The wait times are long and I received the most compassionate patient care I’ve ever experienced.After a 2.5 hour wait I was finally taken to the procedure room. My nurse, Jennifer, was warm and put me at ease. The doctor on staff supervised a resident physician who performed the procedure which explains the long wait times. The lead physician was kind, personable, knowledgeable, and the resident was excellent. The pain management options made an excruciating procedure manageable and soothed my anxiety. Actual procedure was 15 minutes with 15 minutes in recovery. I was able to drive myself home. In total, I was here for 3 hours.I did offer feedback that reception notify patients upon check in, this location is a teaching facility for complex procedures which may extend wait times up to 4 hours. A disclaimer prior to scheduling and the appointment with this information would be helpful too. People are coming in for procedures that can be painful and traumatic. That small step could help ease wait time frustrations.If you come here, bring something to stay occupied, eat a filling meal, and bring a little snack (if allowed before your procedure).

I’ve used this gynecologist for 12 years. The only medical place in the area that doesn’t give me a headache. They always go out of their way to make sure you are stress free about insurance and paperwork. They are always available to help even without an appointment.

I made an appointment for 9:25 for annual screenings and I came to the facility and they’re not open. The sign on the door says they open at 9. It’s 9:40, I am still in the parking lot; they’re still not open. I called the 800 number and was told that they had me scheduled for the Buffalo location. I was there when I made the appointment for west Seneca. Poor management and I won’t trust people with poor management with my health

They are very respectful of using the right pronouns and preferred name. The care I received was good and they answered all of my questions. Theyve got a good team over there.

I had such a wonderful experience for a horrible decision of mine. I want to thank all of the nurses and doctors for exceeding in their job and being so friendly. Thank you again!

They were the nicest providers i have ever seen. They were really kind towards me.

Needed care for an infection urgently, was able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours, was seen and treated promptly. Everyone was very warm and super professional, would be happy to be treated here again if I needed care.

I went here last month for an annual exam and today I went for an IUD insertion, I have to say the doctor and nurses were amazing! Sure, I waited a little bit to get seen, but it was totally worth it! Very happy with my visit today and I know if there are any complications I wont hesitate to make another appointment! Keep doing what youre doing PP!!

All of the other reviews are so misleading. My wait here has never been longer than Ive waited at any other physicians office. The doctor is kind and understanding. She listens. Even the girls at the front desk are kind and dont judge. I will never feel completely comfortable at a GYN but this PP makes me as comfortable as they can.

This is legit the SLOWEST place Ive ever been too. I was in waiting room for 45mins when there was only me and one other girl sitting there. front desk was super loud about everything I could hear them talking about my insurance things from the other side of the room. Was in back for over an hour for doctor to see me for 5 minutes! And to top it off she never came back in to explain anything to me nurse handed me a paper and told me I was free to go. Thanks for nothing. Appointment was at 315 (got there at 3) didnt get seen till 410 and finally left around 520. Never again 👎🏼

The staff there were so kind and reassuring. I find good bed side manner is hard to come by in normal doctor offices. Most doctors and nurses talk down to you. I went to the west seneca location and the staff there was absolutely amazing and didnt judge.

Great staff! BUT the service is slow. Last time I was in there for 2 hours and only saw the doctor for 30 minutes. This time I walked out after being seen by the doctor then had to wait 30 minutes again for a 5 minute conversation. Sad because the doctors are great, but just slow.

They provide caring and excellent service.

The wait was very long but all the women that I dealt with today were great and made me feel so comfortable. My first time here and it defiantly won’t be my last! Thank you for doing what you do for us women.

There’s truly Angels who work here. Every woman in this building had a heart of gold and wants to help you any way they can. Thank you ladies for upstanding our rights as humans, and bless you ❣️ It wasn’t busy at all today, I was only in the clinic for about an hour.

Everyone was super sweet and showed concern and care. It was fast service and everyone explained everything very well to me!

All staffs are patient, nice and professional. Great experience here.

The lady at the service desk was very rude and not welcoming at all. I didnt feel like the customer service was good at all, the front desk was rude and didnt explain why we cant be in the room during a testing when theres decisions to be made.

The women here are awesome. They are so supportive and attentive. I have no complaints!

Helpful and lets you know ALL your options in a kind and compassionate manner without judgement. Answered all my questions with real medical knowledge!

There liars and false advertisement. they told me that this certain birth control Ill never have my monthly.. but it keeps coming back. so dont always believe everything they say cause its not 100% right or close to even right.

It took forever for me to be seen. Im talking over an hour wait. beyond frustrating.

The wait is extremely long. Very slow. 👎
