Valley Forge OBGYN - Collegeville

Jacqueline Walsh, NP is amazing! She remembered me from years ago. I typically go to the Phoenixville location, and it had been a long time since I scheduled an appointment with her. I went to the Collegeville location this time. She recalled what I did for work when I last met with her and asked about how things were going now. She was pleased to hear that my career had taken off. She is very caring, compassionate, and ease to talk to. She is quick and efficient, and I always learn something new. Shes brilliant! The scapula sometimes hurts. She made the experience as comfortable as possible for me by putting me at ease.

Dr. Denis is awesome! She’s really easy to talk to, listens to what you have to say, and takes her time with patients. All of the staff are very friendly and the office was clean. Def recommend!

The team at Valley Forge OBGYN are amazing. They constantly make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe. Jackie is so thoughtful and she makes having to go to the gyno more enjoyable! Could not recommend them more.

I called this morning for an appointment for ongoing female issues. The scheduler was a kind and wonderful person who worked tirelessly to find me an appointment ASAP. My experience in the office was just as good. Doctor Canas was patient, understanding and so helpful. I felt so relaxed and cared for. I exceptional and compassionate healthcare!

Dr.Roitman is absolutely amazing. She was so validating and listened to all of my concerns and created a game plan that was understandable and explained thoroughly. She made me feel so seen.

I have been coming here since I moved here in 2013. I have been to all three offices Limerick , Phoenixville and Collegeville. I go to Dr. Sigal. She is great. Everyone in all the office are very nice. She also did my hysterectomy and really took care of me. I highly recommend her and I’m sure all the other dr are great to😊

Great practice! I finally got some answers and a plan that Ive been looking for for more than a year! Dr. Denis was amazing! She listened to me, answered all my questions, didnt rush out of the room, and really helped me understand whats going on with my body! Im so relieved to finally feel like Im being heard and seen!

I had to make an appointment bc my normal OBGYN had no availability. I was harassed at the front desk for past due copay of $25 which I knew nothing about as I hadnt been there in two years . Nothing had changed with regard to the insurance information or driver license that they had scanned into the system. The rude receptionist told me there was a $40 copay in addition to the outstanding balance. I asked her to mail me an invoice as I accidentally left my wallet at the house and would pay later-no big deal other Dr.’s offices do it all the time. She stated that bc I had an outstanding balance and couldn’t pay the $40 copay (which I don’t think I’ve ever been charged) that she would need to call billing and told me to take a seat. The nurse called me back so I went. The Doctor was 25 mins late coming into the room and preceded to tell me again, the same information the receptionist did. I had already explained that I understand the situation and would be happy to pay when I got home and could easily email the copy of my license and my card. The Dr. continued on to say they would not see me for any future appointment until this was taken care of. I sat there naked from the waist down being shaken down for $65! I felt like I was at a collection agency! she repeated herself again and again to which repeatedly I said , yep! I got it, understood, no problem it’ll be taken care of…. All for $65!?! I was there for an emergent and scary situation and the bed side manner was horrific. They don’t have to worry about booking any future appointments for me because I will never go back. What a horrible way to treat a patient! You’d rather lose a patient over $65? I 10/10 do not recommend

Dr. Denis is the best! She listens and makes me comfortable to open up about issues. The nurses and staff have been excellent as well I highly recommend this practice.

I love this practice. I go to this one and the phoenixville office. They are always so nice. I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome and they were great with all my pregnancies and being prepared for any issues.

Dr. Denis is extremely personable, approachable, thorough and a great listener. All of the attributes you want in a specialist. Never once in my eight years as her patient has she ever not come into the room without greeting me with her wonderful enthusiasm and amazing attitude. Dr. Carlene Denis, MD is a great doctor who listens to your concerns and has a great beside manor.

