Morgan Jewel at Pixel Care was assigned to my case and I have literally never felt more fortunate! She has responded to every single message within 5 minutes, has arranged for transfers within minutes and confirmed that everything went smooth, and has done it all while being so kind and friendly. I feel so comfortable reaching out to her for help, and trust that whatever I need will be done quickly and correctly. Our experience with Schrafts 2.0 has been exceptional! Overly exceeding our expectations. As first time fertility patients we didn’t know what to except, nervous about our shots and medication. We were in aww when we received our first box of fertility medication. Everything was wonderfully labeled making it easy to refrigerate what needed to be, know what medication to use and all the supplies you could need. They even have user friendly instructions and resources in the box, including on call number for assistance. On top of their packaging and care instructions, their staff has been unbelievable! Attentive, kind, caring, compassionate and overly helpful making sure all of your questions are answered and medication is shipped and received in a timely manner. We have been working with them since we started our journey in Feb 2024 and continuing through our first transfer experience. If we do another, we will use no one BUT Schrafts!

Schraft’s is a top notch fertility pharmacy. They have respectful and prompt customer service. My medications were stuck with UPS because of weather issues and they were able to work with another pharmacy to get me what I needed. I’m very grateful to Schraft’s and the rep that helped me Eli.

I am so thankful for Schrafts working seamlessly with my doctors office to authorize, fill, and finance my prescriptions. Schrafts has incredible customer service and makes what could be an extremely stressful situation quite easy. I ended up not having enough of my IVF meds on a Sunday when the pharmacy was closed, and Melinda not only met me at the pharmacy once to refill my meds, but went back to meet me a second time hours later at 7:30 pm when I realized I was missing an additional medication. Always the easiest experience ordering my IVF meds from Schraft’s—i just text the patient care coordinator and my meds show up on the day they were scheduled to. I’ve most recently been working with Elijah and they are responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful (as has anyone else there i have dealt with). Ivf is a stressful process and the timing of medication is very inflexible so im happy Schraft’s makes one part of a complicated process a little easier. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

I had a pretty smooth transition all made possible by Andy. After being told incorrect information by 2 other agents at different times, Andy was able to dig into the situation and address it promptly. He followed up with me and made me feel cared for. I am really pleased with my experience with Scraft’s 2.0 Pharmacy! I appreciate their customer service, quick shipping, and accuracy. I would like to recognize customer service representative Chiquita E. today for her *outstanding* customer service today in particular- I called because I required additional dosages of my IVF drugs to complete my cycle. Chiquita was so kind as she went ahead and fulfilled my refill, but she was also informative as one of my drugs wasn’t authorized by insurance to be sent out for another five days. Chiquita walked me through the process of how to call my insurance company and request an emergency override, which was very helpful and ultimately successful. When I called back to finalize my order, it was Chiquita who answered and assisted be again and was a ray of sunshine as she processed my order. She was kind and thorough and explained when my refills would be authorized for further fulfillment. I truly think she should be recognized for her excellence in customer service and celebrated by your team.

Angel was very professional and help in getting my order filled. I’ve worked with several didn’t pharmacies in the pass and this was the easiest process I’ve experienced so far.Everything arrived the next day boxed carefully and clearly could find all the items.Along with I highly recommend taking the open box consultation for your meditations You two options to do a video chat or phone call. I did the phone call and Allyson was friendly and made me feel comfortable discussing my medication. As well as helpful with the suggestions and informative with how to administer the drugs. This whole process has been wonderful especially after working with different pharmacies. Thank you Angel, Allyson & Schraft’s 2.0 for making this process easier.

I don’t know what everyone is talking about. Their service is TERRIBLE. The first prescription my doctor called in was for depot, $1700 as it’s not covered by insurance. They had 10 days to fill this prescription. They forgot to send it on day 9, and no one called me or emailed me. I called them asking where it was…”oh we forgot to send it” and now it was too late to get it that day. I HAD to take it the next day or would have had to wait another cycle. It supposedly was express shipped and supposed to arrive before 10 am. When it wasn’t there by noon, I called again-once again no update from them, and they didn’t know. I finally got a call from FedEx first saying they’d have it to me in the afternoon. And of course, there was no accountability or offer of anything other than an apology-no $ compensation.Now, I’m pregnant, and a prescription is called in Thursday for Progesterone. I’m having a major injection site reaction to the sesame oil and have welts and need a different compound ASAP. I get a call today, TUESDAY morning, that they forgot to ship it out. How does this happen twice?! I get put on hold, disconnected, and it’s been over 30 minutes, no one has called me back, and every time I call their customer service number, it disconnects. This is not stress that I need in my first trimester, when there are soooo many other options for providers. Maybe they used to be good, but it’s a mess now. Beware.

