I honestly cannot say enough about this place. From the front desk to the nurses I have seen there, to Dr J , herself just phenomenal, every aspect! I am so perplexed why there are not more rave reviews for this office! Dr J performed surgery on me and did an absolute amazing job. She is by far one of THE best doctors I have encountered (and unfortunately my list is LONG) absolutely trust her with my life! She’s super attentive caring and knowledgeable. She truly cares about you and you can tell she does! Her nurses are top notch just absolutely love them as well! Not sure why poor Michelle up front gets so much slack? I have never had a problem with her, she’s always been super helpful and she works her tail off! If you are looking for a place that truly cares about you and your well being as a woman, this is the place for you!

My insurance provider contacted his office at the Piver center to schedule an appointment for me. A woman named Michelle requested that I have my primary send records before I make can appointment. Upon calling my primary, I learned that records requests was the responsibility of Dr. Lippes office. So I asked Michelle to send in a request. Days went by and I still hadnt heard from Dr. Lippes office. I decided to follow up with them and Michelle told me (and I quote) Oh, we just got them [the records].... but we were confused why you needed to come in ....When I began to explain my situations, I was abruptly cut off. Michelle interrupted me to say that she and the nurse dont think Dr. Lippes would want to see me but theyll call me back on Wednesday after checking with him. Shed never even considered that my derm & OBGYN records were more relevant than outdated records from my childhood.3.30pm Wednesday rolls around and I still hadnt heard from the office. I follow up with them again for Michelle to tell me that Oh, yeah, Dr. Lippes says he cant treat you based on your records. He said that if you dont like your dermatologist to find another one. When I asked how he can make a medical assumption based off of 6 year old records and if I can come in and speak to the nurse, she replied You can come in but the nurse probably wont talk to you.So, thank you for NOTHING Dr. Lippes. Dont you have the know-how to understand that you cant assess a patients conditions based on records from their childhood? Or is this just another case of discrimination attached to the stigma of Medicaid? You deemed my conditions were beneath your expertise without even having an accurate frame of reference. You wasted two weeks of my valuable time searching for a doctor who values patients and cares more about their practice rather than making money off patients.As for the receptionist - Michelle never called me ONCE to follow up while knowing im on a time crunch. She couldnt be bothered to provide the simple service of following up with me. She was rude, impatient, unpleasant and downright NASTY.

Had surgery for stage 3 ovarian cancer 15 years ago. Still no sign of reoccurrance! This place is the best!

Just drove 1.5 hours for appointment they switched doctors 2x since last year they said the doctor I need is not there and to come back next week..no prior notication ...

I have been going to Dr. Piver and his associates for over 20 years. I am so happy with their care and professional~!
