Access Plaza Family Health Center

Honestly, from the last 2 - 3 weeks that I have been speaking to this clinic, I honestly am disgusted the way they do their job. So I needed blood work done for my son in a different hospital. Of course, I called to get a refural done, and I did the appointment ect with them. My doctor told me that she would call the hospital and get in contact with the doctor of my son to verify what kind of blood work I need. I waited about 1 week to find out that they never contacted the hospital even tho phone numbers and names of doctors where given to my doctor to verify what blood work I needed to get done I called my sons hospital they end up telling me that they never received a calle from ACESS clinic for anything. Im not sure what kind of game they are trying to play here but Honestly its very unprofessional telling someone they will receive a call back with in the same day or next day and not receive anything and Honestly to the receptionist that say that the call dropped and never called back shame on you thats why you ask for a phone number to call back just incase anything happens never received a call back I had to drive to the office and clarify what had happened the lady ended up telling me the phone call dropped and that they cant do what Im asking for witch was just a referral. Now I have to pay a $25 fee for an appointment and a doctor that was useless and a waist of my time. And shame on the doctor who told me to get in contact with the hospital after I had given her all the information of my sons doctor just so a week later I would have to get in contact with my sons hospital. Disappointing Honestly having to go around in circles knowing that doctors have a better standard of communication with in the field.

Me cancelaron la cita con la Dr. Alicia por no proporcionarles mi hubicacion, me dijeron que era requerida por mi seguro de salud, locual me comunique con ellos y me indicaron que no existia tal alegacion en mi poliza.They canceled my appointment with Dr. Alicia because i didnt want to provide them with my location. They told me it was required in order to get coverage from my health insurance. I called my heath insurace and they told me that they do not require to know my location in order to get health coverage.

Been coming here for about 10 years now, the doctors and staff are all nice & helpful. From the moment you arrive the ladies at the front are always polite and welcoming (Maria & Rosemary). Not only do I come for myself but I also bring my 2 kids as well. They have a great pediatrician, Amanda Lee does such an awesome job every time they go to see her. They literally leave saying, “I love my doctor”. I must say I do recommend this clinic for your family.

I have been coming here for the past 18 years & im 24 years old. My mom always brought me & my siblings to this clinic since I can remember. All the employees are the best. They are so caring & treat you with so much respect. Especially Rosemary, she is the best! Every time I ever need anything she is the go to person & she the sweetest! All the employees are the best! 100% recommend coming here!

In February I managed to find this clinic, then you have very strange symptoms of fever, chest pain, diarrhea, digestive problems, etc. I managed to meet Dr. Rita, she was an excellent person, very attentive to my symptoms, she carried out all the necessary studies and managed to find a bacterium that had attacked my stomach. After 2 weeks of treatment, I was able to recover a large part of my health. The clinic staff is very respectful, understanding and professional.

Plaza MC has been my childrens medical home for over 15 years. The providers and staff have always met our medical needs. They are great and friendly. Rosemary and Laura especially have been super helpful in answering any questions that I have had. This clinic is awesome in providing its community with its needs.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for the last 27 years, all I can say is that the doctors are very knowledgeable and friendly, they always have given me the time that I need.Their staff is just as friendly but I want to point out that Rosemary Pantoja has always gone above and beyond the call of duty with my family.I also want to commend their leader Laura, I personally think that she’s been the best.

I went in today 4/28 because of a sore throat. I had an appointment for 11am, got called in right away and was in a room by 11:05. I waited to be seen by Rita Melgarejo - Glaab for 45 minutes. It wasn’t busy. If it were this would be totally understandable. Once she came in we talked about what kind of tests would be done etc. I did ask about a covid test which she told me they didn’t perform them. Which was ok, not a problem at all. I asked to see if that’s something I should do either way like an at home test in which she responds in a annoyed tone, “We do not offer them here” and leaves. Weird, but ok. I wait another 40 minutes for her to come back to hand me a slip saying she sent a prescription to a pharmacy, my test result, and left. I was already irritated so I just left. She didn’t ask me what pharmacy it should be sent to, tell me about the medication she prescribed me, or if I had any questions. The only reason I give this office three stars is because I’ve been coming here for years and it’s been terrific. The staff is great as well as the other physicians. Just rough.

My grandma comes her often and the service is always amazing. I came here on the 7th to receive my first covid dose and it went well. Claudia was very polite and helpful. Additionally, I came here on the 30th to receive my second covid dose and it went great as well. Anastasio was very polite and helpful too. Overall, friendly environment and amazing people!

So, let me say that we have been patients at Cermak location for over 20yrs. I am disgusted by Rita Melgarejo-Glaab, M.D. I recommended her to my daughter to see her. She told my daughter the her chart was a mess and she didnt have time to go through it, she also said if she was really sick she shouldnt have been seeing Nurse Practitioners, (my daughter calls to make appointment and nurse practitioners are the only one available), and Rita said she is 60yrs old and can eat, keep her weight better then she can. My daughter went there to get a check up, and to get referral for lung and neurology specialist, Rita told her she doesnt have asthma and said its minor that she wasnt giving her one. This doctor told her she doesnt have it. My daughter came out crying from seeing her. She is unethical and doesnt care about her patient. I did report it to the manager and want something to be done about her.

I enjoy going too this clinic, the staff & doctors are friendly, caring, gentle & knowledgeable. Rosemary Pantoja was kind & very helpful to all my questions, also helping me with all my paperwork !!

This place sucks. I made an appointment as a new patient today with Dr. Silva. Two hours later I get a message saying Dr. Silva wont be available Tuesday for an appointment. I call back. Both times I was on hold 10 minutes. I was informed that on a whim Dr. Silva took two weeks off. The receptionist said they have two other doctors in the clinic - then when she made the appointment she said its actually a nurse practitioner and they have no other doctors in the clinic. Awful experience.

This Clinic Is Great, Been Taking My Dad Here For Awhile., The Doctors And Staff Are Always Ready To Help With Anything We Might Need, Also Rosemary Is Awesome Help., Super Happy With The Service, Thank You Guys 😎😉

Today i took my 1year old son for check up. Pediatrician was very nice & also the front desk ladies were very helpful, We went there around 3pm not a lot of ppl.

First time here & I loved it! They have amazing service. The employees there were super nice & welcoming.

I recommend this clinic for all the care of your family, the people are very kind and the doctors give very good medicines but the staff ala q leboy my 5 stars are dedicated to rosmery eya always very kind I have known her since my children were very little and until Today she was super friendly 🙏 thank you Rosmery for being a very kind and attentive frowner

I liked how quickly my daughter was treated, the service and the kindness of Rosemary, she was always very attentive to people, the doctor was very efficient, I liked how she treated my daughter and I checked her from head to toe, I had her do I think there were enough studies to rule out possible diseases, in reality I recommend plaza family access

They have good service, and the receptionists are very friendly, Rosemary, Erika and Emilu.