Schraft’s was amazing to work with. Jackie was in contact with me several times to make sure the meds I needed were in stock, covered by my insurance, and ready to be picked up.

Super kind and easy to work with. They work through texts which is easy, convenient, and encrypted. Calling is also quick and easy. Really nice employees. Very helpful on our fertility journey!

Update: I was able to speak to Adam and he was a tremendous help! We went over everything and he was able to rectify the issues I had. I am happy to say I also received my medications this morning. Thanks again Adam extremely grateful for your help!So disappointed to say I had the worst experience! After reading so many good reviews I decided to go with this pharmacy but today I regret that decision! Spent from 9am to 4 pm to get a quote only to have different people messages me back with different prices and different instructions. When I finally called they had no idea what was going on and again I get a different quote. Even on the phone I couldn’t get clear answers or instructions and the price just kept increasing. I did not feel like a valued customer or even empathy as a person needing certain medications. I didn’t have a choice at this point and ordered anyways because of time. I haven’t got my meds yet but I am super nervous they messed that up. I also asked for a receipt and didn’t get that either.

Overall, the customer services received from Schrafts Pharmacy has been exceptional. The staff members who coordinated my care showed genuine care, making me feel valued and supported. Amazing pharmacy! I had not a prescription emergency when they were closed. At 8pm they opened the store and filled my prescription which saved my IVF cycle. I am so thankful for Barbie! She was so sweet and helped make sure that my husband got into the door okay. Not to mention they were 1/3 the price than CVS Specialty. Thank you!!

Today, I initiated my Shots journey with the assistance through what call Open The BOX 📦 call, which they walk you through the supply box that you have received and now I feel confident to proceed independently my next round and on my own. Very responsive, friendly and efficient. I can’t speak for their pricing vs other pharmacies since I didn’t shop around, but their prices seem reasonable and the customer service is excellent!

Ruqaiyah was the patient care coordinator when I called. She was the sweetest! Not only did she promptly take care of what I was calling about, but she listened and gave me reassuring advice (Im a new mommy- to- be!). The best pharmacy there is!!! Everyone is very helpful with getting your orders and teaching you all you need to know about your medications. My personal Zoom call with Lauren was so helpful and really prepared me for my cycle and I even got a library of tutorials to watch over and over again to make sure I was doing it all correctly. Very pleased with my experience.

Patient Care coordinator Jennifer C helped me with an emergency med refill. She made me aware of multiple options I have and pointed the most cost efficient one to me. She remembered my pending order and followed up with insurance on early Saturday morning, completely avoided out of pocket costs. I appreciate all the help I got. Have been ordering through SCHRAFTS in recent months, all their coordinators are friendly, reliable, informative and efficient.

Ty (patient care coordinator) was a godsend and amazing—I was having a hard time transferring a prescription (issue was with the other pharmacy involved) and Ty stayed on the phone with me the entire time, coordinated multiple calls, and didn’t stop until everything was sorted out even though the problem wasn’t on her/Schrafts end. I can’t say enough things about how amazing their customer service is.

So responsive, personable and supportive. The same day rushed shipped my medication because they understood their role within my treatment plan. I had no problem getting a live representative on the phone pretty quickly and they respond back on text message really quickly as well. The nurse that I was assigned to hop on a zoom for for prescription instructions was really professional and kind. I’m not surprised at all that there are literally no bad reviews.

Fertility care is a complicated - you are juggling so much new information and you want to make the best financial decisions as possible. But Barbie and Amanda were phenomenal in supporting me through this process. Barbie and Amanda did not hesitate to go the extra mile to review pricing, obtain itemized statements, or give me time to think through each decision. I am so grateful I took the opportunity to schedule an Open the Box call to review my medications and learn how to use them with a professional first. I was matched up with Lauren Corcoran, RN, which was the best pairing I could have asked for. She was thorough, reassuring, empathetic, and supremely knowledgable and helpful with her examples, both through her explanations and visuals. When I was vulnerable about my low comfort level with needles and administering medications on myself, my vulnerability was honored and space was carved out for me to ask questions. She made me feel empowered and confident (two things I wasnt expecting to feel at the time) by breaking down tasks into tangible steps, as well as reviewing the timeline of events, to ease my anticipatory anxiety. Lauren was kind and added humor into her teaching, which eased the tension and helped me better remember what I was learning. Lauren is all-around-wonderful and most definitely deserves a raise for her professionalism with Shrafts and the excellence she exhibits in her work. Thank you Lauren, for your encouragement and assistance! It all feels less overwhelming and less scary now, thanks to your guidance.

