I’ve been a patient here 20+ years and always had fantastic experiences with the Dr’s. So, to be fair, I can say I have always had exceptional care in that sense. The reason for 3 stars today is because apparently they have implemented a “no children in the office” policy & when I showed up with my daughter was told she could not enter the building. I explained that I (and thousands of women) don’t always have somewhere to bring our children while we try to address our own personal needs. I said “so having my child with me today means I cannot access the health care that I need?” And the receptionist response was “yes, that is our policy.” I was surprised, given this is a practice run entirely by women, for women. So I called the Practice Manager (Ms. Chandler) and her response was “that is our policy, we don’t have anyone to watch your kid” I explained I don’t need anyone to watch her and how does that policy serve single moms or women who happen to need care when they don’t have alternative child care options and her response was simply that is their policy. So, again, the care itself has been great over the years. But if you are someone who will likely have your kid(s) with you, or doesn’t have family local to help, or is a single parent, you may want to look elsewhere.

I took tuesday off to be with my wife for an appointment to do a sonogram because she’s pregnant. after driving 30 mins away, the receptionist say our appointment was for friday at 8am so they couldn’t take us. And my wife writes everything down so she could remember. multiple times she ask the person over the phone if is tuesday and she repeated yes multiple times. We call again to reschedule for thursday instead of friday and the portal still have friday although they told her that they are going to cancel friday and schedule for thursday. this has been a nightmare, first. we went to a sonogram at Bellevue a while back to make sure nothing is in the tube, we had to tell the person doing the sonogram that she’s pregnant because they didn’t put it on the paper. the first day there they didn’t believe my wife was pregnant and asked her if she’s sure and how does she know even after telling them that she took a pregnancy test.

Today was a visit or emergency, which resulted in a biopsy and a polyp removal. I was terrified. Dr. Moon and her nurse knew I was terrified. Dr. Moon and her nurse, never seemed aggravated at my anxiety, and fear. No matter what my results will be, I was so greatful for the two of them 🙏

Staff is always friendly and upbeat. I never have had to wait more than 5 minutes. I have seen several different doctors on staff over the years and all of them listen, answer questions and discuss options if necessary.

Look no further for an amazing group of OBs. Carenet and it’s providers are all so wonderful. I recently gave birth to my daughter and was under the care of carenet for my 9 mos being pregnant. Each provider I met with was so knowledgeable and personable. I never felt rushed and each doctor has great bedside manner. Dr Cheon Lee and Dr. Cheon Shingo I saw the most during my prenatal care they are both amazing. I wish I had my two other children at Bellevue and with Carenet. Dr Cheon Lee delivered my daughter and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Highly recommend!!

CareNet has been my choice of practice for over 35 years for Women’s special services for Gynecology and Obstetricians. I have my yearly check ups and mammograms done with expert doctors and clinicians. I have been a patient of Dr. Elaine Cheon-Lee for over 26 years. I can only speak highly of her medical expertise, and compassion for her patients’ well-being at all times. CareNet is a very safe and reliable Women’s Health Practice for all.

I was going through a tramatic time in my life with misdiagnosed breast cancer and thought I had missed my appointment. I called to reschedule and to my surprise was told that indeed I had been seen. The receptionist was beyond kind to me, however the RN who called me the following business day was cold, rude and had zero compassion. She stated You need to get with your primary and have a neurological exam if you cant remember being in our office.As a Registered Nurse myself I would have assessed someone like me a bit more prior to calling and perhaps seen that I just had a complete mastectomy with complications. Will not go back. Furthermore, you cant bargening with a review stating to call the office if unhappy. Reviews are to warn people. Had the RN treated me half as nice as the receptionist I would not leave a negative review. I had to give something to the receptionist!!

Dr Tsao and her team were super friendly and made my visit a very pleasant one.The technician that gave me my mammogram was professional and adorable.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The person administrating the mamogram was very gentle. She took the time to explain everything she was doing.

From check in to check out smooth process. Dr. Tsao as always is very efficient, kind and professional, she has been my GYN for 24 years and that in itself says something. Mammogram tech Ally was also very nice and gentle.

I love this office! I have been going for years. The staff is so nice and the office runs smooth. All the providers are great, but Dr Tsao is the best of the best!

