StatMed Urgent Care Clearwater

Statmed Urgent Care is amazing! Everyone that works there genuinely cares about the patients. It is so difficult to get in to see your PC these days. Rachel (the PA) provides outstanding care. She is very knowledgeable and the main reason I make appointments here instead of trying to get into my PC. Riley is wonderful and everyone at the desk is so nice! I usually have to bring my 3 year old grandson with me when I go in and they are so accommodating with him. I appreciate everyone that works here (I wish I could remember more names).Thanks for the excellent care and follow up that you provide each and every visit!

Excellent care. Dawn, Rachel Reilly and Jody, are very professional, knowledgeable and do a solid job of explaining things. The facility is well kept and has good diagnostics; x-rays, etc. Great to have a reliable Urgent care when needed.

I went in for a covid test because I was not sure. They treated me with excellent care. I was in there about 30 minutes. When I left everyone wished me well and said they hoped I would get better soon.

This is by far the BEST Urgent Care Medical facility. The staff not only professional but friendly. My Primary Care Doctor left with only 3 weeks notice to find a new doctor. I see no reason to have a Primary Care when StatMed Urgent Care can take care of all my needs.

I had an excellent experience at StatMed Urgent Care Clearwater. I was on vacation and rarely go to an urgent care. It was late just before closing when I entered. Front desk was professional. Rachel PA, took the time to listen to me and prescribed the meds that got me back going again. I highly recommend them!

I would have not thought of going to an Urgent Care in a Mall, but Statmed had everyhitng I was looking for and more. They had EXCELLENT X-Ray capabilities and quikly diagnosed my fractured ribs with a concern of fluid. I was in ALOT of pain and the technician, Dawn was so gentle in doing th xray. The PA-C, (Wendi?) was very good at diadnosing and advising my next step and they made an appt for a CT Scan for me that day!Amazing...Statmed is easy to acess with plenty of parking. The whole process was quick and professional. Because they have xray capabilities where others ONLY advertise that they do, Ill go straight to Statmed in the future.

Disappointed - front office and Med assistant were very kind and professional. PA student was fine as well but unsupervised. Student did exam, provider finally came in and told me what she was prescribing. Never touched me or examed me. Came in for a weird cough. Would have thought the provider would have at least listened to my lung sounds - after all she’s the one with the experience and might have picked up on something that the student missed. Doubt I’ll come back.

The staff here are caring, proficient, knowledgeable and they genuinely make you feel like you made a good decision to go there when not feeling well. I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this office. I called at 8:00 pm with a UTI and didnt expect for them to see me until the next morning however the receptionist suggested I come in that night and I told her I wouldnt get there until about 8:30 pm and she said thats fine I was so thankful that they saw me the same day as my infection would have been much worse if I had waited. Dr Jody was thorough and gave me the right choice of medication. Jodi and the rest of the staff were amazing I cant say thanks enough to that great staff!

I highly recommend StatMed in Clearwater. This was my first visit, so I needed to complete paperwork. Intake process was really easy. The office staff reviewed my paperwork and immediately began assessing my medical condition.I was seen in minutes and the nurse and PA completed a thorough exam. They listened carefully to my concerns and promptly provided me with medical recommendations and a prescription. The PA made some additional recommendations based on my exam, which were greatly appreciated. The staff clearly take pride and their work and genuinely care about their patients. Would definitely go back if urgent care is needed in the future.

I highly recommend StatMed in Clearwater. I’ve had to use them twice now and luckily I got the same doctor each time - Jodi Coffee. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful. The whole staff is wonderful.

I needed urgent care along with two other family members last week, and we used this urgent care center in Clearwater. We were very pleased with the service received. Everyone was very pleasant, professional and easy to work with. The staff showed genuine concern for our medical needs. They did their utmost to make us comfortable while providing great medical care. Hopefully we don’t need urgent care again, but if we do, Statmed Urgent Care Clearwater will definitely be our choice. Dr. Rachel and Dawn are doing amazing work here. I would absolutely come back. Wait time can be 2-3 hours. But that’s because of the covid testing crowds. Not their fault. There is just a line that forms outside the door. Show up before opening to get a good spot

Very friendly, knowledgeable and competent staff, result-oriented. I felt well taken care of when Ieft after a car accident (not so with two other local services!).

I just went to StadMed and everyone was very nice, personable, and caring. I was treated with compassion as this time I broke my big toe. Jody took the time to explain how the fracture was, and she paid attention to what my concerns related to my health and care. Thank you to all the staff who made me feel that I was not just a number!!!!

I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is ill. I had the best experience fast getting back very efficient. The PA-C is very knowledgeable and friendly. She was very thorough. Amazing staff!

I took my daughter here and we were treated very nicely. In fact she asked when she was going to go back because these people were so nice. It was nice that they take Florida Blue Select and see children as well. They were able to get us in right away and take xrays of her foot to see if it was broken and then were able to splint it. The special parking in front of the mall was helpful too so she didnt have too far to go on her crutches to get to the car. The next day they were fast to fax out the xrays to a specialist. Thanks so much.

I have been here for everything from Covid to Shingles and they have been wonderful every time. Rachel is very thorough and has a wonderful bedside manner. I HIGHLY recommend them them.

Fantastic front desk person! I came in January 27 with severe back pain. immediately the front desk person was attentive and caring. she was very professional and assisted me into a room. The physician assistant was wonderful and also very professional. I manage a physical therapy clinic and understand how important it is to have people like this in an organization. Thank you for your help.!!!!

Was very happy with the staff. Very friendly and efficient.Got there around 230pm with no appointment. Was done by 4pm and thats with taking x rays. Will definitely go back if need be. Also took my insurance.

Came down with an asthmatic bronchial cough at the beginning of the Christmas holidays while visiting the Clearwater area. My sister who is local, has been to this clinic and said very good things about the medical team and their responsiveness. I agree - top drawer care! When i arrived, the wait was short, all were friendly and they paid quick attention to my symptoms/concerns, listened well and provided solutions respecting my input. Even as a new patient who was visiting from out of town, they treated me promptly and made a big difference in helping me not get worse. The PA submitted my rxs promptly and I was able to be on the meds almost immediately. Five star service - highly recommend.

Extremely grateful for the staff, including the front desk assistant, the nurse aide, and especially the PA on staff. I was here on vacation when my symptoms hit me quite suddenly. The individuals here took quick care to make sure I was seen, diagnosed and cared for. Thank you!

My wife had been having gastrointestinal problems and had been in a hospital’s ER the preceding two days. StatMed took her in quickly and resolved the problem and gave her relief. The staff worked quickly and professionally.

Very reasonable waiting period friendly staff with team spirit I’m a retired physician I needed the right antibiotic for my infection Rachel did prescribe me the proper one it was a very pleasant experience I recommend the practice and will go back whenever I need a fast urgent and efficient servicr

Dr. Jodi and Bonnie are such amazing professionals! They truly went above and beyond to diagnose my issue and explain everything to me! Great service every time. Very clean, always timely. The staff regardless of day or time are all excellent. They listen, help, always smiling, and have gone the extra mile to help with insurance, VA information and billing questions.

PA diagnosed a cyst I had as a QL strain. Could tell they just wanted to get out of there as I came late one day. If I didn’t work in the profession I did, I would have gotten an injection and billed like crazy. Don’t go here if you’re in extreme pain.