I’m new this practice. I was referred by a friend. Im happy to say it was a great visit. The front desk staff was courteous and polite. The nurse who took me back was equally as nice and Dr. Denis was amazing. As a new patient, she asked all the right questions and has the BEST bedside manner I’ve seen in quite a while. I’m excited to have found a new practice as my prior office does not hold a candle to this office. Thank you Dr. Denis and staff!

Dr. Susan Roitman is the most caring OB/GYN I’ve ever been to. I’ve been going to her for years and her professionalism, her communication skills , her listening ability and overall care is extraordinary. I highly recommend her.

Worst OBGYN I have ever come across. Dr wouldn’t examine me because I didn’t “look sick enough, and I didn’t look green.” The Dr was awful, and was not personable whatever. She sent me to the ER when in the first place they recommended me to the OB. Never ever will I return. Awful care.

My visit with Dr. Roitman was very refreshing. I was nervous because I had a male doctor for a very long time ,who I really liked, but retired., she made me really feel relaxed about my 1st visit with her. All the staff were very nice. I will be back for my follow up check ups in the future.. Thank you Dr. Roitman.

Dr. Roitman has been my OB/GYN for almost 2 decades. Shes always tuned in, interested, and cares about my health and questions. Plus, shes a hoot and very easy to relate to. We always have a laugh. Its too bad I only get to see her once a year!

Everyone at this practice is kind, patient, knowledgeable and approachable, which we all know isnt always the case with specialists. From scheduling to exams to follow-up, they are top-notch. I have been seeing Jackie for years (at least 5 if not longer) and i have been going to valley forge since 2007. I absolutely love her! She has always made me feel so welcome and comfortable. We have conversations during my visits and always a couple laughs. Everyone in the office is so nice and like to have little conversations too! All together a great welcoming place! Today was my first visit to this practice and I went for an annual…switching obgyn’s after 10 years and 2 children is daunting…However, the office and nursing staff in Collegeville were great! Easy check in, positive attitudes…and accommodating! Dr Denis is phenomenal!! Very pleasant, personable and knowledgeable! You immediately develop a sense of trust for her to allow for a productive visit! I highly recommend!!!!

I had a wonderful experience seeing Dr. Siegel. I recently saw another physician, did not have a good experience and wanted a second opinion. Dr. Siegel has an extremely gentle and compassionate bedside manner. She didn’t rush through our visit; instead she took the time to answer all of my questions after discussing upcoming surgery.She was very thorough and and explained the risk/benefit ratio of surgery, went through the procedure step by step, gave me options and made me feel genuinely cared about.I highly recommend her.

I have bad anxiety and have struggled with leaving the house recently. I get super nervous especially for doctors appointments, the nurse who took my vitals was amazing!! I explained to her my heart rate was so high because of my anxiety and she was so sweet and made me feel better and less anxious immediately. Once I was in the room my gyno (I wish I remembered her name I always forget!) was so nice and I could tell she was trying to get me out quick to avoid any panic attacks. It’s so nice to feel comfortable especially for someone who lives with severe anxiety. Thank you guys ❤️

I came today as a new patient. Everyone was professional and courteous. My nurse was personable and engaged in conversation. Dr Denis was warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable! I am so glad I took my husband’s coworker’s advice as I had been looking for a new GYN after the previous one that I loved so much left my old practice. I am extremely satisfied and happy with my choice!

Dr. Susan Roitman has excellent communication skills and is very knowledgeable. Dr Roitman listens carefully, respects my opinion, and allows me the time to ask questions without feeling rushed.

I have been have major aniexy lately and cant leave my house without pretty much being sedated. I had an appointment today and I had to bring my husband with me because of my anxiety and fear. We walked into the Collegeville office and the receptionist was very rude to my husband and told him he was not aloud in the office. She wouldnt even let me explain my issues. She was completely rude and Im not sure I want to go back. She had not compassion at all and mind you there was No One in the office. Im so glad Jacqueline Walsh was compassion and I love her. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!

I feel very confident that my health is in good hands with Dr. Roitman. She’s very knowledgeable as a physician and is as pleasant as can be. She truly cares about her patients and it shows.