Everyone at their Clifton Park practice is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Piraino is easy to talk to. You can schedule an exam to be followed right after it by a mammogram. No need for two separate appointments. Unlike some medical practices, they know how to schedule, so that you’re not waiting in a crowded room way past your appointment time.

My sister has had 2 HORRIBLE experiences with the lead receptionist at both locations. Imagine being stressed out over a biopsy and being yelled at by the receptionist.

Dr. Moon is the best, experienced, knowledgeable, approachable , always goes that extra mile to make you feel heard and taken care of. Nurses and office staff are welcoming and professional, overall I have a very positive experience with this provider.

I had a very good experience at CareNet.The entire staff was courteous and I experienced patient-centered care.

I transferred to this practice after hearing good things from people i knew. I had 1 new patient visit that went fine. I did notice the office is very outdated and dingy.A few months later i became pregnant and called to make an appt. An older man answered my call and i had one of the rudest interactions i have ever had in my life. He started by saying “okay i am going to tell you the days and times of your next 3 appts.” And then started saying “ you WILL come in on this day and this time”. I calmly explained i stay home with my kids and would need some flexibility with my appts so that i could ensure my husband could be home with them. He then proceeded to YELL “YOUR CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THIS OFFICE.” I said i know that and i am not bringing them i just need more flexibility. He sighed and had a huge attitude then told me i couldn’t even come in to confirm my pregnancy (which isn’t even an ultrasound) for months. i wouldn’t even be seen to take a pregnancy test until my 2nd trimester. I told him i was becoming upset and would need to call back. I calmed down and called back a few hours later. He answered the phone again. As soon as i gave him my identifying information he said “HOPE YUH FOUND A BABYSITTER BECAUSE YOUR NOT BRINGING YOUR KIDS HERE”. He then once again would not work with me on appointment days and times. Told me this is how it works and i need to figure it out with a babysitter. I asked to please speak to someone else and he hung up the phone on me. I called back and asked again to speak to someone else and he said he “didn’t understand what i was looking for” and i said I’m looking to speak with someone else. I then spoke with a very nice woman who was very helpful and flexible with me and was able to schedule my appointments in a timely manner before my 2nd trimester.A couple weeks later i became very sick. I was prescribed antibiotics at urgent care. I called the office to make sure the antibiotics were okay to take this early in my first trimester. A nurse called me back a couple hours after my first message. She said she would ask a doctor and get back to me. TWO FULL BUSINESS DAYS LATER and after i called 4 separate times to try to speak with someone the nurse finally called back and said “it’s fine”. I told her i was new to the practice and asked if for the rest of my pregnancy if i have a question if it will take 2 full business days to get an answer. She very very rudely said “unless you think you’re in labor then yes. I’m busy”. I could have been taking the antibiotics and on the mend for 2 days but due to their lack of communication was now even sicker.I have transferred out of the practice due to these two horrendous experiences right out of the gate. I cannot even believe the way i was spoken to and treated. Highly do not recommend this office.

CareNet Medical Group provides amazing care. This can be a sensitive sector of health/medicine and has been plagued by a lot of historic issues (i.e. doctors brushing off severe pain as normal). From my experience, this office does not have those problems. Yay!Every single one of my symptoms and concerns were addressed and each doctor I saw seemed to genuinely care. The doctors always went above and beyond to educate. Providing education for something so deeply concealed and labeled as shameful in the past (honestly still sometimes) is amazing and needed. Were making progress!The communication is great as well. Klara is so convenient and FollowMyHealth is also great for keeping updated on your body (it has vitals, appt reminders, diagnosis, contact info, pharmacy info, etc). Not only do they have these resources available, but they also use them. It is easy to ask your doctor a question even without an appointment. And then they actually respond to you either directly or through a receptionist quoting what they actually said. Its not just a middleman saying, the doctor basically said the general idea of this, sorta.You can request appointments online or even just use Klara if you dont want to speak on the phone. And its convenient because there are multiple locations.The quality of care is amazing. Everyone makes you feel comfortable about these sensitive topics. I was surprised about the amount of respect, consent, and dignity there was during the breast exam. They understand the nature of this specialty and thats amazing.I love that I dont even have to be worried about being seen by a male physician because there are only female doctors. Im sure for many, they are fine either way, but for me and many others, thats a breath of relief.Once my symptoms were sufficiently explored for any gynecological issues, I was referred to a pelvic floor physical therapist. I had no idea what that was, (seriously, no idea; I was picturing some kind of group exercise session) but now I have so much more knowledge on the topic and my symptoms are mostly resolved (and still improving).Its also exciting that you can actually be seen by a real doctor here! Added bonus, my insurance considers this primary care, so my copay was lower than the 50 bucks I was expecting!Ill stop there before I remember more great things about this place. Highly recommend.

