always quite quickly, when he says he will do something he does it. Infertility isnt easy but hes made it easier.

We were so blessed to have found such an amazing fertility doctor! He is so knowledgeable and great at explaining each and every step of the process. Hello to everyone that has been discouraged or is just giving up for that was me in June with my 2nd miscarriage, 3 years of trying and 2 different ivf specialist. I was very hesitant about ivf because I am very nervous of shots. Someone gave me the name of Dr. Jacobs and I thought I will give it one last try. The other 2 doctors pretty much wrote me off because they wanted their numbers to stay up and said the only thing that would work is egg donor which was not even a subject for us. Dr. Jacobs met us on a Sunday which I was very surprised. Very straight to the point and had options. He did not dismiss me as a number and was willing to work with my own eggs. The shots were nowhere near what I thought they were going to be. Barely even felt them. Everything else was not bad either. I would do it again if I had to but needless to say I dont. After 4 years of trying and being dismissed from 2 other ivf specialists that were highly ranked and recommended, I am now pregnant. They have taken great care of me and have been very kind. Everyone gave me a hug when I became pregnant in the office. Last and final if in doubt go what do you have to loose, I am a number now.-Kelly

I recommend FCI to anybody in need of a good reproductive specialist. The friendliness of the staff helps go over the process of trying to get pregnant much easier. Very good communication. Dr. trying different approaches with the success in mind. I worked prior with two other doctors and I do recommend FCI because I had great experience.

He is a very great doctor he really knows what he is doing plus he help me with my struggle not getting pregnant I was trying for more than 10 years he make this happen and six months right now I’m 11 weeks and my baby with his help and God my pregnancy is been fine I’m really recommend him to help you get your miracle happen but don’t forget to pray and ask God to help us so that the doctor can help us with our dream of being a mother thanks Doctor Jacob Laurance

The office was always overbooked and double booked after the first visit. They told me to come with specific days for diagnosis and never had time for appointments during those days I had to bagged them for appointments and I always got answer we are double booked sorry there is noting we can do try different locations. Never was able to even finish my diagnostic tests .

He is the best of all I have met in my experience. He knows what he is doing and very patient and friendly in explaining all the queries we had. In total we had a great experience with him. I trust his diagnosis.-Devyn P.