The staff is very patient confident willing to listen and help. I highly recommend this location to anybody in need of great medical help.

StatMed is a very quick and easy way to have URGENT needs met. As a boy mom with ACTIVE kids it a great resource for us. The staff are professional and reliable. 10/10 recommend as an RN.

I came in with a bad cough. There was no wait, i was in and out quickly. The staff was helpful, sent in some meds and I was feeling better in a couple days.

We took our 6 year old in a few minutes prior to StatMed closing on a Thursday night and they accommodated us no problem! Everyone was welcoming, friendly and professional. The clinic is very clean and our experience overall was excellent. This is our new go-to for urgent care.

I had a fall on Thanksgiving day and went to the Stat Med Urgent Care in the Countryside Mall. They were all so helpful and compassionate. And they were due to close at 2 that afternoon but stayed late to take care of me. They were thorough and didn’t rush. They referred me to an Ortho Clinic. The drs there were impressed with the disc of X-rays and the great job they did stitching up my face. I couldn’t have had a better experience and better treatment. Thanks to everyone at StatMed

I give the staff at stat med Clearwater 5 stars. They listened to me and wanted to help me when I was not feeling well. They were very caring and compassionate with me and I would recommend them to anyone with urgent care needs!

It was my first visit; I was referred by a friend. Admitting was easy and efficient, tech and PA were professional and responsive to my needs. I was tested, results prepared and treatment prescribed in about 1/2 hour. Treatment was discussed and all my questions were addressed. I was very satisfied with all aspects of care and I am on my way to improving my health.

They are the walk-in my Primary CarePhysician recommends when their office is unavailable. My wife and I have always received excellent and professional care. It also provides X rays eliminating a need to go elsewhere.

Visited today for a reaction to a bee sting. Fast, professional and friendly service ! There are other walk-ins that are closer to me, but this is always my families go to place.

I rarely write reviews ! Although after the experience I had here I knew I had to say something. The whole staff was amazing and welcoming but specifically the medical assistants and doctors ! They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was taken care of. I needed blood work ASAP, of course I was probably one of their most difficult patients only because it was nearly impossible to get blood from me this day ! They never gave up on me and they tried every trick in the book and had the upmost Patience with me. They were personable and made me feel very comfortable. They never gave up ! And after some trials and tribulations I was successfully able to get my blood drawn. Thank you stat med and everyone who helped me yesterday 🫶🏼

StatMed Urgent Care is a great an fantastic walk in clinic. The best I have been to. It is very efficient, friendly, clean an very caring. The best part is their whole staff. They are courteous and very compassionate. I cut my leg very badly and due to my Doctorss office already closed I went to StatMed. PA-C Rachel , excellent, carefully bandage it . She told me to come back tomorrow so PA-C Jodi Coffee could also check it out who knows about wound care. Saw Jodi an saw wound also an said bandage area looks great and put medicine on it an bandaged it bk up. I went back to Jodi to take care of it an it healed greatly. PA-Cs Jodi an Rachael are fantastic . They both an PA Janelle took good care of me when I had pneumomia.Again, great care. Also nurses an office staff are wonderful an caring. Thank you all for all the good care.

I am on vacation and developed a severely infected cyst! They took me in very quickly with the friendly office staff with very competent staff!! They explained the procedure and did a great job! Charlie the PA, was exceptional!!

I highly recommend Stat Med Urgent Care, Clearwater. The location is convenient and all their staff are conscientious, knowledgeable and provide excellent service. The facility is very efficient, cheerful and clean. I recommend this to friends and often have brought out of town visitors there. I particularly want to commend PA Jodi Coffee. I have benefited from her treatment multiple times. She is highly skilled at service delivery and at communicating clearly with patients. Having an Urgent Care you can trust is crucial today! I hope you also have this experience.

Very professional, great attention, and care!I’m very impressed with the care that I received from this StatMed location in Countryside Mall! From when I called and spoke with Jen, to receiving care from Emilia , Jodi, and Jen, I only received the highest level of attention, care, and professionalism! I generally do not like going to visit medical professionals, but Emilia, Jodi, and Jen made me feel very comfortable and reassured me during a stressful time. I hope that I do not have to visit an urgent care center again, but if I do, I will definitely consider this StatMed location!Thank you so much for what you all do!

I’m from out of town and everyone working were very friendly and helpful! Rachel was very knowledgeable she listened to my concerns and what she recommended and prescribed work. I had to call back the next day and I received my answer right away.

Wonderful staff and excellent service. I recommend this clinic to everyone! Facility is very cheerful and clean. I had a very nice conversation with the nurse who took my information at the front desk about all of her cute Valentine decorations. Turns out she made all the decorations and told me about a new app to use. The nurse who took me to the room was also very kind and professional. The PA who saw me was also very good - she listened to me and took care of my needs. I will definitely return to this facility with my urgent care medical needs!

I went there at 9 am and got right in. Dawn, Riley and Jodie helped diagnose me(beginning of pnemonia). Jodie sent me off with a few prescriptions and Im sure i will be feeling better. The whole process took less than an hour. Excellent job Ladies!!!!!

You show up without an appointment. The doctors are very helpful when you can’t get into you PCP for several weeks.

Dr. Jodi was so amazing, caring and sweet. She followed up with me the next day to make sure I was doing OK. In this day and age it feels good to have health professionals who truly care about their patients and what they do. Will always recommend StatMed

My Husband had a high fever, cough and trouble breathing. I thought I was going to just another urgent care. NOPE! They gave him IV fluids, CT Scan, blood work, nebulizer and even IV antibiotics. It was so quick , with amazing service! This clinic is also spotless!The Dr. Wanted him to go to the hospital so they Called the ambulance and set it all up. The ER nurse was amazed with the work up they gave him. He was doing so much better he didn’t have to get admitted to the hospital and was able to go home from the ER after only a few hours! Thank you to that very sharp Dr and the whole team for quick, effective service!! We super appreciate it!!!

The staff is so friendly and helpful!! I rarely go to the Dr but if I do it will definitely be here, again. I went in for a sore throat I couldn’t kick with my normal holistic remedies and was greeted by friendly office staff and the Dr was friendly and quick to get my strep test results. I was in an out within 30 minutes and when I had to call back and talk with someone weeks later Jennifer was so very friendly and helpful, again. Really nice experiences. Thank you!

I was in terrible pain and went to StatMed. I was seen right away, given xrays and blood test and given a steroid shot. These people were caring, efficient, thorough. I am so impressed! No waiting days for results. Will recommend to everyone to go here instead of ER.

These folks are seriously ANGELS! I got covid on Christmas and no where else was open, but they welcomed us with kindness. Rachel Embry, PA-C a great clinician, I felt heard and well cared for. She made sure I had the info and meds I needed to start treating my illness. Didn’t catch the name of the front desk lady but she was lovely and super helpful as well. Thanks guys!! 🥰

I just left Stat Med and still continue to have great experiences there. Jodi is absolutely wonderful and all the staff that work they’re always so kind and fast. I almost feel like she should be my primary at this point. This is my number one place to go. I send all of my friends and family here. I’ve had a couple critical situations that they helped me stay out of the hospital. I love this urgent care and highly recommend it to anyone, as well as pediatric patients.

