Fast, friendly and good care provided. I was greeted as soon as I came in. Everyone on staff was friendly and professional. Leaving to go out of the country and have a sinus infection and was able to get an antibiotic and treated so I will be able to enjoy my trip. Highly recommend!

I had a little bit of a wait time as they were quite busy, but the triage young lady was wonderful. Very compassionate and competent. The nurse practitioner was very thorough kind and wonderfully caring. The x-ray tech was careful and attentive to details. The young man giving discharge instructions, was eager to help expedite my appointment with orthopedics. I’m impressed with the Staff and care given at AFC.

Great people. We were driving from MN to FL and unfortunately I got UTI. We were on such a time crunch and we were trying to figure out how I could see a doctor and get a prescription with very small window of time. (We had a house closing) we ended up here with their last appointment and all the staff treated us so incredibly well, made a stressful time peaceful. Thank you SO much! Colleen Ellis

I liked the convenience of their location. There were 4 people ahead of me when I got there. They had just opened. I was in and out in less than an hour. Everyone was friendly. I got to see an actual doctor which is not so common anymore. I loved that. I will definitely be back next time I’m sick.

First time visiting AFC. Arrived around 7pm on a Friday. Was third in line to be seen. Required numerous X-rays, shot, splint, and sling. Left around 8pm. Was there for around an hour total. Everyone was very pleasant and professional! Have to admit AFC wasn’t my first choice going in, but they were the only immediate care offering X-ray / tech outside of going to an ER. Overall I was extremely impressed with my care and their professionalism. Would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended!

The attitude of the staff at AFC is amazing! They care about their patients, and very attentive to their needs. They were patient and listened. The DR. was amazing at explaining my lab results to where I understood them clearly. I will be back for future treatments. They accept walk ins only and the wait time to be seen wasnt bad. I went during a 45 min lunch break. I recommend!!!

Upon my visit to AFC located at Mt Auburn Rd the staff greeted me with a welcoming manner. However it was a nuisance that I filled out most of the paperwork online, and they still required additional information from to check me in. They blamed it on technical difficulties, which I felt could be addressed with a better check-in process/training for the staff on duty.As far as the doctors appointment, it was pretty standard, but the Doctor on duty definitely seemed rushed. He was in the room no more than 5 minutes (after waiting almost 15 minutes) to see me. Did not give off the most caring attitude but it would pass for everyday care.Would recommend them AFTER they update their check-in process.

Everyone was very professional and took great care of me. I was there quite a while getting a bag of IV fluids. The doctor himself came to check on me. Dr. Kriivonyak took the time to answer all of my questions, even additional ones I came up with at the last minute. Very grateful we have them in town.

Staff were very professional, yet compassionate. They were thorough in my treatment and clear in explanations. This was my first experience with AFC, but wouldnt hesitate to go back the next time Im not feeling well. Highly recommend.

If you need to go to an Urgent Care place, this is the one to go to. I felt welcomed here, rather than being herded like cattle. I find most physicians to be condescending, but this one was knowledgeable AND respected what MY body was telling ME. The receptionist, the nursing staff and the physician were all on board to help me feel better, to make sure I was treated properly. Definitely a win!!!

The team there was awesome from check-in all the way through the end of the process! I really appreciate the prompt service and working with me on aligning my medication‘s so that I can safely absorb the new medication I need for my treatment. Thank you very much!

I recently visited the AFC Urgent Care in Cape Girardeau. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. The wait time wasnt too long, and the doctor I saw was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend this urgent care to others.

These people were kind and took the time to ask questions and assess me to find out what was going on. I came without insurance and the self pay did not break the bank. The services I had included seeing the Dr., respiratory panel swab, and 2 view chest xray, and a breathing treatment, and prescriptions ordered. Very glad I came here!