I have been going to valley Forge for almost 30 years. I would travel any distance for the healthcare and professionalism from this group. Today, like always, Dr. Roitman is exceptional.

Love Jackie! She is the most down to earth practitioner. I feel as though I’ve known her forever like an old friend. She is truly a charm in your group and I hate the fact that we are nearly the same age which means that one day she will retire and then I don’t know who could possibly fill her shoes‼️

Dr. Cohen is a fantastic doctor. He makes sure that you feel comfortable and distracts you with some conversation. All the doctors are fantastic. They helped me deliver 2 beautiful baby boys. They are always there for you. Ive been with them for over 9 years.

Dr. Roitman has been my GYN for 16 years. She is a true healer who is kind, smart, and caring. She takes the time to discuss concerns and always checks to see if I have any questions for her. Fabulous doctor!

While the doctors and nurses are okay, the receptionists and front desk personnel are not pleasant to deal with. This being my first pregnancy, they provided very little and poor quality guidance. They failed to tell me I should be seeing the doc every 4 weeks, it wasnt until someone caught that I wasnt being seen every 4 weeks that it was brought to my attention. They seemed to have poor communication and told me incorrect information more than once. When calling in, Ive been hung up on several times, the receptionists are very cold and outright rude at times like I am bothering them by calling to ask a question. They just seem like they dont care at all. Im halfway through my pregnancy and seriously considering changing doctors. They are right next to my house but in the future I will travel further for better quality care and recommend you do the same.Update**I went on to main line health down the street and found great care that was actually willing to work with me. My husband has been able to attend growth scans with me and my doctor spoke with me about my work and agreed it was best I remain home through the remainder of my pregnancy. Better care is easily available!

It was my first visit at this location. I was a patient at the Exton location before I moved. I had a wonderful experience! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I was taken back right at my appointment time and within 5 minutes the doctor was with me. I was in and out in no time. I was extremely pleased with my experience and will definitely be returning here as a regular patient. Highly recommended!

Everyone in this office is friendly and helpful! I wish I had found Valley Forge OB/GYN 40 years ago!! They squeezed me in for an appointment the day after I called because I was leaving for Utah the next day. Dr. Roitman diagnosed my unusual autoimmune disease in 5 seconds!! Highly recommend this practice and Dr. Roitman.

If you see Dr. Roitman or Sigal, I have nothing but good things to say. As far as anyone else over there I have never had a positive experience with any of them. Nice to your face but just try to follow up or get help after you leave. Just get sent right to nurse’s line and literally have to say NO, I need to follow up with my physician. I am having a problem I was working on with them. I have never encountered a warm and friendly nurse practitioner there.I’ve been a patient for 23 years. I won’t see or deal with anyone over there besides Roitman or Sigal.Also ALWAYS a wait in Phoenixville. Collegeville office usually takes you pretty quickly.My experience last week has me seriously considering moving to another practice. Nasty, snippy just horrendous experience. Think twice before going here!!

Ive been to two locations throughout my healthcare with this company. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about the limerick office however, after experiencing the collegeville location I will NEVER be back.The collegeville office staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. As I was waiting to see the doctor the office staff was openly complaining about another patient in front of me and mocking her. I saw a new doctor about an issue I’ve been experiencing for years. She was condescending, had a complete lack of compassion and empathy, basically told me I need to continue to deal with my pain and that they can’t help me. She did not listen to a word I said and when I asked questions she breezed over them. It was a waste of a visit and honestly I will never recommend this place to anyone. Please please go somewhere else who will listen to you and take your concerns into consideration. It’s hard to find a great doctor when you are dealing with gynecological issues and this is not the practice you want to deal with if you want to be heard and treated with respect.

Office refused to see me because I dont carry insurance. What kind of doctors office refuses to see clients who pay cash? Im 100% willing to pay in full upfront and that isnt even an option. This is not good business practices.