Could not have been more pleased with this place. In and out in thirty minutes, very friendly and accommodating staff, and thorough check-up and diagnosis of my condition. I was so impressed I brought my wife later that day who was having similar symptoms.

I am new to the area and have not found a Primary Care Physician, so I decided to step in the urgent care center and I am so glad I did. I had no wait time. The staff was so professional, the Nurse so friendly. Best of all the attending Physician Jim was the most wonderful patient human being i have ever met. So thorough, listened to all of my problems, sent me off for tests very quickly had a diagnosis and came up with a treatment plan that was right for me. He electronically sent all of my medications to my local pharmacy as well as referred me to a Doctor in the area for a follow and who could possibly become our family Primary Care. As I was leaving in told the staff I sure wished they where my Primary Care facility. I couldnt ask for better treatment. They where the Best!

The Urgent care StatMed there very profesional , they really care about their patients. I have been in other places but StatMed is unlike any other an above and beyond experience wich is very important specially when you dont feel well and need help. Thanks

I’ve been here several times and each time they spend time with me. They listen and fully address my situation. If needed, they help you find additional healthcare support and will send info to your PCP. I highly recommend them.

I am very impressed with this clinic. I do not go to Medical doctors much, but Jodi and Rachel were amazing. They both have a great bedside manner and took the time to listen and made me feel comfortable. The Staff was great and the place was clean!

Went in sick as a dog last week. Dr. Rachel Embry and her staff were awesome. She went above my expectations for an urgent care facility and I left feeling I had been heard and taken seriously and treated with purpose instead of given an antibiotic and pushed out the door like some places. I walked in around 10am on a Thursday and left within the hour. Thank you ladies!

I visited StatMed for some fractured toes, From the minute I walked in I felt comfortable, The staff was super friendly and professional and I felt I was in good hands. They were very compassionate and gentle with the x-rays. They took excellent care of me. I will not go anywhere else in the future. I even had to go back a couple of times for paperwork and they were very patient and completed all that was required for me to return to work.

The staff was awesome and efficient! I interacted with Jennifer, Riley, and Rachel; they truly were great! The office was very clean, I had no wait, I parked in reserved parking very near the entrance. I called several other places in the vicinity and they were near 3 hour waiting times!!! I hope I never have to go back here or any medical facility for that matter. If I find myself in that situation though, it’s a no brainer! I’d go right back to them! Keep up the great work!

Excellent service, care, and people. Traveling from out of state, and needing urgent care is not something anyone wants to deal with. Statmed did an absolute exceptional job with my entire visit. So grateful for them and their clinic.

My five year old son decided to do some acrobats off of our couch and took a spill. After calling around and not finding any X-ray techs on staff, my sister highly recommended Stat Med and I can honestly see why! From the second we walked in and were so kindly greeted by Jennifer, who also took my sons X-rays and did a phenomenal job with making sure he was comfortable and understood what was going on, to Dr.Mark explaining every possibility of injury and exactly what to do, to Emilia the MA being so patient and helpful with my son… our experience here was truly a 10/10! So grateful for individuals like these who work in the medical field and truly care about the patients. It doesn’t go unnoticed at all!

After being ill over the weekend and getting worse, I went to StatMed Urgent Care Clinic. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. Facility was very clean. I was seen quickly and the PA was very thorough after her diagnosis and spent time answering questions. My family will definitely be back for any urgent needs.

My wife came in for an X-ray. They took her right in.Now: Waiting almost two Hours!No one else in the waiting room for the last hour or so. 2 people left during that time.Staff said that all rooms were full. Doesn’t make sense!Maybe short on staff today?

What a great team at this StatMed. I was feeling sick after a recent trip and came in half hour before closing. Front desk checked me in quickly without rushing and I was seen within five minutes. The exam was thorough regarding my symptoms and addressed right away. I could not have asked for better care! Everyone was very nice too! Thank you!!!

We want to thank you all for your prompt and careful attention to our medical problems. We have come to your clinic at least four times over the last three years. We never think of going anywhere else to get medical help! My husband’s thumb nail surgery was excellent! The attention to my breathing problem was quick and efficient! I developed symptoms of UTI. I was in Florida on vacation and needed antibiotics on weekend. I was seen at this clinic and quickly confirmed diagnosis, ordered the rx I needed. I was out the door in an hour.

Visit for xray after a minor accident. Wait time was under ten minutes. Place was very clean and appeared to have some updates since I was last there. All staff members were professional and caring. Everything was explained in detail. I was sent home with provisions I may need which was really nice that I didnt have to run to the store! This is my go to place when my Dr. is not available . Always leave knowing I received the best care. One of my physicians highly recommended StatMed to us years ago! Never disappointed in the care we receive.

A stellar staff all around! The doctor, Rachel Embrey, was very thorough and compassionate, as were the medical assistant and x-ray tech / front desk associate. I was even given a CD of my x-rays without having to ask. Im grateful to have such a good urgent care nearby.

I wish there were words to convey how amazing the staff is here...but Ill try.!.!. From the moment I called, Riley picked up the phone and I felt better just from her caring, soothing voice. I had been badly bitten by two dogs and needed medical attention. What I received was so much more. When I got there Jenn, at the desk, was especially kind and accommodating. I finally got to meet Riley, when she came in to assess me. Shes awesome and a beautiful person, in every way. Dr./physicians assistant Rachel came in and from the get go she put me at ease. She has the perfect balance of medical knowledge, with an amazing, fun, bedside manner. She put in about 12 stiches, so Im grateful for that time, because shes super cool to talk with. Christi came in to help me get bandaged up and was great. This team is amazing and they all spoke highly of the organization who runs StatMed. This injury was a culmination of a rough month, but the care, and genuine compassion, I received really helped me turn a corner. Great place to go for minor things, like an allergy shot, or more major health issues. I have been there for both and was quite pleased with their professionalism. They are very thorough and caring.

I am very lucky that I chose this Urgent Care. Jodi diagnosed me with a rare condition that could have been misdiagnosed elsewhere. I am very thankful for Jodi’s knowledge and care.

I visited the clinic in Clearwater this week. Great, friendly staff who waited on me. I went in the middle of the day and only waited for 10 minutes. I saw Mark Muller PA and he was great. I felt confident he listened to everything I was describing and after several tests came to the diagnosis. I appreciated their help getting me an appointment for a follow up test at an imaging center right while I was in their office. Overall a great experience!!

I have utilized this facility several times in the past. I just went in feeling ill. I was test for Covid and was positive. Very nice staff. They prescribed medication, half way through the meds and starting to feel better. I will always recommend this facility

ALL the staff here are excellent. Yesterday I finally met Dr. Mark, wow hes the best. Very caring, will make you feel that your health is very important to him unlike the other doctors who are always in a hurry for some reason. He will explain to you everything in the manner that you will fully understand whats going on to your health right now. I worked in the hospital before and our mission statement is Healing with Compassion and this is what I felt from Dr. Mark and to the rest of the staff! They were also very nice to my little ones when I have to bring them with me as I went visit the clinic. This clinic have all the best team players!

