For the start I give it 5 stars because it’s first provider who’s digital app works perfectly and allows a new patient schedule an appointment online without hanging on a phone.

I wish I could do zero stars! I sat unclothed for my 1st visit for 40 minutes! Then when dr snook came in U could tell her mind was somewhere else. She never made eye contact then her phone rung and she said she would be back! No maam Im leaving!!!!

Been here twice and both times I was greeted by pleasant employees. I have finally found a doctor that I like and appreciate. Nothing but good news to report from me. :)

Can I give a negative review! They waited until I brought my senior neighbor with congestive heart failure in to tell us his Medicaid is not accepted.. I called multiple times to confirm they took his coverage. Never once did they say well we have to actually see the card.. had I known 2 months ago I would have read the card to them and brought it in. Took my neighbor 3 hours to get himself ready to make his appointment all for nothing.

They are located in SC but don’t accept BCBS Sc insurance! I had this on my profile yet they waited until I drove 30 minutes to arrive to tell me that they don’t accept my insurance but they’ll be happy to see me for $200!!!! They did this same thing to me for my sons appointment weeks ago but assured me that this would be fixed soon and I wouldn’t have to worry about it yet here it is again!!!! I am beyond pissed!

My wife saw a obgy last week. They told her she was completely fine. Saw a different obgy with a different practice today. She actually needs surgery. DO NOT trust these doctors!! All they want ismoney.

They dont allow kids in with mothers once they are over the age of 10 months.

This office is absolutely amazing! Nurses, doctors, front desk...everyone! I have nothing but great things to say and would absolutely recommend going here. Office is new and very clean. Staff is friendly. Doctors/nurses are both caring and knowledgable. Ive spent a lot of time at this office for prenatal visits and can attest to the quality of the people!