Very attentive staff, always available for questions 24/7. They offer an Open the Box walkthrough with a nurse of all of your medications, how to mix them, and how to administer them. If you do it via Zoom, they record the whole session and send it to you afterwards. It was incredibly helpful. Our nurse, Lauren l, was clear in her instructions and anticipated and addressed all of our worries before we even had them (large vs small bubbles in the syringe, leftover drops in vials, etc). She made us feel confident and capable in medication administration.

Schrafts has the most incredible staff (particularly Jennifer C. who helped me today). Ive been having insurance difficulties, and she helped me navigate conversations with my insurance company. Super supportive & did so much on their end as well to help me get my medications approved. Schrafts customer service is unmatched!

I have had the pleasure of being helped by Schrafts a few times now. My most recent encounter was with Ruqaiyah helping order some refills of medication. I have a complicated situation where I only need a specific dose and my insurance no longer will cover the medication. I was obviously frustrated with this situation for the insurance to update their policy but Ruqaiyah reminded so positive working to find the best solution for me. Ruqaiyah spent so much time with me calculating out what would be the most cost affordable option. She even provided suggestions of how to use leftover medication and to consult my nurse team about it. She called back when she advised she would to help and was just a joy to work with! I am so grateful for this level of customer service for a process as daunting and as expensive as it can be. Ruquiyah is incredible! Cant thank her enough!I met with Lauren C. to walk through how to use my medications! Lauren was so helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I had all my questions addressed and felt comfortable with the process. Schrafts has been an absolute pleasure to work with! I am freezing my eggs with Kindbody, and Schrafts has been the absolute best part of my experience. Jenn is a customer service ANGEL who is the most thorough human on the face of this earth. She is highly responsive and on top of every single detail, from unboxing to pricing. I have never seen such amazing follow up in my entire life. She also provided fantastic insights into the process of receiving and opening the medication, to make sure I didnt throw anything out and that everything is stored properly. Ruqaiyah Ottley, CPhT was my Patient Care Coordinator and she was patient, understanding, caring, thorough, and had great follow through. There was issues finding my funding provider information and she stayed in contact with me to make sure everything was handled properly so I could get my medication in the time I needed it. Hands down best service I’ve had anywhere in many years. Will definitely use them again in the future if needed.

I am so happy with my experience with Schraft’s! I received my medications super fast, and Casey called me to go over how to use them, as part of their Open the Box service. She was very patient in explaining everything to me very thoroughly, step by step. I have nothing but good things to say about this pharmacy. I had a great experience ordering my medications through them. The process was super easy and straight forward. They made sure to answer all my questions with billing and shipping was super fast too! Schraft’s 2.0 has been preparing and having my medicine for IVF delivered to me. They package everything with care. They are not only supportive and on time with deliveries, but they have gone above and beyond to help when things get tough. Just recently I was having some issues with getting release forms sent from my clinic so I called Schraft’s. A very kind woman named Jennifer answered! She listened to me rant, and get frustrated even though it had nothing to do with the pharmacy at this point but she showed me so much Grace, and was so genuine. I highly recommend Schrafts for special pharmacy needs. They are so easy to work with. Of note, we are especially impressed with the unboxing service. We’ve been able to do two unboxing appointments with nurse Lauren through our Schraft’s order and rewatched the recording of our Zoom call several times over the course of each protocol. Her approach was very human, empathetic, encouraging and helpful! Very impressed with our experience.

All of the staff are so kind! The people who called to arrange shipments and walk me through what Ill be receiving were so helpful and nice over the phone. The medicine package was sent in a well organized box. It also had some branding from KindBody which made it a nice box-opening experience. My nurse, Lauren, was fantastic in walking ne through the medications, educating me on the usage, and answering my questions. My experience with Schrafts has been amazing so far! The ease of getting my medications, the packaging of the medications and communicating with the patient care coordinators. I chose to communicate by text and that has been wonderful. Someone has always been available every time I text and when there was a problem on my end with delaying my treatment Schrafts was so understanding and made the change incredibly easy. I also chose to do a zoom chat for my unboxing, and my nurse Lauren, was so thorough and patient with me and made sure I understood everything and answered all of my questions. This is hands down the best pharmacy I have ever worked with and cannot recommend them enough!! Everyone I have communicated with actually seems to care about me! Great job Schrafts❤