I’m a nurse myself and I always do OTC before I ever take my kids in. If that does not work and the symptoms still get worse, I take them in expecting some antibiotics to help get ride of what is going on. The care was fantastic by the nurses and the receptionist but when it came to Dr. Tran I was completely baffled at how little care my 1 year old got. He told me he was fine and nothing was wrong with him, meanwhile he is cough so hard he can’t breathe and he has green snot coming out his nose. This is by far the worst care I have gotten for my kids and I will not be seeing this “Dr.” again. My son is still having a hard time breathing and still having fevers, but wait “he’s fine”. Doctors are supposed to listen and have compassion, that is what they do, even the Doctors I work for. But that is by far from what I got at this clinic. DO BETTER!!!!!!! This is sickening when we take our children in for a little boost OTC is not giving them, not to be turned away like trash.

Front desk very friendly and professional. Very prompt service in getting put back into triage. Dr. took his time was very thorough. Will definitely use again if in an emergent need of service and highly recommend you do too. Thank You AFC for the great care.

The staff was very efficient and friendly. I was in and out way faster than I thought I could be. I will say it maybe felt slightly rushed, but overall they were happy to answer my questions and were very helpful. I absolutely recommend them.

Had a very swollen tonsils. Couldnt eat or drink anything. Hours later after two shots, I have drank a bottle of water and ate a small amount.

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful which made it a more relaxing and comforting experience. Im also glad you have the business hours that you have. It certainly saved me from having an Emergency room experience. Its also nice to know that you will have an actual doctor looking at what is ailing you.

I had a very positive experience today at AFC. The wait was not long. The NP listened & treated my daughter appropriately. I didn’t feel judged by our temporary lack of insurance. To the man with the random act of kindness I wanted to express my gratitude. I will definitely pay it forward and thank you from the bottom of my heart. What a blessing you were to my little family. It is so nice to know there are still good people in this world. I definitely recommend AFC over other convenient cares in the area. We will not hesitate to come back in the future if need be.♥️

I was on vacation in the area and hurt my knee. The employees were all very kind and Dr Wells was very thorough and took his time explaining everything to us. Highly recommend.

The friendliness of this clinic was just outstanding. All of the staff treated you like a human being and not trying to just push your through like cattle. I hope I wont but if I need to go back to a urgent care I will go back to them.

I came in with what I thought was going to be strained ligaments in my hand from a fall. Upon getting x-rays I found that I had broken my index finger. I cant say enough good things about the staff and physician. They were fast and courteous. Thank you

I visited AFC last week after a visit to the ER. The ER did the bare minimum for me, missed a bunch of issues with the underlying cause of my symptoms, and brushed me off. AFC asked thoughtful questions, found what the ER missed, and they were all so very kind. They were busy, but their nice desk people kept checking in to see if anyone needed water.They were bringing folks back to triage and to check vitals at a steady pace. Id say from arrival to being called back to my room, it was about an hour and a half. I needed fluids and medication also, so I was ultimately there for about 4 hours.They have cookies coming their way as soon as Im back to 100%!

The staff was really nice! They really made me comfortable since I was upset, I was feeling very sick! The doctor was great! She explained things, gave me medicine and I was on my way home to rest!! Highly recommend!! Also I loved the Dr. ❤️ I wish I could make her my primary care doctor!!

It was a long wait, but understandable since there were 5 people ahead of us. End of a long day and all of the staff were still pleasant and efficient. I wouldnt hesitate to return to this clinic if needed.

I walked in about 15 minutes before they closed after cutting my finger at work, and I was feeling very anxious about coming in so late. My anxiety was relieved when the staff were still very patient and kind, especially considering they had to stay late. They got my finger stitched up in no time, and sent me on my way. It was very much appreciated, and I would recommend.

Everyone was very nice except the doctor. He was short & abrupt. He had no bedside manners. If you are going to work at a walk in clinic you need to have a trace of bedside manners. I was at this clinic another time & doctor was very nice. He was foreign & I could not understand him. I have nothing against foreign doctors I do have something against rude doctors. I was at the clinic on November 10, 2023.

Chronic migraine sufferer. Most of the time my prescription meds will do the trick but from time to time i cant get the headache and vomiting to go away so I stop in when i need an extra push. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. No wait times and Im in and out. They always get my migraines under control. Thanks everyone!