The whole process of switching from my old practice to this one was made unnecessarily difficult because none of the people that work at the appointment desk knew what they were talking about (except one woman named Linda). The Clifton Park office is very dingy, the whole building looks like it hasn’t been updated in any way since the 90’s and the room I was put in looked dirty. The nurse was nice but I could hear her and the doctor talking about me very loudly outside my room, I wouldn’t be surprised if other patients heard in the waiting room or other exam rooms. She also asked me a bunch of unnecessary questions they already had the answers to because they had my prenatal chart from my old practice, and told me I was going to be getting an exam when I didn’t need one and the doctor had to correct her on both of these things. To top it all off though, I was told by the front desk that I would only need to come to my first appointment alone and then I could have my partner with me at every appointment from there on out. When I got there I saw signs all over saying you had to come to your appointments alone, so I asked the doctor to clarify and she told me I could only have someone there for ultrasounds, and then tried to dismiss my anxiety and told me it’s a universal policy no matter where you go. My partner has gone to every single prenatal appointment of mine since we found out we were pregnant at 6 weeks, so no, that’s not a universal rule and I find that to be ridiculous considering we’re now going into 2023. It should be a matter of them taking your partners temperature and them wearing a mask. It’s not right to not allow pregnant patients to have a support partner with them. All in all, I switched back to my old practice after the first appointment.

The staff and doctors are so friendly and the facility is clean and welcoming.

I never had a problem with this practice until today. I showed up to my appointment with my baby, I get dirty looks and huffs and puffs that she was with me. (I didn’t know it wasn’t allowed). I was told I wasn’t going to be able to have my appointment if she was with me. Then, a 30 something year old nurse with brown hair started speaking aloud in the waiting room about me IN FRONT OF 5 OTHER PATIENTS. She was being extremely rude talking to the receptionist about me and that I better not bring my kid here again. And spoke in the most demeaning way. I was humiliated and have never been treated this way in a doctors office before. It was my mistake to bring my child there. It was her mistake to be so unprofessional and condescending in front of everyone. I will no longer be going to this office.

Dr. Cheon-Lee is caring and very thorough. She takes time to ensure my questions are answered. I . Office staff is always professional and helpful.

Kind, devoted, respects patients poverty and needs AND WANTS. If you need a provider who will listen. Look no further.

Im satisfied. I was worried because it was my first visit to an OB/GYN in the United States, but CareNet is comfortable. The explanations of the medical staff are detailed and they are all very kind. The facilities are pleasant also. I think I can visit without any worries until I give birth.I recommend.

Today was my first time at the Schenectady office and from the time I stepped in to the time I left it was a great experience. Front desk was so friendly and welcoming. The medical assistant made sure all my information was up to date and she took her time. I saw PA Erin today and she made sure all my questions were answered before she left the exam room. She was very empathetic and informative. 5 stars hands down.

This practice is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful, they are punctual, and Dr. Moon is easy to talk to. Im very comfortable going here. Susan in mammography does a great job, too.

I was in the process of looking for another ob/gyn clinic & I was referred here from another office. I am pleased with the referral. After confirming with a friend this is where she goes too, it made me feel even more comfortable. The staff have been great to me. The appointments seem to be fairly quick, but the services were great. I started going due to my partner & I expecting our first child. Anything I asked they made sure to find the answers if they didn’t know them already. I am glad to have found a place such as this one. Good service is hard to come by these days!

25 yrs ago I was a patient at this practice. The only reason I left was the Dr I was seeing there left the practice. I remained his patient until his retirement. I decided to return to Carenet and I am so glad I did. Dr Tsao was so great with me today! She helped ease my mind about all the concerns I had. She had no problems answering all my questions! I never felt rushed! I am so glad I returned to Care Net. Dr Tsao is a wonderful doctor!