I cannot begin to explain how frustrating working with this pharmacy for 2 years has been. They are truly so difficult to get orders in, refills, following instructions. Whenever I goto refill my medications they have issues that cause me to be getting my refills late so I have to ask my doctors office for medication to get me through, which sucks because I am allergic to the standard meds and have to mine compounded.When it comes to refills, they cant seem to find it. I have had to request pretty much every refill multiple times and having my doctors office resend scripts. Which the scripts are sent at the start of a new cycle, yet they never seem to receive them.I was at the end of a cycle and suddenly I need prior authorization to have my medications refilled. I explained that I am at the end, all authorizations were done a few weeks ago when my cycle started. She took it as I am Im a new cycle since the last one .... I called kindbody and explained, and they were royally confused on what schrafts issue was. Kindbody called them with me and explained that everything is current and authorized, and has been since the start of my cycle.Recently I had asked for 10, 1 ml syringes and they sent me 2. With 12 18g needles. And no needles to do the actual injections with. They blame me for miscommunication, which is irritating because the rep and I went over how many doses I have left and how many syringes I would need.. also stating that i did noy need 18g needles as i have a ton.... so not sure what happened there.I have been waiting for almost 4 hours for a return phone call for a medication that I need by Thursday, they say all the need to do is put a code in to kindbody and it will be filled, i expected them to call me no more than 30/45 minutes after being told about the code per the rep. I have been trying to fill this medication since 11/7 and today is 11/28.Today alone was an exhausting day with them. 2 reps tell me they received the medication, it just needs a code. She has having difficulty understanding what i needed so at this point I asked for the pharmacy to call my doctor. Rep refused saying no need because its being filled. Call back 130pm as no one had called me to confirm shipping and now there is no script, no history of it surprise they never received it. Now they are rushing to call my doctor and ship it today to make me happy because I am doing being nice. I needed this medication yesterday. They then try to charge me when I have coverage through kindbody and kindbody has no clue what theyre issue is as this was a refill and its coverage.Even my docotors office complains about how this company has been messing up and the biggest issue is taking too long to communicate issues when the medications that are time sensitive.If I could go to another pharmacy, I would.

This is my first round of ivf and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Allyson went over all the medications with me and was so unbelievably kind and helpful. She had no idea I was on the verge of tears from feeling overwhelmed before talking to her, but I get so calm and relieved in the end. Everything involving the pharmacy so far has seems above and beyond to me. Unfortunately my insurance covers none of this so it’s nice to know that at least I get incredible service and kindness along the way!

Jennifer and the whole team at Schrafts have been so helpful as I navigated using a speciality pharmacy for the first time. When I called, they would get back to me in a good amount of time and would always check in when they say they would. Jennifer called on the day before my delivery to go over anything and everything I was going to receive as well as setting me up in a zoom call with someone to assist with instructions. Everyone I spoke to not only knew a lot but were very kind.

This Pharmacy really cares about its patients/customers. I urgently needed meds the next day so Schrafts overnighted some. UPS messed up the overnight shipment at one of their sorting centers... but not to worry as Sandy from Schrafts was already monitoring the shipping and noticed the issue and called UPS to sort it out proactively and checking in with me to keep me in the loop and understand my needs. Sandy suggested transferring to a local pharmacy which she tried to do but it was a controller substance so she called my doctor and asked me to call them too to ensure this would get fixed. This is above and beyond customer service in that she really cared about me getting my medicine regardless if Schrafts would be the provider. I would highly recommend using this service knowing youll be cared for with something so important as your medicine.

Going through fertility treatment is very stressful - I found the medication process very overwhelming, but then was put in touch with the Schrafts 2.0 team by my clinic and immediately felt at ease. It took multiple days to manage and I don’t know if I could have done it without the incredible help from Schrafts.Melissa- thank you for helping get the medication approved with so many technical difficulties. Your incredible personality saved me from a meltdown.Adam, where can I begin? We both had go through so many frustrating calls with another pharmacy who made our lives miserable. This situation was so avoidable (by the other pharmacy) but you helped me get through it with so much understanding and by the end of the day (week), I had my medication delivered and covered. I had a bit of a hiccup with my meds, however everyone involved at Schraft’s 2.0 was so completely amazing. They did everything they could, and they went over and beyond to right the ship. Everyone there worked together in ways that only an awesome team does. I can tell these people love their job and the company they work for. So helpful, so supportive, so thoughtful and thorough. I cannot say enough good things about Barbie, the patient care coordinator. My clinic sent in a prescription last minute that I needed immediately, which was stressful but Barbie made a stressful situation instantly calmer. She handled everything so quickly and got a courier to bring me the medication. I am extremely grateful to her.