I went to StatMed today for a sprained ankle and I can say that the service was top. There was no wait, they were able to verify my insurance quickly, the process was easy and quick overall. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the doctor is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend this place if you need to take care of something health related promptly!

I cannot say enough about the folks at StatMed. We go here before we go to a doctors office - its not only faster but it tends to be a better experience.My recent visit was for what I thought was an infected boil on my ear. Mark flagged it as skin cancer (he was correct) and advised me to see a dermatologist immediately. He was so concerned that he called a peer at a dermatologists office to get me a quick appointment. Its been removed and all is good.I dont think you can go much more above and beyond.Thanks Mark!

This place was great. From receptionist to the p/a was treated very hospitable. They diagnosed my problem and I started feeling better next day. Will highly recommend this place to others.

I got VIP treatment here. The team was kind, gentle, efficient and fast as well as thorough and attentive. They took care of me like I was family. I couldn’t have asked for better care in my time of need. I definitely recommend!

I have been to StatMed twice and couldnt be more pleased! The staff is courteous, friendly, and efficient. My waits have been minimal. Dealing with insurance is a breeze. Tamara, the PA, was knowledgeable, friendly, explaining everything she was doing and why. I couldnt be more pleased. Skip all the other Urgent Care facilities and go here!! Also convenient to Clearwater and Dunedin!

I don’t often write reviews, but my experience here was so great I was compelled to. The staff is very friendly and caring and Dr. Muller is fantastic! The wait time was zero. I wasn’t put into a room and left there like happens so often, they give you a minute and come right in. They have their own equipment, so no sending off test results, you get them back immediately! The office is beautiful, bright and clean. And Dr. Muller is very thorough and answered all my questions. I felt like he genuinely cared about my well being. I don’t think I could have gotten better care. Everyone in my organization will be going here from now on.

Went in late evening, Great, Polite, THOROUGH, service.3 chest x-rays...Swabbed for CoVid, and for the flu. They were not satisfied w/ negative result... Drew blood to check white blood cells. Prescription for antibiotic.

We have been here several times now and every time I have been highly satisfied with the experience. The office staff is always professional and quick to assess our needs. I have never waited long either in the waiting room or the examining room. Mark Muller, P.A. is always compassionate and understanding with my kids. I will continue to use this office in the future and would highly recommend it to others.

I’m from out of town and what started out as a cold and cough got worse. I felt terrible, so my wife said we should find an urgent care. Easier said than done, since it was on Thanksgiving day. Luckily, with a few calls, we found that StatMed was open, so we went.I went and signed in. They were very friendly and comforting. Took me in after only a few minutes wait. I quickly was seen by Dr. Muller, who is obviously quite competent and his demeanor gives you confidence that you’re in good hands. He took his time, listened to my history and symptoms and immediately ordered X-ray of my lungs as well as blood tests. Best part is that they were done there, so no wait for results as would have been the situation had we gone to an hospital ER.Upshot was that I had a pneumonia. He offered to have me admitted to a hospital, but, as I was going home in a couple of days and promised to see my primary soon thereafter ,that wasn’t necessary. He called a prescription for an antibiotic and cough medicine for me, which I got as soon as I got to the pharmacy.As I said, he is quite competent and comforting, giving the assurance that he cares. Amazingly, and a new experience for me, he called me the next morning to see how I was doing. This is rare from doctors I have been seeing for years and even in the times they follow up, it’s a call from an assistant. Here it was Dr. Muller who followed up.I recommend StatMed and Dr.Muller when you need the kind of care that gives you assurance that it is both good and caring.

This was my second visit in the past two years and both have been absolutely wonderful. The staff is friendly, kind, professional and with the new addition of Covid incredibly conscious of CDC GUIDELINES wearing masks , sanitizer etc.Both my visits, for different issues, were resolved with no further problems. I cannot say enough about StatMed and If you need medical attention know you will get excellent care there.I’ve been a nurse for 50 years and can truthfully say, this is the best facility I’ve ever seen. May God continue to bless the wonderful staff there.

We went there based on reviews here and because they were also accepting my insurance. We paid flat fee, about twice the initial visit elsewhere.Unfortunately experience is quite opposite to what reviews paint.The doctor was very young lady, yes for the moment we though its a nurse.. Once we were taken to the room we waited 20 min in between someone coming and going - the whole time we spent was about 2 hours! They seem a bit disorganized. I didnt notice extra courtesy, care or professionalism. Once my wife supposed to get a shot, we overheard nurse saying - I dont do shots.. So after 20 min doctor was back with the injection.Now, please understand the visit was not terrible, probably below the level of other walkin clinics around that weve been before.In general I feel misinformed by the reviews, the owner might think to dial down the tone of happy reviews here.

My wife was seen here at 7:00 p.m. on May 26, 2015 for a torn muscle in her leg while we were vacationing in Clearwater. I cannot say enough good things about our experience! The staff was warm, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and well-appointed, with the equipment necessary to properly examine and treat her injury. The treatment was courteous and caring, and gave us everything we needed to plan next steps. The doctor and receptionist/med tech were both friendly, polite and well qualified. I also saw the doctor taking calls and advising people while the med tech was taking extra time to gently x-ray my wifes injury, a level of support I have never seen elsewhere. If you have need of an urgent care facility in this area, I dont think you will find a better one than this one!

I am a senior, snowbird coming from Canada every year here for 3 months, and i am so grateful to find this clinic, very clean, professional and Dr Rachael took a lot of time to listen to my medical history, very knowledgeable in her diagnosis and treatment with steroid shot and steroid inhaler for my acute bronchitis right there. By the time I left, i was able to breathe more easy without coughing so much like yesterday. I will be coming back to see her without a doubt if needed. Staff are wonderful, thank you so much Dr Rachael.

This is probably the most efficient and friendliest urgent care facility I’ve been to. I arrived at 9:15am and was in a room by 9:30. The front desk receptionist was very friendly. The PA was very thorough and extremely nice. After spending no more than 10 minutes in the room, I was diagnosed with an URI. A prescription was written and sent to Walgreens where it was ready by the time I arrived. No waiting! 5 stars!,

Went to StatMed for a rapid Covid test and was wheezing pretty bad. The bit of wait was well worth it.Jodi was fantastic!!She listened carefully with my explanation of my history and was very decisive with what I needed. A breathing treatment, shot in the rump and some prescriptions sent to the pharmacy, and Im confident I will be just fine in a few days.Keep up the great work!! I highly recommend this clinic!!

Clean, professional, no wait early in the morning. Location is convenient. The staff is incredibly friendly, Annemarie made me feel on top of the world. She made me smile so much! Doctor is very professional and gets right down to business. Knows his stuff. Would 10/10 recommend.

Hit with a UTI on a Friday afternoon had me in great discomfort and panicky. I was was so relieved to receive timely and compassionate care from the entire staff here, but especially Rachel Embry PA-C. Prescriptions were faxed to my nearby pharmacy, so that I was able to get relief quickly and fully heal within days. The clinic was clean and there were designated patient parking spaces close to the facility. Thank you for a very positive experience.

Excellent clinical services. They took me right in, staff was excellent, professional and kind. I felt horrible and turned out to be sinus infection. Dr/Nurse was great, she had tests done immediately, with results just as quick. Will definitely be going back there if my family or myself needs to be seen right away. Prescriptions were called in immediately and I was thankfully able to attend and speak at an important event the next day.