Have had a bad infection for awhile now which can actually turn fatal turns out yall don’t know medicine, and prescribe me something that isn’t for my problem on multiple different occasions. I recommend this place to no one.

I have visited this walk-in clinic on several occasions in Cape Girardeau, MO for various symptoms and diagnoses! Each visit was quick, not much waiting like in hospital emergency rooms, and staff were very professional, kind and caring! They helped me to address immediate problems and contacted my physicians in St Louis to decide on a longer plan of care! A+ for this present visit! Great job!

The staff was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Even though I was feeling miserable they helped to make my visit feel rewarding. I was very displeased with the doctor who examined me. He was very impersonal and barely spoke to me. I was told I had a respiratory infection but didn’t explain or talked to me about any thing else. Neither did he ask me if I had any questions. The stars I gave are for the excellent staff.

Dr HK was great as usual!The lady at the front desk didn’t set well with me. I went for bronchitis- so of course I was coughing. Yes I coughed into my shirt. I was asked to wear a mask since I was coughing so much.- when I told her I couldn’t breathe in the mask I then was asked to wait in my car.The same lady came to give me a breathing treatment - after she gave me my 2 shots- breathing tx should have been first - hello I was coughing my head off ! And then she didn’t even know how to put it together- I had to tell her how!HK! Your great! You always know what to do!Thank you! The other office staff was great as well.- but this one girl needs to get a personality -

We have always had a great experience here!! 2 broken arms and a few throat swabs over the years. They are timely and kind. The doctor was so caring and kind and the girls that put my kiddos splint on were very patient and thorough.

I would be willing to look at other options, unless you want to wait 2 hours or more. The general staff is commendable but the Doctors they usually keep on hand are less than friendly. Most of the doctors here seem like they dont want to be there. Im sitting in the doctors office right now actually, the doctor still hasnt seen me and its been over an hour since I checked in.

I went for a covid/strep screening.Covid was positive, strep was negative.The entire visit took about 45 minutes from the time I walked in the door until the time I walked out.Everyone had a pleasant attitude and were very professional.On the re-test visit, I was in and out again in less than an hour. And again, everyone was cordial and polite.My Wife and I have been a repeat visitors to this office for over 6 years and have no complaints about the quality of service or the quality of interaction with staff.

I was visited by a doctor in a very short period of time upon entering the clinic. Then was diagnosed with an urinary infection and received prescription in a very short period of time!

The doctor said nurses are awesome. They ran tests and found my issue. They sent me to the ER to get more tests and iv.

Walked in and filled out papers and was taken into triage in less than 5 minutes. They took vitals and then I was put in exam room. Dr came in, checked me out, called meds in and I was done. Very professional and efficient.

The staff is so friendly and nice, but I waited over an hour to see a doctor on a Friday early afternoon. It’s not a great experience when you already don’t feel well to wait that long just for the doctor to only talk to you for 5 minutes and leave.

Wonderful experience with AFC. I felt terribly that I was only able to get there just before closing time with my son at the onset of a nasty case of strep throat. No one acted put off under the circumstances. They were very gracious about everything, from a speedy yet thorough exam to a last-minute call for prescriptions, all the way to unlocking the door to let us out as it was that far beyond closing time by that point. Really I cannot say enough about the staff at AFC.

I have a chronic skin condition that comes & goes, but bad flair ups require more treatment than typical prescription. Sadly, a bad flair up occurred afterhours on the weekend costing me an entire night of sleep, leading me to Urgent Care. Once I got there I was treated as if I had no clue what I was talking about by the doctor who was quick to scoff & interrupt my sleep deprived attempt at explaining the odd condition. There are two other doctors there whove been great in the past & the nurses do their job quickly & professionally. But this particular doc could stand to understand theres a whole wide world of illnesses that range in commonality. His bedside manner flat sucked.

Have been here to AFC and both times saw Dr. Carmelita Hudson-Kane. She is so easy to deal with. She is kind, caring and very efficient. Both times I have been here she treated me with the exact medicine that I needed and my fever and ear pressure went away so fast. I highly recommend seeing her. She knows her stuff! Very minimal wait time too!