Schraft’s 2.0 Pharmacy was a great pharmacy to order from! They have a wonderful staff who made the process of ordering fertility medications so easy! They have a secure texting system that made communication with them fast and easy! Every person my husband and I talked with were so kind, friendly, and helpful! Worst pharmacy - do not use ask your doctor to pick another pharmacy. Rude staff / staff incompetent.

I can not express how grateful I am for Chiquita E. and the due diligence she displayed in making sure that I received my medication. I had to make an address change at the last minute and she partnered with your sister pharmacy and a young lady named Mariah who was able to pull my order in time enough to ship it to the updated address. I need to begin this medication tomorrow evening and would not have been able to begin the cycle if Chiquita would not have stayed after her shift to ensure that I was cared for! I am an academy coach/facilitator for Walmart Corporate, I train leadership for a living and I know that this was top tier value-based decision making and Servant Leadership. Thank you Chiquita and Mariah. I apologize for forgetting the name of the sister pharmacy but I think it begins with an “N”.

Honestly, the nicest people I’ve ever met in the medical industry. Very informative, very kind and very patient. Shipments came on-time, everything will labeled properly, and the online video tutorial for how to self-administer medications was amazing. I did not feel rushed and every question I asked was answered.The RN who lead my tutorial has gone through the process I’m going through, and used that knowledge to ease my worries and create a conversation full of empathy and understanding. Today I had the pleasure of working with Anita Carson . Not only was her customer service personable and kind, she was able to adjust-accommodate for me during an extremely stressful situation regarding medication. I really cannot thank her enough for her diligence in the matter and most of all her understanding and empathy. I had called Schraft’s 2.0 looking for a time-sensitive prescription but it seemed there was and error or miscommunication between my doctor and insurance company. Anita, the Schraft’s rep who had initially taken my call, listened to my concerns and said she would help me resolve this issue - mind you, it was a Friday afternoon. Not only did she get in touch with my doctor’s office, but the entire issue was resolved soon after our call and we were able to pick up the prescription in time. I appreciate Anita’s willingness to not only listen but to also go above and beyond helping my husband and I on this day! It’s this kind of care and customer service that keeps us going back to Schraft’s 2.0!

I went through two embryo freezing cycle. Im covered by Kindbody so this is my pharmacy. Because some of the drugs need to be refrigerated, its quite challenging to arrange the shipment with both the pharmacy and the clinic. But theyve done a great job making sure the drugs were delivered on time and with the correct amount. At the end of the first cycle I almost ran out of Follistim. My clinic told me on Saturday that there was a chance I need to continue Follistim for a few more days but I only had the amount till Sunday. So I had to contact them over the weekend. Luckily they have the drug in Seattle. I ended up not needing additional drug though.

The is an odd thing to say, but this pharmacy might be the most helpful entity I’ve encountered throughout my fertility journey. I could usually get through to them within minutes and their instructions were 100% clear.Daniella and Andy are real MVPs of fertility care.

Great pharmacy that I have worked with a few times for fertility medications. They always answer all my questions. Very informed and helpful staff.Really love their Open The Box calls or Zoom Video Meetings to go over all your medications, what they do, how to take them, side effects, etc. Really help make overwhelming data feel manageable.

The Schrafts team has been AMAZING. They are so knowledgeable and so supportive. They make you feel like family and I feel like I’m talking to a sister or best friend instead of a company. This is a very sensitive and overwhelming process so to have their care is so helpful. Anita Carson was an incredible help when I needed extra medication and her kind tone and sweet demeanor made me feel so supposed. My nurse Lauren Corcoran made me laugh and calmed me down during our zoom tutorial when I was overwhelmed by the medication process. I’ve had to communicate with this pharmacy for two separate prescriptions. Both times I felt like there were no dumb or silly questions. The representatives I spoke to displayed empathy for what I was going through, and were patient with me. Anita was especially helpful in providing resources and coordinating delivery of my medications. She went above and beyond, and displayed overall excellent customer service! I won’t hesitate to use Schraft’s again.