My Dr. Was on call today . A simple call before you leave will let you know if the Dr. Is available. I love that they dont leave you sitting in waiting room waiting. Had to change my appointment several times due to illness the receptionist that answered the phone has always been warm and kind. The girls in the office who check you in are alao warm and kind . I love that I can have my mammogram done in the office the same day as my annual.I like this office so much I also brought my daughter here and she is a patient now and also had had nothing but a good experience. Keep up the good work Carenet!

I am so happy with my experience here! You never know when you try a new practice but this place is wonderful. The staff are professional and organized. The exam rooms have on-suit bathrooms so you can clean up after your exam.

The entire experience was pleasant. The receptionist was friendly, helpful and patient. My appointment began at the scheduled time and the nurse was kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Cheon-Lee is thorough and takes time to ask questions and listen to your concerns. The office building was recently renovated and is clean, bright and expertly equipped.

I have seen all of the physicians in this practice over the past 5 years and they’ve been with me through all stages of my reproductive health. Each doctor has a fantastic bedside manner and they all seem to truly care about their patients well being. They really go out of their way to provide many types of support, which I imagine can be pretty draining but they don’t show it. Office staff are pleasant and professional, wait times are minimal for the most part, and on call services are wonderful.

Dr. Cheon Lee has been apart of my health history over 25 years. All 3 of my pregnancies and all 3 of my daughters first visit to a OBGYN. She is kind and truly cares, She takes her time to listen and to help in all matters.Then my mamo tech was truly kind and helpful.

It was my teen daughters first ever appointment with this clinic and the PA who came in before the doctor, I think her name was Sharice, was extremely rude the entire time. Then before she walked out, she told my daughter to undress and put the drape on to be examined. When I corrected her and said she doesnt need to be until she was 21, she snapped at me and told me to take it up with the doctor. The doctor who came in was a little cold and not very friendly either. Overall not a good experience and currently looking for another provider for my daughter.

Appointment was for my yearly mammogram. Taken in on time. Technician was very thorough as far as procedure went.

Dr. Moon delivered my first baby a few months ago and she was truly the BEST. I felt comfortable and we had a great delivery, I would recommend this practice to anyone, they took care of me in such a special and nerve wrecking time of my life. Thank you Dr. Moon and everyone at the office for taking care of me during my first pregnancy!

From the moment I entered the office through the exam and the screening I was treated as a person, not a number. Dr. Moon was exceptionally perceptive and put me at ease throughout the appointment. She treated every question and concern seriously.The mammogram tech was also personable and excellent at putting me at ease.Would definitely recommend this group to all my friends (and I have!)

A combination of excellent doctors and amazing staff make this practice the best choice for all women’s issues. The personal touch they use toward their patients makes us feel right at home. They follow privacy procedures to ensure patients feel secure and comfortable. They answer phone calls right away, but if I had to leave a message, I received a return call within hours. Payments to insurance companies are handling quickly. I’ve never had an issue with a balance owed. There is plenty of parking spaces in both the front and the rear of the building. Check out is quick and easy, and so is booking your next appointment if necessary. Lab work is conveniently located in the rear of the building, so you do not have to go to a separate facility. My surgeries were handled professionally by office staff, with the utmost concentration on my comfort level, and making sure I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. Dr Tsao did an amazing job with my surgery, and postop follow up visits were also handled with care. I can’t say enough about this office, and I recommend it highly!

This used to be a great practice and it became awful. I don’t feel like the doctors hear your concerns. I was a patient here for over five years and had doctors refuse to treat me on multiple occasions. I finally decided to switch practices and I am so grateful I did. The new practice treated me and resolved my issue within one month of me being their patient. I went through years of not being treated or heard by CareNet. I felt like I had to constantly advocate for myself and the doctors here still would not help me. It was amazing to have a completely different experience when I switched practices.

Friendly, competent staff- easy/quick check in. I love all of my doctors here! I will be having an operation the end of the month and I feel completely informed and confident it will be successful. All of my questions were answered and I never felt rushed by the doctor - she put me at ease.

I am incredibly impressed with the speed of service! I was in and out in half an hour for a full annual exam. The doctor who I saw was very easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. She was very professional and took my questions/concerns seriously.

This was my first time at the practice as I needed a new OB/GYN for my pregnancy. I have been going here for more than 5 years now for all my GYN visits and for both my pregnancies. Great staff, and great doctors. I’ve met all of them and have absolutely no complaints. Everyone takes the time to talk and make you feel comfortable in the most awkward situations and positions!