Overall it was a great experience. The doctor was genuinely friendly and engaging but also efficient and accurate. Probably one of my favorite doctors Ive had anywhere. The medical assistant was also warm and friendly as well as quick to get me on my way. I hate giving only 4 stars because they were both absolutely phenomenal and my wait time was very minimal. It was the receptionist that made the experience feel a bit awkward. She seemed inconvenienced by me being there and was far from welcoming. Luckily the other two professionals I dealt with were so stellar that it turned it all around.

Excellent expediency and care! There was a full waiting room whenever I checked in, and it cleared out quickly. The Dr I saw has been there a long time and I like his no nonsense approach. Even the sweet lady at the front desk switched the TV to the Cardinals game for me! ❤️

I took my son in for a ray of hope based on reviews and word of mouth to go to AFC. I was not disappointed with Dr. Hudson-Kane. She listened to me and actually heard me. She did not try to down play my concerns. I’ve had the hardest time getting a doctor actually listen to me and not dismiss me about my son. I’ve been all the way to Children’s and got no where. I highly recommend this clinic!

I was blown away by the service I received at AFC Urgent Care! The receptionist was very caring and kind! She came out to check on us in the waiting room and offered us bottled water. The nurses and doctor were amazing! They were so nice and really care about your well being. They even apologized for the long wait (which wasn’t that long at all). They were so busy and very accommodating and professional. I really felt cared for when I left. Thank you so much AFC Urgent Care!!

People were nice and new what they were doing. I was waiting in room to see the doctor. And it took someone 30 mins to come and tell me what I had. Outside the hall I could hear people laughing and was just concerned why there were not coming to talk to me. Keep in mind it’s past 8 and I knew they were closed.

A thoroughly positive experience today at AFC Urgent Care in Cape Girardeau. Staff were professional, efficient, and cordial . I was seen relatively quickly with a minimum of paperwork. Dr. Hudson-Kane was especially patient-friendly and thorough- would love to have her as a primary care provider!

Doc who saw me was fantastic and addressed my concerns quickly. Go here twice a year for my sinus issues and it’s always the best and fastest service.

Each and every staff person was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made me feel as if they truly cared about my well-being. The nurses and doctor were gentle, kind, and eager to help. I left there feeling well cared for and had a clear understanding of my medical diagnosis and the treatment plan to follow.

My daughter has been here twice in two weeks. The first time they couldnt really say what was wrong but prescribed her something anyway (which did nothing). We went the second time because she had a fever of 101 and was obviously not feeling well. They struggled to get a temperature and then said she doesnt have a fever but has the flu and then prescribed several things without explaining anything any further.

We went here because it was the only option on a Sunday evening. No wait, but everything was so dirty, I didn’t want to put my toddler down. They sent us home saying we were fine. Two hours after we got home, things were not fine. Opted to drive north to a pediatric urgent care. Toddler had ear infection and required a breathing treatment. They said AFC’s test for strep didn’t make any sense. Maybe it’s fine for adults, but don’t waste your time with kids.

The front desk receptionist was very polite and understanding on the phone as well as in person. I was cared for with the best of teams, considering it was the day after Thanksgiving they got in, in a timely manner. The doctor was and always has been very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

We drove 40 miles because my son was sick and needed to be seen our Urgent Care places was closed on Sunday. So we went here and they got us in very quickly and did a couple different tests. It didn’t take no time and we was on our way! Staff and Dr was very kind. Thank you!

They were kind of busy when I was there so I had to wait a while but that is to be expected. Everyone working there was very nice and very compassionate.

This place usually does a great job taking care of me, but right now I am currently waiting in an exam room for the doctor, and it’s been about 45 minutes. No one has been able to see me. It’s the first week of school, I have a ton of homework to do, and I just want to go home because I have a fever and don’t feel well. It’s just really disappointing and I wish they would do better.

The Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. So refreshing compared to how I was treated by a previous walk in clinic in the area. I was taking my 2 year old to get tested so they let me wait in my car so that she wouldn’t be exposed to anyone else in the waiting area. When it was our turn, they called my phone to notify us. Once inside, the nurse performing the test was so extremely personable and made testing a breeze for my daughter. No tears!! Next time we’ll share our Chick-fil-A;)

Was very helpful and took the time to make sure I was ok

It was very busy but got seen relatively quickly. All the staff were so friendly. Just had a minor issue and got labs, saw the doc and got scripts filled in about an hour. We are so fortunate to have this office in our area.

The staff was very polite, caring, also I arrived there just minutes before they closed, yet they still made my visit a priority. Unlike some places they were very very nice where some places would have been rude, due to myself arriving so close to closing time! The Doctor was also nice, polite, and got me in and out quickly & thoroughly examined me to find where the pain (which was a tooth that was hurting extremely bad) was coming from, what caused it, then got my my medication called in! Thank you for all of the ladies at the desk upfront, also thank you to the Doctors!! You are amazing!!

Everyone was great. As bad as I was feeling and as many people as were there I did not want to have to wait very long. And I didnt. It seems to me like I was in and out in 30 minutes. That was awesome.

Very fast, knew what to do, and still managed to be friendly. I was delighted. Even paying out of pocket was not prohibitive, it was less than $200 total, which I thought was amazing. I appreciated that they followed up to see how I was doing a couple days later. A far superior experience to my last emergency room visit for sure. I feel like these guys were way more engaged than your average hospital staff, and weree definitely more concerned about making sure that I was well and not just turfing me out the door.Great job!

The staff from the front door to the doc office was super friendly. The nurse was very intoned to hear what my concerns were with my child. The doctor was very detailed as to what i as a mom needed to do to comfort my child while she is ill. The attention my child received was extremely important to me. Highly recommend

The doctor was absolutely amazing. I can’t remember her name but I had never seen her before she was concerned with me and my grandchild. Please keep her on board I was very satisfied. I did find her name Doctor Mina Massey

Because of the excellent ratings, I suggested that my son should take our one year old grandson here. His experience was not positive. The doctor spent only minimal time examining our grandson and didn’t make herself available for questions. She did not test him for strep or RSV. Three days later, he tested positive for both and was correctly diagnosed with HFM, with changes to the prescriptions originally ordered. Quality of care was sacrificed for speed, in my opinion.And to respond to the response provided; facts are facts regardless of who provides them.

I recently visited for a minor illness (sinus infection) and received exceptional care, like usual. My wait time was minimal despite the office being pretty busy for the time of day that I visited (around 530PM). Dr. Hudson-Kane is so friendly and easy to talk to. She is very thorough and always listens to my concerns. I have never left without proper the medication and/or treatment that I needed, unlike other offices that I have visited, which always left me returning a few days later feeling worse than when I had originally visited.I also appreciate that the office is conveniently located, has excellent hours for those days when you just cant make it between 8 to 5, and is always very clean. The office staff is also very friendly.If youre looking for A+ care, which I feel like our area seems to be lacking, definitely visit for any of your non-emergent needs. You wont be disappointed.

The doctors here are always kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve been seeing them for years for a wide range of problems and they have always been wonderful. It’s a busy urgent care, but worth the time. The doctors and staff work very hard to get people seen without compromising quality of care. You can’t beat Dr. Hudson-Kane, Dr. Sindecuse and their team for your urgent care needs! : )

Great experience. Minimal waiting. The staff were helpful, patient, and reassuring. Answered all my questions. Checkup was thorough and I didn’t feel rushed. The receptionist was professional, efficient, friendly and emphatic. The doctor and nurses were kind, professional and knowledgeable. Best of all, the treatment provided really helped!!! The wait time was absolutely ridiculous. Over 2 hours. Had to reschedule a physical therapy appointment due to the long wait time! The nurses Paige and Sierra were absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable and caring. I felt like the Dr. should have spent more time with me, but in light of the number of patients and wait time, her short time with me is quite understandable. I believe that if you are going to have a walk in clinic, that it should be staffed more appropriately to handle the number of patients it is seeing. I believe that my time is just as important as theirs, and that lost time to extremely long Dr’s office waits should be compensated!