Schraft’s 2.0 has always been so organized and detail oriented. They contact me to make sure everything is right and accurate. They are punctual and always on time which is very important when dealing with my medication. They are the most fair priced of the MULTIPLE pharmacies I have dealt with. I never have any issues with my fertility medication arriving when needed and with an abundance of anything I may need in support of this medicine! Thank you Schraft for making something that is otherwise extremely complicated, a little easier.

Used this pharmacy through my employer’s CarrotRX program. Was very impressed with how organized my medications were labeled and packaged. Very thorough. They were prompt and responsive with their communications through a secure text messaging system and scheduled a complimentary tutorial with a nurse to go through how to use the various medications I received. Lauren C was my nurse and she did an excellent job teaching me and my husband. They’ve set the bar high.

I had the best experience with this pharmacy and their care team. They made sure I had all the details I needed for my medications, scheduled a zoom with me to go through each in detail, and gave me ample time to ask questions and did not leave the call until I was completely comfortable. The Pharmacist Casey whom I had a Zoom call with to teach me how the injections work was super nice and explained things thoroughly. Schraft pharmacy has been amazing so far! Staff are easy to reach, helpful, friendly and personable. They have gone out of their way to make this process easier for me. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Im a first-timer (re egg freezing / fertility) and the process as a whole is definitely anxiety-inducing, but Schrafts helped make the whole experience less scary and provided support every step of the way. Lauren and the rest of schraft’s staff made my IVF journey much less stressful. Everything from the very start was simple. They were great at getting ahold of me to place my order, when my order arrived it was packages great with nice instructions on how to store it all, and did a fabulous job at virtually showing me step by step how to use each medication. I also loved how friendly and knowledgeable my nurse was. It was a bonus that she could share her own personal experience with me.

From tears of hopelessness to tears of complete gratitude!(Long story not made short lol)No one warns you about all the forms of stress when it comes to your infertility journey! After 11 months of expensive medications through a different pharmacy, I thought we were in the financial clear for the required meds needed for our FET. Thinking I was going to save money and get my meds from other said pharmacy, they under quoted me $800+! Let me add that this is the week of Christmas AND we had already spent $30,000+ on the past 4 months for IVF. My heart sank and tears immediately started to flow! I called Schrafts 2.0 and poor Patient Care Organizer, Jennifer C. answered my sobbing call (and my unsaid prayers)! She was very empathetic and caring as she listened to what hoops I had to jump through with the other pharmacy, months after months. She spoke to her manager face to face and both were able to help me! Wonderful! (Enter trars of joy!) Now all I had to do is request the other pharmacy to transfer my rx. Jennifer kept in touch with me the entire time! Since I hadnt heard that my rx was recieved by late evening, I called Schrafts to follow up. Christmas is coming and so is a big snow storm to Michigan. I couldnt put this off much longer! Ty N. was the cheerful Parient Care Organizer who answered this time and brought more happy tears to my eyes with the info she gave! If only we were able to hug through the phone! FINALLY I felt at ease with this process! Ty, Jennifer, Jennifers manager (who I wish I knew his name to recognize) and the pharmacists at Schrafts 2.0 are truly a team full of caring people! I’ve never had a business go out of their way like this for me in my entire life. I realized on a Saturday that my doctors office didn’t order enough medication for me to last until Monday. I called the pharmacy and they were already closed but it would be a huge problem if I didn’t get my Sunday meds. They literally had one of their staff drive it to me, I almost cried at how incredible this pharmacy is. Thank you so much, you are amazing. Friendly, effective, super helpful as always. I love these sessions no matter how many times I watch the YouTube videos. I highly recommend because most doctor offices won’t slow down to teach you in a 1:1 setting.

I have dealt with several fertility pharmacies and my experience with Schraft’s has been the best by far. The medications ship when they say they’ll ship. I have not felt stressed or worried I won’t get my meds on time. Their customer service is excellent. Ruqaiyah was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Amazing customer service and support! Prices have been cheapest that I have found, compared to others. They fill quickly and deliver just as quick-overnight which has been critical in our time sensitive fertility journey! I also hands down, love the costumer contact through text service! Saves me so much time! I get very quick reply’s and answers to my questions! I can’t recommend Schrafts 2.0 enough! 5 Stars!

I’m often at work when Schraft’s calls to discuss upcoming medications so when they offered to talk through text, I was very happy ! Even though they have someone available by phone 24/7, texting was easier for me. Anita was professional and efficient and I would definitely communicate with them this way again.