The provider that I saw, Tamara, PA-C, was so helpful and kind! She is very knowledgeable, thorough and quick! I didnt wait very long at all and was treated very well. Her treatment plan helped relieve my back pain and for that I was so grateful! The staff was efficient and everything was clean. Tamara even called me the next day to see how I was feeling. I would highly recommend this place :)

This place is the best walk in in the area! Clean, fast, and helpful. I came in there with basically no voice and so foggy headed I couldnt even think, but Jennifer at the front had so much patience. And the practitioner Tamara didnt just throw antibiotics my way and say next, she asked detailed questions and gave me a good combo of prescriptions that made me start feeling better in hours. Never going to another walk-in! Thank you so much!

I brought my 91 year old neighbor from Canada in for a checkup at StatMed in the Countryside Mall of Clearwater, Florida. She was very anxious coming in to a new place, but she left so buoyant and going on and on about how caring the staff and doctor was, how clean and efficient the facility was. She plans on being a loyal StatMed client for the six months each year that she is in the States. I was amazed that walk-ins were encouraged over waiting on an appointment...how quickly she was processed, brought in for examination and analysis, and how soon we were able to leave - with an understanding of her needs, medication ordered, and that certain fears she had were unfounded. Thank you all for lifting her spirits and contributing to her path for healing!!!

I have been to Stat Med Urgent Care twice, once in late September after a car accident, and again in April. The two PAs that attended me Jodi and Rachel, they are the best clinical PAs that I have encountered in this area in a long time!The reason I went in April was because I was not feeling well had a cough and swollen glands and when I called my Primary Care office I was told they couldnt see me until the follow week and I should go to an urgent care.I did and so glad I did thats when I encountered Rachel. after all the testing I was diagnosed with Abnormal chest xray, Pneumonia and follow up CT scan. The reason I mention the diagnosis is to let you know how sick I was and was refused by my Primary Care But I could not have been in more capable and caring hands than Rachael!I would not hesitate to go there again if needed and could not say enough good things about these two ladies and the way I was treated.I have recommended them to many people.

Was recently at STATMED URGENT CARE to have multiple family members treated for COVID. From the moment we arrived, the staff and the care we received was stellar.The office is clean, calm and comfortable.We were greeted by Dawn as soon as we walked in. She was professional, and signed us in quickly. Reily greeted us with a smile, she is very caring, and made us all feel comfortable in the exam room. The sick family members were examined very quickly and Xrays were done quickly and efficiently.Jodi PA-C is fantastic. She took the time to talk with us about recovery and treatment. My family was feeling better within 24 hours and headed in the right direction to recover. I cant thank STATMED and their staff enough.

Just got done with my visit- highly recommend Brooksville Statmed Quick Quality Urgent Care.I called yesterday to assure they could help me and they could. This was after I called multiple other clinics that couldn’t get me in for weeks.All staff were very curious, timely and helpful. Waited 2 hours in an empty waiting room with an infant before they told me my insurance wasnt accepted. Sent me to another urgent care saying THEY took my insurance but they dont. The care provider made light of my family members positive covid results based on her experiences in her family and how often everyone in their office has already had it.. said its fine to fly or go to school while contagious.

Coming here is like dealing with a trusted family member. Dr. Muller makes you feel like youre in completely safe hands. He listens and truly cares about your health and well being and I am truly impressed with his level of knowledge and the level of care and concern that he provides, which I do not even get from my Primary Care Doctor.Again... I went in on a Friday evening after finding out my husband had tested positive, and after going to 2 other urgent cares and Cvs which was no help at all. The nurses and dr were phenomenal. Very professional but yet had empathy and treated me as though I was their own. Explained everything to me and was very gentle with the process. I commend you all.

I recently visited this Statmed clinic on a Saturday when my own doctors office was closed. I have nothing but good things to say about my care. Including the receptionist, I saw four staff members. All were caring, efficient and professional. My PA took the lead and she was exceptional. Because I am a senior woman and I presented with fever, dizziness and congestion, I had an EKG and a lung x-ray. It was like being in a small hospital. Very clean and up to date. I hope I dont need to visit again, but if I do, I wouldnt hesitate.

I got sick on December 23 and of course my doctors office was closed for Christmas vacation. I went to StatMed and saw Dr. Mueller who treated me very nicely. He was very thorough and listen to all that I told him about my sickness. He gave me the prescriptions I needed to get better. His whole staff was very professional and kind. I did not have to wait at all to be seen. The clinic looks very small from the outside but it’s quite large when you go inside. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to my friends.

I was seen at StatMed Urgent Care on two separate occasions. I sawDr Mark Muller and Dr Leon Bard. Both of my visits were a Positive experience. I would Highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of good patient care.Things that made my visit a positive experience: No problem getting an appointment, did not sit and wait for a long period, clean facility, all staff members were very kind and professional, the doctors do not rush you through your appointment, and at the end of my visit I was handed copies of all my test results, discharge instructions, and also a fact sheet on my medical diagnosis.

Excellent walk-in clinic. They were able to x-ray my injury and provide prompt, professional treatment with minimal waiting time. And I really appreciate the fact that they never tried to rush me out the door despite my appointment running past closing time, when they all probably wanted to go home. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of a walk-in clinic.

Very clean and professional. Staff was very thorough and were able to do more than your typical urgent care than back in my home town. My script was sent and ready when I arrived at pharmacy. I’ve recommended this place to family and friends already and they’ve had the same experience. Open late and open early enough to make it easy to get the care needed.

Outstanding care from Stat Med! I was in desperate need this evening. I called to find out how late they were open to find out they close in 15 min. Penny said come on over. I was greated with a smile by Penny and treated with such warm kindness. Penny took my info and did my intake. Cat took my vitals and never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Cat drew blood and I didnt even feel the stick of the needle. Jodi was the PA on staff who came in and assessed my condition and symptoms. She asked questions and listened without rushing me through. She diagnosed and called in medication for treatment. I am so appreciative of these ladies for taking such good care of me with TLC and making me a priority. Thank you again!!

We unfortunately have had lots of germs attack our household within the past month or so. We had to resort to seeking care & decided to visit StatMed urgent care in Clearwater. Not only did we have to visit but on multiple occasions, to receive care for 3 adults total. We had nothing but a great experience from walking in to checking out. I also would like to add that the PAC on staff, Jodi Coffee is an angel. She went out of her way to gather an extensive medical history from my father & treated him appropriately. On top of FIVE star care while we were there she took the time to follow up with a phone call the next evening after hours. This was something almost unheard of now a days & was beyond appreciated. Many thanks to StatMed staff at the clearwater location, highly recommend!

I brought my son there last night after he got hurt at soccer practice. They were closing in 15 minutes, and still welcomed us to come and took such great care of him. The lady at the front desk, cant remember her name, was so sweet and super patient with us. Jodi, the PA, was very informative, explained the x-rays to me and was really good with a scared and hurt 12 year old. Cat, the MA, was so helpful with showing him how to use the crutches and explained what she was doing when she was putting the splint on. I would definitely go to them again, if ever needed.