I have always received great service here. I like not having to make an appointment as I rarely go to the doctor in general. Dr. Carmelita Hudson-kane is very good. She is friendly and answers all my questions and resolves my health issues. There are several convenient care locations near my house but I drive across town for this one specifically.

I was seen quickly and the doctor was very competent and thorough providing options and suggestions for follow up.

My sister went here today and was met with nothing but rudeness and unacceptable behavior by the physician in charge! I understand the job is stressful but people come to these places to be helped. Not disregarded and treated with like they are nothin. This physician grabbed her arm with force to make her sit on the bed then touched her shirt and pants for no reason! Wrote off her symptoms grabbed her again forcefully by the arm to get her off the bed and send her on her way. My sister left in tears!! Unacceptable if I could give 0 stars I would

The doctor Carmelita Hudson Kane MD was wonderful, All the nurses were great the experience was great...I am 71 I found out that I had a touch of pneumonia there was a lot of sick people there I was actually there for 2 and a 1/2 to 3 hours But it was worth it💙💙💙

These guys do outstanding work. The wait was crazy being the day after a holiday but it is everywhere. Once I was in they tested for everything and I left with the just right prescription. They were friendly and communicative on a very tough day. Thanks to them I feel like I am on the road to feeling better. So worth the wait.

Wonderful staff that works to get you seen in a timely manner. The doctors here are the best. They take the time to listen to your concerns and are genuinely empathetic. Walk-in on 10/30.....I was informed that it was going to be a wait because of the patients in front of me. I went ahead and stayed to be seen. After all I was there because I was sick. 3 1/2 hours later. Doctor was very thorough and diagnosed me. Gave me 2 shots and a script to be filled. Feeln better but it is the season!!! Doctor/Medical Director actively listened to my questions and concerns. He provided clarification regarding medications and the discharge plan. I felt that he took my own suggestions seriously. Ultimately, I was able to be comfortable in the instruction that he provided, despite being skeptical at the beginning of the appointment. I always have the best experience when I go to this clinic, and especially in comparison to other convenient cares in this town. AFC has the equipment necessary to provide thorough testing which makes me feel comfortable. Overall, the staff is friendly and provided exceptional care (Ashley ;)). It’s a different level of care when you feel valued and understood. Staff at AFC must be overworked this time of year. However, it wasn’t apparent during my appointment! I left at ease after being completely stressed and exhausted.

I came in because I had a painful case of poison ivy, super unhealthy looking. I was treated with the appropriate medication in office and then sent home with what I needed. My visit was so quick and easy, I was back home before my kids even noticed I left! Highly recommend to anyone in need of care in a timely manner!

I always receive excellent care, not only from both physicians, but from the entire staff. I appreciate the fact that while they are busy, they take the time to listen and make sure we are all understanding why I’m there today. I get such better care there than I have at any regular physician’s office or group. My only problem is they can’t fill out certain forms that are needed.

I’ve been here countless times between myself and my 2 children and have never been disappointed with my experience. Every now and then the young girl up front doesn’t seem the most excited to be there lol but I’m sure they are like most healthcare workers for the past few years and just exhausted. Everyone was friendly and professional.. my wait was not long. The waiting room is big enough to not have to sit close to people who might be contagious. Masks are available at the front desk where you register. The person who registered me was fast and efficient. The nurse was kind and the doctor was caring and knowledge. For someone who never goes to the doctor, I’ve been twice to AFC Urgent Care in past couple months. Both times I’ve been seen quickly and was thrilled with the experience. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable doctor who took time and answered all my questions.

I was really impressed with the efficiency of the staff and how quickly I was able to get in and out. Usually when I go to a walk-in clinic, I have a bad experience or I end up being there for a few hours. All of the staff members that I talked to were very respectful and it only took about an hour- which is record time for a walk-in clinic. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family.

Went to see them about issues I have been having after my wifes miscarriage and needing to have a surgery. I have been upset and worried about it and trying to make sense of paperwork and such. Refused to even discuss it, feeling even more depressed now.

