She also takes her time to listen to me and explain everything clearly, and I never feel rushed. I trust her with my health and well-being completely. She is by far one of my favorite Doctors! I knew it would eventually happen. Im aging. As an aging woman, my needs are changing. I have gone through years of going to see my OB GYN just to be told we have to cancel your appointment because the doc is going to catch a baby. This office is not the place for that.I felt welcomed the minute I walked in. Signing in I could already tell this would be different. The staff is really personable and easy to talk to. We started conversations and I instantly felt comfortable.I had so many issues concerning my symptoms and SO many questions. Was really hoping for a treatment plan or least some ideas of what could be causing my symptoms. Dr. Masghati spend so much time with me. We reviewed my labs and came up with a plan. She took time to explain options, but took the time to help me with other health issues. I felt like crying because someone knew what I was going through and didnt minimize my feelings. Dr. Masghati took so much time with me to even discuss diet changes and more. I left the appointment with a strong plan of treatment and a list of things I could start immediately to feel better and see a difference. I have a follow up appointment already scheduled and ready to start my plan.This is a boutique GYN, so insurance is not accepted. But after this first appointment I want to say take all my money! I wasnt rushed out of the office and felt excited after leaving. I would say give it chance. It is not as expensive as you may think. But for me, it is worth every penny! Thank you Dr. Masghati! Dr. Hayes is AMAZING! The office staff are HORRIBLE!! Dr. Hayes, please review your office staff. Its likely happening when you are not in the office. When the cats away the mice will play. You are going to start losing patients because of them. RUDE and INCONSIDERATE. Cut me off while speaking, very aggressive, cant do anything- incompetent! When I ask for clarification, clearly just wants to get off the phone. The worst part is when I called back immediately after getting off the phone so I could clarify my email address, they didnt pick up the phone. Im assuming this was because they saw my phone number and didnt want to talk to me. Nothing worse than being ignored, when youre just trying to take care of your medical needs.

The entire team is extremely amazing. Dr Hayes makes you feel so comfortable with all your questions and concerns. The entire team is so kind and they truly care about you every step of the way!!Maria- I can’t thank you enough, a true blessing- she is such an Angel. I will be a patient for life ❤️

It was suggested to me to try the Thermaviaand PRP shot for a current problem I have. I was apprehensive about the procedure. Dr Hayes and her assistants were very helpful in explaining what would happen in each step of the procedure. They made me feel comfortable about the procedure. They are very kind, caring and respectful. I think Dr Hayes and her staff are the best! (sorry this was accidendly sent from my husbands email! I am truly a female :)

Everyone in Dr. Hayes office was so nice from beginning to end. Marie was so lovely, answering all my questions and being available to talk whenever I needed something. Dr. Hayes was wonderful, she made me feel at ease and was able to articulate what I wanted and inspired confidence in the decisions that were being made. She really makes you feel like a team during the process. I’d go back for any service I wanted that she provides.

I had a great visit with my nurse practitioner Tammy. The check-in staff Susan at the front was also very friendly. I felt very cared for and listened to with my symptoms. I really appreciate them.

I had Salome Masghati for an annual exam and removing my IUD. They were upfront about my total cost before scheduling. Masghati was a pleasure. Made me feel comfortable and went through all of my options.

I didn’t feel rushed at all and even though I came for fertility treatment and later found out Dr. Hayes no longer does that, she still recommended methods to help. I am new to Florida, moved from Colorado & so thankful that I found Dr. Hayes. I love her & her staff they are all so amazing! I have been going to Visionary for 3 years and Im happy with the experience. Dr. Hayes is very honest, personable and explains everything in detail. They recently stopped accepting/processing insurance, so I have not used them for yearly gyno exams as Id have to submit insurance forms for myself. So I use my MD for yearly exams.

Ever have an - out of the park experience- somewhere and you feel deep down in your gut you have to share it with the WHOLE WIDE WORLD? The aging process sucks!! Physically we decline, our mentality is foggy, uncertain, and sometimes psychotic, and hormonal changes skyrocket and bottom out at the same time. What is a woman to do? Are we supposed to just sit there and take it? Are we supposed to accept this roller coaster as part of the aging process and suffer along with our partners and family? I brought my concerns to Dr. Hayes one day when I was at such a low point, Im not even sure I made sense. She looked at me with such confidence, like she knew exactly what was going on with me and she had the answer. Ive been balanced, happy, and powerful since that initial visit and that was three years ago. Please trust me, beautiful women out there, if you are struggling....at any age with any of the above mentioned symptoms (including libido changes), give Dr. Hayes a call. She will change your life for the better!!

When I switched to here, the receptionist remembered my name after the first visit and always checks in. If I could give them more stars I would. I wouldn’t go anywhere else again!

I initially found Dr Hayes while searching for a gynecologist that specialized in aging women and their unique needs. I was tired of seeing an OB/GYN that specialized in birthing babies and did not seem to really have a grip on aging women and the unique challenges we face. Dr Hayes really helped me get straightened out with my pre-menopausal issues from irregular periods to severe mood swings to unbearable hot sweats. She cured it all and now my life is so much more manageable as I approach my mid 50s. My partner and I have both had surgeries with Dr Hayes and we believe she is the absolute best. Thank you Dr Hayes for helping us age gracefully.