Excellent facility. We are snowbirds and dont have a regular physician in the area. For this reason, I checked the reviews on all the urgent care facilities in the area and I am glad I picked StatMed. I was seen very quickly and was very impressed with the quality of care I received. Everyone was very friendly and the treatment I received was exceptional. I would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.

Ill start with the pros! there was Zero wait time ,the office was clean, Kelly the PA was so kind sweet and thorough. she did a great job with my three-year-old. She covered all her bases and everything was perfect until we went to check out. I knew after arriving that they did not take my daughters insurance and I knew I would have to pay out-of-pocket. We frequent another urgent care in the area and paying out of pocket, I usually wind up with about 100- $150 bill. Well my jaw dropped when we went to check out. An office visit without insurance is $400!!!!!! Thats insane. I was given a 20% discount so for an office visit and flu test it was $240! It is very very unfortunate that they charge so incredibly much for the same thing that you get done at any other urgent care in the area. I can understand if I was coming in for something more serious like x-rays or a heart attack but we were just coming in for a basic office visit for a toddler. Unfortunately, I will not go back and I will not recommend this place to anybody that does not have insurance.

My husband and I were both sick this morning and a friend recommended Stat Med. This was by far my best experience at an urgent care clinic. Mostly, I want to give recognition to the entire staff that was there this morning. They were all so friendly and competent, and they made us feel as comfortable as possible. I would go back, and I would highly recommend them to others.

If you are in need of urgent care do not go anywhere else. During my visit there I experienced outstanding level of professionalism. The staff was extremely knowledgeable. Test where performed quicklyAnd correct diagnosis was achieved in less than an hour. The phlebotomist was the best.These people follow up with their patients to make sure that they have serviced their patients needs. No need for hospital ER as long as Stat med is in business.

Mark is amazing! He diagnosed my 18 month old with pneumonia and immediately sent us to a higher level of care. He had been sick for a month, on different antibiotics from his pediatrician and they never did a chest X-ray. Mark Sent me to the hospital well prepared, I can’t say enough good things about him. He personally called to follow up the next day to make sure my son was admitted and receiving the proper treatment.I just recently went there for myself. Again, Mark and staff were extremely nice and professional. They are my go to!

My wife and I went to Stat Med after our Primary Doctor recommended them. The office was very clean, and the staff was very professional.They treated my wife quickly, took an x-ray and determined she should have a CT Scan to look into it further. My wife needed to be seen for progressively worsening cough and congestion- worried it was Covid-19. StatMed was overrun, even had people waiting outside. They were efficient and professional handling the queue. After an understandable wait, they took their time, were thorough and attentive. Penny at the front desk and X-ray, Riley the technician and Jodi the caregiver were all terrific. Diagnosis, prescriptions, chest X-ray, Covid test and additional advice in under two hours during an extremely busy time. Well done and highly recommended!

Several members of my family have now been to StatMed and they are always treated quickly and professionally. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and compassionate. I recently discovered they are also wonderful with children. Weve been to several urgent care facilities over the years and this one is our favorite!

Been here multiple times for my self and the kids. This place is the best urgent care you will find. They are quick and explain everything very well. I have been lucky enough not to get stuck in the 2 - 3 hour line last night and only waited about 45 mins overall.To the people complaining about the wait, you cant blame them for the huge influx of people needing tests.

I came in with my 3 and 5 year old...a lot of paperwork to fill out and antsy kids...I was prepared for a disaster. The staff was AMAZING - Penny went out of her way to make the kids comfortable! The rest of the staff were just as awesome. For three of us to be seen as brand new patients, it was a very positive experience :)

If you need urgent care,this is a great place. The staff was excellent. I was in an exam room within a few minutes and was seen by Mark Muller,PA almost immediately. I had lab work and an EKG and was on my way home within 1 hour. Everyone there is courteous and caring. My almost 2 year old had to get his physical here. He isn’t a huge fan of doctors offices, so I was worried. The staff was amazing, and made him feel completely comfortable. From beginning to end this visit was incredible. Thanks to the aaweome staff and doctor! Any time we have issues m, we will definitely be back!

I have used StatMed twice now and received caring and prompt service each time. I get better service here than at my primary care office. I couldnt be happier or more impressed. I woke up feeling like a rock was in my Eye. Nothing my wife and I did helped. I was screaming in agony. My daughter drove me to our neighborhood walk in clinic a little after 7am. But they didn’t open until 8, so we ended up going a very short trip to the only clinic open. That was the best experience I have had ever. Everyone was so nice and they did their best to make feel comfortable until I could be seen. Turned to be a corneal abrasion. With the doctors attention to detail he did a second view of my eye with dye and a special light until he found it. Small, but very painful. I appreciate everything they did.

Never have I been so shocked to be treated so great !! I was sent here by my primary care DR for dehydration that required intravenous treatment and expected your normal blah blah walk in. Wrong !!The entire staff (and I was there for a shift change) was quite compassionate and thorough. From the welcome at the front desk to the blankets during treatment- Top notch care. Kudos to your entire teams efforts !!! Thank you Thank you !!

I was seen here for a cold that wouldnt leave my lungs. Excellent staff, very fast. I was in a room within 10 minutes of arriving (results may vary, void where prohibited). The staff kept me updated on the cost of the visit the entire time, so I wasnt surprised by the bill.Very friendly, excellent bedside manner, had a diagnosis and treatment in roughly 2 hours. Would highly recommend, check them out.

My husband & myself were very sick with a bronchial infections & pneumonia & I had breathing problems and my husband had a different type of infection. The PA (Jodi Coffee PA-C and the other people who worked with her (3) were very efficient in the tests they took & the solutions & meds they suggested for us. Now, after a week, we are getting better. I give them 5 stars. They were very professional and had lots of bedside manners in working with us. Thank you team. I hope I dont have to see you again, but if I do, I will surely come back.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and its staff. Everyone was wonderful. I was in and out of the clinic in under an hour on a Friday night headed for the after hours drug store to pick up my prescriptions, with a coupon for the expensive one that wasnt covered by my insurance. And when I needed more because I wasnt feeling 100% yet, they called in another one and gave me another coupon. They also followed up with me promptly about the lab results. My illness couldnt have happened at a worse time, we were on vacation, but the fine folks at StatMed helped salvage what was left and I was able to attend my mothers 80th birthday party that I had been planning for 6 months; and spend some real quality time with my 9 grandchildren, 5 of which I was meeting face to face for the first time. Thank you, StatMed Urgent Care!!!!

Amazing care! We went to Statmed for my husband with a splinter in his toe. Which turned out to be a teeny, tiny wire (see pic attached). Tamara Collins, PA-C, was amazing in removing this....especially since he had been trying to do so for a week or so prior. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and the facility is reassuringly clean. Highly recommend!

I absolutely recommend this Urgent Care! The entire staff is kind and friendly and approachable. My wait time was only as long as it took me to fill out some paperwork, and the staff worked for a long time with my insurance company to resolve a question of coverage. I was very comfortable the whole time I was there, and I would choose them again if I needed Urgent Care.

Jodi was very knowledgeable and knew right away what was the matter. The front staff were courteous and friendly. It was so convenient to walk in with minimal wait time. Everything was very clean. I needed phone follow up the next day and they were prompt to help me. Will definitely return if needed.

