This place is a true blessing. I don’t have health insurance and needed to be seen. Everyone I met there was so kind and welcoming. Right when I walked through the door I was offered cold water and crackers.. then given a welcome gift! Afterwards I met with my patient advocate.. She was nonjudgmental, caring, and truly supportive.. then I met with my nurse who were equally those qualities as well! Both ladies were very informative, professional, and made me feel more at ease when I was completely anxious.I have nothing bad to say at all and would recommend this facility to any woman.

Going to True Care was one of the best choices that I made while pregnant. They were able to give me straightforward answers without any weight as to which decisions I should make. Everyone there was super friendly and knowledgeable. For something that can be a little scary when you walk in the door, I was anything but when I left. I would highly recommend True Care to anyone that has questions about their pregnancy. You will leave with support and answers to your questions about what is happening currently and in the future.

True Care is a wonderful facility. They are not what some people that insist on killing babies say that they are. Dont be fooled by what these people falsely say. Just look at all of the positive reviews of pregnant ladies who have been there and given them extremely positive reviews. They clearly and correctly state how friendly, helpful, caring, compassionate, non-judgmental and professional that they are. Casper has been very fortunate to have True Care to truly help ladies with unplanned pregnancies.

True Care provides needed services when a woman faces an unplanned pregnancy. Those services are free, whether they are medical like pregnancy testing and limited obstetrical ultrasound, or programs while the Resource, Baby & Me, and Fathering in 15 programs. The staff are compassionate and caring, and the nurses are professional RNs whose work is overseen by a local physician. The advocates and nurses provide information on ALL pregnancy options, truly giving women a REAL CHOICE regarding pregnancy and REAL HOPE during an unsettling time: an unplanned pregnancy.

True Care is anything but true care. I know many people who went here looking for pregnancy services and all they received were harsh judgments, staff forcing religious beliefs on them, and misinformation about abortion. True care uses scare tactics, the threat of eternal damnation, and they do not care about you or your socioeconomic circumstances. It is a religious organization. If you are in need of womens health services or pregnancy services I couldnt recommend Wellspring Health Access more.

Compassionate care by medical professionals, a local medical director, and volunteers offering judgment-free, supportive no-cost medical and educational services to those experiencing an unexpected pregnancy, including free, confidential pregnancy and STD testing, ultrasounds, and information about all your pregnancy options. You will leave this place feeling fully supported and informed by women who truly care about you from the moment you make that first call or reach out online.

True Care is a wonderful organization. Three years ago, I walked into their office and was a terrified pregnant teenager. They not only did NOT push me to make any certain decision but they never made me feel bad for anything I might have said or did. This NON-PROFIT organization provided me with the comfort I needed in order to make the right decision for me and my baby. They provide you with awesome resources and information, but NEVER force any decision on you. I went through their Baby and Me program and learned so much useful information and felt so great about being a new mom. The volunteers here were not strange women making me feel bad for getting pregnant at a young age, they were FRIENDS creating a safe and warming environment. My daughter is 2 1/2 years old, and she is the BEST thing that has happened to me and my husband.I would recommend True Care to anyone who may need help during a pregnancy, wanted or unwanted.True Care was a BLESSING to me from God.

I’m blown away by the level of care and kindness everyone at True Care has shown me! I went to TrueCare to confirm my pregnancy, they followed up with me to make sure everything was going well. She was flexible with our work schedules and has followed up with us afterwards. 😊 TrueCare is an overall wonderful resource!

I was curious about what True Care ACTUALLY does. I kinda thought that maybe they were just some group of people opposing abortion so I inquired further and found that they offer tours so my wife and I signed up. They took us through their entire process and I found that they are doing a very comprehensive job of helping women make the best choices for their pregancy. They design a custom care plan for each woman that comes to them and then they help that woman every step of the way. I was so inspired by their passion for helping the women of Casper that I signed up to volunteer. True Care truly cares about this city. I would encourage anyone to use their prenatal services.

I was so impressed by the kindness I witnessed the first time I visited True Care. After I went through their volunteer training I became even more impressed. I now serve on the Board of Directors because I want to help this organization any way I can. The True Care staff includes nurses licensed in the State of Wyoming. They work under the direction of a local OBGYN and are highly skilled with additional training qualifying them to perform limited obstetrical ultrasounds. True Care is a non-profit organization and they charge ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for any of their services. They are honest and truthful and yes, try to erase the perceived need for abortions. However, if a patient chooses to have an abortion, they are lovingly invited back to receive help with abortion recovery. A woman choosing to carry a baby to term and wishing to raise it herself is offered support through the Mommy and Me program. A woman who feels adoption is the best choice for her and her baby is offered referrals to adoption agencies and lovingly supported in that decision. Fathers are welcome and encouraged to be a part of the process at True Care as well. True Care continues to strive to offer this free support without judgement just as they have for many years.

I visited True Care in Nov. and was so impressed by the work they do there, I became a volunteer. The staff and other volunteers are very kind, loving, knowledgable and professional. I have witnessed first hand what a great blessing they are to each woman who comes to the clinic for help. I am honored to be a small part of this organization, and grateful for the extensive training I have received. I urge anyone facing an unplanned pregnacy to visit the clinic. I cant think of more loving, caring people to turn to for help.

I came to True Care because I found out that I was pregnant. I made an appointment and when I got there the receptionist was very, very kind and even made small talk whIle I was waiting. I first took a urine test to confirm my pregnancy and while they were running it I had an interview with an advocate and I learned that they were a Christian based non-profit organization. My faith does not fall into that catagory, not even close. However, there was no judgement or pushyness. Rebecca, took me in to do any ultrasound and was very professional and informative. She even left me record my baby moving on my phone. I left there knowing all of my options including adoption, abortion, and others. They also set me up with a program called Mommy and Me. It is a series of 10 visits that inform you of your baby progressing and everything that goes on with breastfeeding, development, and everything else that goes along with pregnancy. They have incentives to proceed with that program that truly help any new mother. My Mommy and me advocate was Leanette. And she is absolutely wonderful. Cheryl set me up with my insurance. And frankly if I were to have another child I would go there. They are like a family that guides you through the most life changing event that a woman can go through. I cannot thank them enough for all the help I received.

Why not just give your child up for adoption...I mean is terminating children YOU certainly made ALWAYS the answer. Theres good Christian ppl in this wonderful state who want but cant have children or simply want to adopt a child to save their life...please explore that option first before doing something that quite frankly is murder.