My experience at Care Net was efficient, focused and calm.I did not have to wait, I was assessed efficiently by a technician and the Doctor was gentle and focused. She looked directly at me and not at a computer screen.She reported she was unable to treat me and referred me to a surgeon for further care.I am very pleased with my Care Net experience and have already referred a friend to the group.

The new on line portal check in process was very efficient and easy! The Clifton Park office staff, MD and mammogram tech were super friendly and professional. The office was very clean and had many upgrades including new carpet. I have been a patient here for 30 plus years and my experience has been excellent!

In the past, I have been disregarded. Even slightly humiliated.However, now, that is not the case . I have a Dr that is efficient, intelligent, thorough and understanding. The doctor I saw was amazing! Answered all my questions, made me feel very comfortable but most importantly she listened! Was not happy with the ultrasound experience and the nurse I had after. The ultra sound took way longer than normal and was painful. The machine kept messing up, which wasn’t her fault. The nurse I had seemed un interested and rude. But over all the doctor was amazing!

Always a pleasure...which seems odd to say about a visit to a Doctors office. Everyone (from the clerical staff,to the nurses, technicians and doctors) is pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, accommodating, and caring. The facility is clean and bright. I have never regretted making the drive to Clifton Park ( or even Schenectady) because I feel valued and receive excellent care. Thank You!

I initially called this practice to get a second opinion and potentially change providers. The office staff was extremely accommodating and I was given a consult appointment within 2 weeks. My appointment was with Dr. Cheon-Schingo. Dr. Cheon was extremely thorough, took the time to talk with me and answer my questions, and helped me to make the right choice. Dr. Cheon is absolutely the perfect blend of both professional and personal. Upon leaving the office I signed the release forms to have my records transferred.

This is an amazing medical practice. ALWAYS very friendly. I had no wait time, actually got in early and out extremely fast!! I’ve been going to Carenet Medical for over 16 years. Each time I’ve had a great experience!!❤️

I just transferred here after being with another local OBGYN for almost 18 years. I never realized an OB could be a positive experience until coming here. These people care, from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors. I’m pregnant with my 3rd baby and I’m finally having a positive pregnancy experience because of this new practice. I just wish I found them sooner.

All of the staff is friendly and attentive. As a woman, having a female staff at my gynecologist makes a huge difference. I switched from another practice with a male doctor and there is a noticeable difference. From small details as warmed up tools to big differences like a doctor who listens and understands what my body is going through.

My visit was okay. Navigating the phone system to get to a human being is always a pain, and the visits are always rocket launch fast. The provider is generally polite and nice but not always particularly personal or investigative. This time there was some better conversation. I dont get judged for dealing with chronic lyme so its not a bad place to be if youre with the right provider. Medical care is so impersonal and rushed these days though, no one gets helped.On a separate note, please stop spamming me with emails and texts for a review. It is truly disruptive. If your office wont take all the necessary time to answer my questions in an appointment, then please stop asking me so insistently.

Absolutely phenomenal! Solved an issue I had been dealing with for nearly 2 years with simply listening and doing what they felt needed to be done. Dr Moon has a wonderful bedside manner and is beyond fantastic.

Dr Moon is super awesome. Down to earth, makes you feel very comfortable and shes thorough. I had a terrible experience at another gyn in Latham after my dr of 20 years retired. I found Dr Moon and Im so very thankful I did. You wont regret choosing carenet!

Mammogram procedure was quick and easy for me at CareNet. Appreciate the respectful staff and new equipment, and a simple online check-in I could complete at home. I was done and on my way in 15 minutes.

My GP wanted me to follow up with my GYN regarding an emergency room visit for a breast infection. Within 1 day they had me in, following up with a consolation consequently, performing an ultrasound within another 24hours. That radiologist read my results there and a worrisome breast infection, with many nights of lost sleep was finally laid to rest . The swiftness in their actions and care was comforting as calming in the previous weeks of fear, pain and chaos. Thank you everyone for being so kind, attentive, comforting and knowledgeable. You have exceed my expectations. Thank you for giving me the gift of long awaited worry free sleep tonight 💤💤💤Many blessings, stay happy and healthy✌🏻♥️🎶

Wonderful group and very conscientious throughout my pregnancy. Dr. Tsao did my c-section when my baby turned breech and made me feel at ease as did the other staff at Bellevue. Can’t imagine going anywhere else and am truly thankful for all of the doctors and nurses

I saw Dr. Cheon-Schingo today for the first time. I found her very friendly, very confident, and made me feel very at ease. My nurse was also very friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk people were wonderful as well.