The staff is great but Dr. Jodi Coffee was beyond rude for the maybe 5 minutes she was in the room with me. The front desk, nurses and everyone else was awesome. She has the worst bed side manner and I have never felt like such an inconvenience. She had an attitude the entire time and was so so rude. DO NOT RECCOMEND.

My sister and I took my 93 year old mother to Statmed and arrived right at closing time. She was sick with temperature, dehydrated and not breathing well. The staff opened the door and took us in and stayed for several hours and their treatment of my mother was outstanding. They covered everything from iv fluids to x-rays, blood and urine tests and ekg. They were gentle, kind and efficient. We knew we would get good service having been at their previous location a few times - but this time we were a little scared - Linda the PA, Joann and Diane really seemed to know their stuff and put us at ease. The results they gave us showed two different infections - by the time the iv was finished my Mom was feeling somewhat better so we finally left to pick up antibiotics and see her physician first thing in the morning. Cant thank you guys enough.

I went to StatMed Urgent Care on Saturday last with sore ears. I was seen right away. I got the best service, from the minute I met the lady at the reception to the care I got when examined by the Nurse practitioner. I highly recommend this Urgent care facility, they know how to treat patients like members of their own family. Thank you.

This was my 2nd trip to Statmed. I was impressed the first time and the second time reinforced my first impressions. The service was quick and professional. My diagnosis was delivered in short order, prescriptions written, after-care explained, and I was on my way with a smile on my face. I felt as if I had their full attention while I explained my symptoms and was given every opportunity to ask questions that I may have had. They gave me very satisfactory service and I will certainly return to this office if I ever have the need again!

I cant give Troy and Jodi enough praise for the great care they gave my 87 year old friend. The kindness and concern given was way more than expected. I have found my new urgent care location!!!Sorry, the above post was from 3 months ago, apparently after writing it I forgot to hit post!So yesterday I had to bring my same friend here again.... She fainted and hit her head. Riley was excellent taking her time to get all the info, BP, etc. Then the PA Rachel came in and I was overwhelmed at the care and tenderness at which she treated my friend. Rachel covered every possibility to make sure my friend was fine.If I could give StatMed, Clearwater ten stars, I would!

I brought my daughter in to have a laceration on her forehead stitched up. The entire experience was good, from start to finish. The facility was clean and modern looking and the employees were very professional and courteous. My daughter was quickly assessed and Tamara, the PA, was calm and reassuring as she quickly sutured my daughters forehead. All things considered, the experience was a positive one.

This is my go to urgent care while staying in the Clearwater Beach area. Only took a few mins to review my info on file & I was seen immediately by Jodi Coffee (PA). She was absolutely wonderful! I appreciated the fact they even asked if I’d like them to send a copy of my records to my PCP at home. You couldn’t find a better urgent care!

The office is clean, conveniently located, the wait was minimal. The staff and doctor were extremely friendly and personable. Their bedside manner was very professional. Overall it felt like they loved their job and the patients. If we ever need an emergency doctor visit again we will definitely use this office again.

I’ve come multiple times and love it every time. The wait is never bad, and I feel like I get sincere treatment. They call and check up on you. This last week I was so sick. I called to ask a question and Tamara called me back 2 hours after closing (she was still there working) and helped me get the prescription needed. I love this place and tell everyone how amazing it is!

I wasnt feeling well over the weekend so stopped here and got looked at. The wait was minimal and the staff was helpful. They diagnosed the problem and prescribed me medicine that worked right away and I feel great now. Thanks!

I am a chiropractic physician in Dunedin and have met with Dr. Mark to discuss different things relating to both business and clinical skills. He is a very knowledgeable, honest doctor that is truly dedicated to getting his patients healthy. His office is conveniently located in the Clearwater mall! The office is very clean and the staff is wonderful. I send a lot of patients his way for complaints that are not in my scope of practice, because I know he will treat them with the utmost care. HIGHLY recommend this office!

The doctor took the time to explain every detail of my daughter’s treatment! This place is better than my primary doctor’s office!

It was my first visit to Statmed urgent care, having symptoms of corona 19/pneumonia I was wanting to get my vital signs and an x-ray taken, after filling out a few pages of paperwork and insurance information I was taken back to have my vital signs taken, very professional setting and I also noticed it was very clean. After meeting with the PA, he checked me out and gave me the OK for an x-ray, The x-ray results were explained to me and before I know it I was on my way . I would recommend Statmed urgent care to anyone who has any questions about their health or possibly having blood work done, very professional staff.

Staff was great. Made sure to answer all my questions and concerns. I had difficulties with my prescription which I had them resubmit to 3 different pharmacies (my fault) and not once did they sound annoyed or unwilling to help. I am not from Florida and didn’t have MY insurance card, yet they still managed to get everything handled seamlessly for me.Also gave me a CD copy of my X-rays (without asking) which I thought was great considering how hard it usually is to track down copies of X-rays once leaving the office.Thank you!

I was feeling so bad when I arrived at StatMed. I made an appointment and was taken back EARLY, that never happens. The staff was so kind and caring. The PA knew exactly what I needed to get better. This is by far the best service I have ever received at a walk-in urgent care. I will recommend this to my friends. My family and I have been using Mark Muller and his team for over 10 years and in a lot of ways Mark has been like a primary physician for all of us. Every experience has been incredible efficient which is important to my wife and I as we both have full time jobs. Mark has excellent follow up and we even receive phone calls over the weekend to check in with our prognosis. We trust Mark and the whole StatMed team with the health of our family and we appreciate the superior service we have received over the years. Thank you Mark!

I took my grand baby to the Tampa office. She was visiting from Maryland so we dont have a pediatrician here. I recall that there were lots of patients, but the wait was not long. We were given an estimate of what the bill would be, but after being seen and treated, the charge was significantly less than the amount that had been estimated. That was a pleasant surprise. The physician was kind, professional, and not rushed. Although it was a one time visit, I would feel confident taking my grandchildren back to this physician whenever they are in town for a visit.

I had a fall and was out of town visiting family. Next day was unable to walk on my ankle. A family member had used your facility previously & highly recommended your services. I called before going to get an idea of the cost since I presently am uninsured. Dawn answered the phone, answered all my questions politely, was accommodating & even told me the wait time. A family member accompanied me to your clinic. I was greeted by Dawn, given a short but complete history form to fill out. Wait time was nil, was brought back to Ann Marie for vitals. Very professional. I then saw the attending physician, Mark, with a wonderful bedside manner. Examined my injury and ordered an X-ray. From the beginning to the conclusion of my visit all 3 persons were outstanding. In a time where all we hear is complaints, I want to express my gratitude & sincere thanks to Dr Mark, Ann Marie and Dawn. Being in the medical profession for 42 years, it is nice see the human side of medicine is alive & thriving at the urgent care facility. Sincerely, JK

Where does a doctor go when he needs serious help? StatMed Urgent Care Clinic. I owe my life to StatMed! I was in Arcadia Florida and I got myself into a pickle. I got into some fire ants and some poison ivy and some fungus all on the same day in the hot, muggy, Florida swamp.I thought I had a bad case of poison ivy, but it wasn’t getting any better. I couldn’t sleep. My whole body was itching. And then the sores started to ooze through my clothing while I was at work. I went to StatMed just in time.They got me all fixed up. They were able to determine that it was more than just poison ivy. Thanks to their clinical expertise, I am now healing up nicely. If I would’ve gone anywhere else, I’m sure I would still have a fungal infection and severe scarring all over my arms and legs, and I would be lucky to be alive. I can’t think StatMed Urgent Care enough! The service and the care that they provided was better than I could have ever asked for.Thank you very much! I mean that with all of my heart. Clearwater is very fortunate to have a team like you here.Im attaching a photo to show how bad my infection was. Now it is nearly gone!

