If I can do a neg star I would but unfortunately this is the highest they will get. I had the worst Telephone visit with Dr. Nadira Alikhan she is one of the rudest Drs I have ever encountered. I had a tele call visit with her 04/02/2024 and as soon as I picked up the call, I can hear the doctor saying Im only letting it ring 2 times and Im hanging up this is not a patient of mine. as I said hello rudely, she begins asking me in a loud voice why are you calling me and not your own pcp? I explained I made an appointment, and she is who I got it with she said this is not okay I dont want to see you because you are not a patient of mine, I dont know you and have never seen you call your own pcp back and tell them you need to be seen. I then call my pcp and thankfully got an appointment today but as Im in my doctors office waiting I went on my chart and noticed that the doctor put on my summary I had an acute respiratory infection how would she assume i have that if i wasnt seen and she didnt even hear out my issues meaning my insurance will be charged for a visit that was not done and that is incorrectly diagnosed so beware with insurance fraud if I wouldnt have noticed this lady would be getting paid for a visit she didnt even prescribe meds.

I want to personally thank lashawnda for always coming to work and being helpful even when my stress levels are high and my pain levels are unbearable she is always there to help every way possible she gets it done even when it’s not in her job description she helps out this women really made my life better in ways no one else could so thank u to her and those who come to work willing to help she like her she is truly one of a kind

DO NOT GO TO THIS LIAR NAME DR Ahmed Memon. He will lie to your insurance company, to get more money! I’m glad I have screenshots of his first report before he change it. I will be sending it in to county care .I had a telephone visit with the doctor and told him I was under another kind of insurance. I called and spoke with a receptionist by the name Yolonda . I explain everything to her on the phone, then she say the doctors that work there are THIRSTY!! She said because he submitted information to the wrong insurance, trying to hurry up and get paid. Then I took the paperwork up there and she said I will have the doctor to attach it to his notes. I been going to this location for a long time. I should’ve just stay going to Dr Woodard, she definitely NOT THIRSTY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. THE DOCTORS ARE LIARS AND THE RECEPTIONIST IS LIARS TO.!!! Grow up girl, you to grown to be Phony. How do you work with the doctor’s and talk about them? U to grown for that nonsense! Uma pray for you

My daughter appointment was at 10:45 checked in around 10:40. A hr passed pts that came in after me kept being called go to desk informed dr is leaving early not sure why i wasn’t called but she’ll get MA. MA come and inform me that i wasn’t put in that’s why i wasn’t called😒. My daughter had blood pressure done no other vitals & put in a room. Finally see Dr Chaudhary inform him how long I’ve been waiting he says next time if it’s over 30 mins tell them i need to speak with him. I informed him that won’t happen I’ve done it before. I only come to access because he was my pediatrician & he’s been my daughter’s pediatrician for 13 years but this office has no urgency or respect for pts time. After the visit we sat outside the lab for about 20 mins with others that had been there before us. It wasn’t until i asked to speak to the office manager that pts were called in. I spent 2hrs 10Mins in office today for a check up. I have a newborn that i would’ve loved for him to be her pediatrician but i refuse to deal with the long wait times. I’ve worked as a MA & lab tech & never has any place I’ve worked at would us to have pts waiting & the office is a ghost town. Access has really declined over the years and i hate to switch my older daughter’s doctor but i can’t spend my whole day in office. If considering access pack a lunch you’ll be there all day

Nothing but a time waster. And a way for your health insurance to charge you hundreds a month just so you can be forced to go to a garbage clinic where you wait hours. Be prepared to wait for hours only to be shuffled from room to room to continue waiting. Had my second appointment and left because I waited an hour to be seen by literally no one.Someone from the clinic later then called me to apologize and asked me to come back. Nah. You’ve wasted my time enough. First run I believe I was there for two hours. I’m good.

Each and everytime I go to access Madison family health care center they always treat me with so much care. The whole team is great ! I watch how they treat each other and their patients. They really care . They take the time to answer all my questions . Doctor Alikhan is such an angel. I love her.

I have had a horrible experience at this office. I am sitting here as I type. Children had a physical but all shot records hadnt been faxed yet. After two weeks of giving me the run around, when I know they received them, they said they had one daughter and not the other. Been since 8 this morning, and i am here at 501 and they still have not filled out physical form. They just lie to be lazy. They are extremely unprofessional! Never, Ever go to this facility! Disregard the one star, I had to to review. Thumbs down!

Terrible ! There’s no way I scheduled my appointment for 10:45am, arrive early and still sitting back in the waiting area at 12:01 pm and it’s for a routine physical for my 9 yr old. I’m extremely disgusted at the standard of care for the BLACK COMMUNITY. It continues and reinforces lack of care for us. I also saw several other people walk-in and leave before me.

This place SUCKS! your appointment time doesnt matter your still going to wait HOURS at a time. once they take you out of one waiting room they put you in another. youre seen by student doctors and your doctor writes a prescription and thats all i HATE this place. the medical assistants have attitudes out of this world..

The front desk CNAs are some of the rudest people you could ever meet. They are very unprofessional and the epitome of ghetto. Just because you have on Scrubs does not make you a doctor.

Son need a physical and the sort ...No parking area for the patients when u have appointments except for the staff but other then that ...warm and friendly

I have had very good experiences with this clinic. The staff is very friendly and professional and my doctor is as well!

This place is FREAKING AWESOME! THE BEST ACCESS HEALTH IVE BEEN TO! STAFF IS VERY KIND! LOVE IT!