They got me right in to triage and began the needed tests immediately to minimize my wait. The doctor came in promptly, did a complete examination, and returned with my results and plan of care. Ive always been impressed with this facility, which is why I drive 45 minutes to be seen.

Ive been here many times for bronchitis and breathing issues. The staff really listens to you and gets you in and out quickly. The nurses are great, the doctors are very knowledgeable and Ive never had a problem getting what I need for treatment. I feel extremely comfortable going to them for minor/semi-minor issues.

Sunday morning visit and things went very well. Check in was quick, wait time to see doctor less than 10 minutes. Exam was thorough. I was very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this facility to everyone.

I was seen by the doctor in a very timely manner who was professional and at the same time, was friendly and caring. After examining my foot, the doctor ordered x-rays to make sure that was no fracture. She explained what her diagnosis was and offered to make a follow-up appointment for me with a podiatrist. Brought my 94 year old dad to your facility on Sunday. He was diagnosed with bacterial pneumonia. I wanted to thank to doctors and nurses with treating him with the utmost respect and care. He is doing much better already after only the treatments they provided him with and the meds the prescribed for him. He had told me several times that he was very impressed with all the staff there.

Ive always received the best care at AFC. Dr. Kane-Hudson is outstanding. She is of course limited in the amount of time she can spend with each patient due to this being an urgent care facility, but she listens to you carefully and spends a good amount of time with each patient. The care and attention she gives you is top notch. She is an outstanding resource to have when the need arises. I cant say enough good things about her and truly all the staff at AFC.

The staff is always friendly and competent. It is a busy office so you may have to wait, but once youre called, youre in and out pretty quickly. The doctor(s) on staff remember prior patients well, even when youre not a regular walk-in.

I have been there several times over the last several years, and only had 1 other bad experience which I didnt say anything about. But this time I was blown away by the care. I myself worked in an urgent care setting for nearly 3 years not that long ago I fully understand how chaotic it can get. It started in triage, when the nurse was asking questions she was also stopping to down a drink, followed with a pretty loud belch. She asked if I had fever, I said I dont know I had been at work unable to check...during vitals never checked my temp. Then straight forward asked do you want a covid test I said I dont know if you think I should then I will, then she asked well do you want a strep test again I dont know if you think I do then thats fine. At what point did things turn into just asking those questions versus assessing the patient by the doctor then determining whats needed?When the doctor came in to see me, first thing I was asked was why didnt you take any tests? Again I said I am not refusing but I dont think its my place to decide which test I need. Honestly some of the things said in the actual patient room blew my mind too. This review is long enough. Maybe everyone there is just burned out since all the covid mess. I ended up being able to get into my primary so I finally was taken care of.

The entire staff is amazing and professional. The physician’s really listen to you and spend time. Because they have you wait after a injection, they saved my life 2 years ago when I didn’t know I had an allergy. I’m eternally grateful they were equipped for an emergency like this!

My son and I had to wait at two hours or more. I wasnt upset about. The reason I gave this rating is because I told the nurse when I checked in the medication I was allergic to and the doctor apparently didnt pay any attention to that. He prescribed a medication I allergic to. I am very grateful that the pharmacist caught the mistake and fixed it.

I walked in there not sure if I was going to be able to walk out but I believe that I was led to your office for a reason. While I was in the waiting room, a youbg lady brought in her younger sister to be seen. When the receptionist asked if the young lady was the kids mom, and she said no our mother passed away a couple weeks ago and our dad works a lot. Im her sister.The receptionist refused to see the kid. Even though they had all of her insurance info and everything needed to be seen.Could have used a little bit of compassion. They just had a major loss and I saw a young lady trying to help take care of her little sister.

For any medical reasons I may have, I primarily come to this location for various reasons. The staff is always straight to the point, quick, and does things efficiently. The doctors all know what they are talking about and gives sound advice and prescriptions as needed. I have never once had a problem and even when I had strep throat a while back, they made sure mg prescriptions were good and that my FMLA paperwork was filled out properly.

Had a good experience at AFC when I was there for an urgent care visit. Everyone was nice and the doctor was very compassionate. They were very busy and it was towards the end of the day.