I will never bring my mom here ever again. She is disabled and in a wheelchair she needed to go to the bathroom and can’t pee like normal people we already checked in the receptionist gave us the cup to be able to get a pee sample and they refused to take her because it took to long with us going to the bathroom even though we checked in early and went to the bathroom talked to receptionist. We were here @ 130 because I had my own appointment .. after the bathroom when we were done I brought her back and we waited in the waiting area for five minutes and they denied her , her appointment. It’s not okay to treat disabled people this way another lady in the waiting room was shaking her head at what they were saying to us. Never again. We’ve been at this practice for more then 20 years. I am 26 and my mom was at this practice pregnant for me. And I have been here a patient for 12 years.

Dr. Piraino is a great doctor to work with. She answers my questions thoroughly and with care. The office is clean and the appointments are generally on time. I have been a client of this practice since 2001 and plan to remain unless I move out of the area.

I have been a patient of CareNet for over 20 years. They delivered 3 of my children. I cant think of one complaint Ive had with them. Even now, years later, I recently had a scare from my mammogram. They were so thorough and caring, I felt I was in the best hands possible. Their equipment is State of the Art too. And you couldnt ask for better doctors. Even though theyre a bit of a drive for me, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I haven’t beed since covid so its been 3 years. They remodeled the office and it’s lovely. Start of the art equipment. Thorough and fantastic and knowledgeable doctors. The office staff and nurses are all kind and friendly. 13 years ago Dr.Cheon removed huges fibroids successfully that every other practice was scared to. Because of her I have 2 beautiful children I was able to carry full term.

Absolutely horrid experience, my pregnant wife went for a prenatal appointment and these people had no idea she was pregnant...yes you heard that correctly after multiple phone calls to set the appointment up describing how far along ect we get there and they proceed to treat her as if shes a patient going for a routine female check up! Absolutely absurd and completely unprofessional!

This place is very popular and no wonder why! Everyone has been really caring and nice. They are very detail oriented. I was very nervous with my first pregnancy but feeling lot better going through it with Carenet. Looking forward til delivery!

The moment I walked in the door reception was great! Dr. Cheon-Lee , which is my doctor was great as well. She was very helpful and understanding. The mammogram department was very kind and gentle.

My experience was great, no wait, and everyone was very friendly. I do have a complaint...I was asked to call the office 1/2 hour before I left home to see if the doctor was delivering a baby. I called, the answering machine picked and gave a selection of numbers to call. I waited for 9 minutes, and the line went dead tried to call again, the same thing the answering machine. I had to leave for my appointment, I was lucky that I was able to see the Doctor. I understand that other women have had the same problem. What can you do? It takes me a half hour to get to Balltown R.oad

I sought the care of this practice to assist me with a VBAC as they deliver at a hospital that supports it. I was excited to begin the process as the front desk staff was pleasant, however, my first encounter with the medical staff was completely uncomfortable. PA McDonald (Nancy?) was dismissive of questions I asked, extremely condescending and seemed overall displeased that I was transferring to their care for a VBAC. Additionally, she offered a harsh line of criticism over an answer on a depression scale i had submitted to the point that I felt forced to change my answer. Throughout my time there, the doctors all seemed confused as to why I was there. Nurses were less than warm and the overall experience was uncomfortable. Perhaps I am biased as I come from a practice in Glens Falls that literally makes their patients feel like family, but given the sensitive nature of maternity care and childbirth, I am less than impressed with carenets services and would NEVER recommend them to an expectant mother. As a side note, the only reason I am giving 2 stars is to represent Dr. Simone who was the literal only medical staff there that was supportive, attentive, and made me feel welcomed.

Dr. Moon is professional, kind, and down to earth. She listens to concerns empathetically and offers solid advice. Shes gentle and has excellent bedside manner. Im so happy to have found her for my care.

I have been coming to CareNet for more many years now for all my GYN visits. The staff are so welcoming and Dr. Piriano is very professional and takes time to listen to all your questions and concerns. I highly recommend this practice!

