Reach Fertility Ballantyne

This office is absolutely amazing! They are so incredibly helpful and want to make sure their patients receive the best care possible. The office is low key and is super peaceful. Everyone is so friendly and so quick to respond with any questions or concerns you have. I cannot recommend Taylor and her team enough!

Taylor and her team were phenomenal. My wife and I really enjoyed our time with REACH and the experience. Bittersweet to be moving on but so grateful for all their help.

We had a great experience with Reach! They were easy to work with, we never had a long wait for appointments, and all of the staff were so kind. We primarily went to the Ballantine office for convenience, but also went to the office on Morehead, and both locations were great. We really felt that the Reach team was there for us, and had confidence that we would one day “graduate” from them - thank you!

REACH is absolutely a practice I would refer anyone to. Taylor was great throughout all ups and downs that we had and transparent through the entire process too.Would highly recommend. 10/10 ⭐️

Only great things to say about this place!!! The staff is so welcoming and helpful. If your appointment is at 10a youre seen at 10a. They made this process better than any expectations we had. Highly recommend!

The lab is only open for 2 hours during the work day, who has time to get samples and drive them immediately to the clinic in the middle of the work day?! I got lab work (hormone testing) done outside of the clinic and brought it in to get suggestions for optimal fertility and was basically laughed at and told they dont know what the lab results mean and that Ill need to take their $2k fertility tests for them to tell me anything. Then they billed me for $75 for the appointment. Just seems like they are out for money and dont really care about helping you

Ann Morries and the staff are amazing. They guide me throughout the entire process and they answered all our questions, concerns making the process easier to navigate. I do appreciate all the guidance and assistance. Thank you thank you thank you!

I give it one star because there is no way to give it 0, my experience with this clinic was terrible, when I did my interview with them they said it would be 1062.00 IUI. But they sent my blood to another clinic which cost me 1845.00 in just 1 day, I had made it clear that if it was expensive I wouldnt do it because I had other options. My husband spent more than 6 thousand and I didnt get pregnant, apart from the stress that every time I had to do the IUI they called me at the last minute, I had to leave my job without time to explain. My husband drove like crazy so we could get there on time. And the second time I did it, as soon as the nurse did the procedure of putting the semen into the egg, immediately afterwards I felt it running down my legs, leaving me in doubt as to whether she had really done it right. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone, without mentioning the frustration.