Was misdiagnosed. Dont come here with anything serious. Dr was unprofessional while examining me. Person at the desk announced he sent my medication to . Hippa violation. Ended up in the er 11 months later with the same symptoms and a complete different diagnosis after CT scans and blood work. If you dont know then just tell them you cant help and to go to the er where theyre better equipped, dont tell me its something incurable, I assumed it was something I had to just live with.

Although there were other Urgent Care facilities closer to me, I chose StatMed based on other user reviews and was not dissapointed. The staff is extremely efficient, friendly and accommodating. Dr. Murray was attentive to my issues, and provided excellent care! I would most definitely return and recommend to others.

I called about 30 minutes ago to find out if I could come into their office to get a prescription for a patch for motion sickness.The PA, Rachel answered the phone and was incredibly informative and told me to come on in. Kim and Kishan were also working at the time and were incredibly friendly, courtesy, and attentive. Thank you so much!! StatMed is my go to urgent care anytime I am not feeling well and every single time I have gone there, they are so wonderful, it blows my mind. I was in and out in 14 minutes. Yeah, I timed it. Was seen right away. Everyone was very nice and professional.

My daughter broke a bone in her foot, our pediatrician recommended that we find urgent care since imaging would be available there. We have not used urgent care so we found StatMed. Everyone was courteous and professional, we were in and out in very little time. Glad I found them because with two active (swimming, track and boxing) 15-year-olds, I am sure the need will arise again and again and again :)

I came here last minute last week because my neck and back were sore after a minor fender bender. There was no wait time at all. Staff was very professional. The office, patient room, and X-ray were were clean. You are able to provide them with your auto insurance claim number so that you dont have to pay anything up front. It was overall a good experience for me, and I recommend this place if you want to get seen immediately but its not an emergency.

Dr. Mark and staff were fantastic.. After being hit by a car walking my dog this morning, the paramedics suggested I get my elbow checked out because it probably needed stitches. Sure enough it did and Dr. Mark took care of me. He went above and beyond to make sure I was okay - not just stitching up my elbow. The office was very clean and there was really no wait time at all. Will definitely use this as my go to spot for urgent medical care.

We came in on a Sunday because me and my wife both had the flu. We absolutely adore, and had the best experience with the Physicians Assistant Leila. She is a gem. If we could make her our PCP we would, in a second.She would be better than the one we have.Leila went so far above and beyond what any other medical worker ever has that we were stunned. She is also sweet, kind, down to earth, ultra attentive to detail and so very caring. We will now always return to this medcheck solely because of her. Thank you Leila, hugs.

Every time we have gone in for various urgent care needs we have been in and out quickly. Its always a good experience. The staff is kind, courteous and knowledgeable about how to solve your ailment. I highly recommend popping in there if you need an urgent care facility!

I’ve never had a better urgent care experience anywhere! I went to Baycare Urgent care when I first moved here and that was a huge mistake. I had the flu and I waited 3 hours until I was seen and then another hour once I got in the back. They didn’t even have a restroom in the waiting room for me to vomit in privacy. I’ve been to StatMed twice now and both times took less than 10 minutes to get me back. There’s a restroom in the waiting room in case you have to puke. The staff is all very friendly and personal, I will never go anywhere else!!

I am a physician and I have been using Statmed as my personal acute care facility for 10 years now. The medical team is knowledgeable, professional and fast. They have a wide array of services and can do lab work and X-Rays on site, which is a huge benefit for proper diagnosis and treatment. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.. The doctor was very good. He was very nice and professional.. He seem to care and had my husband come in the next day to make sure he was okay!. Should be more urgent care like this one!

This place is my go to for urgent care. Clean office, friendly staff, and great quality care. I’ve been here several times from sinus infections to physical injuries and I’ve always been satisfied with my service. I would absolutely recommend StatMed to friends and family.My only complaint would be how long the wait can be, it’s quite a long visit even without crowds.

I used StatMed for the first time last week and was very pleased with the staff and service. I had a health scare and I found this a great alternative to going to an E.R. I even found it to be a better and more thorough experience than my primary doctors office. Penny, Dr. Mark and staff are the best! I HATE going to medical facilities ! I went in early on Sunday morning and was treated by Dr. Leon and Turi. They took great care of me and both are experienced and proficient beyond their years. My situation required a few follow up check ups. The office is always very clean and orderly, ALL the staff is pleasant, helpful, and friendly. This place is ridiculously convenient ! Great Job. I hope I dont have to, but if I do, ILL be back.

I own a woodshop and one of my employees had a bad accident while at work. Having been a client of Statmed myself, I knew exactly where to go to get in quick and proper care. The Statmed team took us in straight away and after x-rays begin to treat his wounds. The follow-up with a hand surgeon told my employee exactly what we already knew, it was stitched up perfectly and there was nothing more that could have been done. Not only did we get immediate attention and proper care, but my workers comp insurance would have paid 10 times more at an emergency room. I would recommend Statmed to anyone because of their competent and helpful staff. Thank you Mark Muller and staff for taking care of my employee.

Clinic was very clean. The staff was very personable and professional. They took the time to listen to my woes and provided excellent service and called in my prescriptions right away. I was back home in less time than it takes to be seen by some other clinics. Highly recommend.

We had a 7 yr old with an ice skating emergency, to think quality help could be so close by was too good to be true... but it was! They were quick but thorough in their assessment, reassured our 7 yr old he would be fine, got him stitched right up. I work in hospitals myself so had my reservations about an urgent care facility but they were fantastic. It was only three days before Christmas and we still made it to see Santa!

My son and I just got back from Mexico and we needed labs. StatMed was able to treat us quickly and diagnose us on site without having to go elsewhere for tests. We are very please with the professional,courteous, knowledgeable and helpful staff. The PA Mark is fantastic. Very happy not to have to end up in an ER! Thank you!

I have been here several times for various things. The last visit was due to my arm getting slammed when the wind caught the truck door. Everyone here is so thorough and wonderful. They explain everything and even what to expect from the injury in the days and weeks to come. I would recommend this place to anyone who has the need to seek medical attention for any reason. Any other walk in or urgent clinic cannot compare the level of care and compassion of the medical team at statmed.

The office and staff were 100% Covid compliant. Every staff member was considerate and efficient and was there to answer all my questions. Mark Muller, PA, was extremely knowledgeable and through in his exam. As I was an embarrassed patient with what I thought was a painful spider bite (yuck) on my thigh. It was!I received some scripts to go and was asked to call back in a week if site hadnt cleared up!Thank-you Med Stat!!!

Definitely will be our “go to” when needing an urgent care. They were quick, but gave me their full attention, were thorough and the entire staff was nice. Big bonus, they are in a mall so my husband and kids were able to walk around and stay busy while I was cared for.