I had my annual gyn eval and mammogram. The gyn doctor seemed in a bit of a rush. It wasnt a big deal because I had no complaints. I was examined and out of the room in under 10 minutes though. I generally like the practice. They seem thorough, though a bit impersonal.

I would recommend this practice to anyone. The office is extremely clean with great covid precautions in place. All staff members are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and create a very inviting and comfortable environment. Dr. Cheon-Schingo and her nurse Vilmary were extremely nice, professional, informative, and respectful. I’m looking forward to any further visits as I feel extremely taken care of and relieved to have found this practice. Bonus points as all doctors at this office are women.. and board certified!

I have been with the practice since 2002 went through two successful pregnancies and continue my routine care there. I have seen multiple providers and each one are professional and make me feel comfortable with whatever procedure is being completed.

LADIES.... if you want to actually laugh during your mammogram and have a woman who is comfortable to be with and does not make you feel as if those parts are getting torn off just to be squeezed, go see Susan. I have seen her two years in a row and she is amazing. I have never laughed through a mammogram until I started seeing her.

I love that I am able to register on line before I get to the office. The staff was pleasant and efficient. I never feel rushed thru my appointment. Erin Adams is great to work with.

My experience was very positive. I had three different things being done and I moved from one area to the next with very little down time. I really appreciated their efficiency and positivity.

I was patient here for many years. I recently transfered due to the way I was treated after both my miscarriages.After my first I did get my period for months but instead was getting cyclic cramping. I went and complained of this problem at least 3 times with several correspondence in between complaining of the pain I was in. The last straw when one of the docs responded with well I dont know how to help your pain cause I have no idea what is going on with you she wanted to do ultrasound and blood work when I just had that done at a fertility doc and told her this and offered to get the records. I also had a calendar of the last 3 months of when my pain started and ended and she didnt even bother looking at it. She never made eye contact with me. I ended up with scarring with in my cervix that trapped my period flow. Was diagnosed and fix through my fertility doc!Most of the docs (expect Dr. Moon) treated me like a number. That I didnt matter. After losing two babies, a little compassion could of gone a long way.I transfered and glad I did.

This is my first visit there. The facility was very clean and the staff were all very pleasant and nice to talk to. The doctor that I saw answered all of my questions and gave suggestions that were reasonable. I was very pleased with the experience.

I have seen multiple doctors from this practice at both locations and I have never had a bad experience. Receptionist are always incredibly helpful as well. Everyone is always very friendly and informative.

I was referred here by my PCP when I became pregnant with my first. I had a great experience with them for the most part. I primarily saw Dr Tsao and Dr Cheon-Lee and loved both- they were friendly, comforting, and provided me with all the information I needed. Dr Cheon-Lee ended up delivering my baby and I saw her for my pp visits as well, and I was thankful to have a doctor that I trusted with the care of my baby. They also responded to calls quickly - I think the longest I waited for a response was thirty minutes.The only thing I didn’t like about CareNet was that I had asked for one doctor throughout my pregnancy and they had said no because they couldn’t guarantee that doctor would be available when i delivered, so sometime I saw new doctors who Id have to explain my history to several times. I also got a few nurses who would ask how my husband and I felt about it, how long had we been married, etc...which would have been fine if I had ever mentioned a husband. I may have just been sensitive at the time, but I think a little more care to not assume every pregnant woman is married would be appreciated by the single mamas.Overall though, I would recommend!

I have been a patient for 3 years. I love Cindy and the nurses are very helpful. I have also seen Dr. Cheon and Dr. Cheon-Lee very nice and knowledgeable. Appointments can be canceled but they do their best to get you in asap.

Ive been a patient of Carenet Medical Group for many years and have always been happy with the level of care and service Ive received. The wait time is always minimal. I feel I have the doctors. (Dr. Tsao) undivided attention when she is with me, and she addresses any questions I may have.

Providers are great. The administrative/ reception side of things tend to be disorganized. I have currently gotten 5 emails and 5 texts today prompting me to fill this out. I feel like I’m being harassed. I also get them after every apt.

I’ve gone to Carenet for all my OBGYN check ups and appointments. I’m very pleased with the professional staff and caring doctors! I appreciate the convenience of two offices. I’ve been a patient at both locations and the doctors are wonderful at following up and communicating with my care.

Very prompt - on time. Didn’t wait in waiting room or in exam room. Care and patience exercised and great explanations of everything. I’ve had my children delivered by Dr Cheon-Lee. Now years later she saw my older teen daughter for her first appt with GYN. Wouldn’t have it any other way.

Rude representative’s, super long wait time to make an appointment. When I finally got through the woman immediately assumed I didn’t have qualifying insurance.

I thought the lab technicians were nice. The doctors have been a bit persnickety about everything and they schedule you for on call doctors and have a bad record of getting back to you in a timely manner.

I was met upon arrival, waited briefly and met with the nurse and physician with in an hours. I was able to voice concerns and given suggestions for additional testing next year. Very pleased with the practice

I’ve been seeing Dr. Moon since 2008. She’s fantastic. The nurses are fantastic. This was my first visit to the Clifton Park office. My only concern; the mammogram tech said some things that made me uncomfortable. Including using the word “retarded”. I work for NYS office for People with Developmental Disabilities, which I had told her. She clearly didn’t know what that was. She also said a “friend of hers” had a “friend who works for the FBI” who said the COVID situation isn’t as big of a deal as it’s made out to be. In my profession, we’ve lost hundreds of individuals to this disease. Maybe she didn’t realize it, but I found her comments offensive. I’m not one to judge, or make a big deal out of things. But I found it out of character for a medical professional. I will continue to utilize the practice, as I said, MOST of my interactions have been nothing but positive. But I would hope all employees are educated in the threat of COVID and are sensitive to women of all abilities. Thanks for all you do.

I heard they USED to be good... DO NOT GO HERE! Something new gets screwed up/lost every time. Impersonal nurses who act like your questions are ruining their day. Office workers are lost, completely. No one has answers. No one cares. They mess up all test results and then call you and act like youre baby is going to die.. I can literally go on about our horror stories, but I will save them.. Just please heed my advice and go somewhere else. Your health, mental peace, and well being depends on it. I would give them a 0 but that isnt an option. Leaving Carenet after 27 weeks of horrible service.

Dr. Piraino and staff are great. They listen, make you feel comfortable, and keep you informed every step of the way. I feel very well taken care of and heard. Highly recommend.

Dr Hee Joo Cheon is an amazing doctor!. She is also caring and patient. I took my 95 year old mother for an appointment, and Dr Cheon, as well as her entire staff were so wonderful with her. I would 100% recommend Dr Cheon for all your gynecologist care.

I have been with this problem for months only Dr. Lee figured out the root cause. She used the microscope directly found the problem.The reception desk helped me to talk with my drug insurance company to make an effective change. They were able to get me right in when I had a concern and Dr Cheon Lee was very thorough. The receptionist was amazing-staying in hold for many minutes setting up my lab work.

I have been going to careNett for over 10 years and they were on the journey with my two pregnancies. I always know the staff will be friendly and appointments are on time.

So far loving this place, they give you as much info as they can. This could be scare some people if they are not familiar with family history and/or tests you will get and what they are about during pregnancy. But Dr. Pirano and all the nurses are very professional and willing to answer your questions if you have any. I got referred by my friend and I do thank her for that, my previous doc and staffs were very awkward toward me comepare to CareNet

For Black and Indigenous People of Color, I would strongly NOT recommend CareNet Medical Group. As a Black woman, I went to CareNet in hopes of phenomenal healthcare for me and the growing child in my belly. Unfortunately I was failed. From the doctors yelling about my health conditions in the hallways (which is a HIPAA violation) to nurse practitioners telling me to things that I later found out could cause miscarriages (such as go on a KETO diet), CareNet failed my baby and I. Do not go if you have other health conditions as they do not know what to do you and they made me feel so bad about having my condition.

Dr. Cheon-Lee is so great! This was my first appointment and she walked me through everything she was doing as she did it and took it at my pace. Very professional and kind. Thank you so much!

My only problem was how long I had to wait to get an appointment. I was in pain and had to wait 5 weeks for an appointment. The people were pleasant and Drs. were very thorough.

I like my doctor. But schedule an appointment is a big issue. They reschedule it again and again. And call you to remind about appointment THEY cancel. It was so many times... Im getting really angry about my time lost on a phone with them.

Went Yesterday for my mammogram and it was so easy. They have a new machine that was so much more comfortable and the nurse was nurse was so friendly.
